现有技术的基于WiFi的室内定位技术中,目前业界比较主流的是采用指纹(Fingerprint)定位法来实现室内定位。所谓指纹定位法是指在进行定位之前需要进行WiFi信号特征的提取与收集,绘制“信号场强图”(指纹库),用户需要定位时,把接收到的WiFi信号与“信号场强图”中的WiFi信号做对比,就可以匹配出自己的位置。在绘制指纹库时,信号采集时间越长,采集点越多,指纹库越准确,对定位精度的提高越有利,但与此同时时间成本和费用也越高,因此为商家提供定位服务所收取的服务费自然会比较高,如此高额的服务费对于大多数商家而言是难以接受的。而且,虽然此种方式能够提供高精度的定位信息,但是对于室内定位楼层的判断会存在误差,而这一点也是商家不能接受的,试想如果一个商家店铺实际在5楼,而提供给用户的定位位置却标识在四楼,在这种情况下虽然定位精度会在5米之内,但在4楼的用户并不能找到5楼商家的具体位置,这样就失去了定位的意义。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种基于WiFi信号的定位方法、装置及系统,能够基于WiFi信号为用户提供位置标签信息。

随着定位技术的发展,商家需要的是通过定位服务,能够获取到一定的商业价值。比如某大型商场东大门哈根达斯打折信息,需要西大门的顾客知晓,则哈根达斯商家利用位置服务给商场附件用户推送商业信息和商家地址,这里的商家地址不一定非得是手机地图上的到达精确路径,其实也可以是用户能直接理解的商家位置标签信息(如某商场-东大门左侧-哈根达斯-商户号);,而用户需要的是通过定位服务,能够享受位置服务带来的便捷,如到朋友家做客,在没有地址的情况下,可以通过室内定位获取朋友家精确位置(楼层可能有偏差),但实际上,对于用户只需要获取到一个楼号+房号位置标签足矣。
综上,无论是对于大多数商业街区商铺用户还是大型社区个人住宅用户而言,对定位的需求可能只是位置标签信息(如城市名+地区名+商业街区名+商铺编号+商铺名+..)的获取而已,并不需要用如此高昂的成本来获取具体的精确位置地理信息。
本发明提供了一种基于WiFi信号的定位方法,分别针对WiFi信号接入固定位置用户定位应用场景和WiFi信号检测移动位置用户定位应用场景提供住宅和商业街区的定位服务解决方案,通过较少的成本完成对用户的室内定位和位置服务功能。
本发明的技术方案对现有的WiFi无线网络并不需要有任何特殊的改造,随着大数据时代的发展趋势,城市综合住宅区和商业街区的WiFi无线路由器网络设备会快速增长,定位LBS定位管理平台可通过对用户数量的培养并凭借无线路由器的不断增多,能够不断完善定位系统的核心定位数据--位置标签信息,从而不断提高定位系统的定位成功率和精确度,随着定位成功率和精确度提高,越来越多的人会使用本定位系统,与此同时,也会有越来越多的应用商会基于LBS定位管理平台开发更多具备商业价值的位置服务应用,从而使该定位系统形成一个良性生态定位系统。
图3所示为本发明基于WiFi信号的定位系统的结构示意图,如图3所示,基于WiFi信号的定位系统包括:
安装在移动终端上的客户端:客户端模块是位置信息标签的采集点和提 供位置服务的终端软件,因此具备如下功能:
(1)基于用户信任为前提,提供用户注册功能,以为用户提供部分免费位置服务为代价要求用户提供真实用户信息,其中包括真实住宅位置标签信息或商铺位置标签信息;
(2)具备收集与保存用户位置信息,并上报LBS定位管理平台功能;
(3)具备检测WiFi网络,测算WiFi网络信号强度和无线路由器唯一识别码Mac地址功能;
(4)具备通过移动终端接入WiFi网络,获取其无线路由器唯一识别码MAC地址功能;
(5)具备关联用户位置信息标签与WiFi无线路由器唯一识别码-MAC地址对应关系,上报LBS定位管理平台功能;
(6)具备添加好友功能以及用户位置可见权限设定功能;
(7)具备发送给LBS定位管理平台的位置应用服务请求功能;
(8)基于WiFi信号检测定位模式下,提供用户位置信息周期获取请求功能。
客户端可以通过无线路由器接入WiFi网络。
LBS定位服务管理LBS定位管理平台是整个系统的核心,它主要包括如下的功能:
(1)制定私有协议,提供与客户端消息交互接口;
(2)具备接收并处理客户端上报注册请求、登录请求、各种位置服务请求功能;
(3)对用户通过客户端上报的位置信息标签进行管理与维护,主要包括对位置信息标签的新增、变更、删除;
(4)为用户提供位置信息标签分享给好友功能,查找用户所在位置商圈的停车场信息等位置服务;
(5)为商铺附近位置用户提供商铺信息推送、商业信息发布功能;
(6)提供用户获取位置服务业务的权限管理;
(7)提供与LBS定位服务数据库的通信接口,以便发送需要保存的数据给LBS定位服务数据库进行记录。
LBS定位服务数据库,LBS定位服务数据库主要提供以下功能:
(1)提供与LBS定位管理平台的通信接口,以便LBS定位管理平台存放必要的定位业务信息;
(2)保存位置信息标签与无线路由器MAC地址对应关系;
(3)保存个人住宅用户和商铺用户信息及对应的位置服务应用权限;
(4)保存用户好友信息。
本发明在基于用户信任与用户数量的基础上,以为用户提供部分免费的位置服务为代价引导用户在使用过程中完善LBS定位管理平台位置标签信息,当用户提供的位置信息和用户数量达到一定程度时,能够以成本最小化的方式实现大型住宅社区或者商业街区的准确位置标签定位服务功能,从成本角度分析,达到了成本最小化,同时在用户体验方面得到了提升,是用户数量增长带动定位LBS定位管理平台业务发展的良性循环系统,能够在定位LBS定位管理平台成熟以后为各类用户提供基于位置的各种个性化应用服务。
实施例一
本实施例提供了一种基于WiFi接入模式的位置标签定位方法,本实施例适用于固定位置用户的定位服务。
本实施例中,客户端主要提供个人住宅用户和商铺用户注册功能,个人与商铺用户登录功能,位置标签信息收集功能,WiFi信号接入定位服务功能,基于私有协议接口与LBS定位管理平台通讯功能。注册流程如图4所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤401:基于移动网络或WiFi网络启动客户端;
步骤402:进入注册模式;
步骤403:选择注册用户类型;
步骤404:注册用户为个人用户,注册信息包括用户号码、用户密码。 住宅地址信息;
步骤405:组装注册报文;
步骤406:注册用户为商铺用户,注册信息包括用户号码、用户密码。住宅地址信息和商铺地址信息;
步骤407:组装注册报文;
步骤408:LBS定位管理平台解析获取用户注册信息;
步骤409:LBS定位服务数据库保存用户信息。
个人住宅用户可以通过客户端在移动网络(2G/3G/4G)或WiFi无线网络下进行个人住宅用户信息注册,客户端提供两种注册方式,个人住宅用户注册方式,商铺用户注册方式。个人住宅用户注册包括用户以下信息的填写:用户手机号,用户登录密码,用户类型(0:个人住宅用户),用户住宅位置标签信息(必填)等。商铺用户注册包括用户以下信息的填写:商铺用户手机号,商铺用户登录密码,用户类型(1:商铺用户),用户住宅位置标签信息(选填),用户商铺位置标签信息(必填)等。其中用户住宅位置标签信息格式类似”城市名-地区名-小区名-房号”,商铺位置标签信息格式类似”城市名+地区名+商业街区名+商业楼名+商铺号+商铺名”。这里还需要强调一点:本发明的技术方案是基于用户信任而设计,因此,客户端认为用户填写的位置标签信息都是真实有效的,客户端将真实的用户注册信息通过组装的注册报文上报到LBS定位管理平台,并接收LBS定位管理平台返回的注册成功响应,LBS定位管理平台解析注册报文,获取注册信息,并由LBS定位服务数据库保存用户信息(其中userid为用户手机号,userpwd为用户登录密码,user为用户类型)。
图5为用户通过客户端进行LBS登录的流程示意图,如图5所示,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤501:基于能检测到WiFi网络时启动客户端;

在用户能检测到WiFi信号的前提下,用户通过移动网络或WiFi网络发起登录信息,当处于WiFi接入且使用住宅或商铺模式登录时,所述登录信息至少包括有用户号码、用户密码、登录类型以及接入WiFi信号的Mac地址,首先鉴权,然后根据用户号码查询位置标签,存储所述WiFi信号的无线路由器Mac地址与所述位置标签之间的对应关系,保存用户登录状态,给所述用户返回登录成功;当处于WiFi接入且其他模式登录或处于WiFi检测模式登录时,所述登录信息至少包括有用户名、用户密码、登录类型,此时平台只完成鉴权,保存用户登录状态,给所述用户返回登录成功响应。
本实施例基于WiFi接入模式的位置标签定位方法的流程如图6和图7所示。如图6所示,包括以下步骤:

个人或商铺用户可通过填写的注册信息(用户手机号和用户密码)通过客户端进行登录,因为本实施例是基于WiFi无线网络信号进行定位,因此在用户登录时,用户必须能至少检测到一个WiFi信号,并且在用户登录时需要选择定位模式:WiFi接入定位模式和WiFi检测定位模式。本实施例是针对基于WiFi接入模式的位置标签定位,在WiFi接入定位模式下;用户需要在登录客户端之前接入一个WiFi网络,用户需要选择WiFi网络接入类型:住宅WiFi接入、商铺WiFi接入、其他WiFi接入,若当前接入的WiFi网络属于用户注册的住宅位置标签的WiFi网络,则选择住宅WiFi接入,当用户点击登录时,客户端根据接入WiFi信号获取无线路由器Mac地址,然后将Mac地址上报给LBS定位管理平台,由LBS定位管理平台维护(新增/更新/删除)Mac与住宅位置标签信息的对应关系;若用户当前接入的WiFi网络属于用户注册的商铺位置标签信息,则选择商铺WiFi接入,获取WiFi无线路由器的Mac地址,上报到LBS定位管理平台,由LBS定位管理平台维护(新增/更新/删除)Mac与商铺位置标签信息的对应关系,若都不是,用户则选择其他WiFi接入,基于WiFi无线路由器Mac地址上报位置信息查询请求,然后接收LBS定位管理平台返回的位置标签信息。上述3种登录方式在登录成功后,都能获取到LBS定位管理平台下发的位置标签信息,此时,用户则可以根据需求选择基本位置服务(免费服务)或高级位置服务(付费服务)。
LBS定位管理平台(LBS Management Platform),该管理LBS定位管理平台是整个LBS定位服务系统的核心模块,其主要功能包括:用户数据与定位数据管理;与客户端、定位LBS定位服务数据库私有协议接口消息交互;完 成用户注册,登录以及各种定位业务流程的处理;根据客户端上报的WiFi信号强度,采用特定算法计算出用户当前位置信息等功能。本实施例中,LBS定位管理平台首先接收客户端上报的个人住宅用户和商铺用户注册请求,LBS定位管理平台解析并获取个人住宅用户注册信息(用户号码、用户登录密码、住宅位置标签信息、用户类型等)、商铺用户注册信息(用户号码、用户登录密码、住宅位置标签信息(可选)、商铺位置标签信息(必填)、用户类型等),将注册信息发送到LBS定位服务数据库进行保存;并且给客户端返回注册成功响应消息。然后,接收客户端上报的WiFi接入定位模式的登录请求,LBS定位管理平台解析登录请求报文获取用户号码、用户密码、WiFi网络接入类型、无线路由器Mac地址等信息,并根据用户号码、用户密码、WiFi网络接入类型(住宅接入、商铺接入、其他接入)到LBS定位服务数据库进行鉴权,鉴权通过后,在WiFi住宅接入或商铺接入模式下更新位置标签信息与Mac地址的对应关系,并保存到LBS定位服务数据库;然后组装登录成功响应报文(携带用户当前的位置标签信息)并返回给客户端从而实现定位功能;在WiFi其他接入模式下根据Mac地址到LBS定位服务数据库查询位置标签信息并将查询结果返回给客户端从而实现定位功能,LBS定位管理平台为用户提供各种基于位置的服务,然后等待客户端发起位置服务业务请求,并根据基本业务(免费)或高级业务(付费)向用户收取服务费,从而保证LBS定位管理平台基于位置服务的定制化需求的不断拓展,从而不断完善基于WiFi定位服务系统的业务类型,使LBS定位管理平台保持一定的用户数量。
LBS定位服务数据库(LBS Platform Database)主要是提供保存LBS定位流程必须的有效数据功能。如保存个人住宅用户信息与商铺用户信息以供LBS定位管理平台进行鉴权;保存位置标签信息与无线路由器Mac地址以供用户获取当前所在的位置信息;保存用户好友信息以供用户获取到位置信息,进行位置分享等应用。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种基于WiFi检测模式的位置标签定位方法,本实施例适用于移动位置用户的定位服务。
基于WiFi接入模式的定位服务,能够收集到位置标签信息与无线路由器 Mac地址对应关系核心数据,能为定位服务提供最基本的位置信息数据。基于WiFi接入模式的定位服务中,由于Mac地址和位置标签信息是一一对应关系,因此通过接入WiFi的Mac地址获取到位置标签信息只有一条,能够完成大型社区或商业街区的精确位置标签定位功能。但是,基于WiFi接入模式的定位服务也存在着一个明显缺陷:需要使用定位服务的用户都必须接入一个WiFi网络,即使用定位服务的前提是-用户必须得知接入WiFi信号的密码,这对于在朋友家聚会、商业街区饭店用餐以及咖啡馆喝咖啡的固定位置用户来说不是难事,但对于在商业街区附近活动的移动位置用户而言,WiFi密码是不便获取的,而对于商家来说对于这部分人的商业信息推送以及基于位置的其他服务能够创造商业价值。
因此本实施例提供了一种基于WiFi检测模式的位置标签定位方法,适用于移动位置用户的定位服务,具体的应用场景中,WiFi检测模式的位置标签定位方法的流程如图8所示,包括以下步骤:

用户登录客户端时选择WiFi检测定位模式,此种情况下,客户端不会要求接入WiFi网络信息,只要能够检测到WiFi信号即可,客户端收集检测到的最多5个最强WiFi信号,通过测算获取WiFi信号强度,WiFi信号无线路由器的Mac地址,将最多5个Mac地址和WiFi信号强度参数上报给LBS定位管理平台,LBS定位管理平台通过查询LBS定位服务数据库和定位位置标签匹配算法可得到当前用户的位置标签信息+偏移量,此时,用户则可以根据需求选择基本位置服务(免费服务)或高级位置服务(付费服务)
LBS定位管理平台完成用户注册,登录以及各种定位业务流程的处理;根据用户上报的多个Mac地址查询到多个位置标签,然后根据对应WiFi信号强度,采用特定算法(位置标签匹配算法等)计算出用户当前唯一位置标签信息和偏移量等功能。比如。根据无线路由器Mac地址(假设有3个Mac地址),查询Mac地址与位置标签之间的对应关系,得到3个所述用户当前位置标签信息,根据信号强度和位置标签信息通过位置匹配算法计算得到所述用户当前所在位置的唯一位置标签,所述唯一位置标签包括位置标签+偏移量。
对于实施例二,LBS定位管理平台功能主要体现如下:首先,用户注册、用户信息管理、维护与实施例一功能一致,不同的是,当LBS定位管理平台接收到WiFi检测定位模式上报的定位请求时,解析出上报的Mac地址和信号强度(最多5个),并根据Mac地址到LBS定位服务数据库查询出位置标签信息,LBS定位管理平台得到位置标签信息后,根据用户上报的WiFi信号强度和位置标签参数信息采用定位位置标签匹配算法得出给客户端返回的唯一位置标签信息和位置偏移量信息。然后等待客户端发起位置服务业务请求,并根据基本业务(免费)或高级业务(付费)向用户收取服务费,
LBS定位服务数据库主要是提供保存LBS定位流程必须的有效数据功 能。如保存个人住宅用户信息与商铺用户信息以供LBS定位管理平台进行鉴权;保存位置标签信息与无线路由器Mac地址以供用户获取当前所在的位置信息;保存用户好友信息以供用户获取到位置信息,进行位置分享等应用。
本发明的技术方案可实现收集住宅或商业街区位置标签信息与WiFi无线路由器唯一识别码Mac地址对应关系,从而获取定位LBS定位管理平台核心位置数据,通过LBS定位管理平台可实现对使用客户端的用户进行位置定位,并可基于位置定位信息给用户提供丰富的位置应用服务,可以给人们生活带来便捷,如位置分享,获取所在位置附近的商业街区信息,停车场信息等,也能通过位置应用服务加强人与人之间的沟通与交流。

  1. 一种基于WiFi信号的定位方法,包括:
    接收用户的定位请求,所述定位请求中包括有用户当前所在位置的WiFi信号信息;
    根据所述WiFi信号信息获取所述用户当前所在位置的位置标签信息;
    将所获取的位置标签信息发送给所述用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于WiFi信号的定位方法,其中,所述接收用户的定位请求的步骤之前,该定位方法还包括:
    接收并保存用户通过移动网络或WiFi网络发送的注册信息,所述注册信息至少包括有用户名、用户密码、用户类型以及用户的位置标签。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于WiFi信号的定位方法,其中,所述接收并保存用户的注册信息的步骤之后,该定位方法还包括:
    接收用户通过移动网络或WiFi网络发送的登录信息,所述登录信息中携带有用户检测到的WiFi信号的无线路由器Mac地址;
    存储用户的位置标签与所述无线路由器Mac地址之间的对应关系。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的基于WiFi信号的定位方法,其中,
    所述登录信息中还包括有用户更改后的位置标签;
    所述存储用户的位置标签与所述无线路由器Mac地址之间的对应关系的步骤包括:
    存储用户更改后的位置标签与所述无线路由器Mac地址之间的对应关系。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的基于WiFi信号的定位方法,其中,所述位置标签包括:
    城市名+地区名+小区名+房号;或者,
    城市名+地区名+商业街区名+商业楼名+商铺编号+商铺名。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4所述的基于WiFi信号的定位方法,其中:
    所述WiFi信号信息包括用户接入的WiFi信号;
    所述根据所述WiFi信号信息获取所述用户当前所在位置的位置标签信息的步骤包括:
    获取所述用户接入的WiFi信号对应的无线路由器Mac地址;
    查找所述无线路由器Mac地址与位置标签之间的对应关系;
    确定与所述无线路由器Mac地址对应的位置标签为用户当前所在位置的位置标签信息。
  7. 根据权利要求3或4所述的基于WiFi信号的定位方法,其中:
    所述WiFi信号信息包括用户检测到的至少一个WiFi信号;
    所述根据所述WiFi信号信息获取所述用户当前所在位置的位置标签信息的步骤包括:
    根据用户检测到的至少一个WiFi信号测量所述WiFi信号的信号强度及获取对应的无线路由器Mac地址;
    根据所述WiFi信号的信号强度和无线路由器Mac地址查找无线路由器Mac地址与位置标签之间的对应关系,得到所述用户当前所在位置的位置标签信息,所述位置标签信息包括位置标签+偏移量。
  8. 一种基于WiFi信号的定位装置,包括接收模块、获取模块和发送模块,其中:
    所述接收模块设置成:接收用户的定位请求,所述定位请求中包括有用户当前所在位置的WiFi信号信息;
    所述获取模块设置成:根据所述WiFi信号信息获取所述用户当前所在位置的位置标签信息;
    所述发送模块设置成:将所获取的位置标签信息发送给所述用户。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的基于WiFi信号的定位装置,该定位装置还包括注册模块,其中:
    所述注册模块设置成:接收并保存用户通过移动网络或WiFi网络发送的注册信息,所述注册信息至少包括有用户名、用户密码、用户类型以及用户的位置标签。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的基于WiFi信号的定位装置,该定位装置还包括登录模块,其中:
    所述登录模块设置成:接收用户通过移动网络或WiFi网络发送的登录信息,并存储用户的位置标签与所述无线路由器Mac地址之间的对应关系,其中,所述登录信息中携带有用户检测到的WiFi信号的无线路由器Mac地址,。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的基于WiFi信号的定位装置,其中:
    所述登录信息中还包括有用户更改后的位置标签;
    所述装置还包括更新模块,其中:
    所述更新模块设置成:存储用户更改后的位置标签与所述无线路由器Mac地址之间的对应关系。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的基于WiFi信号的定位装置,其中,所述位置标签包括:
    城市名+地区名+小区名+房号;或者,
    城市名+地区名+商业街区名+商业楼名+商铺编号+商铺名。
  13. 根据权利要求10或11所述的基于WiFi信号的定位装置,其中:
    所述WiFi信号信息包括用户接入的WiFi信号;
    所述获取模块设置成按照如下方式根据所述WiFi信号信息获取所述用户当前所在位置的位置标签信息:
    获取所述用户接入的WiFi信号对应的无线路由器Mac地址;
    查找所述无线路由器Mac地址与位置标签之间的对应关系;
    确定与所述无线路由器Mac地址对应的位置标签为用户当前所在位置的位置标签信息。
  14. 根据权利要求10或11所述的基于WiFi信号的定位装置,其中:
    所述WiFi信号信息包括用户检测到的至少一个WiFi信号;
    所述获取模块设置成按照如下方式根据所述WiFi信号信息获取所述用户当前所在位置的位置标签信息:
    根据用户检测到的至少一个WiFi信号测量所述WiFi信号的信号强度及 获取对应的无线路由器Mac地址;
    根据所述WiFi信号的信号强度和无线路由器Mac地址查找无线路由器Mac地址与位置标签之间的对应关系,得到所述用户当前所在位置的位置标签信息,所述位置标签信息包括位置标签+偏移量。
  15. 一种基于WiFi信号的定位系统,包括客户端和LBS定位管理平台,其中:
    所述客户端设置成:向基于位置的服务LBS定位管理平台发送用户的定位请求;
    所述LBS定位管理平台设置成:接收用户的定位请求,并根据所述WiFi信号信息获取所述用户当前所在位置的位置标签信息,将所获取的位置标签信息通过所述客户端发送给所述用户,其中,所述定位请求中包括有用户当前所在位置的WiFi信号信息,。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的基于WiFi信号的定位系统,其中,
    所述客户端还设置成:通过移动网络或WiFi网络向所述LBS定位管理平台发送用户的注册信息或登录信息,其中,所述注册信息至少包括有用户名、用户密码、用户类型以及用户的位置标签,所述登录信息中携带有用户检测到的WiFi信号的无线路由器Mac地址;
    所述LBS定位管理平台还设置成:接收所述注册信息或登录信息,建立用户的位置标签与所述无线路由器Mac地址之间的对应关系;
    所述系统还包括LBS定位服务数据库,其中:
    所述LBS定位服务数据库设置成:存储用户的位置标签与所述无线路由器Mac地址之间的对应关系。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的基于WiFi信号的定位系统,其中:
    所述登录信息中还包括有用户更改后的位置标签,
    所述LBS定位管理平台还设置成:建立用户更改后的位置标签与所述无线路由器Mac地址之间的对应关系;
    所述LBS定位服务数据库还设置成:存储所述更改后的位置标签与所述 无线路由器Mac地址之间的对应关系。
  18. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被WiFi信号的定位装置执行时,使得该WiFi信号的定位装置可执行权利要求1-7中任一项所述的WiFi信号的定位方法。
  19. 一种载有权利要求18所述计算机程序的载体。
