作为又一种较为优选的情况下, 当所述空白区域不足以容纳全部的所述显示内容 时, 将所述显示内容移出所述显示区域的过程包括: 将所述显示内容移动至所述终端 的其他终端界面上, 或将所述显示内容移动至所述屏幕界面上已建立的特定文件夹 中, 或将所述显示内容中的一部分移至所述空白区域中, 其余部分移动至所述终端的 其他终端界面上、 所述屏幕界面上已建立的特定文件夹中和 /或所述屏幕界面上的新建 文件夹中。
作为又一种较为优选的情况下, 当所述空白区域不足以容纳全部的所述显示内容 时, 若所述空白区域附近的其他显示内容的占用区域与所述空白区域共同构成的组合 区域足以容纳全部的所述显示内容, 则将所述显示内容移出所述显示区域的过程包 括: 对调所述显示内容和所述其他显示内容的显示位置, 使所述显示内容显示于所述 组合区域中, 且所述其他显示内容不会对所述显示区域形成遮挡。
在该技术方案中, "空白区域" 是指屏幕界面上除了预设对象对应的显示区域之 外的、 且不存在任何显示内容 (除背景图片之外) 的区域。 终端实际釆用的对显示内 容的 "移出显示区域" 的方式, 可以根据终端界面的使用情况及用户的个人习惯而 定, 具体来说, 通过将所述显示内容移至所述空白区域或已建立特定文件夹或新建文
件夹, 或者直接将所述显示内容移至其他终端界面上的方法, 将所述预设对象完整的 显示出来, 消除对预设对象的遮挡。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 当所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象且所述显示内 容对所述预设对象形成遮挡时, 确保不形成遮挡的过程包括: 调整所述显示内容的大 小和 /或显示模式。
在该技术方案中, 通过调整显示内容的大小, 可以在一些情况下, 比如显示内容 的部分区域对预设对象造成遮挡, 即可通过改变所述显示内容的大小, 使得消除遮挡 情况。 具体地, 可以改变显示内容的尺寸比例, 例如: 将 2*2的图标改为 1 * 1 的小图 标显示。
同时, 当改变显示内容的显示模式时, 包括该显示内容中各个元素的位置、 顺序 等的调整, 或是对显示内容的排列方向的调整等, 例如: 将锁屏状态下 "时间" 的显 示格式从 "横排显示" 调整为 "竖排显示" 。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 当所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象且所述显示内 容对所述预设对象形成遮挡时, 确保不形成遮挡的过程包括: 调整所述背景图片的显 示属' !·生。
在该技术方案中, 当显示内容对预设对象形成遮挡时, 还可通过调整背景图片的 显示属性来避免遮挡。 其中, 背景图片的显示属性可以为: 显示比例、 与屏幕界面的 相对位置关系、 排列模式等; 而对背景图片的显示属性进行调整时, 可以釆用如: 缩 放、 移动、 裁剪、 旋转等。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述显示区域包括高优先级区域和低优先级区域, 则调整所述背景图片的显示属性的过程包括: 将所述低优先级区域设置为空白区域, 以使设置后的全部空白区域足以容纳所述显示内容。
在该技术方案中, 通过将预设对象划分为高优先级区域和低优先级区域, 并将低 优先级区域设置为空白区域, 使得在屏幕界面上的显示位置有限且不希望移动至其他 界面等的情况下, 能够扩大 "空白区域" 的面积, 使其容纳更多的显示内容, 从而避 免对显示内容的过多改动。
根据本发明的另一方面, 还提供了一种终端包括: 图片识别单元, 用于识别终端 的屏幕界面上的背景图片, 以确定所述背景图片中是否包含预设对象; 显示控制单 元, 用于在所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象时, 确保所述屏幕界面上不存在对所述 预设对象的显示区域形成遮挡的显示内容。
在该技术方案中, 通过识别背景图片中是否包含预设对象, 可以仅在背景图片中 包含该预设对象的情况下, 对屏幕界面上的显示内容进行显示位置调整, 尽可能地降
低对显示内容的调整次数, 有助于降低终端功耗, 节省处理资源。
当背景图片中包含预设对象时, 对屏幕界面上的其他显示内容的位置进行控制或 调整, 使其不会对预设对象的显示区域形成遮挡, 从而能够在屏幕界面上对预设对象 进行完整显示, 有助于提升用户体验。
其中, 预设对象可以是用户感兴趣的任意显示内容, 比如背景图片中的人物、 景 物、 文字等, 可以由厂商预设或用户自行设置。 而可能对预设对象形成遮挡的显示内 容也有很多, 比如应用图标、 窗口部件、 窗口化的应用程序界面等, 任何显示内容均 可能对背景图片造成遮挡, 且均可以由终端对其进行位置调整, 以避免这种遮挡情况 的发生。
作为一种较为优选地实施例, 还包括: 图像存储单元, 用于预存储所述预设对象 的标准图像; 其中, 所述图片识别单元用于: 将所述背景图片中包含的与所述标准图 像相匹配的对象作为所述预设对象。
在该技术方案中, 通过在终端内预存储所述预设对象的标准图像, 例如: 人脸、 树木、 房屋等的标准图像, 终端可以自行使用这些标准图像对背景图片进行匹配, 并 将匹配成功的对象作为预设对象。
作为另一种较为优选地实施例, 所述图片识别单元用于: 获取预存储的所述预设 对象的特征参数信息, 并将所述背景图片中包含的与所述特征参数信息相匹配的对象 作为所述预设对象。
在该技术方案中, 同一类对象都就有相同的特点, 特征参数信息就是指预设对象 所对应的特点。 举例而言, 比如对于 "人脸" , 该特征参数信息可以包括: 包含眼 睛、 鼻子、 嘴巴等, 眼睛、 鼻子、 嘴巴各自的形态、 颜色、 大小、 位置关系等信息。
相比于直接存储标准图像的方式, 通过上述特征参数信息, 终端不只是能够识别 出与标准图像相同的图像, 而是能够 "学习" 和 "认识" 具有上述特征参数信息的所 有对象。 仍以 "人脸" 为例, 通过特征参数信息, 可以对所有的 "人脸" 进行识别, 而非仅能够识别出某一张人脸。
当然, 特征参数信息可以应用于各类预设对象, 如上述的人脸, 或其他的景物 等。 其中, 特征参数信息可以由用户或厂商直接输入终端中; 也可以将具体的预设对 象的图像信息输入终端, 使得终端自动 "学习" 后, 总结出相应的特征参数信息, 并 存储在终端中。 在终端的自动 "学习" 过程中, 预先输入的预设对象的图像信息越 多, 则终端总结出的特征参数信息将越准确。
本领域技术人员应该理解的是, 对于预设对象的识别方式还存在很多, 上述技术 方案并不用于具体的限定。 比如在一些其他的技术手段中, 用户还可以直接在某张背
景图片上进行区域选取, 并将被选取的区域作为预设对象。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述显示控制单元用于: 在所述背景图片中包含所 述预设对象且所述显示内容对所述预设对象形成遮挡的情况下, 将所述显示内容移出 所述显示区域。
在该技术方案中, 当终端内的应用图标数量发生了变化、 更换了背景图片等情况 时, 如果背景图片中包含预设对象, 且屏幕界面上的显示内容对预设对象形成遮挡 时, 则通过将造成遮挡的显示内容移出预设对象的显示区域, 即可消除该遮挡情况。

根据本发明的实施方式, 还提供了一种存储在非易失性机器可读介质上的程序产 品, 用于对终端进行操控, 所述程序产品包括用于使计算机系统执行以下步骤的机器 可执行指令: 在终端的屏幕界面上生成至少一个触点; 若所述至少一个触点位于所述 屏幕界面的底部边缘与所述屏幕界面上显示的功能标识之间的间隙处, 且以所述触点 为起点形成预设手势轨迹, 则将预设功能界面显示于所述屏幕界面上。

作为一种较为具体的应用场景, 图 2A示出了终端上的预设对象 202被显示内容 204遮挡的具体情形。 其中, 预设对象 202 为背景图片上的 "人物" 图像, 而显示内 容 204则为终端屏幕界面上的应用图标。
从图 2A中可见, 由于显示内容 204 , 即应用图标 A、 应用图标^ 应用图标£、 应用图标 F等, 遮挡了预设对象 202的脸部、 身体或四肢部位, 使得用户无法完整、 清楚地观看到预设对象 202 , 影响用户的使用体验。
作为另一种较为具体的应用场景, 图 2B 示出了终端上的预设对象 202被显示内 容 204遮挡的另一种具体情形。 其中, 预设对象 202为背景图片上的 "植物" 图像, 而显示内容 204则为终端屏幕界面上的 "数字时钟" (可以为内置或第三方插件) 。
从图 2B 中可见, 由于显示内容 204 , 即显示为 " 12:28" 的时钟插件, 遮挡了预 设对象 202 的枝叶部分, 使得用户无法完整地观看到预设对象 202 , 影响用户的使用 体验。
为了解决显示内容 204 对预设对象 202 的遮挡, 本发明需要解决两个方面的问 题, 下面分别进行详细描述。
一、 对预设对象的识别
终端首先需要识别出背景图片上是否存在预设对象, 然后才能够判断是否存在对 预设对象造成遮挡的显示内容, 以及实现相应的显示控制。
实施例一
优选地, 可以在所述终端内预存储所述预设对象的标准图像; 以及识别所述背景 图片的过程包括: 若所述背景图片中包含与所述标准图像相匹配的对象, 则将该对象 作为所述预设对象。
在该技术方案中, 通过在终端内预存储所述预设对象的标准图像, 例如: 人脸、 树木、 房屋等的标准图像, 终端可以自行使用这些标准图像对背景图片进行匹配, 并 将匹配成功的对象作为预设对象。
比如对于图 2A 所示的 "人物" 或图 2B 所示的 "植物" , 可以预先将其图像存 储在终端中, 则当用户使用包含该 "人物" 或 "植物" 的图片作为背景图片时, 终端 能够通过将背景图片与标准图片的比较和匹配, 对预设对象进行准确识别。
然而, 通过上述方式存在一些局限性。 比如同样是 "人物" , 但不同人之间存在 差别; 即便是同一个人, 在不同图片中的造型不同时, 也可能与存储的标准图片不匹 配。 因此, 基于对标准图片的存储, 往往仅能够对相同的图片进行识别。
实施例二
为了消除实施例一的技术手段的局限性, 本发明提出了另一种识别所述背景图片 的过程, 包括: 获取预存储的所述预设对象的特征参数信息; 若所述背景图片中包含 与所述特征参数信息相匹配的对象, 则将该对象作为所述预设对象。
在该技术方案中, 同一类对象都就有相同的特点, 特征参数信息就是指预设对象 所对应的特点。 举例而言, 比如对于 "人脸" , 该特征参数信息可以包括: 包含眼 睛、 鼻子、 嘴巴等, 眼睛、 鼻子、 嘴巴各自的形态、 颜色、 大小、 位置关系等信息。
相比于直接存储标准图像的方式, 通过上述特征参数信息, 终端不只是能够识别 出与标准图像相同的图像, 而是能够 "学习" 和 "认识" 具有上述特征参数信息的所 有对象。 仍以 "人脸" 为例, 通过特征参数信息, 可以对所有的 "人脸" 进行识别, 而非仅能够识别出某一张人脸。
当然, 特征参数信息可以应用于各类预设对象, 如上述的人脸, 或其他的景物 等。 其中, 特征参数信息可以由用户或厂商直接输入终端中; 也可以将具体的预设对 象的图像信息输入终端, 使得终端自动 "学习" 后, 总结出相应的特征参数信息, 并 存储在终端中。 在终端的自动 "学习" 过程中, 预先输入的预设对象的图像信息越 多, 则终端总结出的特征参数信息将越准确。
当然, 本领域技术人员应该理解的是, 对于预设对象的识别方式还存在很多, 上 述的实施例一或实施例二并不用于具体的限定。 比如在一些其他的技术手段中, 用户 还可以直接在某张背景图片上进行区域选取, 并将被选取的区域作为预设对象 (图中 未示出) 。
二、 消除对预设对象的遮挡
在完成对预设对象的识别后, 就能够通过对屏幕界面的显示控制, 消除显示内容 对预设对象的遮挡。
实施例一
优选地, 当所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象且所述显示内容对所述预设对象形 成遮挡时, 确保不形成遮挡的过程包括: 将所述显示内容移出所述显示区域。
在该技术方案中, 当终端内的应用图标数量发生了变化、 更换了背景图片等情况 时, 如果背景图片中包含预设对象, 且屏幕界面上的显示内容对预设对象形成遮挡 时, 则通过将造成遮挡的显示内容移出预设对象的显示区域, 即可消除该遮挡情况。
作为一种较为优选的实施方式, 当所述屏幕界面上存在除所述显示区域之外的空 白区域, 且所述空白区域足以容纳所述显示内容时, 将所述显示内容移出所述显示区 域的过程包括: 将所述显示内容移至所述空白区域内。
比如图 2C所示, 在显示内容 204, 即应用图标 A等, 对预设对象 202造成遮挡 的情况下, 终端的屏幕界面的右下角没有任何其他的应用图标或窗口部件等, 且足够 放置显示内容 204 , 则可以直接将显示内容 204移动至该空白区域。
当然, 为了节省屏幕界面上的显示空间, 也可以不去占用上述的空白区域, 而可 以将显示内容 204放置到某个文件夹中。 比如图 2D 所示, 可以将显示内容 204, 即 应用图标 A 等, 直接放置到文件夹 H 中, 从而同样能够消除对预设对象 202 的遮 挡。 其中, 文件夹 H可以为原本就存在于终端的屏幕界面上, 也可以是新建立的。
诸如图 2D所示的情形, 即便终端的屏幕界面上具有足以放置显示内容 204 的空 白区域, 用户也可以根据自身的需求, 选择将其放入某个文件夹中, 如文件夹 H; 当 然, 在更多的情况下, 往往是:
1 ) 当所述屏幕界面上不存在除所述显示区域之外的空白区域时 (假定在图 2D 中, 不存在屏幕界面右下角的空白区域) , 将所述显示内容移出所述显示区域的过程 包括: 将所述显示内容移动至所述屏幕界面上已建立的特定文件夹 (如文件夹 H ) 中, 或将所述显示内容移动至所述终端的其他终端界面上 (图中未示出) 。
2 ) 当所述空白区域不足以容纳全部的所述显示内容时, 将所述显示内容移出所 述显示区域的过程包括: 将所述显示内容移出所述显示区域的过程包括: 将所述显示 内容移动至所述终端的其他终端界面上, 或将所述显示内容移动至所述屏幕界面上已 建立的特定文件夹中, 或将所述显示内容中的一部分移至所述空白区域中, 其余部分 移动至所述终端的其他终端界面上、 所述屏幕界面上已建立的特定文件夹中和 /或所述 屏幕界面上的新建文件夹中。
对于上述情况 2 ) , 如图 2E所示, 假定显示内容 204包括应用图标 A、 应用图标 B、 应用图标 £、 应用图标?、 应用图标 I和应用图标 J等, 而空白区域则仅能够放置 4 个应用图标, 则作为一种较为具体的实施方式, 可以将显示内容 204作为整体进行 操作, 比如整体放置在文件夹 H中, 或整体移动至另一界面的空白区域或文件夹 (图 中未示出) 中。
而作为另一种较为具体的实施方式, 则可以将显示内容 204拆分为两个部分, 对 于其他任一可放置在空白区域中的部分, 可以直接放置在该空白区域中, 也可以放置 在如文件夹 H中, 或放置在其他界面的空白区域或文件夹中; 而如果存在拆分后无法 放置在空白区域中的部分, 可以放置在如文件夹 H中, 或放置在其他界面的空白区域 或文件夹中。
具体地, 将显示内容 204 拆分为多少个部分, 可以根据实际情况进行设置或调 整。 比如图 2E中, 将应用图标 A、 应用图标 8、 应用图标 E和应用图标 F分为一部
分, 并放置到空白区域中; 而将应用图标 I和应用图标 J分为另一部分, 并移动至另 一界面中。
为了更好地说明上述实施例一的技术方案, 图 2F示出了对应于图 2B所示的应用 场景, 以及在该应用场景下对显示内容 204进行移动的技术方案。
具体地, 如图 2F 所示, 在终端的锁屏界面上, 显示内容 204 为 "时间" 插件, 而预设对象 202为锁屏界面的背景图片上的 "植物" 。 通过对显示内容 204的显示位 置的变化, 使得移动后的显示内容 204能够避免对预设对象 202造成遮挡, 从而有助 于实现更好的显示效果。
3 ) 当所述空白区域不足以容纳全部的所述显示内容时, 若所述空白区域附近的 其他显示内容的占用区域与所述空白区域共同构成的组合区域足以容纳全部的所述显 示内容, 则将所述显示内容移出所述显示区域的过程包括: 对调所述显示内容和所述 其他显示内容的显示位置, 使所述显示内容显示于所述组合区域中, 且所述其他显示 内容不会对所述显示区域形成遮挡。
比如显示内容为位于第一区域的第一窗口部件, 其显示面积为 S 1 ; 其他显示内容 为位于第二区域的第二窗口部件 (或应用图标等) , 其显示面积为 S2; 屏幕界面上的 空白区域的面积为 S3 , 且 S1 > S2 , S 1 < S2+S3。
假定第一窗口部件对屏幕界面上的预设对象造成了遮挡, 则可以将第一窗口部件 和第二窗口部件的显示位置进行对调。 一方面, 由于 S K S2+S3 , 使得第一窗口部件 能够顺利显示于第二区域和空白区域共同构成的组合区域中, 消除了对预设对象的遮 挡; 另一方面, 由于 S 1 > S2 , 使得第二窗口部件显示于第一区域时, 能够避免对预 设对象的遮挡, 从而使得预设对象能够进行完整显示。
实施例二
优选地, 当所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象且所述显示内容对所述预设对象形 成遮挡时, 确保不形成遮挡的过程包括: 调整所述显示内容的大小和 /或显示模式。
1、 对于调整显示内容 204 的大小, 比如对应用图标的显示比例进行缩小, 使其 缩小后不会对预设对象 202造成遮挡。 具体地, 如图 2G所示, 应用图标 A和应用图 标 E在被调整显示比例后, 直接消除了其对预设对象 202的遮挡。
当然, 有时可能需要多种手段相互结合后, 才能够达到更好的调整效果。 比如图 2G中的应用图标 B、 应用图标〔、 应用图标 D、 应用图标?、 应用图标 G和应用图标 H , 在调整缩放比例后, 屏幕界面上应当在每一排显示 5 个调整后的应用图标; 但由 于调整后的应用图标 B和应用图标 F仍然可能形成对预设对象 202的遮挡, 因而将位 于每排第 2列的位置空置, 即相当于将应用图标 B和应用图标 F从预设对象 202的显
示区域内移出, 从而避免造成遮挡。
2、 对于调整显示内容 204 的显示模式, 比如对显示内容 204 中各个元素的位 置、 顺序等的调整, 或是对显示内容 204 的排列方向的调整等, 从而消除显示内容 204对预设对象 202的遮挡。 如图 2H所示, 对于显示内容 204 , 即 "时间 " 插件, 在 一种具体的实施方式下, 可以通过将其显示格式从 "横排显示" 调整为 "竖排显 示" , 直接消除其对预设对象 202的遮挡。
实施例三
优选地, 当所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象且所述显示内容对所述预设对象形 成遮挡时, 确保不形成遮挡的过程包括: 调整所述背景图片的显示属性。
如图 21和图 2J所示, 当显示内容 204对预设对象 202造成遮挡时, 通过将预设 对象 202从屏幕界面的左上方移动至右下方的空白区域, 或从屏幕界面的左侧移动至 右侧的空白区域, 从而消除显示内容 204对预设对象 202的遮挡。
当然, 图 21和图 2J均示出了通过调整背景图片与屏幕界面的相对位置关系, 即 通过使用 "移动" 的手段, 使得消除显示内容 204对预设对象 202的遮挡; 而本领域 技术人员应该理解的是: 显然还可以通过其他方式来实现上述技术方案, 比如背景图 片的显示属性可以为: 显示比例、 与屏幕界面的相对位置关系、 排列模式等; 而对背 景图片的显示属性进行调整时, 可以釆用如: 缩放、 移动、 裁剪、 旋转等。
需要说明的是:
1、 对于上述的实施例一至实施例三中提及的各种技术手段, 可以根据实际情况 进行任意组合, 比如图 2G 示出的通过对显示内容 204 的大小调整和位置调整相结 合, 从而通过组合方案, 消除显示内容 204对预设对象 202的遮挡。
2、 在一种较为具体的情形中, 可以将预设对象 202 的显示区域根据不同的优先 级别而划分为多个部分。 那么, 在屏幕界面上的空白区域面积较小、 或用户不希望将 显示内容 204移动至文件夹中或其他界面上的情况下, 允许对于优先级别较低的部分 形成遮挡, 但不允许对优先级别较高的部分形成遮挡。 具体地, 预设对象 202可以包 含很多优先级别, 用户可以根据需求来设置具体用于划分 "较高" 和 "较低" 的阈 值。
比如图 2K 中, 将预设对象 202 的 "脸部" 作为高优先级区域 206 , 不允许任何 形式或状态下的遮挡, 而其他部分则允许遮挡。 因此, 仅需要将显示内容 204 中的应 用图标 A和应用图标 B移动至屏幕界面上的空白区域, 即可消除对高优先级区域 206 的遮挡。
通过将预设对象 202划分为高优先级区域 206和低优先级区域 (图中未标示) ,
并将低优先级区域设置为空白区域, 使得在屏幕界面上的显示位置有限且不希望移动 至其他界面等的情况下, 能够扩大 "空白区域" 的面积, 使其容纳更多的显示内容 204 , 从而避免对显示内容 204的过多改动。
图 3示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的终端的示意框图。
如图 3 所示, 根据本发明的实施例的终端 300 , 包括: 图片识别单元 302 , 用于 识别终端的屏幕界面上的背景图片, 以确定所述背景图片中是否包含预设对象; 显示 控制单元 304 , 用于在所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象时, 确保所述屏幕界面上不 存在对所述预设对象的显示区域形成遮挡的显示内容。
在该技术方案中, 通过识别背景图片中是否包含预设对象, 可以仅在背景图片中 包含该预设对象的情况下, 对屏幕界面上的显示内容进行显示位置调整, 尽可能地降 低对显示内容的调整次数, 有助于降低终端功耗, 节省处理资源。
当背景图片中包含预设对象时, 对屏幕界面上的其他显示内容的位置进行控制或 调整, 使其不会对预设对象的显示区域形成遮挡, 从而能够在屏幕界面上对预设对象 进行完整显示, 有助于提升用户体验。
其中, 预设对象可以是用户感兴趣的任意显示内容, 比如背景图片中的人物、 景 物、 文字等, 可以由厂商预设或用户自行设置。 而可能对预设对象形成遮挡的显示内 容也有很多, 比如应用图标、 窗口部件、 窗口化的应用程序界面等, 任何显示内容均 可能对背景图片造成遮挡, 且均可以由终端对其进行位置调整, 以避免这种遮挡情况 的发生。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 图像存储单元 306 , 用于预存储所述预设 对象的标准图像; 其中, 所述图片识别单元 302 用于: 将所述背景图片中包含的与所 述标准图像相匹配的对象作为所述预设对象。
在该技术方案中, 通过在终端内预存储所述预设对象的标准图像, 例如: 人脸、 树木、 房屋等的标准图像, 终端可以自行使用这些标准图像对背景图片进行匹配, 并 将匹配成功的对象作为预设对象。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述图片识别单元 302 用于: 获取预存储的所述预 设对象的特征参数信息, 并将所述背景图片中包含的与所述特征参数信息相匹配的对 象作为所述预设对象。
在该技术方案中, 同一类对象都就有相同的特点, 特征参数信息就是指预设对象 所对应的特点。 举例而言, 比如对于 "人脸" , 该特征参数信息可以包括: 包含眼 睛、 鼻子、 嘴巴等, 眼睛、 鼻子、 嘴巴各自的形态、 颜色、 大小、 位置关系等信息。
相比于直接存储标准图像的方式, 通过上述特征参数信息, 终端不只是能够识别
出与标准图像相同的图像, 而是能够 "学习" 和 "认识" 具有上述特征参数信息的所 有对象。 仍以 "人脸" 为例, 通过特征参数信息, 可以对所有的 "人脸" 进行识别, 而非仅能够识别出某一张人脸。
当然, 特征参数信息可以应用于各类预设对象, 如上述的人脸, 或其他的景物 等。 其中, 特征参数信息可以由用户或厂商直接输入终端中; 也可以将具体的预设对 象的图像信息输入终端, 使得终端自动 "学习" 后, 总结出相应的特征参数信息, 并 存储在终端中。 在终端的自动 "学习" 过程中, 预先输入的预设对象的图像信息越 多, 则终端总结出的特征参数信息将越准确。
本领域技术人员应该理解的是, 对于预设对象的识别方式还存在很多, 上述技术 方案并不用于具体的限定。 比如在一些其他的技术手段中, 用户还可以直接在某张背 景图片上进行区域选取, 并将被选取的区域作为预设对象。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述显示控制单元 304 用于: 在所述背景图片中包 含所述预设对象且所述显示内容对所述预设对象形成遮挡的情况下, 将所述显示内容 移出所述显示区域。
在该技术方案中, 当终端内的应用图标数量发生了变化、 更换了背景图片等情况 时, 如果背景图片中包含预设对象, 且屏幕界面上的显示内容对预设对象形成遮挡 时, 则通过将造成遮挡的显示内容移出预设对象的显示区域, 即可消除该遮挡情况。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述显示控制单元 304 用于: 在所述屏幕界面上存 在除所述显示区域之外的空白区域, 且所述空白区域足以容纳所述显示内容的情况 下, 将所述显示内容移至所述空白区域内; 在所述屏幕界面上不存在除所述显示区域 之外的空白区域的情况下, 将所述显示内容移动至所述屏幕界面上已建立的特定文件 夹中, 或将所述显示内容移动至所述终端的其他终端界面上; 在所述空白区域不足以 容纳全部的所述显示内容的情况下, 将所述显示内容移动至所述终端的其他终端界面 上, 或将所述显示内容移动至所述屏幕界面上已建立的特定文件夹中, 或将所述显示 内容中的一部分移至所述空白区域中, 其余部分移动至所述终端的其他终端界面上、 所述屏幕界面上已建立的特定文件夹中和 /或所述屏幕界面上的新建文件夹中; 在所述 空白区域不足以容纳全部的所述显示内容的情况下, 若所述空白区域附近的其他显示 内容的占用区域与所述空白区域共同构成的组合区域足以容纳全部的所述显示内容, 则对调所述显示内容和所述其他显示内容的显示位置, 使所述显示内容显示于所述组 合区域中, 且所述其他显示内容不会对所述显示区域形成遮挡。
在该技术方案中, "空白区域" 是指屏幕界面上除了预设对象对应的显示区域之 外的、 且不存在任何显示内容 (除背景图片之外) 的区域。 终端实际釆用的对显示内
容的 "移出显示区域" 的方式, 可以根据终端界面的使用情况及用户的个人习惯而 定, 具体来说, 通过将所述显示内容移至所述空白区域或已建立特定文件夹或新建文 件夹, 或者直接将所述显示内容移至其他终端界面上的方法, 将所述预设对象完整的 显示出来, 消除对预设对象的遮挡。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述显示控制单元 304 用于: 在所述背景图片中包 含所述预设对象且所述显示内容对所述预设对象形成遮挡的情况下, 调整所述显示内 容的大小和 /或显示模式。
在该技术方案中, 通过调整显示内容的大小, 可以在一些情况下, 比如显示内容 的部分区域对预设对象造成遮挡, 即可通过改变所述显示内容的大小, 使得消除遮挡 情况。 具体地, 可以改变显示内容的尺寸比例, 例如: 将 2*2的图标改为 1 * 1 的小图 标显示。
同时, 当改变显示内容的显示模式时, 包括该显示内容中各个元素的位置、 顺序 等的调整, 或是对显示内容的排列方向的调整等, 例如: 将锁屏状态下 "时间" 的显 示格式从 "横排显示" 调整为 "竖排显示" 。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述显示控制单元 304 用于: 在所述背景图片中包 含所述预设对象且所述显示内容对所述预设对象形成遮挡的情况下, 调整所述背景图 片的显示属性。
在该技术方案中, 当显示内容对预设对象形成遮挡时, 还可通过调整背景图片的 显示属性来避免遮挡。 其中, 背景图片的显示属性可以为: 显示比例、 与屏幕界面的 相对位置关系、 排列模式等; 而对背景图片的显示属性进行调整时, 可以釆用如: 缩 放、 移动、 裁剪、 旋转等。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述显示区域包括高优先级区域和低优先级区域, 则所述显示控制单元 304 用于: 在所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象且所述显示内容 对所述预设对象形成遮挡的情况下, 将所述低优先级区域设置为空白区域, 以使设置 后的全部空白区域足以容纳所述显示内容。
在该技术方案中, 通过将预设对象划分为高优先级区域和低优先级区域, 并将低 优先级区域设置为空白区域, 使得在屏幕界面上的显示位置有限且不希望移动至其他 界面等的情况下, 能够扩大 "空白区域" 的面积, 使其容纳更多的显示内容, 从而避 免对显示内容的过多改动。
图 4示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的终端显示的控制方法的示意流程图。
如图 4所示, 根据本发明的一个实施例的终端显示的控制方法包括:
步骤 402 , 通过终端中的壁纸功能设置选项, 或第三方应用程序, 开启终端的壁
纸功能。
步骤 404 , 判断是否开启壁纸人脸识别功能, 开启则转向步骤 408 , 不开启则转 向步骤 406。
这里以 "人脸" 为预设对象进行举例, 具体说明如何防止对壁纸上的 "人脸" 造 成遮挡。
步骤 406 , 正常设置壁纸, 应用图标、 窗口部件等都可能遮挡背景图片。
步骤 408 , 设置壁纸, 包括如待机壁纸、 主界面壁纸、 桌面壁纸等。
步骤 410 , 根据人脸识别技术对壁纸区域是否有人物头像 (即 "人脸" ) 进行判 断, 无人物头像转向步骤 412 , 有人物头像转向步骤 414。
步骤 412 , 无人物头像, 则不获取人脸的范围区域, 也无需突出对 "人脸" 的显 示和不遮当。
步骤 414 , 有人物头像, 则获取壁纸中的人脸区域, 将所获取到的人脸区域设置 为不可进入状态。
步骤 416 , 判断所获取到的人脸区域与应用程序的图标区域的相对位置。
步骤 418 , 判断显示区域图标多少, 如果图标多, 则进入步骤 420 ; 如果图标 少, 则进入步骤 422。
步骤 420 , 图标多, 只重点显示人脸区域, 应用图标避免对 "人脸" 区域造成遮 挡; 同时, 对于壁纸上的其他位置, 应用图标可以任意排列。
步骤 422 , 图标少, 显示完整的人物区域, 比如包含 "人脸" 以及人物的肢体部 分, 应用图标避免对整个人物区域造成遮挡。
步骤 424 , 判断是否继续设置壁纸, 继续设置则返回步骤 410 , 否则转向步骤
426。
步骤 426 , 退出壁纸设置功能。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案, 考虑到相关技术中, 背景图片上的 内容很容易被应用图标、 窗口部件等造成遮挡, 因此, 本发明提出了一种显示方法和 一种终端, 可以避免终端上的显示内容对背景图片上的预设对象形成遮挡, 使其能够 实现完整显示, 有助于提升用户的使用体验。
根据本发明的实施方式, 还提供了一种存储在非易失性机器可读介质上的程序产 品, 用于对终端进行操控, 所述程序产品包括用于使计算机系统执行以下步骤的机器 可执行指令: 在终端的屏幕界面上生成至少一个触点; 若所述至少一个触点位于所述 屏幕界面的底部边缘与所述屏幕界面上显示的功能标识之间的间隙处, 且以所述触点 为起点形成预设手势轨迹, 则将预设功能界面显示于所述屏幕界面上。
根据本发明的实施方式, 还提供了一种非易失机器可读介质, 存储有用于对终端 进行操控的程序产品, 所述程序产品包括用于使计算机系统执行以下步骤的机器可执 行指令: 在终端的屏幕界面上生成至少一个触点; 若所述至少一个触点位于所述屏幕 界面的底部边缘与所述屏幕界面上显示的功能标识之间的间隙处, 且以所述触点为起 点形成预设手势轨迹, 则将预设功能界面显示于所述屏幕界面上。
根据本发明的实施方式, 还提供了一种机器可读程序, 所述程序使机器执行如上 所述技术方案中任一所述的终端操控方法。
根据本发明的实施方式, 还提供了一种存储有机器可读程序的存储介质, 其中, 所述机器可读程序使得机器执行如上所述技术方案中任一所述的终端操控方法。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1. 一种显示方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
识别终端的屏幕界面上的背景图片;
当所述背景图片中包含预设对象时, 确保所述屏幕界面上不存在对所 述预设对象的显示区域形成遮挡的显示内容。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的显示方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 在所述终端内预存储所述预设对象的标准图像; 以及
识别所述背景图片的过程包括: 若所述背景图片中包含与所述标准图 像相匹配的对象, 则将该对象作为所述预设对象。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的显示方法, 其特征在于, 识别所述背景图 片的过程包括:
获取预存储的所述预设对象的特征参数信息;
若所述背景图片中包含与所述特征参数信息相匹配的对象, 则将该对 象作为所述预设对象。
4. 根据权利要求 1 至 3 中任一项所述的显示方法, 其特征在于, 当 所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象且所述显示内容对所述预设对象形成遮 挡时, 确保不形成遮挡的过程包括:
将所述显示内容移出所述显示区域。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的显示方法, 其特征在于,
当所述屏幕界面上存在除所述显示区域之外的空白区域, 且所述空白 区域足以容纳所述显示内容时, 将所述显示内容移出所述显示区域的过程 包括: 将所述显示内容移至所述空白区域内;
当所述屏幕界面上不存在除所述显示区域之外的空白区域时, 将所述 显示内容移出所述显示区域的过程包括: 将所述显示内容移动至所述屏幕 界面上已建立的特定文件夹中, 或将所述显示内容移动至所述终端的其他 终端界面上;
当所述空白区域不足以容纳全部的所述显示内容时, 将所述显示内容 移出所述显示区域的过程包括: 将所述显示内容移动至所述终端的其他终
端界面上, 或将所述显示内容移动至所述屏幕界面上已建立的特定文件夹 中, 或将所述显示内容中的一部分移至所述空白区域中, 其余部分移动至 所述终端的其他终端界面上、 所述屏幕界面上已建立的特定文件夹中和 / 或所述屏幕界面上的新建文件夹中;
当所述空白区域不足以容纳全部的所述显示内容时, 若所述空白区域 附近的其他显示内容的占用区域与所述空白区域共同构成的组合区域足以 容纳全部的所述显示内容, 则将所述显示内容移出所述显示区域的过程包 括: 对调所述显示内容和所述其他显示内容的显示位置, 使所述显示内容 显示于所述组合区域中, 且所述其他显示内容不会对所述显示区域形成遮 挡。
6. 根据权利要求 1 至 3 中任一项所述的显示方法, 其特征在于, 当 所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象且所述显示内容对所述预设对象形成遮 挡时, 确保不形成遮挡的过程包括:
调整所述显示内容的大小和 /或显示模式。
7. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
图片识别单元, 用于识别终端的屏幕界面上的背景图片, 以确定所述 背景图片中是否包含预设对象;
显示控制单元, 用于在所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象时, 确保所 述屏幕界面上不存在对所述预设对象的显示区域形成遮挡的显示内容。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
图像存储单元, 用于预存储所述预设对象的标准图像;
其中, 所述图片识别单元用于: 将所述背景图片中包含的与所述标准 图像相匹配的对象作为所述预设对象。
9. 根据权利要求 7 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述图片识别单元用 于:
获取预存储的所述预设对象的特征参数信息, 并将所述背景图片中包 含的与所述特征参数信息相匹配的对象作为所述预设对象。
10. 根据权利要求 7至 9中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述显 示控制单元用于:
在所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象且所述显示内容对所述预设对象 形成遮挡的情况下, 将所述显示内容移出所述显示区域。
11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述显示控制单元 用于:
在所述屏幕界面上存在除所述显示区域之外的空白区域, 且所述空白 区域足以容纳所述显示内容的情况下, 将所述显示内容移至所述空白区域 内;
在所述屏幕界面上不存在除所述显示区域之外的空白区域的情况下, 将所述显示内容移动至所述屏幕界面上已建立的特定文件夹中, 或将所述 在所述空白区域不足以容纳全部的所述显示内容的情况下, 将所述显 示内容移动至所述终端的其他终端界面上, 或将所述显示内容移动至所述 屏幕界面上已建立的特定文件夹中, 或将所述显示内容中的一部分移至所 述空白区域中, 其余部分移动至所述终端的其他终端界面上、 所述屏幕界 面上已建立的特定文件夹中和 /或所述屏幕界面上的新建文件夹中;
在所述空白区域不足以容纳全部的所述显示内容的情况下, 若所述空 白区域附近的其他显示内容的占用区域与所述空白区域共同构成的组合区 域足以容纳全部的所述显示内容, 则对调所述显示内容和所述其他显示内 容的显示位置, 使所述显示内容显示于所述组合区域中, 且所述其他显示 内容不会对所述显示区域形成遮挡。
12. 根据权利要求 7至 9中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述显 示控制单元用于:
在所述背景图片中包含所述预设对象且所述显示内容对所述预设对象 形成遮挡的情况下, 调整所述显示内容的大小和 /或显示模式。
