第 N操作系统运行环境, 配置为从所述第一操作系统获取运行所需资 源, 向第 N操作系统提供运行环境;

下面结合附图对技术方案的实施作进一步的详细描述。
本发明实施例是一种分屏显示方式同时运行多个操作系统的方案, 本 发明实施例实现多操作系统的数据处理方法, 所述方法应用于终端设备, 所述终端设备具有显示区域, 所述终端设备能以分屏显示的方式同时运行 多个操作系统; 所述方法包括: 触发用户操作后, 响应所述用户操作, 接 收控制指令, 根据所述控制指令基于同时运行的多个操作系统进行数据处 理。
本发明实施例的终端设备, 所述终端设备具有显示区域, 所述终端设 备能以分屏显示的方式同时运行多个操作系统; 所述终端设备还包括: 数 据处理装置, 配置为触发用户操作后, 响应所述用户操作, 接收控制指令, 根据所述控制指令基于同时运行的多个操作系统进行数据处理。
以终端设备为智能手机为例, 目前的智能手机可以分屏, 虽然实现了 单个屏幕同时显示两个界面的功能, 却只能显示同一个操作系统下两个应 用的界面, 不能同时使用两个操作系统进行控制, 并没有将两个分屏情况 下多屏幕的优势彻底发挥出来。 如果能够在一个智能手机中, 使用分屏显 示的方式, 同时运行多个操作系统, 例如两个操作系统, 一个为安卓操作 系统, 一个为 windows操作系统, 在分屏显示时, 半个屏幕运行更适合娱 乐的安卓操作系统, 另半个屏幕运行更适合办公的 windows操作系统, 分 屏的优势将得到彻底发挥。
以下以分屏显示双操作系统为例对本发明实施例进行阐述。
一、 利用本发明实施例启动双操作系统包括以下内容:
1 )移动终端接收到启动指令。
2 )第一操作系统正常启动, 与普通单操作系统终端一致。
3 )第一操作系统启动完毕后, 启动第二操作系统运行环境。
4 )第二操作系统运行环境启动完毕后, 在第二操作系统运行环境中启 动第二操作系统。
5 )双操作系统启动完成。
这里需要指出的是, 本发明实施例的重点是: 先启动第二操作系统运 行环境, 之后在该第二操作系统运行环境中启动第二操作系统。
二、 利用本发明实施例关闭双操作系统包括以下内容:
1 )移动终端接收到关机指令。
2 )关闭第二操作系统运行环境中的第二操作系统及在第二操作系统上 运行的应用。
3 ) 关闭第二操作系统运行环境。
4 ) 关闭第一操作系统及在第一操作系统上运行的应用。
5 ) 关机完成。
这里需要指出的是, 本发明实施例的重点是: 先关闭在第二操作系统 运行环境中的第二操作系统, 之后, 关闭该第二操作系统运行环境。 三、 利用本发明实施例显示双操作系统界面包括以下内容:
1 )第一操作系统接收到显示指令。
2 )第一操作系统判断显示指令是由第二操作系统上运行的应用程序发 出的指令还是由在第一操作系统上运行的应用程序发出的指令。
3 )如果是由第一操作系统上运行的应用程序发出的显示指令, 第一操 作系统计算刷新界面范围为第一分屏, 调用显示服务驱动要求显示。 显示 服务驱动控制第一分屏进行界面刷新。
4 )如果是由第二操作系统上运行的应用程序发出的显示指令, 第一操 作系统计算刷新界面范围为第二分屏, 调用显示服务驱动要求显示。 显示 服务驱动控制第二分屏进行界面刷新。
这里需要指出的是, 本发明实施例的重点是: 执行主体都是第一操作 系统, 即由第一操作系统接收指令, 进行各种判断。
四、 利用本发明实施例双操作系统接收触摸屏输入包括以下内容:
1 )第一操作系统接收到触摸输入指令。
2 )第一操作系统判断输入指令是从第一分屏输入的指令还是由第二分 屏输入的指令。
3 )如果是从第一分屏输入的指令, 则将指令发送第一操作系统上运行 的应用程序。
4 )如果是从第二分屏输入的指令, 则将指令发送给第二操作系统, 并 由第二操作系统发送给在第二操作系统上运行的应用程序。
本发明实施例中的第一操作系统即原有的操作系统, 也可以称为主操 作系统, 第一操作系统可以启动硬件, 而第二操作系统是不能启动硬件的, 第二操作系统也可以称为辅操作系统, 因此第二操作系统需要经由第一操 作系统来调用硬件, 才可以实现一系列功能。 本发明实施例与现有技术相 比较, 能够提供一种移动终端运行双操作系统的方案, 在分屏显示的移动 终端中运行双操作系统, 使分屏优势得到彻底发挥。
对于本发明实施例的终端设备中数据处理装置中的核心部件而言, 包 括:
1 )第一操作系统: 实现了 CPU管理、 存储管理、 设备管理等功能的 操作系统, 在本发明实施例双操作系统的第一操作系统中, 由第一操作系 统真正对设备硬件进行管理。
2 )第二操作系统运行环境: 由第一操作系统提供运行所需资源, 向第 二操作系统提供运行环境。
3 )第二操作系统: 本发明实施例双操作系统的第二操作系统, 运行在 第二操作系统运行环境中。
4 )显示屏, 对于触摸显示终端设备而言, 可以为触摸显示屏: 实现了 分屏功能的触 ^/显示屏, 被分为第一分屏和第二分屏。 其中, 第一分屏显 示第一操作系统及在第一操作系统上运行的应用的界面, 并接受用户在第 一分屏上的输入; 第二分屏显示第二操作系统及在第二操作系统上运行的 应用界面, 并接受用户在第二分屏上的输入。
5 )显示服务驱动, 对于触摸显示终端设备而言, 可以为触摸显示屏: 在第一操作系统上运行, 对触^ /显示屏进行控制。
以下分应用场景对本发明实施例进行具体阐述。
如图 1 所示为移动终端运行双操作系统的数据处理装置, 包括以下各 个组件:
第一操作系统 101 : 实现了 CPU管理、 存储管理、 设备管理等功能的 操作系统, 在双操作系统中, 由第一操作系统真正对设备硬件进行管理。
第二操作系统运行环境 102: 由第一操作系统提供运行所需资源, 向第 二操作系统提供运行环境。
第二操作系统 103: 双操作系统的第二操作系统,运行在第二操作系统 运行环境中, 包括操作系统及在其上运行的应用、 服务、 驱动等。
运行在第一操作系统上的应用程序 104, 包括应用、 服务、 驱动等。 触^/显示服务驱动 105: 在第一操作系统上运行, 对触^ /显示屏进行 控制。
触^/显示屏 106: 实现了分屏功能的触 ^/显示屏, 触^/显示屏由第一 分屏 107和第二分屏 108构成。
第一分屏 107: 触^/显示屏的一部分, 配置为显示第一操作系统及在 第一操作系统上运行的应用的界面, 并接受用户在第一分屏上的输入。
第二分屏 108: 触^/显示屏的另一部分, 显示第二操作系统及在第二 操作系统上运行的应用界面, 并接受用户在第二分屏上的输入。
应用场景一: 基于上述图 1 所述的装置, 本发明实施例的移动终端运 行双操作系统的方法, 其开机处理流程如图 2所示, 包括:
步骤 201 : 移动终端接收到开机指令(或称为启动指令)。
步骤 202: 第一操作系统正常启动, 与普通单操作系统终端一致。 步骤 203: 第一操作系统启动完毕后, 启动第二操作系统运行环境。 步骤 204: 第二操作系统运行环境启动完毕后, 启动第二操作系统。 步骤 205: 双操作系统开机(或称为启动) 完成。
应用场景二: 基于上述图 1 所述的装置, 本发明实施例的移动终端运 行双操作系统的方法, 其关机处理流程如图 3所示, 包括:
步骤 301 : 移动终端接收到关机指令(或称为关闭指令)。
步骤 302: 关闭第二操作系统及在第二操作系统上运行的应用。
步骤 303: 关闭第二操作系统运行环境。
步骤 304: 关闭第一操作系统及在第一操作系统上运行的应用。
步骤 305: 关机(或称为关闭) 完成。
应用场景三: 基于上述图 1 所述的装置, 本发明实施例的移动终端运 行双操作系统的方法, 其显示处理流程如图 4所示, 包括:
步骤 401: 第一操作系统接收到显示指令。
步骤 402:第一操作系统判断显示指令是由第二操作系统发出的还是由 在第一操作系统上运行的应用程序发出的。
步骤 403: 如果是由第一操作系统上运行的应用程序发出的显示指令, 第一操作系统计算刷新界面范围为第一分屏, 调用显示服务驱动要求显示。
步骤 404: 显示服务驱动控制第一分屏进行界面刷新, 显示界面在第一 分屏中显示。
步骤 405: 如果是由第二操作系统上运行的应用程序发出的显示指令, 第一操作系统计算刷新界面范围为第二分屏, 调用显示服务驱动要求显示。
步骤 406: 显示服务驱动控制第二分屏进行界面刷新, 显示界面在第二 分屏中显示。
应用场景四: 基于上述图 1 所述的装置, 本发明实施例的移动终端运 行双操作系统的方法, 其输入处理流程如图 5所示, 包括:
步骤 501: 第一操作系统接收到触摸输入指令。
步骤 502:第一操作系统判断输入指令是从第一分屏输入的还是由第二 分屏输入的。
步骤 503: 如果是从第一分屏输入的, 则将指令发送第一操作系统上运 行的应用程序。
步骤 504: 如果是从第二分屏输入的, 则将指令发送给第二操作系统, 并由第二操作系统发送给在第二操作系统上运行的应用程序。
本发明实施例所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为 独立的产品销售或使用时, 也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出 贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一 个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算 机、 服务器、 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或 部分。 而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储器 (ROM, Read-Only Memory ), 随机存取存 4诸器 ( RAM, Random Access Memory )、 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。 这样, 本发明实施例不限 制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质, 其中存储有计算 机程序, 该计算机程序用于执行本发明实施例的实现多操作系统的数据处 理方法。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现多操作系统的数据处理方法, 所述方法应用于终端设备, 所述终端设备具有显示区域, 所述终端设备能以分屏显示的方式同时运行 多个操作系统; 所述方法包括:
触发用户操作后, 响应所述用户操作, 接收控制指令, 根据所述控制 指令基于同时运行的多个操作系统进行数据处理。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述控制指令为启动多操作系 统指令时, 所述根据所述控制指令基于同时运行的多个操作系统进行数据 处理, 具体包括:
启动第一操作系统, 在所述显示区域的第一分屏显示所述第一操作系 统及在所述第一操作系统上运行的应用;
第一操作系统启动完毕后, 启动第 N操作系统运行环境, 所述 N为大 于 1的自然数;
在所述第 N操作系统运行环境中启动第 N操作系统, 在所述显示区域 的第 N分屏显示所述第 N操作系统及在所述第 N操作系统上运行的应用。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述控制指令为关闭多操作系 统指令时, 所述根据所述控制指令基于同时运行的多个操作系统进行数据 处理, 具体包括:
关闭在所述显示区域的第 N分屏显示的第 N操作系统及在第 N操作系 统上运行的应用, 所述 N为大于 1的自然数;
关闭第 N操作系统运行环境;
关闭在所述显示区域的第一分屏显示的第一操作系统及在第一操作系 统上运行的应用。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述控制指令为显示多操作系 统指令时, 所述根据所述控制指令基于同时运行的多个操作系统进行数据 处理, 具体包括:
第一操作系统判断所述显示多操作系统指令是由第 N操作系统上运行 的应用发出的指令还是由第一操作系统上运行的应用发出的指令; 所述 N 为大于 1的自然数;
如果所述显示多操作系统指令是由所述第一操作系统上运行的应用发 出的指令, 则所述第一操作系统计算刷新界面范围为第一分屏, 调用显示 服务驱动要求显示;
如果所述显示多操作系统指令是由所述第 N操作系统上运行的应用发 出的指令, 则第一操作系统计算刷新界面范围为第 N分屏, 调用显示服务 驱动要求显示。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述控制指令为多操作系统接 收指令时, 所述根据所述控制指令基于同时运行的多个操作系统进行数据 处理, 具体包括:
第一操作系统接收到所述多操作系统接收指令, 判断所述多操作系统 接收指令是由第一分屏输入的指令还是由第 N分屏输入的指令; 所述 N为 大于 1的自然数;
如果所述多操作系统接收指令是由第一分屏输入的指令, 则将输入指 令发送至第一操作系统上运行的应用;
如果所述输入指令是由第 N分屏输入的指令, 则将输入指令发送至第 N操作系统, 并由第 N操作系统发送给在第 N操作系统上运行的应用。
6、 一种终端设备, 所述终端设备具有显示区域, 所述终端设备能以分 屏显示的方式同时运行多个操作系统; 所述终端设备还包括:
数据处理装置, 用于触发用户操作后, 响应所述用户操作, 接收控制 指令, 根据所述控制指令基于同时运行的多个操作系统进行数据处理。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的终端设备, 其中, 所述数据处理装置包括: 第一操作系统, 用于所述控制指令为启动多操作系统指令时, 响应所 述启动多操作系统指令而予以启动;
第 N操作系统运行环境,用于从所述第一操作系统获取运行所需资源, 向第 N操作系统提供运行环境; 所述 N为大于 1的自然数;
第 N操作系统, 用于在所述第 N操作系统运行环境中予以启动; 显示屏, 用于启动第一操作系统后, 在所述显示区域的第一分屏显示 所述第一操作系统及在所述第一操作系统上运行的应用; 还用于在第 N操 作系统运行环境中启动第 N操作系统后, 在所述显示区域的第 N分屏显示 所述第 N操作系统及在所述第 N操作系统上运行的应用。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的终端设备, 其中, 所述数据处理装置包括: 第一操作系统, 用于所述控制指令为关闭多操作系统指令时, 响应所 述关闭多操作系统指令而予以关闭;
第 N操作系统, 用于在所述第 N操作系统运行环境中予以关闭, 所述
N为大于 1的自然数;
第 N操作系统运行环境, 用于关闭第 N操作系统后予以关闭; 所述显示屏, 用于关闭在所述显示区域的第 N分屏显示的第 N操作系 统及在第 N操作系统上运行的应用; 还用于关闭在所述显示区域的第一分 屏显示的第一操作系统及在第一操作系统上运行的应用。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的终端设备, 其中, 所述数据处理装置包括: 第一操作系统, 用于所述控制指令为显示多操作系统指令时, 响应所 述显示多操作系统指令, 当所述显示多操作系统指令是由所述第一操作系 统上运行的应用发出的指令, 则由所述第一操作系统计算刷新界面范围为 第一分屏, 调用显示服务驱动要求显示; 当所述显示多操作系统指令是由 所述第 N操作系统上运行的应用发出的指令, 则由第一操作系统计算刷新 界面范围为第 N分屏, 调用显示服务驱动要求显示; 所述 N为大于 1的自 然数;
