Abstract

Se describen zapatos con piezas recambiables. Los zapatos están caracterizados porque el tacón y el enfranque del zapato presentan medios de fijación para unir piezas recambiables, en un modo preferente los medios de fijación son magnéticos. Los zapatos modifican su aspecto de los zapatos mediante el acoples de diferentes elementos funcionales u ornamentales recambiables.

La presente invención describe zapatos con piezas recambiables. Los zapatos de la invención están caracterizados porque el tacón y el enfranque del zapato presentan medios de fijación para unir piezas recambiables.
Antecedentes de la invención
La moda del calzado varía rápidamente y, por consiguiente, sus diseños tienen una vida limitada. El diseño del zapato caduca mucho antes que el zapato se haya deteriorado por su uso. Existe una necesidad, pues, de estar al moda pero sin realizar un gasto adicional en la adquisición de diferentes tipos zapatos. El estado de la técnica describe diferentes configuraciones de zapatos intercambiables, pero ninguno de ellos ubica medios de fijación en el enfranque y en el tacón del zapato.
Sumario de la invención
En un primer aspecto, el problema que resuelve la invención es encontrar una configuración de zapato que permita variar el aspecto del zapato, concretamente, que permita variar la altura del zapato, el tipo de tacón o el tipo de zapato, es decir, disponer de un zapato con tacón bajo, con tacón alto o con plataforma.
La solución encontrada por los inventores, según la reivindicación 1 , es un zapato que contiene medios de fijación situados en el enfranque y en el tacón del zapato.
Breve descripción de la figura
La figura 1 ilustra un croquis del zapato en el que se detallan diferentes tipos de piezas recambiables.
La figura 2 ilustra un croquis de un zapato que contiene piezas recambiables cúbicas. La figura 3 ilustra una pieza recambiable trasparente con elementos ornamentales.
Descripción detallada de la invención
El término "tacón" significa la parte posterior del zapato, donde se apoya el talón del zapato.
i Si el zapato es plano (sin tacón) el término tacón significará la parte posterior de la suela.
Si el zapato es con tacón, el término tacón significará la parte del tacón que pisa el suelo, (base del tacón), y/o sus lados (laterales).
El término "enfranque" significa la parte más estrecha de la suela del calzado ubicada entre la planta y el tacón.
Los medios de fijación ubicados en el tacón del zapato y en el enfranque de zapato permiten modificar el aspecto de los zapatos mediante el acoples de diferentes elementos funcionales u ornamentales recambiables.
Los medios de fijación son los conocidos por el experto en la materia: corchetes, tornillos, cinta adhesiva de doble cara, piezas enroscadas, velero®.
En un modo preferente, los medios de fijación que contienen el enfranque y el tacón son medios de fijación magnéticos, imanes u otros elementos ferromagnéticos. Los medios magnéticos permiten un montaje rápido, una fijación resistente y son discretos a la vista. Los imanes están encastrados o pegados en el zapato.
Los medios de fijación del tacón están situados en la cara enfrentada a la suela, en la zona de arqueo del piso, con el propósito de incluir los diferentes elementos que modifican el aspecto del zapato: cuñas, plataformas, sobresuelas, etc.
De esta forma, mediante el acople de una cuña recambiable (4) entre el enfranque (2) y el tacón (1 ) del zapato se convierte un zapato de tacón en un zapato con cuña; un zapato plano o de tacón bajo en una zapato de tacón alto mediante el acople de un tacón complementario (3) y una plataforma (5).
En un modo particular, el tacón también puede contener medios de fijación ubicados en una posición diferente a la cara enfrentada a suela. Estos medios de fijación permiten acoplar diferentes elementos ornamentales (6) que modifican el aspecto y tamaño del tacón.
El zapato contiene medios suplementarios de fijación mecánicos como pueden ser tornillos o piezas enroscadas para garantizar el fijado de las piezas acopladas. Variando los elementos fijados en el tacón y en el enfranque del zapato, el experto en la materia puede realizar infinidad de combinaciones y diseños.
La figura 1 muestra el tacón (1 ) de un zapato y el enfranque del zapato (2) donde están colocados los medios de fijación. Dependiendo de los elementos de ajuste empleados y la forma del zapato se pueden obtener diferentes combinaciones. Mediante la inclusión de una cuña (4) se obtiene un zapato de plataforma, mediante la inclusión de elementos ornamentales (6) se obtiene un zapato con tu tacón diferente o mediante la inclusión de una extensión de tacón (3) y una plataforma (5) se obtiene un zapato de tacón con plataforma.
En un modo particular, como se muestra en la figura 2, en el enfranque y en el tacón del zapato se acoplan cubos (7) con sus caras imantadas.
Los medios de fijación magnéticos (9) descritos en la invención se colocan en el en la superifie de la piezas recambiables (como se detalla en la figura 3). Los medios de fijación magnéticos pueden estar pegados a la superficie de la pieza o encastrados en ella.
En un modo preferente, los imanes se incrustran en el enfraque del zapato, en el tacón o en las piezas de acople para mejorar la sujeción y evitar volúmenes muertos.Asimismo, estos elementos recambiables pueden estar fabricados con elementos magnéticos.
En otro modo particular las piezas recambiables, tales como cuñas, figuras geométricas, cubos, plataformas, sobretacones, están fabricadas con materiales trasparentes y son huecas. De este modo, en el interior de ellas se puedan colocar diversos elementos ornamentales (8), por ejemplo, figuras o piedras, que modifican el aspecto del zapato, según se detalla en la figura 3.
Los zapatos según la invención pueden estar fabricados con cualquier material, tal como, madera, corcho, piel, goma o plástico.
Los zapatos descritos pueden incluir diferentes tipos de tacones desmontables conocidos por el experto en la materia.

Claims

Reivindicaciones
1 . Zapato con piezas recambiables caracterizado porque el enfranque (2) y la cara del tacón (1 ) enfrentada al enfranque (2) contienen medios de fijación.
2. Zapato con piezas recambiables según las reivindicaciones 1 caracterizado porque los medios de fijación son magnéticos.
3. Zapato con piezas recambiables según las reivindicaciones 1 -3 caracterizado porque adicionalmente contiene medios de fijación mecánicos.
4. Zapato con piezas recambiables según las reivindicaciones 1 -3 caracterizado porque comprende al menos una pieza recambiable que contiene medios de fijación magnéticos (9).
5. Zapato con piezas recambiables según la reivindicación 4 caracterizado porque las piezas recambiables son tacones (3), plataformas (5), cuñas (4), elementos ornamentales (6), figuras geométricas o cubos (7).
6. Zapato con pisos recambiable según la reivindicación 5 en donde la pieza recambiable es una cuña (4) que se ajusta entre el tacón (1 ) y el enfranque (2).
7. Zapato con piezas recambiables según las reivindicaciones 4-6 caracterizado porque las piezas recambiables son trasparentes con elementos ornamentales (8).
