Abstract

The invention relates to a speed limit sign that changes the displayed speed limit depending on the weather conditions: dry or rainy weather. It has the advantage of being low cost by using a simple mechanical system. It comprises a rainwater collection tray that is connected to a display plate that scrolls vertically, depending on the position of the tray, to display either the normal speed limit or the speed limit in rainy weather.
