Abstract
一种尿液收集和检测装置,包括集尿杯(1),还包括尿液分配装置(2),检测液分配装置(3),反应装置(4)和清洗装置(5)。该尿液收集和检测装置的优点在于:结构紧凑、体积较小,可以置入马桶内使用,适应环境多;自动化程度高,集尿、分配、检测、清洗都自动完成;自来水每次清洗结合清洗液定期清洗,保证检测杯和管道内清洁。

本实用新型涉及医疗器械, 更具体地讲, 涉及一种尿液收集和检测装置。 背景技术
随着人们对健康生活的追求, 尿液检测越来越成为人们的常规检测。所以 需要一种可以在日常生活中使用的安全卫生的尿液收集和检测装置。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是, 提供一种尿液收集和检测装置。
为了解决上述问题, 本实用新型提供尿液收集和检测装置, 包括集尿杯, 其特征在于, 还包括:
一尿液分配装置,所述尿液分配装置包括尿液分配计量泵,尿液分配滑头, 驱动螺杆和驱动电机, 所述驱动电机带动驱动螺杆, 驱动螺杆带动尿液分配滑 头滑动;
一检测液分配装置, 所述检测液分配装置包括检测液加载装置, 检测液输 送计量泵和检测液分配管道, 所述检测液分配管道上设置检测液分配孔, 一个 检测液加载装置连接一个检测液输送计量泵和一个检测液分配孔;
一反应装置, 所述反应装置包括检测杯、 检测杯支架, 所述检测杯支架和 集尿杯设置在同一转动轴;
一清洗装置, 所述清洗装置包括清洗泵, 排污泵, 清洗转动电机, 清洗管 道, 所述清洗管道上设置清洗喷孔;
所述尿液分配滑头、检测液分配管道设置在检测杯支架正上方, 所述清洗 管道设置在检测杯支架正下方, 所述清洗转动电机驱动转动轴, 带动检测杯支 架和集尿杯翻转, 每次检测完毕, 转动检测杯支架和集尿杯, 利用下方的清洗 喷孔清洗。
作为一个优选方案, 至少一个检测液输送计量泵与尿液分配滑头连接, 与 所述检测液输送计量泵连接的检测液加载装置内加载清洗液,用于定期清洗检 测杯。
作为一个优选方案, 还包括排气风机。
本实用新型的优点在于, (1 )本装置结构紧凑, 体积较小, 可以置入马桶 内使用, 适应环境多; (2 ) 自动化程度高, 集尿、 分配、 检测、 清洗都自动完 成; (3 ) 自来水每次清洗结合清洗液定期清洗, 保证检测杯和管道内清洁。 附图说明

实施例
请参见图 1和图 2, 尿液收集和检测装置包括集尿杯 1, 还包括: 一尿液分配装置 2, 所述尿液分配装置 2包括尿液分配计量泵 21, 尿液分 配滑头 22, 驱动螺杆 23和驱动电机 24, 所述驱动电机 24带动驱动螺杆 23, 驱动螺杆 23带动尿液分配滑头 22滑动;
一检测液分配装置 3, 所述检测液分配装置 3包括检测液加载装置 31, 检 测液输送计量泵 32和检测液分配管道 33,所述检测液分配管道 33上设置检测 液分配孔 34,一个检测液加载装置 31连接一个检测液输送计量泵 32和一个检 测液分配孔 33 ;
一反应装置 4, 所述反应装置 4包括检测杯 41、检测杯支架 42, 所述检测
杯支架 42和集尿杯 1设置在同一转动轴 54;
一清洗装置 5, 所述清洗装置 5包括清洗泵 51, 排污泵 52, 清洗转动电机 53, 清洗管道 55, 所述清洗管道 55上设置清洗喷孔 56。
尿液分配计量泵 21从集尿杯 1中吸入定量检测尿液, 通过尿液分配滑头 22滑动依次滴入检测杯 41。尿液分配滑头 22、检测液分配管道 33设置在检测 杯支架 42正上方, 所述清洗管道 55设置在检测杯支架 42正下方, 所述清洗 转动电机 53驱动转动轴 54,带动检测杯支架 42和集尿杯 1翻转,每次检测完 毕, 转动检测杯支架 42和集尿杯 1, 利用下方的清洗喷孔 56清洗。
图 2是尿液收集和检测装置检测杯支架 42翻转时的正面示意图, 检测杯 支架 42和集尿杯 1可以 360度翻转, 清洗时转动转动轴 54, 让检测杯支架 42 和集尿杯 1朝下, 面向清洗喷孔 56。 清洗之后的污水通过排污泵 52排出。
检测液加载装置 31可以根据需要设置多个, 形状可以随意组合。
作为一个优选实施例, 至少一个检测液输送计量泵 32与尿液分配滑头 22 连接, 与所述检测液输送计量泵 32连接的检测液加载装置 31内加载清洗液, 用于定期清洗检测杯 41。清洗液定期专门清洗,进一歩保证检测杯和管道内清 洁。
作为一个优选实施例, 还包括排气风机 6。
本实用新型装置结构紧凑, 布局安排合理, 体积较小, 可以置入马桶内使 用, 适应环境多; 其次, 自动化程度高, 集尿、 分配、 检测、 清洗都自动完成; 第三, 自来水每次清洗结合清洗液定期清洗, 保证检测杯和管道内清洁。

一检测液分配装置, 所述检测液分配装置包括检测液加载装置, 检测液输送计量泵和 检测液分配管道, 所述检测液分配管道上设置检测液分配孔, 一个检测液加载装置连接一 个检测液输送计量泵和一个检测液分配孔;
一反应装置, 所述反应装置包括检测杯、 检测杯支架, 所述检测杯支架和集尿杯设置 在同一转动轴;
一清洗装置, 所述清洗装置包括清洗泵, 排污泵, 清洗转动电机, 清洗管道, 所述清 洗管道上设置清洗喷孔;
所述尿液分配滑头、 检测液分配管道设置在检测杯支架正上方, 所述清洗管道设置在 检测杯支架正下方, 所述清洗转动电机驱动转动轴, 带动检测杯支架和集尿杯翻转, 每次 检测完毕, 转动检测杯支架和集尿杯, 利用下方的清洗喷孔清洗。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的尿液收集和检测装置, 其特征在于, 至少一个检测液输送计 量泵与尿液分配滑头连接, 与所述检测液输送计量泵连接的检测液加载装置内加载清洗液, 用于定期清洗检测杯。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的尿液收集和检测装置, 其特征在于, 还包括排气风机。
