Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système (100) de traitement d'un mélange issu d'un puits de production (101), ledit mélange comprenant un premier liquide aqueux et un deuxième liquide huileux, le système de traitement comprend un tube d'extraction (103) installé dans ledit puits (101) et apte à conduire ledit mélange depuis un fond dudit puits (101 a), un séparateur (104) apte à séparer le premier liquide du deuxième liquide dans ledit mélange, une première extrémité (106) dudit tube étant connectée au séparateur, un premier moyen d'injection (109) apte à injecter un premier produit dans ledit tube (103), ledit premier produit étant apte à améliorer la floculation et la coalescence du deuxième fluide dans le mélange. Tout diamètre (d1, d2) du tube entre ladite première extrémité (106) du tube et une deuxième extrémité (107) dudit tube est compris dans un intervalle de 10% autour d'un diamètre prédéterminé.
