Description

DESCRIPTION
"Shielding for doors or windows frame equipped with side-scrolling lateral box"
~k ~k ~k The present invention relates to a shielding for doors or windows frame equipped with side-scrolling lateral box, in particular of the type free of lower guide and used for the application of a self-enveloping shielding to doors or windows frame.
As is known, frames for the application of a self- enveloping side scrolling shielding, for example mosquito nets or curtains, having a lateral box and free of a floor guide, to a door or window opening comprise: - a box which is fixed, in vertical position, to the upper part of the compartment to be shielded and in which is wrapped a sheet of shielding material; - a horizontal top guide, in which the edges of the shielding are housed so as to prevent transverse movements of the shielding itself; - a pair of supports of the box adapted to secure the box to the sides of the compartment and to allow a certain tolerance in the cut of the box itself.
Furthermore, the supports of the box are equipped with a vertical edge which acts as a bearing surface of the box and allows, also, to determine a portion of space for containing an extreme portion of the box having variable length so as to adapt the box to compartments having different measures. In particular, the known systems having no lower floor guide require the presence of a vertically disposed box in which is wound the net and a of a carriage having meshes for gripping the lower part of the net and which forms a sliding guide. In the extraction phase, the net can be pulled laterally by the user, by means of a handle bar, and, during rewind, the net is rewound quickly pulled by a spring included within the box.
Although functional in several respects, the solutions of the above type require special bulky profiles in which the meshes of the carriage can scroll. Therefore, these types of shielding are not suitable for all existing profiles in doors or windows.
Purpose of the present invention is to provide a shielding for doors or windows frame equipped with side- scrolling lateral box free of lower guide which is not bulky and such as to overcome the limits of the known shielding.
According to the present invention, a shielding for doors or windows frame equipped with side-scrolling lateral box free of lower guide is provided, as defined in claim 1. For a better understanding of the present invention a preferred embodiment is now described, purely as non- limiting example, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

- Figure 13 shows a schematic tridimensional expanded view of the system for balancing the scrolling of the handle bar of the shielding for doors or windows frame equipped with side-scrolling lateral box free of lower guide, according to the invention.
With reference to these figures, a shielding for doors or windows frame equipped with side-scrolling lateral box free of lower guide is shown, according to the invention.
In particular, figure 1 shows a shielding 100 for doors or windows frame equipped with side-scrolling lateral box free of lower guide, comprising: a net 101 self-enveloping inside a lateral box 102 vertically arranged and provided with an upper support 106 and a lower head 107 to be attached to the window frame; a fixed upper guide 103; a vertical closure profile 105 secured to the vertical wall of the frame or window frame, for example of a window, to which the shielding is applied, and which serves for locking the net 101 during its extraction from the box 102; a movable carriage 114 in which meshes is hooked a portion of the net 101.
The extremity of the net 101 able to be extracted from the box 102 is provided with a handle bar 108 that allows the user to scroll the net 101, pulling it out easily when it is rolled up inside the box 102 and to stop it against the vertical profile 105. The handle bar 108 comprised, in fact, a central gripping element 109 to facilitate movement of the handle bar 108.
Figure 2 shows, in details, the shielding 100 in its separated parts. In particular, the lateral box 102 is also equipped with an upper head 116 adapted to engage the support 106 with a roller tube 111 around which the net 101 is wound. The roller tube 111 is included within the box 102 and is connected to the upper head 116 by means of a top bushing 112. A similar lower bushing 113 connects the tube 111 with the lower head 107.
Advantageously according to the invention, the shielding 100 comprises a chute 115 with a housing for the meshes of the carriage 114. As shown in Figure 3, the chute 115 is formed by a rectangular body 115a having both outer faces shaped in such a way to present a groove 115b extending, in a semicircular way, from the center of the top edge 115c to the lower corner of one of the side edges 115d of the body 115a. Moreover, the body 115a has, at the side edges 115d and 115e, vertical grooves 115f and 115g, in correspondence of which, on the top edge 115c, two pins 115h and 115i extend vertically. Moreover, the body 115a has a lower base 1151 having a thickness less than the thickness of the body 115a, therefore resulting recessed relative to the profile of the outer faces of the body 115a.
Figure 4 shows images of the meshes 124 forming the carriage 114. These separate meshes 124 are able to be linked together on one side. More in details, each mesh 124 is formed by a circular body composed of two semi-circular portions 124a and 124b. The first portion 124a has, on both its faces, a cylindrical protuberance 124ab. The second portion 124b has, among its faces, a circular inner groove 124ba; holes 124bb in each face positioned so as to facing each other; on one face, a central protuberance formed by a cylindrical body 124bc terminating with a cylindrical head 124bd. Furthermore, the second portion 124b has a lower terminal appendix 124be extending toward the first portion 124. Figures 4A and 4B show, in particular, the coupling between two successive meshes 124, realized in such a way that the cylindrical protuberance 124ab of a first mesh 124 goes to settle inside the holes 124bb of the second mesh 124.
The mobile carriage 114 is, therefore, formed by the set of meshes 124 coupled as shown in Figure 4. The so formed carriage 114 is inserted into the shielding 100, at the bottom between the box 102 and the handle bar 108 by means of a lower profile 125 which acts as a guide for the meshes 124 of the carriage 114 since it is provided with two rails 125a and 125b extending along the entire length of the lower profile 125, as shown in Figure 5.
Advantageously, according to the invention, the carriage 114 is inserted between the movable box 102 and the handle bar 108 by means of the lower head 107 appropriately designed to allow attachment of the meshes 124 of the carriage 114. In particular, the head 107, shown in figure 6, comprises a first region 107a that has a central cylindrical pin 107ab having on its upper part a parallelepiped pin 107ac which fits within the lower bushing 113 for engagement with the roller tube 111, a second region 107b with holes 107ba useful for the fixing of the head 107 to the window, and two fins 107c, 107d facing each other having the shape of a quarter of a round angle, positioned between the first region 107a and the second region 107b, and equipped, each on both faces, of a cylindrical protuberance 107ca and 107da. This configuration, as shown in figure 7, allows to link the meshes 124 of the carriage 114 in such a way that the holes 124bb of a first and of a second mesh 124 can accommodate the protuberances 107ca and 107da and allows to insert the lower profile 125 under the fins 107c and 107d, the meshes 124 being able to slide on the rails 125a and 125b of the lower profile 125. In particular, the meshes 124 slide, on the lower profile 125, outwardly to the rails 125a and 125b in such a way that the cylindrical body 124bc can slide under the rails 125a and 125b and the cylindrical head 124bd slide beyond the rails 125a and 125b, in the region comprised between these rails. Substantially a first row of meshes 124 can slide on the lower profile 125 in such a way that the cylindrical body 124bc of the meshes can slide under the rail 125a and the cylindrical head 124bd can slide beyond the rail 125a; and a second row of meshes 124 can slide on the lower profile 125 in such a way that the cylindrical body 124bc of the meshes can slide under the rail 125b and the cylindrical head 124bd can slide beyond the rail 125b.
According to an aspect of the invention, the lower profile 125 acts as a floor guide and has a thickness preferably equal to 4 mm. Figures 8A-8B show the double row of concatenated meshes 124 sliding along the rails of the lower profile 125 linked to the chute 115 whose lower base 1151 can slide within rails 125a and 125b of the lower profile 125. Each mesh 124 of each row of meshes can engage the chute 115 by means of the head 124bd that goes to wedge in the groove 115b present on the slide 115. In this way, the chute 115 allows the carriage 114 to go up, with the two rows of meshes 124, on the handle bar 108, once the chute 115 is interlocked with the handle bar 108, by means of the pins 115i and 115h.
Figures 9-11 show the double row of concatenated meshes 124 sliding along the rails of the lower profile 125 coupled to the lower head 107 and to the handle bar 108 by means of the chute 115. In addition, the two rows of meshes 124 can climb a lower portion of the handle bar 108 by means of a groove 108a that the handle bar 108 presents toward the outside of the shielding and a groove 108b that the handle bar 108 presents towards the inside of the shielding. In particular, the heads 124bd of the meshes 124 of each row of meshes can slide in the grooves 108a and 108b.
Advantageously, according to the invention, the shielding 100 comprises a system 126 for balancing the movement of the handle bar 108, the system 126 being hooked under the upper guide 103 by means of a connecting element 127 and being inserted in the upper portion of the inner groove 108b of the handle bar 108, as shown in Figure 12.
More particularly, the system 126, shown in Figure 13, comprises a first rectangular main body 126a provided, at its back, with a parallelepiped protrusion 126b through which the system 126 can engage and slide below the upper guide 103, and, on its front, with two snap pins 126c on which wheels 126d are hooked. Interiorly, instead, the main body 126a has a cylindrical pin 126e around which is inserted the upper end of a spring 126f having the lower end inserted around a cylindrical pin 126g of a second body 126h comprising a locking hole 126i via an appropriate grain. Thanks to this mechanism, once that the spring 126f is pressurized, it is locked in position by compression of said grain. Advantageously according to the invention, the system 126 with wheels and springs to balance the movement of the bar handle in the opening and closing of the shield, holding the bar handle down, makes sure not to release the handle bar from the lower profile 125.
Therefore, the shielding for doors or windows frame equipped with side-scrolling lateral box free of lower guide according to the invention can be adapted to existing shielding systems due to the carriage scrolling in the external groove of the handle bar.
Another advantage of the shielding for doors or windows frame equipped with side-scrolling lateral box free of lower guide according to the invention is that it's possible to use little bulky profiles for the assembly on the frame to be screened.
A further advantage of the shielding for doors or windows frame equipped with side-scrolling lateral box free of lower guide consists in the fact that it can be mounted, even by unskilled personnel, in a simple way and with no net blocks, constituting a real do-it-yourself kit.
Finally, the shielding for doors or windows frame equipped with side-scrolling lateral box free of lower guide according to the invention is low cost.
Finally it is clear that the shielding for doors or windows frame equipped with side-scrolling lateral box free of lower guide described and illustrated here can be modified and varied without departing from the protective scope of the present invention, as defined in the appended claims .
