本发明实施例所述第一插配结构 31和第二插配结构 32的插入方向与显 示面板 2的一边的延伸方向平行; 第一插配结构 31和第二插配结构 32分别 位于与显示面板 2的边框区域对应的区域。 因而,第一插配结构 31和第二插 配结构 32占显示面板整个面积的比例较小,避免了触摸屏和显示面板之间大 面积贴合引起的黄斑(Bubble ) 、 水波纹(mura )等不良现象。
一般地, 显示面板的相对的两个边的边缘平行, 因此, 本公开的实施例 为所述各插配结构的插入方向平行。
例如, 在前述实施例的基础上, 第一插配结构和第二插配结构分别包括 两个相互插配的连接件, 两个相互插配的连接件其中之一固定于所述触摸屏 上, 另一固定于所述显示面板上。
进一步地, 所述两个相互插配的连接件中, 固定于触摸屏上的连接件为 沿所述插入方向延伸的具有插配槽的插配槽体, 所述插配槽体的一端延伸至 所述触摸屏的边缘。 固定于所述显示面板上的连接件为与所述插配槽的形状 相配合的插配凸块; 所述插配槽体固定于触摸屏上的位置与所述插配凸块固 定于显示面板上的位置相对应。
或者, 所述两个相互插配的连接件中, 固定于所述显示面板上的连接件 为沿所述插入方向延伸的具有插配槽的插配槽体, 所述插配槽体的一端延伸 至所述显示面板的边缘。 固定于所述触摸屏上的连接件为与所述插配槽的形 状相配合的插配凸块; 所述插配槽体固定于显示面板上的位置与所述插配凸 块固定于触摸屏上的位置相对应。
当然, 本发明至少一个实施例的各插配结构在与插入方向垂直的方向上 也可以呈设定夹角, 此时, 一个示例为: 第一插配结构和第二插配结构分别 包括两个相互插配的第一连接件和第二连接件, 所述第一连接件和第二连接 件分别为插配槽体和插配凸块; 所述插配槽体固定于所述显示面板(或触摸 屏)上, 所述插配凸块枢转连接于所述触摸屏(或显示面板)上。
例如, 上述第一插配结构和第二插配结构分别包括两个相互插配的连接 件, 两个相互插配的连接件其中之一固定于所述触摸屏上, 另一固定于所述 显示面板上时, 以使触摸屏和显示面板之间的连接更加可靠。
为了更清楚地说明图 2所示的第一插配结构和第二插配结构, 这里以第 一插配结构包括第一连接件和第二连接件, 且第一连接件固定于触摸屏上, 第二连接件固定于显示面板上为例进行说明。
参见图 3, 即显示面板 2和固定于显示面板 2上的第二连接件 312的截 面图; 参见图 4, 即触摸屏 1和固定于触摸屏 1上的第一连接件 311的截面 图。
例如,所述两个相互插配的连接件(即第一连接件 311和第二连接件 312 ) 中, 固定于显示面板 2上的第二连接件 312为沿图 2所示的插入方向延伸的 具有插配槽的插配槽体, 如图 2所示, 插配槽体的一端延伸至所述显示面板 的边缘。 固定于触摸屏 1上的第一连接件 311为与插配槽的形状相配合的插 配凸块。
与插配槽体配合实现插配连接的插配凸块的形状与插配槽体的插配槽的 形状相配合, 即相互补, 从而实现二者在与插入方向垂直的方向上不容易分 离。
本发明至少一个实施例提供的第一插配结构 31和第二插配结构 32的第 一连接件 311和第二连接件 312在触摸显示装置中的设置可以有多种方式。 例如, 第一插配结构 31和第二插配结构 32的第一连接件 311均设置在触摸 屏上(或显示面板上),第二连接件 312均设置在显示面板上(或触摸屏上)。
或者, 第一插配结构 31的第一连接件 311和第二插配结构 32的第一连 接件 311分别设置在触摸屏上和显示面板上,相应地,第一插配结构 31的第 二连接件 312和第二插配结构 32的第二连接件 312分别设置在显示面板上和 触摸屏上。
在一个实施例中, 首先在触摸屏和显示面板组合后二者彼此相对的两个 面上分别设置第一连接件 311和第二连接件 312; 将第一连接件 311和第二 连接件 312按照插入方向相互插配, 使得第一连接件 311和第二连接件 312 插配成为一体, 同时触摸屏和显示面板通过插配连接的第一连接件 311和第 二连接件 312成为一体, 构成触摸显示装置。
当第一连接件 311和第二连接件 312分别为插配槽体和插配凸块时, 二 者结合得更紧。
为了使得上述实施例提供的第一连接件 311和第二连接件 312连接更加 可靠, 例如所述插配槽体的插配槽的形状包括燕尾槽或 T型槽。 图 5为本发 明实施例提供的具有燕尾槽的插配槽体局部放大示意图; 图 6为本发明实施 例提供的具有 T型槽的插配槽体局部放大示意图; 参见图 5中插配槽的形状 为燕尾槽的插配槽体 312;参见图 6中插配槽的形状为 T型槽的插配槽体 312。
所述插配槽体的插配槽的形状为燕尾槽或 T型槽均满足槽的开口口径小 于槽底的宽度; 与插配槽体配合实现插配连接的插配凸块的形状与所述燕尾 槽或 T型槽的形状相配合, 即相互补, 从而实现二者在与插入方向垂直的方 向上不容易分离。
进一步地, 参见图 1, 在本发明的至少一个实施例中, 插配结构 3位于 触摸屏与显示面板之间的部分的最大高度 h等于所述触摸屏与所述显示面板 之间的垂直距离 H, 使得所述插配凸块完全插入所述插配槽体的插配槽中, 降低了触摸显示装置整体的厚度, 有利于实现更薄更轻的触摸显示装置。
例如, 所述插配结构位于触摸屏与显示面板之间的部分的最大高度为 2-3毫米( mm ) , 也就是 i兌, 触 ^莫^"和显示面反 司的 巨离为 2~3mm。 进一步地, 在本发明的至少一个实施例中, 所述第一插配结构和第二插 配结构的位于触摸屏与显示面板之间的部分等高, 以使得触摸屏上各处距离 所述显示面板的距离相等。
在本发明的至少一个实施例中, 如图 3和图 4所示的结构, 待触摸屏和 显示面板通过插配结构成为一体时, 即第一连接件 311和第二连接件 312的 相对位置确定时, 为了防止触摸屏和显示面板相对移动, 参见图 7, 所述触 摸显示装置还包括位于所插配槽体的插入口处的锁紧件 4。 例如, 所述锁紧 件可以为任何能够实现锁紧所述触摸屏和显示面板的结构, 具体结构不限, 例如锁紧件为卡扣件。
需要说明的是, 本发明至少一个实施例中, 在显示面板上设置的插配槽 体可以为独立于所述显示面板的结构, 例如所述插配槽体通过粘接的方式固 定于所述显示面板上; 所述插配槽体也可以为在所述显示面板上利用显示面 板本身的结构制作出的凹陷结构, 例如插配槽体可通过在显示面板的边框区 域本身金属材质冲压出平行的沟槽实现, 此时例如可使得显示面板和触摸屏 彼此紧贴。
当所述插配结构包括多个卡扣式结构时, 每个卡扣式结构包括第一连接 件和第二连接件, 例如第一连接件固定于触摸屏上, 第二连接件固定于显示 面板上。 并且, 上述多个卡扣式结构例如均勾分布在显示面板的边框区域, 或者例如仅分布在显示面板的彼此相对的两侧的边框区域之中。 当然, 上述 多个卡扣式结构也可以非均匀分布在显示面板的边框区域之中, 只要能使得 显示面板和触摸屏彼此一体结合即可。
本发明至少一个实施例提供的触摸显示装置, 在相对设置的触摸屏和显 示面板之间设置至少两个插配结构, 所述各插配结构的插入方向平行, 所述 触摸屏和显示面板通过插配结构插配连接。 这样可以有效避免大面积粘胶引 起的黄斑(Bubble ) 、 水波纹(mura )等不良现象, 进一步降低了触摸显示 装置出现黄斑、 水波纹等不良现象的几率; 本发明的实施例还可以实现一种 触摸屏和显示面板组装和拆卸更便捷的触摸显示装置。
在本发明的至少一个实施例中, 显示面板可以为液晶显示(LCD )面板、 有机发光二极管 (OLED )显示面板、 发光二极管 (LED )显示面板或等离 子显示面板(PDP )等。 在本发明的至少一个实施例中, 触摸屏可以为电阻 式、 电容式、 红外式或表面声波式触摸屏等。 本发明的实施例不限于显示面 板与触摸屏的具体类型, 只要二者能够彼此组合使用即可。
本申请要求于 2014年 1月 21 日递交的中国专利申请第 201410028166.4 号的优先权, 在此全文引用上述中国专利申请公开的内容以作为本申请的一 部分。 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种触摸显示装置, 包括: 相对设置的触摸屏和显示面板, 以及位于 所述触摸屏和所述显示面板之间的至少两个插配结构,
其中, 所述触摸屏和所述显示面板通过所述插配结构插配连接。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的触摸显示装置, 其中, 所述至少两个插配结构 包括第一插配结构和第二插配结构, 所述第一插配结构和所述第二插配结构 的插入方向与所述显示面板的一边的边缘平行, 所述第一插配结构和所述第 二插配结构分别位于与所述显示面板的边框区域相对应的区域中, 所述第一 插配结构所在的边框区域与所述第二插配结构所在的边框区域相对。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的触摸显示装置, 其中, 所述第一插配结构和所 述第二插配结构每个包括两个相互插配的第一连接件和第二连接件, 所述第 一连接件固定于所述触摸屏上, 所述第二连接件固定于所述显示面板上。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的触摸显示装置, 其中, 所述第一连接件为沿所 述插入方向延伸的具有插配槽的插配槽体, 所述插配槽体的一端延伸至所述 触摸屏的边缘; 所述第二连接件为与所述插配槽的形状相配合的插配凸块; 或者
所述第一连接件为沿所述插入方向延伸的具有插配槽的插配槽体, 所述 插配槽体的一端延伸至所述显示面板的边缘; 所述第二连接件为与所述插配 槽的形状相配合的插配凸块。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的触摸显示装置, 其中, 所述插配槽包括燕尾槽 或 T型槽。
6、根据权利要求 3或 5所述的触摸显示装置, 其中, 所述至少两个插配 结构位于所述触摸屏与所述显示面板之间的部分的最大高度等于所述触摸屏 与所述显示面板之间的垂直距离。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的触摸显示装置, 其中, 所述至少两个插配结构 位于所述触摸屏与所述显示面板之间的部分的最大高度为 2~3mm。
8、 根据权利要求 2-7任一所述的触摸显示装置, 其中, 所述第一插配结 构和所述第二插配结构位于所述触摸屏与所述显示面板之间的部分等高。
9、根据权利要求 4所述的触摸显示装置,还包括位于所述插配槽体的插 入口处的锁紧件。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的触摸显示装置, 其中, 所述锁紧件包括卡扣 件。
