Abstract

This invention belongs to the methods and systems which allow assessing remotely the personnel of entities. More specifically, the invention allows assessing competencies through remote observation of personnel behavior in simulated situations. The technical result of the invention (personnel assessment method) is an increase in the observed assessment parameters, causing more complete information received in assessing the participant, greater information reliability due to the possibility of monitoring the assignment accomplishment progress, which allows reducing the likelihood of prompts, cheat sheets, technical tools being used to help accomplish the assignments; more objective assessment due to the possibility of identifying misprints, correct line of reasoning despite incorrect answer and similar situations.
