Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hot-rolled steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof.
- an ultra-thin soft steel sheet for example, in Patent Document 1, steel containing C: 0.01% or more and 0.10% or less is hot-rolled at a temperature of Ar 3 or less, and the subsequent steel sheet is heated at 500 to 750 ° C.
- a technique related to a cold-rolled steel sheet in which a hot-rolled steel sheet is wound around a coil to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet and then cold-rolled to reduce the hardness distribution in the width direction is disclosed.
- Patent Document 2 discloses that steel containing C: 0.016-0.07% and Ti: 0.005-0.03%, Ar 3 transformation point to (Ar 3 transformation point + 49 ° C), reduction rate in final pass: 20% or more After being hot-rolled under the above conditions, the subsequent steel sheet was cooled to 700 ° C. or lower at a cooling rate of 10 ° C./second or more within 0.4 seconds, and wound into a coil at a winding temperature of 450 to 650 ° C. A technique for obtaining a hot-rolled steel sheet for a cold-rolled material having an average crystal grain size of 13 ⁇ m or less and an aging index AI of 10 MPa or less is disclosed.
- Patent Document 1 causes a rolling plate trouble when transformation occurs between finishing stands because the rolling load increases at a temperature of Ar 3 or lower during hot rolling. Also, in order to start finish rolling after lowering the rolling temperature to below Ar 3 , wait for the temperature to drop on the entrance side of the finishing mill, or use a dedicated heating cycle to lower the slab heating temperature in the first place. Another problem is that the cost of hot rolling is significantly increased.
- Patent Document 2 is one method for reducing the load during cold rolling.
- there are thermometers and thickness meters near the exit side of finish rolling and it is difficult to provide a cooling zone near the exit side, so finish rolling to start cooling within 0.4s after finish rolling. It was necessary to roll at a very high speed to the cooling zone far from the machine exit side, which was accompanied by restrictions on actual operation.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and provides a hot-rolled steel sheet as a material for a cold-rolled steel sheet having a small rolling load when subjected to cold rolling, and a method for producing the same. Objective.
- the inventors diligently investigated and examined the correlation between the structure of the hot-rolled steel sheet and various properties of the cold-rolled steel sheet using the hot-rolled steel sheet as a raw material. As a result, it has been found that a hot-rolled steel sheet having a small rolling load when subjected to cold rolling can be stably produced if the material has a predetermined component composition and structure, and the present invention has been completed.
- the gist configuration of the present invention is as follows. (1) In mass%, C: 0.010 to 0.040%, Si: 0.05% or less, Mn: 0.10 to 0.35%, P: 0.03% or less, S: 0.015% or less, Al: 0.01 to 0.10% and N: 0.0050% or less, the balance is Fe and inevitable impurities, the average grain size of ferrite exceeds 13 ⁇ m, and the standard of natural logarithm of individual ferrite grain size A hot-rolled steel sheet having a structure with a deviation of 0.40 or more.
- the component composition is further in mass%, B: 0.0005-0.0030%
- B 0.0005-0.0030%
- the component composition is further mass%, Cr: 0.01-0.10% and Cu: 0.01-0.10%
- the component composition is further mass%, Sb: 0.005 to 0.050%
- the “hot rolled steel sheet” targeted by the present invention includes a hot-rolled steel sheet with a scale and a pickled steel sheet that has been pickled after hot rolling.
- It includes a step of hot rolling a slab having the component composition according to any one of (1) to (4), and in the hot rolling step,
- the entrance temperature of finish rolling is 900 ° C or higher
- the reduction ratio of the stand before the final stand of finish rolling is 15% or more
- the rolling reduction of the final stand of finish rolling is less than 30%
- the exit temperature of finish rolling is 850 ° C or higher
- the steel sheet after the finish rolling is subjected to air cooling of 0.5 s or more and 2.0 s or less
- the average cooling rate until winding after the finish rolling is 10-50 ° C / s
- a method for producing a hot-rolled steel sheet comprising winding at 550 to 700 ° C to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet.
- the mechanism that can reduce the load particularly during cold rolling according to the present invention is not necessarily clear, but is considered as follows. That is, dislocations introduced during cold rolling accumulate in the vicinity of the grain boundary, thereby increasing deformation resistance during cold rolling. For this reason, increasing the grain size of hot-rolled steel sheets to suppress the accumulation of dislocations and increasing the grain size distribution can concentrate the accumulation of dislocations in the vicinity of larger grain boundaries, resulting in total dislocation accumulation. The amount can be reduced. As a result, the deformation resistance at the time of cold rolling can be significantly reduced, and the rolling load at the time of cold rolling can be reduced.
- a hot-rolled steel sheet suitable for use in rolling can be provided.
- C 0.010-0.040% If the content of C is small, the transformation point rises and transformation occurs in the middle of hot finish rolling. As a result, deformation resistance increases greatly and rolling at a set reduction rate becomes impossible. Trouble on the board is caused. Moreover, the cost for reducing C amount is also required. Therefore, the C amount needs to be 0.010% or more, preferably 0.015% or more. On the other hand, if the amount of C is too large, the crystal grains become small and the steel sheet becomes hard due to an increase in cementite. Therefore, the C content needs to be 0.040% or less, preferably 0.035% or less, more preferably 0.030% or less, and still more preferably 0.025% or less.
- Si 0.05% or less
- the Si amount needs to be 0.05% or less, preferably 0.03% or less, more preferably 0.02% or less, and still more preferably 0.01% or less. It should be noted that even if Si is not added, there is no problem in terms of the material. However, in order to suppress the Si content to less than 0.001%, a large amount of cost is required.
- Mn 0.10 to 0.35%
- the amount of Mn needs to be 0.35% or less, preferably 0.30% or less, more preferably 0.25% or less.
- the amount of Mn needs to be 0.10% or more.
- P 0.03% or less P increases the transformation point while hardening the steel sheet by solid solution strengthening. Therefore, the amount of P needs to be 0.03% or less, preferably 0.02% or less. It should be noted that even if P is not added, there is no problem in terms of the material. However, since a large amount of cost is required to suppress the P content to less than 0.005%, the content of 0.005% or more is allowed.
- S 0.015% or less S significantly reduces the ductility in hot rolling, induces hot cracking, and significantly deteriorates the surface properties. Therefore, the S amount needs to be 0.015% or less, preferably 0.010% or less. It should be noted that although there is no problem in terms of material even if S is not added, since it takes a lot of cost to suppress the S content to less than 0.001%, the content of 0.001% or more is allowed.
- Al 0.01-0.10%
- Al suppresses the hardening of the steel sheet by fixing N as a nitride. Further, it is also added as a deoxidizing element, and the aluminum oxide formed at that time is removed as slag. However, if there is little residual Al, deoxidation becomes insufficient. Therefore, Al needs to contain 0.01% or more.
- a large amount of Al not only raises the transformation point, but also causes an increase in the aluminum oxide in the steel and induces cracking. Therefore, the Al content must be 0.10% or less, preferably 0.06% or less. More preferably, it is 0.04% or less.
- N 0.0050% or less
- B 0.0005-0.0030% Since B segregates at a grain boundary with austenite in hot rolling and lowers the energy of the grain boundary, B has the effect of reducing the number of ferrite nucleation sites when ferrite transformation occurs from the austenite grain boundary during cooling. Therefore, the ferrite grain size is increased, which contributes to softening of the steel sheet. In order to obtain such an effect, B is preferably added at 0.0005% or more, more preferably 0.0010% or more. On the other hand, when a large amount of B is added, recrystallization of austenite is suppressed in hot rolling, and dislocations accumulate, so that the ferrite grain size after transformation becomes small. Therefore, when adding B, it is preferable to set it as 0.0030% or less, More preferably, it is 0.0025% or less.
- each content is preferably 0.10% or less, more preferably 0.05% or less.
- Sb 0.005 to 0.050%
- Sb can suppress hardening of the steel sheet due to N by preventing segregation on the surface of the slab and nitriding of the slab in a heating furnace during hot rolling. In order to obtain such an effect, it is preferable to add Sb at 0.005% or more. On the other hand, if a large amount of Sb is added, the production cost increases, so when adding Sb, the content is preferably made 0.050% or less.
- Ti, Nb, V, and Mo harden a steel plate by forming carbonitride, it is preferable to suppress each to less than 0.005%.
- impurities such as Ni, Sn, Mg, Co, As, Pb, Zn, and O, and Ca and REM may be included if they are contained in a total amount of 0.1% or less.
- the hot-rolled steel sheet of the present invention is substantially a ferrite single phase and contains carbides and nitrides (including carbonitrides) as precipitates.
- substantially ferrite single phase means that the ferrite area ratio is 90% or more.
- the ferrite area ratio is preferably 95% or more.
- the balance is allowed to contain 10% or less of pearlite or bainite in a total area ratio, and is preferably 5% or less.
- Average ferrite particle diameter more than 13 ⁇ m If the average particle diameter of ferrite is small, the steel sheet becomes hard and the load during cold rolling increases as shown in FIG. For this reason, the average particle diameter of ferrite needs to be more than 13 ⁇ m, preferably 15 ⁇ m or more, more preferably 18 ⁇ m or more. On the other hand, the upper limit of the average particle size is not particularly set. However, when the particle size is increased, small particles disappear and larger particles grow, so that the particle size distribution becomes small. Therefore, the average particle size is preferably 50 ⁇ m or less.
- Standard deviation of natural logarithm value of individual ferrite grain size 0.40 or more If the distribution of ferrite grain size is narrow, when dislocations accumulate near the grain boundary during cold rolling, dislocations accumulate uniformly. The total amount of dislocation accumulation increases and the deformation resistance increases. Therefore, when the distribution of the ferrite grain size is expressed by the standard deviation of the natural logarithm value of each ferrite grain size, the standard deviation is set to 0.40 or more as shown in FIG. Thereby, the load in cold rolling can be reduced.
- the standard deviation is preferably 0.50 or more, more preferably 0.60 or more. Note that the upper limit of the standard deviation does not need to be specified, but up to about 1.0 is sufficient.
- a steel material having the above component composition for example, a slab is produced by hot rolling.
- the conditions at that time are shown below.
- the inlet temperature must be 900 ° C. or higher, preferably 950 ° C. or higher.
- the upper limit of the inlet side temperature is not specified, but to increase the inlet side temperature, it is necessary to increase the heating temperature. In this case, not only the cost increases, but also scale defects increase. The following is preferable.
- Rolling ratio of final stand of finish rolling less than 30%
- the rolling reduction of the final stand needs to be less than 30%, preferably less than 20%.
- the rolling reduction of the final stand is preferably 10% or more.
- the exit temperature of finish rolling is low, ferrite transformation occurs throughout the thickness of the plate during finish rolling, and the sheet passing becomes unstable.
- the temperature in the plate thickness direction is high inside the steel plate, while it is low on the steel plate surface, but the ferrite transformation only in the vicinity of the surface layer of the steel plate does not affect the sheet passing so much. Therefore, the exit temperature of finish rolling needs to be 850 ° C. or higher, preferably 870 ° C. or higher.
- the exit side temperature of finish rolling is preferably 950 ° C. or lower.
- the average cooling rate needs to be 50 ° C./s or less.
- the average cooling rate needs to be 10 ° C./s or more, preferably 20 ° C./s or more.
- a normal converter method, an electric furnace method, or the like can be appropriately applied for melting the steel.
- the molten steel is subjected to hot rolling as it is after being cast into a slab or by reheating a hot piece or cold piece slab. When heating by hot rolling, it may be heated at about 1100 to 1250 ° C.
- the steel sheet after winding may be pickled and oiled.
- the steel melted in the composition shown in Table 1 was hot-rolled according to the conditions shown in Table 2 to produce hot-rolled steel sheets with various thicknesses.
- the reduction rate of the stand (6th stand) immediately before the final sudan of finish rolling is R 6
- the reduction rate of the final stand (7th stand) is R 7
- the air cooling time for the steel plate after finish rolling is t A
- the average cooling rate until winding after finish rolling is indicated as CR.
- the structure and tensile properties of the hot-rolled steel sheet thus obtained were investigated.
- the tensile test was performed according to JIS Z2241 using a JIS No. 5 test piece.
- the ferrite particle size was determined by the cutting method as follows.
- a cross section in the rolling direction of the hot-rolled steel sheet was etched with nital, then observed at 100 times using an optical microscope photograph, and a 1000 ⁇ 1000 ⁇ m region was photographed.
- 20 lines were drawn at equal intervals (at intervals of 50 ⁇ m) in the rolling direction and the plate thickness direction.
- determine the number of grain boundaries of the ferrite grains intersecting the rolling direction line drawn in the photograph determine the total length of the rolling direction lines of the obtained ferrite grains.
- the average particle size of the rolling direction divided by the total number of grain boundaries was d L.
- the number of ferrite grain boundaries intersecting the line in the plate thickness direction drawn in the photograph is obtained, and the total length of the line in the plate thickness direction is obtained.
- the value obtained by dividing by the total number of grain boundaries of the ferrite grains is an average particle size in the thickness direction: and a d N.
- 2d L ⁇ d N / (d L + d N ) was defined as “average diameter of ferrite”.
- the standard deviation hereinafter simply referred to as “standard deviation” of the natural logarithm of the grain size in the rolling direction and the thickness direction of all ferrite grains in the photograph was determined.
- Table 3 shows the above evaluation results.
- Specimens Nos. 32 to 35 are examples in which the sheet thickness after cold rolling is 0.30 mm or 0.40 mm, and the YP after cold rolling is lower than when the sheet thickness is 0.12 mm or less. Value.
- FIG. 1 the relationship between the air cooling time and the standard deviation is shown in FIG. 1 for the specimens that satisfy the requirements of the present invention except for the air cooling time under the above-described implementation conditions.
- the standard deviation can be made 0.40 or more by setting the air cooling time to 0.5 to 2.0 s.
- two plots outside the scope of the invention are specimens Nos. 18 and 19, and 19 specimens that are invention steels are plotted in the scope of the invention.
- Specimens No. 1 and No. 30 and specimens No. 22 and No. 28 have overlapping plots.
- FIG. 2 shows the relationship. From FIG. 2, it can be seen that by setting the standard deviation to 0.40 or more, the YP of the cold-rolled steel sheet is 830 MPa or less, and the rolling load during cold rolling is reduced.
- the small YP means that the working strain introduced into the steel sheet by cold rolling is small, that is, cold rolling can be performed with a small rolling load.
- the average grain size of ferrite and the yield point YP of the cold-rolled steel sheet for 22 cases with a standard deviation of 0.40 or more.
- the relationship is shown in FIG. FIG. 3 shows that by setting the average grain size to exceed 13 ⁇ m, the YP of the cold-rolled steel sheet is 830 MPa or less, and the rolling load during cold rolling is reduced.
- the hot-rolled steel sheet of the present invention can be subjected to cold rolling for manufacturing a thin cold-rolled steel sheet used in the field of building materials such as roofing materials or a cold-rolled steel sheet subjected to surface treatment.
