Abstract

The present invention provides a novel system, tool and technique for multiple- intelligence and psychometric assessment testing in subjects for developing confidence with respect to their weak and hidden talent. The present invention provides exact result after repeated analysis without any effect of emotion and pressure of the subject. More particularly, the invention relates to improvement in confidence of the subject by connecting him with his inherited potential and providing tools to live in sync with that potential by creating a balance in all areas of his/her life as per needs and wants.

Field of the invention:

The present invention relates to the field of Dermatoglyphics /medical science/neurology/cognitive psychology and biometrics Technology.

Particularly, the invention relates to providing software solutions in the field of psychometric testing, medical science, and education and training, aptitude- personality and potential testing, hiring, safety and productivity based application, creating an emotional social network.

More particularly, the invention relates to improvement in confidence of the subject by connecting him with his inherited potential and providing tools to live in sync with that potential by creating a balance in all areas of his/her life as per needs and wants.

Even more particularly, the present invention relates to a tool for testing and analyzing the intelligence level of a subject and develop confidence by connecting him with right stream, career, department and activity which is connected with his own nature by birth and then provide tools to engage the subject to understand more about his current lifecycle based needs and wants and then connecting him with the right opportunities in advance to balance his life. Even more particularly the present invention is a tool for accessing a subject's talent and knowledge without any emotional and other related effects.

l The present invention relates to multiple intelligence test and aptitude testing which determines the inherited potential level of the subjected person. This in turn further relates to developing candidates with natural confidence of the knowledge of the hidden talents, and drives them to work confidently for ensuring a bright future and a powerful personality for their subject.

By way of description, throughout in this specification, subject refers to a person or a candidate of any age group, who is being discussed, described, or dealt with; or a person or a candidate who is undergoing testing or analysis using novel and innovative method and system of present invention.

By way of description, throughout in this specification, the terms 'tool' and 'system' are used interchangeably throughout the specification.

Background and prior art of the invention;

Education and learning to create balance in life and engage in meaningful goals are the main focus of every individual, parent and society at el, so that they can graduate from university of life. To achieve that objective, it is very important for an individual to determine the subject's interest and capability with the intelligence he or she possesses. If the subject is forced to go for such learning which is not compatible with the subject's interest, aptitude and intelligence level then in that case the subject is most of the time affected by the emotional pressures and hence loses confidence, even loses life by taking wrong steps (12,000 students attempt suicide per year in India only). In order to overcome this problem every individual and parent should determine the capability and intelligence level of their subject and allow him/ her to focus in that specific area with the confidence and support he/ she requires to get connected with the right fit career, jobs, life partners and opportunities in life to live a balanced life.

Reference may be made to United States Patent number 5,226,819, titled "Intelligence testing device" by Takagaki dated 13.07.1993. This invention relates to an intelligence testing device comprising a two dimensional coordinate reading device for reading coordinates of a distribution of dots which a testee has written upon receiving instructions to write dots randomly and dispersedly in a predetermined frame.

Reference may be made to United States Patent number 8,457,967, titled "Automatic evaluation of spoken fluency" by Audhkhasi et al. dated 04.06.2013. This invention relates to a procedure to automatically evaluate the spoken fluency of a speaker by prompting the speaker to talk on a given topic, recording the speaker's speech to get a recorded sample of speech, and then analyzing the patterns of disfluencies in the speech to compute a numerical score to quantify the spoken fluency skills of the speakers. The numerical fluency score accounts for various prosodic and lexical features, including formant-based filled-pause detection, closely-occurring exact and inexact repeat N-grams, normalized average distance between consecutive occurrences of N-grams. The lexical features and prosodic features are combined to classify the speaker with a C-class classification and develop a rating for the speaker.

Reference may be made to United States Patent number 5,220,658, titled "System for testing a performance of user interactive-commands using an emulator-overlay for determining the progress of the user timing response" by Kerr, et al. dated 15.06.1993. This invention relates to a system for testing certain attributes (i.e., performance and usability) of an interactive system program. A memory device stores data representative of interactive commands generated by a user. A device is also provided for executing an emulator overlay connected to the memory device for receiving data therefrom and modifying it in subsequent transmission. The emulator overlay has a time measuring device associated with it for determining performance of an interactive system program. A device is also provided for storing and executing an interactive system program connected to the emulator overlay. Finally, another memory device is provided for storing the data representative of system program performance. The system is capable of capturing human factors data, including screen images and associated keystrokes entered during a user session, measuring time intervals between the screen images and keystrokes, and providing such data to a system analyst to determine usability of host computer resident software.

Reference may be made to United States Patent number 8,556,630, titled "System and method for human physical and behavioral profiling" by Hackett, dated 15.10.2013. This invention relates to a system and method for human physical and behavioral profiling. Provides profiles based on queries to at least one individual that include physical and behavioral questions. May suggest behavior modification for an individual or a compatibility assessment between two individuals may be generating using two individual's profiles. Embodiments of the invention break personality styles into six styles, "Saturn", "Mars", "Jovial", "Lunar", "Venusian", "Mercury" and "Solar". The styles may be determined by visual input or physical description queries of an individual and may be associated with the polarity values of "active", "passive", "+" or The system further yields an alchemy type of "Gold", "Silver", "Copper" and "Lead" which further allows for compatibility checking. Furthermore, the system quantifies a key feature and co-features for an individual and provides an energy center designation of "moving", "emotional", "instinctive" or "intellectual" which are compared between individuals for compatibility.

Reference may be made to United States Patent number 5,702,253 titled "Personality testing apparatus and method" by Bryce, dated 30.12.1997. This invention relates to a process and apparatus for determining a person's basic personality type. The apparatus includes a card deck having forty different testing cards with each card featuring a written description of a personality characteristic, an associated picture and one of four different color codes associated with a particular type of personality having that characteristic. Five pile labeling cards are also provided. The pile labeling cards are used to define separate pile areas into which the testing cards may be sorted based upon the degree to which the person agrees with the characteristic described on the testing card. A point value is given to each testing card depending on which of the piles it is placed in. The point values of the sorted testing cards are then added together relative to their color codes to determine the user's primary personality type. Reference may be made to United States Patent number 6,159,015, titled "Multidimensional awareness profiling method" by Buffington, dated 12.12.2000. This invention relates to a method and system for measuring the development level of the natural temperament, degrees of positive and negative behaviors adopted by an individual and reactionary pattern and style as predictors of the individual's current level of personal effectiveness. The method includes administering two separate profiling instruments, a temperaments type and a preferences type. The two are then correlated and adjusted to be congruent. A third instrument is used to assess positive and negative traits within each profile type.

Reference may be made to United States Patent 8,606,761 by Kenedy dated December 10, 2013, titled "Lifestyle optimization and behavior modification". This invention relates to a method, software, database and system for determining an approach to achieve a desired lifestyle, behavioral disposition, and genetic based predisposition for an individual are presented in which an attribute profile of the individual containing genetic and non-genetic attributes is compared against a database containing combinations of genetic and non-genetic attributes that are statistically associated with relevant desirable or undesirable attributes derived from other individuals. Disclosed herein are methods, computer systems, databases and software for identifying combinations of attributes associated with individuals that co-occur (i.e., co-associate, co-aggregate) with attributes of interest, such as specific disorders, behaviors and traits. Disclosed herein are databases as well as database systems for creating and accessing databases describing those attributes and for performing analyses based on those attributes. The methods, computer systems and software are useful for identifying intricate combinations of attributes that predispose human beings toward having or developing specific disorders, behaviors and traits of interest, determining the level of predisposition of an individual towards such attributes, and revealing which attribute associations can be added or eliminated to effectively modify what may have been hereto believed to be destiny. The methods, computer systems and software are also applicable for tissues and non-human organisms, as well as for identifying combinations of attributes that correlate with or cause behaviors and outcomes in complex non- living systems including molecules, electrical and mechanical systems and various devices and apparatus whose functionality is dependent on a multitude of attributes.

Reference may be made to United States Patent 8,461,987 by Kountotsis dated June 11, 2013, titled "System and method for performing chemical analysis of fingerprints for providing at least one response". A fingerprint recognition system is presented including a fingerprint collecting module positioned about an electronic device for collecting fingerprint information related to one or more fingerprints; a chemical analysis module for performing a chemical analysis of the fingerprint information collected; and an evaluating module for evaluating the chemical analysis of the fingerprint information collected to provide at least one response. Additionally, a chemical analysis system for performing substantially instantaneous chemical analysis of received fingerprints and providing substantially instantaneous recommendations or feedback or responses based on the chemical analysis of the fingerprints received is presented. The chemical analysis indicates at least one or more of the following : age, gender, race, dietary information, and lifestyle information or a combination thereof.

However, none of the inventions discussed above comprises of a system or tool for multiple intelligence testing as covered in the present invention. The distinguishing features of the present invention as compared to prior art discussed above are very significant and prominent, hence the present invention is novel and inventive over the prior art.

The present invention provides a novel system and technique for assessing the confidence (Multiple Intelligence distribution and brain dominance) level of a subject. The invention provides the testing report of confidence and weak areas of a subject based on multiple intelligence testing. The invention further comprises of fingerprint, palm print, face, voice and iris scans etc. technology to get more insights. The present invention provides exact result after repeated analysis without any effect of emotion and pressure of the subject. The report of a subject's talent or confidence provided under the present invention is analyzed through multiple intelligence factors which have a life time impact.

Objects of the invention:

The main objective of the present invention is to provide a dermatoglyphics based analysis for assessments and understanding human brain on intrapersonal levels. Another objective of the invention is to provide a tool for accessing the intelligence and confidence level of the subject, and then with additional tools and applications, support the subject to achieve a balance in his life as per his liking and emotions. Another objective of the invention is to provide tools for brain mapping, understanding human emotions on individual basis with the help of online or offline or hybrid integrated life management system based on needs and wants on individual level. It is useful to create a balance in an individual's life based on his nature and environment and help them achieve their goals and wishes.

Another objective of the invention is to provide services in terms of online/ mobile security and productivity applications to B to B to G to Consumer/users.

generation of the outcome, in both ways, i.e. biometric and non-biometric.

Biometrics inputs can be taken by different type of scanners, sensors as well as

camera. Whereas, Non-Biometric subjective and objective inputs can be taken by

subjective questions, objective questions, visual inputs by retina or Auditory and

speech based inputs along with kinesthetic involvement through gaming and

interactive modules can be added in the second phase of development.

Statement of the invention:

Accordingly, the present invention provides an improved system and associated

device, for dermatoglyphics multiple intelligence testing, comprising plurality of

psychometric assessment tests and analysis under multiple technologies and

associated devices/apparatuses; said system comprising imaging of plurality of

organs and tissues of a user and/or answering plurality of questions, after

successful registration with the system, so as to identify and analyze all the hidden

assets, strong and weak points and provide a report free from false positives and

create a database and profile of user's biological/psychometric traits to use for

safety, security and productivity enhancement of the user, irrespective and

independent of the external environment and emotions of the user at the time of

testing and analysis.

I Claim:
