本申请要求在2013年12月25日提交中国专利局、申请号为201310728870.6、发明名称为“一种组通信业务的处理方法、用户设备和网络侧设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及移动通信技术,尤其涉及一种组通信业务的处理方法、用户设备、网络侧设备及系统。
背景技术
在组通信中,网络侧以快速有效的方式同时向组内所有用户设备(User Equipment,UE)提供数据传输。随着长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)技术的成熟,如果运营商可利用LTE系统提供组通信功能,那么当LTE系统成熟后,将可以不再维护2G网络或3G网络,可以实现平滑过渡到LTE系统。
在现有机制中,组通信可以由单播承载或者多媒体广播多播业务(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service,MBMS)承载。从资源利用效率角度考虑,当某一个小区中组通信的UE数较多时,由MBMS承载组通信业务能够提高小区资源利用率;当某一小区中组通信的UE数较少时,由单播(Unicast)承载组通信业务能够提高小区资源利用率。因此,当一个小区中组通信的UE数由多变少时,可通过将由MBMS承载组通信业务切换成由单播承载组通信业务来提高资源利用率。
现有的机制中,将MBMS承载切换成单播承载时,采用通过MBMS点到多点控制信道(MBMS Point-to-Multipoint Control Channel,MCCH)修改终端移动组标识(Terminal Mobile Group Identifier,TMGI)的方式停止某一会话(Session),但该方式是基于多播广播单频网络(Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network,MBSFN)区域进行的,无法做到在MBSFN区域内针对特定小区单独进行MBMS承载到单播承载的切换,导致MBSFN区域内组通信的用户数较多的小区的小区资源利用率较低。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种组通信业务的处理方法、用户设备、网络侧设备及系统,用以解决现有的通过MCCH修改TMGI的方式,无法针对MBSFN区域内的特定小区单独进行承载切换,导致MBSFN区域内组通信的用户数较多的小区网络资源利用率较低的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了第一种组通信业务的处理方法,包括:
第一网络侧设备确定需要将特定小区的特定组通信业务从MBMS承载切换到单播承载;
所述第一网络侧设备通知所述特定小区所属的第二网络侧设备停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务,以使所述第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据并通知所述特定小区中正在进行所述特定组通信业务的UE建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例提供一种组通信业务的处理方法、用户设备、网络侧设备及系统,用以解决现有的通过MCCH修改TMGI的方式,无法针对MBSFN区域内的特定小区单独进行切换,导致MBSFN区域内组通信的用户数较多的小区网络资源利用率较低的问题。在本申请实施例提供的第一种组通信业务的处理方法中,第一网络侧设备确定需要将特定小区的特定组通信业务从MBMS承载切换到单播承载;第一网络侧设备通知特定小区所属的第二网络侧设备停止特定小区中MBMS承载特定组通信业务,以使第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送特定组通信业务的业务数据并通知特定小区中正在进行特定组通信业务的用户设备UE建立用以承载特定组通信业务的单播承载。该方法中,通过第一网络侧设备通知第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送特定组通信业务的业务数据,并通知该特定小区中正在进行该特定组通信业务的UE建立用以承载该特定组通信业务的单播承载,以实现在该特定小区内由MBMS承载该特定组通信业务切换到由单播承载该特定组通信业务,实现了在特定小区的MBMS承载切换到单播承载。
下面,首先对于本申请实施例应用的MBMS的业务和相关概念进行介绍,然后对本申请实施例应用的LTE MBMS系统的网络架构进行介绍。
首先,对本申请实施例应用的MBMS的业务和相关概念进行介绍。
MBMS采用“点到多点”的方式,将同一个业务源发出的数据同时发送给多个UE,通过承载和资源共享,提高了网络资源利用率。在LTE中可采用MBSFN实现MBMS,即在MBSFN区域内提供MBMS业务的所有小区在相同的时间和频率资源上发送相同的内容。利用MBSFN技术,UE能够将来自多个小区的信号进行合并处理,获得分集合并增益,提高信号接收质量。
不同MBSFN区域内可以传输相同的MBMS业务,即不同的MBSFN区域可以属于同一MBMS业务区域。如图1所示,其中虽然存在三个MBSFN区域,但同属于一个MBMS 业务区域。不同MBSFN区域之间可以交叠。
下面,对LTE MBMS系统的网络架构加以介绍。
图2为LTE MBMS系统的网络架构图。如图2所示,LTE MBMS系统中包括如下逻辑实体:
MME;
MBMS网关(MBMS Gateway,MBMS GW);
MCE;
演进型基站(Evolved Node B,eNodeB);
组通信系统使能器(Group Communications System Enabler,GCSE)应用服务器,LTE MBMS系统中实现组通信业务的应用服务器,支持由MBMS承载或单播承载来承载组通信业务;
UE,其上运行GCSE应用。
当组通信业务由单播承载时,UE通过S-GW和P-GW与GCSE应用服务器之间传输组通信业务的数据。
LTE MBMS系统中存在如下接口:
M3:在MME和MCE间提供会话(Session)管理相关功能,比如:会话开始(session start)、会话停止(session stop)通知;
M2:在MCE和eNodeB间提供会话管理、传递MBMS调度信息等功能;
M1:在MBMS GW和eNodeB之间提供MBMS业务传输;
GC1:在GCSE应用服务器与UE上的GCSE应用之间的接口;
Uu:UE与eNodeB之间的空中接口。
下面,结合附图对本申请实施例进行详细描述。
图3为本申请实施例提供的组通信业务的处理系统的结构示意图。如图3所示,该系统包括:
第一网络侧设备301,用于确定需要将特定小区的特定组通信业务从MBMS承载切换到单播承载,并通知特定小区所属的第二网络侧设备302停止特定小区中MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务;
第二网络侧设备302,用于在收到第一网络侧设备301发送的停止特定小区中MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息后,停止在MBMS承载上发送特定组通信业务的业务数据,并通知特定小区中正在进行特定组通信业务的UE建立用以承载特定组通信业务的单播承载;
UE303,用于接收第二网络侧设备302发送的建立用以承载特定组通信业务的单播承载的通知,建立用以承载特定组通信业务的单播承载。
本申请实施例中,第一网络侧设备301可为LTE MBMS系统中的GCSE应用服务器,第二网络侧设备302可为LTE MBMS系统中的eNodeB,UE上运行GCSE应用。
下面,以LTE MBMS系统为例详细描述本申请实施例。这里虽然以LTE MBMS系统为例,但不代表本申请实施例仅能应用于LTE MBMS系统。实际上,任何运行组通信业务,需要针对特定小区将用于承载组通信业务的MBMS承载切换为单播承载的系统,都可采用本申请实施例实现针对特定小区的组通信业务的承载切换。
GCSE应用服务器确定需要将特定小区的特定组通信业务从MBMS承载切换到单播承载的方式有很多,比如,GCSE应用服务器对特定小区中进行该特定组通信业务的UE数进行实时监控,当UE数小于预设的第一UE数阈值,且该特定小区中该组通信业务正在由MBMS承载,则确定需要将该特定小区的特定组通信业务由MBMS承载切换到单播承载。
在本申请实施例中,GCSE应用服务器可通过以下两种方式通知eNodeB停止特定小区中MBMS承载特定组通信业务:
方式一、将用于停止特定小区中MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息,先后经由MBMS网关、MME和MCE发给eNodeB;
方式二、将用于停止特定小区中MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息,通过特定小区中处于RRC连接状态的UE发给eNodeB。
方式二中,GCSE应用服务器可先通过图2中的GC1接口将上述通知信息发给特定小区中处于RRC连接状态的UE,然后UE通过图2中的Uu接口将该通知信息发给eNodeB。
可选地,对于方式一,上述通知信息可包括:特定小区的小区标识和特定组通信业务的标识,分别用以指示特定小区和特定组通信业务;也可以包括特定小区的小区名称和特定组通信业务的名称,只要能指示特定小区和特定组通信业务即可;
对于方式二,在上述通知信息中可包括特定组通信业务的标识,用以指示特定组通信业务。这里,与方式一不同的是,GCSE应用服务器不需要发送用于标识特定小区的信息,这是因为,在方式二下,接收该通知信息的UE处于RRC连接状态,其所属的小区即为该特定小区,UE向eNodeB发送上述通知信息时,eNodeB是知道UE所属的小区的,eNodeB仅需通知该UE所属的小区中的正在进行该特定组通信业务的UE,即可实现通知特定小区的UE停止用MBMS承载该特定组通信业务的目的。这里,eNodeB所通知的UE为接收GCSE应用服务器上述通知信息的UE所属小区内所有正在进行该特定组通信业务的UE,包括接收GCSE应用服务器上述通知信息的UE。
可选地,通知信息还包括:eNodeB停止在MBMS承载上发送特定组通信业务的业务数据的时间的时间信息。
其中,该时间信息可指示GCSE应用服务器发送上述通知信息后的某一具体的时刻, 也可指示从GCSE应用服务器发送上述通知信息后的时间间隔。GCSE应用服务器发送该时间信息,用以指示eNodeB在收到该通知后的一段时间之后再停止在MBMS承载上发送该组通信业务的业务数据,以便UE有充足的时间建立用以承载该组通信业务的单播承载,避免出现组通信业务的中断。
GCSE应用服务器可依据网络维护人员设定的用于配置该时间信息的配置数据设定上述通知信息中的该时间信息,也可根据过往统计的GCSE应用服务器与eNodeB之间的通信时延以及UE建立单播承载的时间的统计数据来确定该时间信息,以使得尽量避免组通信业务的中断,可选地,该时间信息也不适于设置过大,避免基站进行不必要的业务数据的处理,浪费特定小区的小区资源。比如,可设置为5s、8s等。
可选地,eNodeB在收到GCSE应用服务器发送的上述通知信息后,可通过系统信息(System Information),或者通过MCCH向特定小区中的正在进行该特定组通信业务的UE发送停止MBMS承载该特定组通信业务的指令,UE收到该指令后,通过RRC信令与GCSE应用服务器发送请求建立单播承载的消息,GCSE应用服务器在收到该请求建立单播承载的消息后,建立用以承载该组通信业务的单播承载。
可选地,上述指令中可包括特定组通信业务的标识,或者该特定组通信业务的业务名称,以指示该特定组通信业务。
可选地,当GCSE应用服务器确定需要将特定小区的特定组通信业务从单播承载切换到MBMS承载时(比如:GCSE应用服务器实时监控得到特定小区中进行该特定组通信业务的UE数大于预设的UE数第二阈值(大于或等于上面的UE数第一阈值),且该特定小区中该组通信业务正在由单播承载,则确定需要将该特定小区的特定组通信业务由单播承载切换到MBMS承载)。
可选地,当GCSE应用服务器确定需要将该特定小区的该特定组通信业务从单播承载切换到MBMS承载时,GCSE应用服务器首先向该特定小区所属的eNodeB发送停止特定小区中单播承载该特定组通信业务的通知信息,可选地,通知信息中包括用以指示该特定小区的小区标识。eNodeB在收到该通知信息后,在该特定小区中建立用以承载该特定组通信业务的MBMS承载,并向该特定小区中进行该特定组通信业务的UE发送将要在MBMS承载上进行该特定组通信业务(利用系统信息或通过MCCH)的指令,该特定小区中进行该特定组通信业务的UE在收到该指令后,将利用MBMS承载接收该特定组通信业务的业务数据,可选地,可以删除该特定小区中用于承载该特定组通信业务的单播承载。
现有的通过TMGI的方式停止会话的方案中,基于UE实现的方式检测MBMS业务的停止,组通信业务的中断时间较长,无法满足组通信的业务连续性的要求,而采用本申请实施例提供的将MBMS承载切换到单播承载的优选方案(在通知信息中包括用于指示eNodeB停止在MBMS承载上发送特定组通信业务的业务数据的时间的时间信息),从而 给UE留出较长的时间建立单播承载,尽量缩短或避免了组通信业务的中断。
下面,通过实施例一和实施例二说明实现承载切换的方案。其中实施例一对应GCSE应用服务器通知eNodeB停止特定小区中MBMS承载特定组通信业务的方式一,实施例二对应方式二。
实施例一
实施例一中,GCSE应用服务器将用于停止特定小区中MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息,先后经由MBMS网关、MME和MCE发给eNodeB。如图4所示,实施例一包括如下步骤:
S401:由S401a~S401d四个子步骤组成,GCSE应用服务器先后经由MBMS GW、MME、MCE向eNodeB发送用于停止MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息,比如:可发送消息名称为停止TMGI(Stop TMGI)的消息,可选地,在该消息中通过TMGI指示要停止用MBMS承载的特定组通信业务以及特定小区的小区标识;可选地,还可以包括用于指示eNodeB停止在MBMS承载上发送特定组通信业务的业务数据的时间的定时器timer;
S402:eNodeB在收到步骤S401中的上述通知信息后,启动上述定时器timer;
S403:eNodeB通过系统更新过程,在该特定小区内采用广播的方式通知UE停止在MBMS承载上接收该特定组通信业务的业务数据,其中可携带TMGI,用以指示要停止用MBMS承载的该特定组通信业务;
S404:UE获取更新的系统信息后,发现正在接收的组通信业务即将停止用MBMS承载,则发起RRC建立请求进入RRC连接状态;
S405:UE通过GC1接口向GCSE应用服务器发送请求建立单播业务(即建立(演进分组系统(Evolved Packet System,EPS)EPS承载)的请求;
S406:GCSE应用服务器在收到步骤S405中的请求建立单播业务的请求后,触发建立EPS承载,并在建立的EPS承载上发送该组通信业务的业务数据。
S407:当定时器超时后,eNodeB忽略上述TMGI指示的MBMS业务。
其中,忽略上述TMGI指示的MBMS业务,即停止在MBMS承载上发送特定组通信业务的数据。
实施例二
实施例二中,GCSE应用服务器将用于停止特定小区中MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息,通过特定小区中处于RRC连接状态的UE发给eNodeB。如图5所示,实施例二包括如下步骤:
S501:GCSE应用服务器通过GC1接口,向特定小区下处于RRC连接状态的UE1发出通知停止MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息,通知信息包含TMGI和定时器 等;
S502:UE1向通过RRC信令向eNodeB发送步骤S501中的上述通知信息,其中RRC信令可以为现有的测量报告(Measurement report)、感兴趣频率指示(Interested Frequency Indication)等,也可以定义新的RRC信令,用于发送上述通知信息。
S503:eNodeB启动定时器;
S504a和S504b:eNodeB通过系统信息,向UE1和UE2广播通知,将停止由MBMS承载该特定组通信业务;
S505:UE2获取上述系统信息,确定正在接收的组通信业务即将停止由MBMS承载,发起RRC连接建立请求,进入RRC连接状态;
S506:UE1通过GC1接口向GCSE应用服务器发送确认通知,用以指示GCSE应用服务器,eNodeB已经将停止MBMS承载特定组通信业务的指令发给了特定小区中正在进行该特定组通信业务的UE;
S507a和S507b:UE1和UE2分别通过GC1接口向GCSE应用服务器发送建立EPS承载的请求;
S508:GCSE应用服务器为UE1、UE2建立起EPS承载,并在建立的EPS承载上发送上述特定组通信业务的业务数据。
S509:当定时器超时,eNodeB忽略上述TMGI指示的MBMS业务。
基于同一发明构思,本申请实施例还提供了组通信业务的处理方法,由于该方法解决问题的原理与本申请实施例提供的组通信业务的处理系统相似,因此该方法的实施可以参见系统的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
图6为本申请实施例提供的第一种组通信业务的处理方法的流程图。如图6所示,该方法包括:
S601:第一网络侧设备确定需要将特定小区的特定组通信业务从MBMS承载切换到单播承载;
S602:第一网络侧设备通知特定小区所属的第二网络侧设备停止上的特定小区中MBMS承载特定组通信业务,以使第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送特定组通信业务的业务数据,并通知特定小区中正在进行特定组通信业务的UE建立用以承载特定组通信业务的单播承载。
可选地,步骤S602具体包括:
第一网络侧设备将用于停止特定小区中MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息,先后经由MBMS网关、MME和MCE发给第二网络侧设备;或通过特定小区中处于RRC连接状态的UE发给第二网络侧设备。

S801:UE接收第一网络侧设备发送的停止UE所属的小区中MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息;
S802:UE在收到上述通知信息后,通过RRC信令向第二网络侧设备发送上述通知信息,以使第二网络侧设备在收到上述通知信息后,通知UE所属的小区中正在进行特定组通信业务的UE建立用以承载特定组通信业务的单播承载。

其中,在图11中,总线架构可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,具体由处理器1101代表的一个或多个处理器和存储器1102代表的存储器的各种电路链接在一起。总线架构还可以将诸如外围设备、稳压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路链接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。总线接口提供接口。通信接口1102可以是多个元件,即包括发送接口和接收接口,提供用于在传输介质上与各种其他装置通信的单元。处理器1101负责管理总线架构和通常的处理,存储器1103可以存储处理器1101在执行操作时所使用的数据。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种组通信业务的处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一网络侧设备确定需要将特定小区的特定组通信业务从多媒体广播多播业务MBMS承载切换到单播承载;
    所述第一网络侧设备通知所述特定小区所属的第二网络侧设备停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务,以使所述第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据并通知所述特定小区中正在进行所述特定组通信业务的用户设备UE建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络侧设备通知所述第二网络侧设备停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务,包括:
    所述第一网络侧设备将用于停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的通知信息,先后经由MBMS网关、移动管理实体MME和多小区多播协调实体MCE发给所述第二网络侧设备;或通过所述特定小区中处于无线资源控制RRC连接状态的UE发给所述第二网络侧设备。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,
    若所述第一网络侧设备将用于停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的通知信息,先后经由MBMS网关、MME和MCE发给所述第二网络侧设备,则所述通知信息包括:所述特定小区的小区标识和所述特定组通信业务的标识;
    若所述第一网络侧设备将用于停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的通知信息通过所述特定小区中处于RRC连接状态的UE发给所述第二网络侧设备,则所述通知信息包括:所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知信息还包括:
    所述第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据的时间的时间信息。
  5. 一种组通信业务的处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    所述第二网络侧设备接收第一网络侧设备发送的用于停止特定小区中多媒体广播多播业务MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息;
    所述第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据,并通知所述特定小区中正在进行所述特定组通信业务的UE建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二网络侧设备接收所述第一网络侧设备发送的用于停止特定小区中MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息,包括:
    所述第二网络侧设备接收所述第一网络侧设备先后经由MBMS网关、移动管理实体MME和多小区多播协调实体MCE发送的用于停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的通知信息;或所述第二网络侧设备接收所述特定小区中处于无线资源控制RRC连接状态的UE通过RRC信令发送的所述通知信息,其中,所述第二网络侧设备从所述UE处接收的所述通知信息是所述UE在收到所述第一网络侧设备发送的所述通知信息后向所述第二网络侧设备发送的。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,
    若所述第二网络侧设备接收所述第一网络侧设备先后经由MBMS网关、MME和MCE发送的用于停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的通知信息,则所述通知信息包括:所述特定小区的小区标识和所述特定组通信业务的标识;
    若所述第二网络侧设备接收所述特定小区中处于RRC连接状态的UE通过RRC信令发送的所述通知信息,则所述通知信息包括所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知信息还包括:
    所述第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据的时间的时间信息。
  9. 如权利要求5~8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二网络侧设备通知所述特定小区中正在进行所述特定组通信业务的UE建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载,包括:
    所述第二网络侧设备向所述特定小区中正在进行所述特定组通信业务的UE发送停止MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的指令,以使接收到所述指令的所述UE通过RRC信令与第一网络侧设备建立用于承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载,所述指令中包括所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  10. 一种组通信业务的处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    用户设备UE接收第一网络侧设备发送的停止所述UE所属的小区中多媒体广播多播业务MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息;
    所述UE在收到所述通知信息后,通过无线资源控制RRC信令向第二网络侧设备发送所述通知信息,以使所述第二网络侧设备在收到所述通知信息后,通知所述UE所属的小区中正在进行所述特定组通信业务的UE建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知信息包括:所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知信息还包括:
    所述第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据的时间的时间信息,以指示所述第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业 务的业务数据的时间。
  13. 如权利要求10~12任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述UE通过RRC信令向所述第二网络侧设备发送所述通知信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述UE接收所述第二网络侧设备发送的用于停止MBMS承载特定组通信业务的指令;
    所述UE在收到所述指令后,通过RRC信令与所述第一网络侧设备建立用于承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载,所述指令中包括所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  14. 一种组通信业务的处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    用户设备UE接收第二网络侧设备发送的建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载的通知;
    所述UE在收到所述通知后,通过无线资源控制RRC信令与第一网络侧设备建立用于承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知中包括所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述UE接收第二网络侧设备发送的建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载的通知,包括:
    所述UE接收第二网络侧设备发送的用于停止MBMS承载特定组通信业务的指令。
  17. 一种网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备包括:
    处理模块,用于确定需要将特定小区的特定组通信业务从多媒体广播多播业务MBMS承载切换到单播承载;
    通知模块,用于在所述处理模块确定需要将所述特定小区的特定组通信业务从MBMS承载切换到单播承载后,通知所述特定小区所属的第二网络侧设备停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务,以使所述第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据并通知所述特定小区中正在进行所述特定组通信业务的用户设备UE建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述通知模块具体用于:
    将用于停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的通知信息,先后经由MBMS网关、移动管理实体MME和多小区多播协调实体MCE发给所述第二网络侧设备;或通过所述特定小区中处于RRC连接状态的UE发给所述第二网络侧设备。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,
    若所述通知模块将用于停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的通知信息,先后经由MBMS网关、MME和MCE发给所述第二网络侧设备,则所述通知信息包括:所述特定小区的小区标识和所述特定组通信业务的标识;
    若所述通知模块将用于停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的通知信息通过所述特定小区中处于RRC连接状态的UE发给所述第二网络侧设备,则所述通知信息包括:所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述通知信息还包括:
    所述第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据的时间的时间信息。
  21. 一种网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备包括:
    处理模块,用于接收第一网络侧设备发送的用于停止特定小区中多媒体广播多播业务MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息;
    通知模块,用于在所述处理模块收到所述通知信息后,停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据,并通知所述特定小区中正在进行所述特定组通信业务的UE建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    接收所述第一网络侧设备先后经由MBMS网关、移动管理实体MME和多小区多播协调实体MCE发送的用于停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的通知信息;或,
    接收所述特定小区中处于无线资源控制RRC连接状态的UE通过RRC信令发送的所述通知信息,其中,所述处理模块从所述UE处接收的所述通知信息是所述UE在收到所述第一网络侧设备发送的所述通知信息后,向所述处理模块发送的。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,
    若所述处理模块接收所述第一网络侧设备先后经由MBMS网关、移动管理实体MME和多小区多播协调实体MCE发送的用于停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的通知信息,则所述通知信息包括:所述特定小区的小区标识和所述特定组通信业务的标识;
    若所述处理模块接收所述特定小区中处于无线资源控制RRC连接状态的UE通过RRC信令发送的所述通知信息,则所述通知信息包括所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据;
    所述通知信息还包括:所述处理模块停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据的时间的时间信息。
  25. 如权利要求21~24任一项所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述通知模块具体用于:
    向所述特定小区中正在进行所述特定组通信业务的UE发送停止MBMS承载所述特 定组通信业务的指令,以使接收到所述指令的所述UE通过RRC信令与第一网络侧设备建立用于承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载,所述指令中包括所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  26. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,所述用户设备包括:
    第一处理模块,用于接收第一网络侧设备发送的停止所述用户设备UE所属的小区中多媒体广播多播业务MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的通知信息;
    第二处理模块,用于在所述第一处理模块收到所述通知信息后,通过无线资源控制RRC信令向第二网络侧设备发送所述通知信息,以使所述第二网络侧设备在收到所述通知信息后,通知所述UE所属的小区中正在进行所述特定组通信业务的UE建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述通知信息包括:所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述通知信息还包括:
    所述第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据的时间的时间信息,以指示所述第二网络侧设备停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据的时间。
  29. 如权利要求26~28任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述第一处理模块还用于:在所述第二处理模块通过RRC信令向所述第二网络侧设备发送所述通知信息之后,接收所述第二网络侧设备发送的用于停止MBMS承载上的特定组通信业务的指令;
    所述第二处理模块还用于:在所述第一处理模块收到所述指令后,通过RRC信令与所述第一网络侧设备建立用于承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载,所述指令中包括所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  30. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,所述用户设备包括:
    第一处理模块,用于接收第二网络侧设备发送的建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载的通知;
    第二处理模块,用于在所述第一处理模块收到所述通知后,通过无线资源控制RRC信令与第一网络侧设备建立用于承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述指令中包括所述特定组通信业务的标识。
  32. 如权利要求30或31所述的用户设备,其特征在于,第一处理模块用于:
    接收第二网络侧设备发送的用于停止MBMS承载特定组通信业务的指令。
  33. 一种组通信业务的处理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    第一网络侧设备,用于确定需要将特定小区的特定组通信业务从多媒体广播多播业务MBMS承载切换到单播承载,并通知所述特定小区所属的第二网络侧设备停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务;
    第二网络侧设备,用于在收到所述第一网络侧设备发送的停止所述特定小区中MBMS承载上的所述特定组通信业务的通知后,停止在MBMS承载上发送所述特定组通信业务的业务数据,并通知所述特定小区中正在进行所述特定组通信业务的用户设备建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载;
    用户设备,用于接收所述第二网络侧设备发送的建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载的通知,建立用以承载所述特定组通信业务的单播承载。
