Description

保護具Protective equipment
The present invention relates to a protector capable of preventing a fall or a fall by connecting a lifeline and supporting the worker when the worker works at a high place such as a civil construction site or a building.
This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2013-269938 filed in Japan on December 26, 2013, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Conventionally, construction sites and buildings have suffered crashes of workers from high places every year. To prevent crashes, handrails and safety nets have been installed in places where there is a risk of crashes such as openings and passages. It is installed. In this case, there are places where it is difficult to install handrails and safety nets depending on the construction site and work place.
As another example of preventing an operator from crashing and getting injured, an airbag system in which an airbag is stored in a folded state inside the worker's work clothes as described in Patent Document 1, for example, is proposed. Has been. In this system, when an acceleration occurs due to a fall caused by an operator, etc., a fall detection unit that detects the fall by detecting this acceleration, and a gas for introducing an airbag is generated in response to a signal from the fall detection unit. And an air bag that is inflated when an operator crashes to prevent an impact or an injury when it collides with the ground or the like.
However, since the airbag system described above requires the operator to wear an airbag, a crash detection unit, a gas generation unit, and the like, it is complicated and expensive to attach to the operator's body. .
As another means, as shown in FIG. 4, a torso belt type safety belt in which a safety belt 50 is attached to the waist of an operator and a lifeline receiving portion 53 for attaching a hook 52 of a lifeline 51 to the torso belt is installed. As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 5, a harness-type safety belt 57 is known in which a safety belt 56 is attached from the waist to the shoulder of an operator and a lifeline receiving portion 53 is installed on the upper back.
Then, the master rope is attached and fixed at a high place between the pillars or structures of the building or between trees or pillars close to the building, and the lifeline 51 is attached to the master rope, and the hook 52 at the tip of the lifeline 51 is attached. An operator works at a high place in a state of being attached to the lifeline receiving portion 53 of each safety belt 54, 57.
In these cases, even if the worker falls from a high place, the lifeline 51 is connected to the worker's safety belts 54 and 57. The connected safety belt is used in the air to prevent injury.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 7-96049
However, even when the safety bands 54 and 57 described above are attached and the lifeline 51 prevents the worker from falling, when the lifeline 51 prevents the worker from falling, the fallen worker's load and the lifeline 51 are dropped. There is a drawback that an impact is applied to the operator's body between the torso belt-type safety belt 54 and the harness-type safety belt 57 to be stopped. For example, the torso belt type safety belt 54 may have an impact on the trunk chest and abdomen, and the harness type safety belt 57 may have a large impact on the thigh and crotch region.
An aspect of the present invention is to provide a protector that reduces an impact when receiving a body at the time of a fall or falls and suppresses injury or damage to an operator.
In addition, another aspect of the present invention provides a protective device that suppresses injury and damage to an operator by mitigating the impact when receiving the body in the event of a crash and reducing the physical burden while waiting for rescue after the crash protection. The purpose is to do.
A protector according to one aspect of the present invention includes a protector body that is attached and supported over the head from the knee on the back of the body, a neck safety belt that is connected to the protector body and is attached to the neck and the back of the head, and the back A safety belt attached to the waist, a waist safety belt attached to the waist, and a thigh safety belt attached to the thigh; a head support belt connected to the neck safety belt; and a chest safety belt It further includes a chest support belt, a waist support belt connected to the waist safety belt, and a lifeline receiving portion for connecting the thigh support belt connected to the thigh safety belt.
According to the above aspect, when the worker falls from a high place, it is received by the lifeline attached to the lifeline receiving part and supported before the crash, and at that time, the load of the falling operator is passed through each support belt. It can be received by the head safety belt, the chest safety belt, the lumbar safety belt, and the thigh safety belt, and the load of the body can be dispersed throughout the protective device main body connected to these to absorb the shock. In particular, since the load applied to the head can be received by the head support belt and distributed by the body of the protective equipment, the head and neck can be swung back and forth and laterally due to the impact when receiving the head and neck. It can prevent and absorb the impact and suppress the neck and head damage.
The said aspect WHEREIN: The connection member which supports the back head of the helmet-shaped head protector which protects a head may be provided in a protector main body.
Since the load applied to the head can be received by the connecting member from the helmet-shaped head protector and distributed to the main body of the protector, the head and neck can be prevented from excessively swinging back and forth and the shock can be absorbed well.
Further, an impact absorbing material may be provided between the neck safety belt and the neck.
In this case as well, the load at the time of crash is received by the body of the protective device and the impact on the neck and head and the vibration of the neck due to the impact can be absorbed by the shock absorber, reducing the impact and vibration of the head and neck. Can be absorbed.
Moreover, the lifeline receiving part may be provided in the vicinity of the chest safety band of the protective equipment main body, and may be hung by the lifeline and positioned above the chest safety band.
Even in this case, when receiving the load of the worker by the lifeline, the chest safety belt and the waist safety belt are passed through the head support belt, the chest support belt, the waist support belt, and the thigh support belt that radiate from the lifeline receiver. In addition to being received by the thigh safety belt and the protective device body, the fall energy is converted into rotational energy by receiving a load at the lifeline receiving portion above the chest safety belt above the umbilicus, which is the center of gravity of the worker's body. The impact can be reduced by conversion, and the operator is held with the body facing diagonally upward, so that the head is supported without hanging downward or diagonally when suspended, and the load is supported with the head. It can be received by the entire back, waist, and thighs.
Further, the protective equipment main body may be mesh-shaped.
By making the protective device main body into a mesh shape, the load of the operator on the protective device main body can be dispersed and absorbed in a hammock shape by the elasticity of the mesh.
According to the above aspect, when the load is received by the body of the protective equipment when the worker falls or falls, the impact applied to the worker is via the neck safety belt, the chest safety belt, the lumbar safety belt, and the thigh safety belt. In order to catch the entire body of the protective equipment, the impact load can be dispersed to prevent the impact from being concentrated locally. In addition, protector body through head support belt and head safety belt that head and neck may be damaged due to excessive swinging and bending in the front and back direction and lateral direction due to the load applied to the head and neck. Can be suppressed. Moreover, by having the said structure, the physical burden during waiting for rescue after fall protection or fall protection is reduced, and the secondary disorder | damage | failure resulting from poor blood circulation etc. can be suppressed.

Hereinafter, a protector according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
1 (a), FIG. 1 (b), and FIG. 1 (c) is a device that is worn by an operator and works at a high place such as a construction site or a building. 2 and a safety belt part 3. The protective device main body 2 is in the form of a sheet and has a shape that covers from the back to the back and thighs of the worker from the back. The crotch portion is divided into a short pants shape, but the other portions are formed integrally in a substantially waistcoat shape. The protector main body 2 is made of a viscoelastic sheet that can be expanded and contracted so as not to concentrate the load at the time of falling locally, and is formed in a mesh shape made of, for example, a synthetic resin.
The protective device main body 2 has a mesh-like head support portion 2b that extends from the shoulder portion to the back, waist, and thigh and has a mesh-like rear support portion 2a that extends to the back of the head as well as the mesh-like rear support portion 2a. A belt-shaped chest safety belt 5 to be worn on the operator's chest is connected to the rear support portion 2a, and a belt-like waist safety belt 6 to be worn on the waist is connected to the rear support portion 2a. A pair of shoulder belts 5 a, 5 a is connected to the chest safety belt 5.
Moreover, the thigh safety belt 7 is connected to each thigh at the thigh. The chest safety band 5, the waist safety band 6 and the thigh safety band 7 are connected to each other by a pair of side connection bands 8 extending from the armpit of the worker's body to the thighs on both sides. The chest safety band 5, the waist safety band 6, the thigh safety band 7 and the pair of side connection bands 8 are made of, for example, a synthetic resin, and are fixed integrally with the mesh-shaped protective device main body 2. In addition, the chest safety belt 5, the waist safety belt 6 and the thigh safety belt 7 have a connecting portion (not shown) for detachably connecting a male part and a female part attached to the front part of the body. It shall be provided.
A mesh-like head support 2b is integrally connected to the upper part of the rear support 2a of the protector main body 2 so as to cover and protect the operator's neck and back.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1 (c), a neck safety belt 14 having a wide U-shaped cross section that protects the neck and the back of the head is fixed to the inside (neck side) of the head support portion 2b. An impact absorbing material 15 such as a cushion material is provided in the gap between the belt 14 and the operator's neck, and is fixed to the neck safety belt 14. As a result, it is possible to prevent the head and neck from being damaged by performing an operation in which the head is nodded forward or backward at high speed due to an impact at the time of falling. The shock absorber 15 is formed in a concave curved shape along the shape of the neck and the back of the head, and can absorb and protect the shock applied to the neck and the head.
In addition, when the worker wears the helmet 12 on the head, the head support portion 2b has a relatively rigid connecting member 13 fixed to the rear portion of the helmet 12 curved along the shape of the helmet 12. Is provided. The connecting member 13 together with the head support portion 2b suppresses the neck portion from being bent and bent by an impact when the operator crashes, and excessively and at high speed, nodding forward and backward. Damage can be prevented.
One end of a pair of head support belts 11 is connected to both side portions of the neck safety belt 14, and the other end is connected to a lifeline receiving portion 18 made of, for example, a D-shaped ring.
Also, one end of a pair of chest support belts 17 is attached to both front sides of the chest safety belt 5, and the other end of each chest support belt 17 is connected to the lifeline receiving part 18. Similarly, one end of the lumbar support belt 20 is connected to both front sides of the lumbar safety belt 6, and the other end is connected to the lifeline receiver 18. Further, one end of the thigh support belt 21 is connected to each of the pair of thigh safety belts 7 attached to each thigh of the operator, and the other end is connected to the lifeline receiver 18.
The lifeline receiver 18 for supporting the head support belt 11, the chest support belt 17, the waist support belt 20, and the thigh support belt 21 is not the navel portion at the center of gravity of the worker's body, but the chest portion at the top thereof. For example, it is located on the chest safety belt 5. As shown in FIG. 2, when the lifeline receiver 18 is suspended by an engaging tool provided on the lifeline 25, for example, a hook 24 with a swivel, the lifeline receiver 18 is positioned above the chest of the operator. The head support belt 11, the chest support belt 17, the lumbar support belt 20, and the thigh support belt 21 radiate around the lifeline receiver 18 and work, for example, in a hammock shape via the protective device body 2. The whole body of the person will be supported and hung.
The worker's protective equipment 1 according to the present embodiment has the above-described configuration. Next, a support method and a use method thereof will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.
When a worker works at a high place such as a civil engineering construction site or a building, the worker wears the protector 1 in advance. At the time of wearing, as shown in FIG. 1, the neck safety belt 14 and the shock absorber 15 of the protective equipment 1 are attached to the neck and the protective equipment body 2 is attached, and the chest safety belt 5, the waist safety belt 6, the thigh The safety belts 7 are wound around the operator's chest, waist, and thighs at the connecting portions. In this state, the lifeline receiver 18 connecting the head support belt 11, the chest support belt 17, the waist support belt 20, and the thigh support belt 21 is located on the chest of the operator.
On the other hand, a master line (not shown) is pre-connected and stretched between two points, such as a pillar in a civil engineering construction site or a high place such as a building, or a utility pole, a tree, etc. An engaging portion provided at the other end of 25, for example, a hook 24 with a swivel, is attached to the lifeline receiving portion 18 of the protector 1. In this state, the worker performs various operations at a high place.
And when an operator accidentally crashes from a civil engineering construction site or a high place such as a building, the lifeline 25 is connected to the protective equipment 1 worn by the operator. Stops falling. At this time, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the load of the operator is received by the entire protector 1 through the lifeline 25. Moreover, since the lifeline receiving portion 18 of the protective equipment 1 supported by the lifeline 25 is in the vicinity of the chest above the navel that is the center of gravity of the worker's body, the worker is held with the body facing obliquely upward. . Therefore, the head is supported without being directed downward or obliquely when suspended.
And since the fall energy can be converted into rotational energy by shifting the load supporting part of the worker by the lifeline receiving part 18 of the protective equipment 1 from the center of gravity position of the body, the worker's centering on the lifeline receiving part 18. Part of the impact can be absorbed by the body's rotation.
Moreover, the operator is dispersedly supported by the head support belt 11, the chest support belt 17, the waist support belt 20, and the thigh support belt 21 that spread radially of the protective device 1, and further the head support belt 11 and the chest. While the support belt 17, the waist support belt 20, and the thigh support belt 21 are used, the operator's load is distributed and received by the neck safety belt 14, the chest safety belt 5, the waist safety belt 6, and the thigh safety belt 7. The neck safety band 14, the chest safety band 5, the lumbar safety band 6, and the thigh safety band 7 are dispersed together by the mesh-shaped protective device main body 2 and are subjected to a physical load. Therefore, the operator's load does not concentrate locally on the neck safety band 14, the chest safety band 5, the waist safety band 6, the thigh safety band 7, and the like.
Moreover, since the load of the operator's head is received by the head support portion 2b and the highly rigid connecting member 13 fixed to the rear portion of the helmet 12, the neck is excessive when the fall is stopped by the protective device 1. It is suppressed that the nodding operation which bends to the front side at high speed is performed. Furthermore, the head support portion 2b that supports the head and the neck safety belt 14 are supported by the lifeline receiving portion 18 by the head support belt 11, and further, the shock can be absorbed by the shock absorber 15. The movement of the operator's head sliding or swinging back and forth or sideways is prevented. Therefore, it can suppress that an excessive impact is applied to the head and neck. Further, when the operator falls as well as the crash, the protective device 1 can similarly suppress an excessive impact.
As described above, the protective device 1 according to the present embodiment applies the load of the worker's body when falling or falls through the neck safety belt 14, the chest safety belt 5, the lumbar safety belt 6, and the thigh safety belt 7. By receiving the protective device body 2 in a distributed manner, the load is prevented from concentrating on the local area such as the neck safety belt 14, the chest safety belt 5, the waist safety belt 6, the thigh safety belt 7, etc. Can be suppressed. Moreover, since the load related to the neck of the operator is distributed and received by the head support 2b supported by the head support belt 11 and the neck safety belt 14, and the shock is absorbed by the shock absorber 15 inside thereof, It is possible to reduce excessive bending and swinging motion of the head and neck, and further suppress damage to the head and neck.
Furthermore, since the load support part of the worker at the time of falling or falling is set on the lifeline receiving part 18 above the chest that is shifted from the center of gravity to the head side, the fall energy can be converted into rotational energy. Can absorb more shock in the direction of gravity. In addition, it reduces the physical burden while waiting for rescue after protecting against crashes and falls, and reduces injury and damage to workers.
In addition, the protective device 1 by this invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, A various change, substitution, etc. are possible in the range which does not deviate from the summary.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the protector main body 2 is connected to the lifeline receiving unit 18 by four belts of the head support belt 11, the chest support belt 17, the waist support belt 20, and the thigh support belt 21. Although adopted, five or more belts and safety bands may be provided. In this case, the pair of the belt and the safety belt to be added may be a waist portion or a knee portion, and a safety belt and a support belt connected to the safety belt can be installed at an appropriate position.
Further, although the connecting member 13 provided on the upper side of the head support portion 2b is connected to the helmet 12, the head may be supported by contacting the rear portion of the helmet 12 without being connected. Further, the shock absorbing material 15 is provided in the neck safety belt 14 inside the head support portion 2b. In addition, the shock absorbing material 15 is provided inside the rear support portion 2a of the protective device body 2, for example, the chest safety belt 5 and the waist. It may be installed inside the safety belt 6 or the thigh safety belt 7 so as to absorb impacts such as the back and the waist.
Moreover, in embodiment mentioned above, although the protector main body 2 provided with the rear part support part 2a and the head support part 2b was formed in mesh shape, it is not limited to mesh shape, The mesh made from synthetic resin etc. Alternatively, it may be formed of a sheet-like member having a shape, a lattice shape, or a plain and elastic material having no mesh.
