Abstract

本发明提供了一种电池管理装置,用于移动电源,包括:监控单元,用于对所述移动电源的电池的放电电压值和放电电流值进行监控;调节单元,用于在所述电池的放电电压值低于第一放电电压阈值时,根据所述放电电压值的变化调节所述放电电流值,直到所述放电电压值达到第二放电电压阈值。相应地,本发明还提供了一种移动电源和一种电池管理方法。通过本发明的技术方案,可以使移动电源的电量得到最大限度的利用,以尽量给需要充电的设备提供更多的电量。

电池管理装置、 移动电源和电池管理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电池技术领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种电池管理装置和一种 移动终端和一种电池管理方法。 背景技术
随着全球经济的快速发展, 人们生活水平的不断提高, 随身携带式的 电子产品也越来越多, 如笔记本电脑、 平板电脑、 手机、 数码相机、 摄像 机、 便携式 DVD、 MP3、 MP4、 保暖设备、 医疗保健设备等。 但这些设 备的原配电池都会因为电池容量低而不能满足设备的正常使用时间, 移动 电源应运而生。
如图 1所示, 移动电源是一个集储电, 升压, 充电管理于一体的便携 式设备。 储电介质 (即电池) 一般采用锂电电芯, 因为锂电电芯体积相对 小巧, 容量大, 市场流通广, 价格适中, 被广泛用于数码产品。 其原理和 给手机充电一样。 连接到 5V的 USB 电脑接口或 USB充电器上即可给移 动电源充电。 所以移动电源内部有充电管理系统。 充电管理系统能根据电 芯的电压, 自动调节充电电流, 过程有: 预充, 恒压充电, 和浮充充电 等。
在传统的移动电源中, 电池放电不会根据其本身的放电能力对放电电 流进行控制, 当移动电源的电池电量较低时, 需充电装置充电电流过大, 造成移动电源的电池电压有被重负载拖低或瞬间跌落到其保护电压以下的 可能, 其结果是使移动电源的电池还有较多电量剩余时就被当作没电, 此 时移动电源的功能未被充分开发利用。
因此, 需要一种新的技术方案, 可以使移动电源的电量得到最大限度 的利用, 以尽量给需要充电的设备提供更多的电量。 发明内容
本发明正是基于上述问题, 提出了一种新的技术方案, 可以使移动电 源的电量得到最大限度的利用, 以尽量给需要充电的设备提供更多的电 量。
有鉴于此, 本发明提出了一种电池管理装置, 用于移动电源, 包括: 监控单元, 用于对所述移动电源的电池的放电电压值和放电电流值进行监 控; 调节单元, 用于在所述电池的放电电压值低于第一放电电压阈值时, 根据所述放电电压值的变化调节所述放电电流值, 直到所述放电电压值达 到第二放电电压阈值。
在该技术方案中, 第一放电电压阈值可以是电池的一个低电压阈值, 第二放电电压阈值可以是电池的保护电压。 在电池的放电电压低于某个放 电电压阈值时, 即电池的电量低于一定程度时, 自动调节电池的放电电 流, 从而使放电电压可以平稳变化, 这样, 可以避免在电池电量较低时, 由于需要充电的装置的充电电流过大, 而造成电池的电压有被重负载拖低 或瞬间跌落到其保护电压以下的可能, 从而可以使移动电源的电量得到最 大限度的利用, 以尽量给需要充电的设备提供更多的电量。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述调节单元还用于: 在所述放电电压 值高于所述第一放电电压阈值时, 判断所述放电电流值是否高于放电电流 阈值, 在判断结果为是时, 将所述放电电流值调节至所述放电电流阈值。
在该技术方案中, 当电池的放电电压未达到第一放电电压阈值, 即电 池的电量未达到低电量, 还处于高电量阶段时, 为了保护电池, 延长电池 的使用寿命, 在放电电流高于放电电流阈值时, 自动将放电电流调节到放 电电 ϋ阈值。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 获取单元, 获取所述电池的容 量, 根据所述电池的容量确定所述放电电流阈值。
在该技术方案中, 放电电流阈值可以根据电池的容量进行确定。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述调节单元根据所述放电电压值的变 化调节所述放电电流值, 具体包括: 当所述放电电压值从所述第一放电电 压阈值逐渐减小到所述第二放电阈值的过程中, 逐渐减小所述放电电流 值。
在该技术方案中, 可以根据放电电压的减小, 逐渐减小放电电流, 直 到电池的电量全部放完。 具体地, 可以将第一放电电压阈值和第二放电电 压阈值之间的值分成几个区间段, 并根据实际的情况设置每个区间段的放 电电流值, 这样, 在一个区间段内, 就采用这个区间段对应的放电电流值 进行放电, 随着放电电压的减小, 放电电流值也逐渐减小, 这样, 对放电 电流进行控制, 就不会出现因需要充电的设备的充电电流过大而导致在电 池电量未用完时, 就不能充电设备充电的情况, 可以使电池的电量得到最 大限度的利用。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 设置单元, 用于根据接收到的 设置命令, 设置所述第一放电电压阈值和 /或所述第二放电电压阈值。
在该技术方案中, 可以根据电池的不同, 设置不同的第一放电阈值和 第二放电阈值, 从而使得每个电池的电量都可以得到最大限度的利用。
根据本发明的另一方面, 还提供了一种移动电源, 包括: 如上述技术 方案中任一项所述的电池管理装置。 该移动电源和上述的电池管理装置具 有相同的技术效果, 在此不再赘述。
根据本发明的另一方面, 还提供了一种电池管理方法, 用于移动电 源, 包括: 对所述移动电源的电池的放电电压值和放电电流值进行监控; 在所述电池的放电电压值低于第一放电电压阈值时, 根据所述放电电压值 的变化调节所述放电电流值, 直到所述放电电压值达到第二放电电压阈 值。

根据本发明的实施方式, 还提供了一种非易失机器可读介质, 存储有 用于电池管理的程序产品, 所述程序产品包括用于使计算机系统执行以下 步骤的机器可执行指令: 对所述移动电源的电池的放电电压值和放电电流 值进行监控; 在所述电池的放电电压值低于第一放电电压阈值时, 根据所 述放电电压值的变化调节所述放电电流值, 直到所述放电电压值达到第二 放电电压阈值。
根据本发明的实施方式, 还提供了一种机器可读程序, 所述程序使机 器执行如上所述技术方案中任一所述的电池管理方法。
根据本发明的实施方式, 还提供了一种存储有机器可读程序的存储介 质, 其中, 所述机器可读程序使得机器执行如上所述技术方案中任一所述 的电池管理方法。
通过以上技术方案, 可以使移动电源的电量得到最大限度的利用, 以 尽量给需要充电的设备提供更多的电量。 附图说明

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、 特征和优点, 下面结合附 图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。 需要说明的是, 在不 沖突的情况下, 本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明, 但是, 本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施, 因此, 本发明 的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
图 2示出了根据本发明的实施例的电池管理装置的框图。 如图 2所示, 根据本发明的实施例的电池管理装置 200 , 包括: 监控 单元 202 , 用于对所述移动电源的电池的放电电压值和放电电流值进行监 控; 调节单元 204 , 用于在所述电池的放电电压值低于第一放电电压阈值 时, 根据所述放电电压值的变化调节所述放电电流值, 直到所述放电电压 值达到第二放电电压阈值。

图 3示出了根据本发明的实施例的电池管理方法的流程图。
如图 3 所示, 根据本发明的实施例的电池管理方法, 包括: 步骤 302 , 对所述移动电源的电池的放电电压值和放电电流值进行监控; 步骤 304 , 在所述电池的放电电压值低于第一放电电压阈值时, 根据所述放电 电压值的变化调节所述放电电流值, 直到所述放电电压值达到第二放电电 压阈值。

通过以上技术方案, 可以使移动电源的电量得到最大限度的利用, 以 尽量给需要充电的设备提供更多的电量。 如图 4所示, 根据本发明的实施例的电池管理方法的具体流程如下: 步骤 402 , 电池开始为充电设备充电。
步骤 404, 当电池的电量未达到低电量, 即电池的放电电压值未达到 放电电压阈值时, 按照充电设备的充电电流进行放电。
步骤 406, 当电池的电量达到低电量, 即电池的放电电压值达到放电 电压阈值时, 进入低电模式, 开始控制电池的放电电流。
步骤 408 , 判断是否达到第一次降低放电电流的标准, 当判断结果为 是时, 进入步骤 410 , 当判断结果为否时, 进入步骤 404。 其中, 第一次 降低放电电流的标准可以是放电电压达到某个值, 如放电电压达到 3.6V。 而降低的放电电流的值可以根据实际情况进行相应的设置。
步骤 410 , 电池以第一预定电流进行放电。 这样, 自动调整放电电 流, 使电压波动不大, 这样, 可以避免在电池电量较低时, 由于需要充电 的装置的充电电流过大, 而造成电池的电压有被重负载拖低或瞬间跌落到 其保护电压以下的可能, 从而可以使移动电源的电量得到最大限度的利 用, 以尽量给需要充电的设备提供更多的电量。
步骤 412 , 判断是否达到第二次降低放电电流的标准, 当判断结果为 是时, 进入步骤 414 , 当判断结果为否时, 进入步骤 410。 其中, 第二次 降低放电电流的标准可以是放电电压达到某个值, 如放电电压达到 3.4V。 而降低的放电电流的值也可以根据实际情况进行相应的设置。
步骤 414 , 电池以第二预定电流进行放电。 其中, 第二预定电流与第 二次降氏放电电流的标准相对应, 当满足第二次降氏放电电流的标准时, 即采用第二预定电流进行放电。
步骤 416, 以此类推, 直到经过 N次降低放电电流之后, 达到停止充 电的条件为止, 即电池放电完全为止。 这样, 可以使移动电源的电量得到 最大限度的利用, 以尽量给需要充电的设备提供更多的电量。
步骤 418 , 电池结束放电。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案, 由于在相关技术中, 电 池放电不会根据其本身的放电能力对放电电流进行控制, 当移动电源的电 池电量较低时, 需充电装置充电电流过大, 造成移动电源的电池电压有被 重负载拖低或瞬间跌落到其保护电压以下的可能, 其结果是使移动电源的 电池还有较多电量剩余时就被当作没电。 因此, 提出了本发明的技术方 案, 通过本发明的技术方案, 可以使移动电源的电量得到最大限度的利 用, 以尽量给需要充电的设备提供更多的电量。
根据本发明的实施方式, 还提供了一种存储在非易失性机器可读介质 上的程序产品, 用于电池管理, 所述程序产品包括用于使计算机系统执行 以下步骤的机器可执行指令: 对所述移动电源的电池的放电电压值和放电 电流值进行监控; 在所述电池的放电电压值低于第一放电电压阈值时, 根 据所述放电电压值的变化调节所述放电电流值, 直到所述放电电压值达到 第二放电电压阈值。

2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池管理装置, 其特征在于, 所述调节单 元还用于:
在所述放电电压值高于所述第一放电电压阈值时, 判断所述放电电流 值是否高于放电电流阈值, 在判断结果为是时, 将所述放电电流值调节至 所述放电电流阈值。
