3、 在线交易信息会包含商家的具体销售数据, 该数据的流出导致商家的商业秘 密外泄, 从而使行业竞争对手获利。

101、 消费者在选择需要采购付款的商品或接受商家提供的劳务以后, 商家在支付引 导与确认装置中通过键盘模块输入本次交易单号与交易金额信息;
102、 信息处理模块收到键盘模块中输入的步骤 101中的交易单号与交易金额信息连 同其它交易信息, 其他信息具体包括: 支付服务提供商的引导字符串、设备识别号、商家 收款帐号、 交易时间、 交易确认码, 传输至加密解密模块进行加密;
103、 信息处理模块利用现有技术将该加密后的信息生成二维码, 并将该二维码通过 显示模块进行显示;
104、 消费者利用移动智能终端通过具有二维码扫描功能的客户端软件, 包括各支付 服务提供商的移动客户端软件扫描商家支付引导与确认装置生成的二维码;
105、 具有二维码扫描功能的客户端软件将交易信息上传到支付平台请求支付;
106、 支付平台处理支付请求, 并进行交易确认码的解码, 请求消费者确认支付金额 以及相关信息后输入密码;
107、消费者在个人移动客户端确认支付金额以及相关信息后输入交易密码确认支付;

其次, 顾客从商家移动终端获得的交易请求信息为加密数据, 在线网络传输时更安 全可靠,保证了离线交易确认的安全性。同时在线交易信息不用包含商家的具体销售数据, 只进行商家和交易单号的核销, 避免了商家的商业秘密外泄而造成的损失。
最后, 本发明可以解决商家集中收银的排队等候吋间过长问题, 可使商家的集中收 银改变为分散式收银。

101. 连锁牛排西餐店(支持快钱支付),消费者 C消费了 ¥680,结账时要求快钱, 售货员通过支付引导与确认装置输入交易单号 011029以及支付金额 Y680;
102. 支付引导与确认装置在内部把输入的单号 011029以及支付金额 ¥680,连同 提前设定好的信息包括设备识别号,商家快钱账号,交易时间,交易确认码进行加密处理;
103. 支付引导与确认装置的屏幕上显示出一个二维码, 以及此次支付金额 Y680;
104. 消费者 C拿出自己的智能手机, 打开手机中快钱客户端的二维码扫码功能, 扫描支付导引与确认装置屏幕上现实的二维码;
105. 扫码后获的信息经由消费者 C的手机传回给快钱支付平台请求支付;
106. 快钱处理支付请求后, 并解码后, 返回信息给消费者手机上的快钱支付页面 上此次消费要支付的金额 Y680, 以及支付地点, 交易单号, 支付时间等信息, 并要求输 入支付密码;
107. 消费者手机上核对需支付金额后, 输入支付密码 xxxxxx并点击确认提交;
108. 快钱支付平台对消费者提交的回复支付密码 xxxxxx进行验证;
109. 验证成功后, 将支付成功的电子凭证返回给消费者的手机, 显示支付成功信 息, 以及解码后的数字交易确认码;
110.售货员将 109中提到的返回给消费者手机上的交易确认码通过支付引导与确 认装置输入进行验证;
111. 经支付引导与确认装置验证后, 在屏幕上返回支付成功信息, 支付结束。 当然, 上述说明并非是对本发明的限制, 本发明也并不仅限于上述举例, 本技术领 域的普通技术人员在本发明的实质范围内做出的变化、改型、添加或替换, 也应属于本发 明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种支持移动支付的离线引导与确认装置, 其特征在于: 包括与信息处理模块连 接的显示模块、 存储模块、键盘模块、 加密解密模块、 电源模块、 输入输出 (I/O)模块、 主 面板以及电池模块。
2. 根据权力要求 1所述的一种支持移动支付的离线引导与确认装置, 其特征在于: 所述的加密解密模块可有多个, 且可更换。
3. 根据权力要求 1所述的一种支持移动支付的离线引导与确认装置, 其特征在于: 所述的输入输出 (I/O)模块可以通过有线和 /或无线连接如下外部设备: 二维码识别装置、 条形码识别装置、 打印装置、 声波识别装置、 以及 NFC识别装置。
4. 一种支持移动支付的离线引导与确认方法, 其特征在于: 包括以下步骤:
101、 消费者在选择需要采购付款的商品或接受商家提供的劳务以后, 商家在支付引 导与确认装置中通过键盘模块输入本次交易单号与交易金额信息;
102、 信息处理模块收到键盘模块中输入的步骤 101中的交易单号与交易金额信息连 同其它交易信息, 其他信息具体包括: 支付服务提供商的引导字符串、设备识别号、商家 收款帐号、 交易时间、 交易确认码, 传输至加密解密模块进行加密;
103、 信息处理模块利用现有技术将该加密后的信息生成二维码, 并将该二维码通过 显示模块进行显示;
104、 消费者利用移动智能终端通过具有二维码扫描功能的客户端软件, 包括各支付 服务提供商的移动客户端软件扫描商家支付引导与确认装置生成的二维码;
105、 具有二维码扫描功能的客户端软件将交易信息上传到支付平台请求支付;
106、 支付平台处理支付请求, 并进行交易确认码的解码, 请求消费者确认支付金额 以及相关信息后输入密码;
107、消费者在个人移动客户端确认支付金额以及相关信息后输入交易密码确认支付;
108、 支付平台对消费者输入的密码进行验证, 如果验证成功, 执行步骤 109, 如果 不成功, 提醒消费者重新输入密码;
109、 移动支付平台给消费者发送交易成功电子凭证, 并包括返回解密后的交易确认 码;
110、 商家在支付引导与确认装置中通过键盘模块输入顾客收到的支付成功电子凭证 返回的解密后的交易确认码; 111、 信息处理模块确认该解密后的确认校验码是否正确解密, 如果正确, 显示交易 成功; 如果不正确, 提示重新输入交易确认码。
