本申请要求于2013年12月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201310717810.4、发明名称为“一种建立语音通信的方法及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及互联网通信领域,特别涉及一种建立语音通信的方法及系统。
背景技术
随着互联网通信技术的快速发展,用户不仅可以与多个用户组成一个业务群组,通过该业务群组与多个用户同时使用同一个业务,还可以在使用该业务的过程中与该业务群组包括的成员进行语音通信。例如,在用户与该业务群组包括的用户玩同一个游戏的过程中,该用户还可以与该业务群组包括的用户进行语音通信。
其中,当用户在使用业务的过程中需要与该业务群组包括的成员进行语音通信时,该用户首先将当前的业务界面最小化,然后启动语音客户端,通过语音客户端创建语音频道,再将该语音频道的频道号码发送给业务群组包括的成员。业务群组包括的成员接收该语音频道的频道号码,然后启动语音客户端,并通过该语音客户端加入该语音频道的频道号码对应的语音频道,如此建立语音通信,且用户可以通过该语音频道与业务群组包括的成员进行语音通信。
在实现本申请的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:
由于在建立语音通信时,用户需要将当前的业务界面最小化,因此用户需要中断业务,并且最小化和启动语音客户端等操作需要手动完成,增加了建立语音通信的操作复杂度,进而降低了建立语音通信的效率。

实施例二
本申请实施例提供了一种建立语音通信的方法,参见图2,该方法包括:
步骤201:第一业务客户端将业务群组的标识和该业务群组包括的成员的标识发送给插件服务器。
具体地,用户可以在终端上安装某网络业务的业务客户端(即第一业务客户端),当用户需要创建业务群组并与该业务群组包括的成员同时使用该业务时,第一业务客户端向业务服务器发送创建请求消息,该创建请求消息携带该用户的标识;业务服务器接收该创建请求消息,为该业务群组分配一个业务群组标识,并将该业务群组标识发送给第一业务客户端。第一业务客户端接收到该业务群组标识后,向该业务群组包括的除该用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端发送邀请请求消息,该邀请请求消息中携带该用户的标识和该业务群组的标识。当该业务群组包括的成员加入该业务群组时,第一业务客户端建立其与插件服务器之间的链接,并将该业务群组的标识和该业务群组包括的成员的标识通过该链接发送给插件服务器。
其中,在用户创建业务群组之前,该用户对应的第一业务客户端需要登录到业务服务器。第一业务客户端登录该业务服务器的具体操作可以为:第一业务客户端接收该用户输入的用户账号和密码,将该用户账号和密码发送给业务服务器。业务服务器接收该用户账号和密码,根据该用户账号从已存储的用户账号与密码的对应关系中获取对应的密码,将获取的密码和用户输入的密码进行比较,如果获取的密码和该用户输入的密码相同,则对该用户的身份验证通过,确定第一业务客户端登录该业务服务器成功;如果获取的密码和该用户输入的密码不相同,则对该用户的身份验证不通过,确定第一业务客户端登录该业务服务器失败。
其中,当该业务群组包括的成员使用该业务时,该业务群组包括的成员需要启动自身对应的业务客户端,并向该业务客户端中输入用户账号和密码。
其中,业务群组标识可以唯一地标识该业务群组。该业务群组的标识可以 为该业务群组的账号,该业务群组包括的成员的标识可以为用户账号和/或昵称。
其中,当该用户使用该业务时,该用户需要启动自身对应的第一业务客户端,向第一业务客户端中输入用户账号和密码。
其中,第一业务客户端建立其与插件服务器之间的链接,并将该业务群组的标识和该业务群组包括的成员的标识通过该链接发送给插件服务器的具体操作可以为:第一业务客户端启动时,第一业务客户端加载业务插件,使该业务插件与该插件服务器建立链接,并通过该链接将该业务群组的标识和该业务群组包括的成员的标识发送给插件服务器。
其中,在本申请实施例中,第一业务客户端通过该业务插件建立与插件服务器之间的链接,进而启动第一语音客户端,实现简单,并且成本较低。
可选的,可以为第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端设置一定的触发条件,相应的处理过程可以如下:当业务群组建立时,第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端。
具体地,当用户需要创建业务群组并与该业务群组包括的成员同时使用该业务时,可以在第一业务客户端的联系人列表中选择需要加入该业务群组的成员,第一业务客户端可以获取本地用户的标识和选择出的用户的标识,然后向业务服务器发送的创建请求消息,该创建请求消息中可以携带本地用户的标识和该业务群组包括的除本地用户之外的其他成员(即选择出的用户)的标识,业务服务器接收该创建请求消息,根据该创建请求消息建立由此本地用户和此其他成员组成的业务群组,然后向第一业务客户端返回建立成功消息,第一业务客户端接收到该建立成功消息后,可以启动第一语音客户端。
步骤202:插件服务器接收该业务群组的标识和该业务群组包括的成员的标识,并将该业务群组的标识和该业务群组包括的成员的标识进行存储。
具体地,插件服务器接收该业务群组的标识和该业务群组包括的成员的标识,并将该业务群组的标识和该业务群组包括的成员的标识存储在业务群组标识与成员标识的对应关系中。
例如,该业务群组的标识为Group1,该业务群组包括的成员的标识为Name1、Name2、Name3和Name4,插件服务器接收该业务群组的标识Group1和该业务群组包括的成员的标识Name1、Name2、Name3和Name4,将该业务群组的标识Group1和该业务群组包括的成员的标识Name1、Name2、Name3 和Name4存储在如下表1所示的业务群组标识与成员标识的对应关系中。

其中,临时频道是用于进行短时间内语音通信的频道,当临时频道中的用户下线后,语音服务器将会取消该临时频道。
具体地,本步骤可以通过如下(1)-(3)的步骤来实现,包括:
(1)、第一业务客户端获取第一语音客户端的标识,并从注册表中查找第一语音客户端的存储路径,注册表包括客户端的标识与客户端的存储路径的对应关系。
具体地,第一业务客户端将已存储的语音协议标识作为第一语音客户端的标识,将第一语音客户端的标识作为索引,从注册表中查找第一语音客户端的存储路径,该注册表包括客户端的标识与客户端的存储路径的对应关系。
其中,当用户在终端上安装第一语音客户端时,终端会将第一语音客户端的标识和第一语音客户端的存储路径存储在注册表包括的客户端的标识与客户端的存储路径的对应关系中。
(2)、第一业务客户端根据第一语音客户端的存储路径,查找第一语音客户端并启动第一语音客户端。
其中,第一业务客户端可以在用户创建业务群组时启动第一语音客户端,也可以在该业务群组包括的成员使用该业务的过程中,如果该用户向第一业务客户端发送一个语音请求时,第一业务客户端再启动第一语音客户端。
(3)、第一业务客户端将用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给第一语音客户端。
可选的,第一业务客户端还可以发送用于指示匿名登录的第一指示信息,相应的,步骤203的处理过程可以如下:第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,并将用于指示匿名登录的第一指示信息和用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给第一语音客户端。
具体地,第一业务客户端可以获取已存储的语音协议标识,作为第一语音 客户端的标识,然后在注册表的客户端的标识与客户端的存储路径的对应关系中,查询第一语音客户端的标识对应的存储路径,进而可以根据该存储路径启动第一语音客户端,然后第一业务客户端可以向第一语音客户端发送用于指示匿名登录的第一指示信息和用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息。
步骤204:第一语音客户端接收第二指示信息,根据第二指示信息匿名请求语音服务器创建临时频道并加入该临时频道,将该临时频道的临时频道号码发送给第一业务客户端。
具体地,第一语音客户端根据第二指示信息,通过匿名通信通道向语音服务器发送创建临时频道请求;语音服务器接收该创建临时频道请求,创建临时频道,将该临时频道的临时频道号码发送给第一语音客户端;第一语音客户端接收该临时频道号码并加入该临时频道号码对应的临时频道,以及将该临时频道号码发送给第一业务客户端。
其中,语音服务器通过匿名通信通道将该临时频道的临时频道号码发送给第一语音客户端。
优选地,第一语音客户端匿名登录到语音服务器之前,需要对用户的身份进行验证,如果验证该用户为合法用户,则建立第一语音客户端与语音服务器之间的匿名通信通道。对用户的身份进行验证可以通过统一认证服务器进行验证,例如,可以对用户的登录IP(Internet Protocol,网络之间互联的协议)地址进行验证,如果该IP地址不存在危害,即恶意IP地址集合中不包括该用户的IP地址,则将第一语音客户端登录到语音服务器,保证第一语音客户端登录语音服务器后不会影响语音服务器的安全,也不会影响其他用户的安全。
可选地,如果该用户已经通过第一语音客户端在语音服务器中注册了用户账号且第一语音客户端中存储该用户账号和密码时,第一业务客户端也可以不用向第一语音客户端发送第一指示信息,可以向第一语音客户端发送一个登录指示信息,使第一语音客户端获取自身存储的用户账号和密码,并将该用户账号和密码发送给语音服务器,语音服务器对该用户的身份进行验证,如果验证通过,则确定第一语音客户端登录该语音服务器成功,从而建立第一语音客户端与语音服务器之间的通信通道。第一语音客户端可以通过该通信通道向语音服务器发送创建临时频道请求。
其中,由于第一语音客户端根据存储的用户账号和密码登录语音服务器时,语音服务器需要对该用户的身份进行验证,登录的时间较长;而第一语音 客户端根据第一指示信息匿名登录语音服务器,语音服务器不需要对用户的身份进行验证,直接建立第一语音客户端与语音服务器之间的匿名通信通道就可以,所以第一语音客户端匿名登录语音服务器花费的时间较短,提高了第一语音客户端登录语音服务器的效率。
可选的,对于上述第一业务客户端发送用于指示匿名登录的第一指示信息的情况,相应的,步骤204的处理过程可以如下:第一语音客户端根据第一指示信息匿名登录语音服务器,以及根据第二指示信息请求语音服务器创建临时频道并加入该临时频道,将该临时频道的临时频道号码发送给第一业务客户端。
具体地,第一语音客户端可以接收第一指示信息和第二指示信息,然后根据第一指示信息进行匿名登录,创建其与语音服务器之间的匿名通信通道,然后根据第二指示信息通过匿名通信通道请求语音服务器创建临时频道,语音服务器创建临时频道后,可以将该临时频道的临时频道号码发送给第一语音客户端,第一语音客户端可以记录该临时频道号码,加入该临时频道,并将该临时频道号码发送给第一业务客户端。
步骤205:第一业务客户端接收该临时频道号码,将该临时频道号码发送给该业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端。
可选的,当有新用户加入到该业务群组后也可以进入到临时频道进行语音通信,相应的,步骤205的处理过程可以如下:当业务群组之外的第一用户加入业务群组时,第一业务客户端将临时频道号码发送给第一用户对应的业务客户端,使第一用户加入临时频道,以建立当前用户、其他成员和第一用户之间的语音通信。
具体地,业务群组建立之后,业务群组之外的其他用户可以加入业务群组。当某用户(即第一用户)申请加入该业务群组或受邀请后加入该业务群组时,第一业务客户端可以将临时频道号码发送给第一用户对应的业务客户端,这样第一用户可以加入该临时频道号码对应的临时频道中,进而与业务群组中的各用户建立语音通信。
具体地,本步骤可以通过如下(1)-(3)的步骤来实现,包括:
(1)、第一业务客户端接收该临时频道号码,将该临时频道号码、该业务群组的标识和当前用户的标识发送给插件服务器。
具体地,第一业务客户端接收该临时频道号码,通过业务插件将该临时频 道号码、该业务群组的标识和当前用户的标识发送给插件服务器。
(2)、插件服务器根据该业务群组的标识和当前用户的标识,获取该业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员的标识。
具体地,插件服务器接收该业务群组的标识和当前用户的标识,根据该业务群组的标识,从已存储的业务群组标识与成员标识的对应关系中获取对应的成员标识,根据当前用户的标识,从获取的成员标识从去除当前用户的标识,得到该业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员的标识。
(3)、插件服务器根据该业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员的标识,将该临时频道号码发送给该业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端。
其中,插件服务器具有广播消息的功能,插件服务器可以根据该业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员的标识,将该临时频道号码广播给该业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端。通过具有广播消息功能的插件服务器就可以使其他成员对应的业务客户端启动语音客户端,进而实现当前用户与其他成员之间的语音通信,整个方案实现简单,且实现成本较低。
步骤206:该业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端接收该临时频道号码,启动其他成员对应的语音客户端,并使其他成员对应的语音客户端加入该临时频道号码对应的临时频道,以建立当前用户与其他成员之间的语音通信。
具体地,该业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端接收该临时频道号码,业务客户端将已存储的语音协议标识作为语音客户端的标识,根据语音客户端的标识从注册表中查找语音客户端的存储路径,该注册表包括客户端的标识与客户端的存储路径的对应关系;业务客户端根据语音客户端的存储路径,查找语音客户端并启动语音客户端,使语音客户端加入该临时频道号码对应的临时频道,以建立当前用户与其他成员之间的语音通信。
在本申请实施例中,当用户创建业务群组时,第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,无需用户将第一业务客户端的当前业务界面最小化,并且第一业务客户端将第二指示信息发送给第一语音客户端;第一语音客户端根据第二指示信息匿名请求语音服务器创建临时频道并加入该临时频道,无需用户手动地启动第一语音客户端、登录第一语音客户端以及手动地创建临时频道,节省了建立语音通信的复杂度,进而提高了建立语音通信的效率。第一语音客户端将该 临时频道号码发送给第一业务客户端,使第一业务客户端将该临时频道号码发送给该业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端,使该业务群组包括的其他成员对应的语音客户端自动地加入该临时频道,节省了该业务群组包括的其他成员启动语音客户端和向语音客户端中输入临时频道号码等步骤,提高了建立当前用户与该业务群组包括的其他用户之间的语音通信的效率。

第一业务客户端301,用于启动第一语音客户端,并将用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给第一语音客户端;

  1. 一种建立语音通信的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,并将用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给所述第一语音客户端;
    所述第一语音客户端根据所述第二指示信息匿名请求语音服务器创建临时频道并加入所述临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端;
    所述第一业务客户端将所述临时频道号码发送给业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端,使所述其他成员加入所述临时频道,以建立所述当前用户与所述其他成员之间的语音通信。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,包括:
    所述第一业务客户端获取第一语音客户端的标识,并从注册表中查找所述第一语音客户端的存储路径,所述注册表包括客户端的标识与客户端的存储路径的对应关系;

  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一语音客户端根据所述第二指示信息请求所述语音服务器创建临时频道并加入所述临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端,包括:
    所述第一语音客户端根据所述第二指示信息,通过匿名通信通道向所述语音服务器发送创建临时频道请求;
    所述语音服务器接收所述创建临时频道请求,创建临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一语音客户端;
    所述第一语音客户端接收所述临时频道号码并加入所述临时频道号码对应的临时频道,以及将所述临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户 端将所述临时频道号码发送给业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端,包括:
    所述第一业务客户端将所述临时频道号码、业务群组的标识和当前用户的标识发送给插件服务器;
    所述插件服务器根据所述业务群组的标识和所述当前用户的标识,获取所述业务群组包括的除所述当前用户之外的其他成员的标识;
    所述插件服务器根据所述其他成员的标识,将所述临时频道号码发送给所述其他成员对应的业务客户端。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,并将用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给所述第一语音客户端之前,还包括:
    第一业务客户端将业务群组的标识和所述业务群组包括的成员的标识发送给插件服务器;
    所述插件服务器将所述业务群组的标识和所述业务群组包括的成员的标识进行存储。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端将所述临时频道号码发送给业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端之后,还包括:
    所述其他成员对应的业务客户端接收所述临时频道号码,启动所述其他成员对应的语音客户端,并使所述其他成员对应的语音客户端加入所述临时频道号码对应的临时频道。
  7. 如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,包括:
    当所述业务群组建立时,第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端。
  8. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端将所述临时频道号码发送给业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端,使所述其他成员加入所述临时频道,以建立所述当前用户与所 述其他成员之间的语音通信之后,还包括:
    当业务群组之外的第一用户加入所述业务群组时,第一业务客户端将所述临时频道号码发送给所述第一用户对应的业务客户端,使所述第一用户加入所述临时频道,以建立所述当前用户、所述其他成员和所述第一用户之间的语音通信。
  9. 如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,并将用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给所述第一语音客户端,包括:
    第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,并将用于指示匿名登录的第一指示信息和用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给所述第一语音客户端;
    所述第一语音客户端根据所述第二指示信息匿名请求所述语音服务器创建临时频道并加入所述临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端,包括:
    所述第一语音客户端根据所述第一指示信息匿名登录语音服务器,以及根据所述第二指示信息请求所述语音服务器创建临时频道并加入所述临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端。
  10. 一种建立语音通信的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:第一业务客户端和第一语音客户端;
    所述第一业务客户端,用于启动第一语音客户端,并将用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给所述第一语音客户端;
    所述第一语音客户端,用于根据所述第二指示信息匿名请求语音服务器创建临时频道并加入所述临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端;
    所述第一业务客户端,还用于将所述临时频道号码发送给业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端,使所述其他成员加入所述临时频道,以建立所述当前用户与所述其他成员之间的语音通信。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述第一业务客户端,用于获取第一语音客户端的标识,并从注册表中查 找所述第一语音客户端的存储路径,所述注册表包括客户端的标识与客户端的存储路径的对应关系;
    所述第一业务客户端,还用于根据所述第一语音客户端的存储路径,查找所述第一语音客户端并启动所述第一语音客户端。
  12. 如权利要求10或11所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述第一语音客户端,用于根据所述第二指示信息,通过匿名通信通道向所述语音服务器发送创建临时频道请求;
    所述语音服务器,用于接收所述创建临时频道请求,创建临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一语音客户端;
    所述第一语音客户端,还用于接收所述临时频道号码并加入所述临时频道号码对应的临时频道,以及将所述临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端。
  13. 如权利要求10-12中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述第一业务客户端,还用于将所述临时频道号码、业务群组的标识和当前用户的标识发送给插件服务器;
    所述插件服务器,用于根据所述业务群组的标识和所述当前用户的标识,获取所述业务群组包括的除所述当前用户之外的其他成员的标识;
    所述插件服务器,还用于根据所述其他成员的标识,将所述临时频道号码发送给所述其他成员对应的业务客户端。
  14. 如权利要求10-13中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    第一业务客户端,用于将业务群组的标识和所述业务群组包括的成员的标识发送给插件服务器;
    所述插件服务器,用于将所述业务群组的标识和所述业务群组包括的成员的标识进行存储。
  15. 如权利要求10-14中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    所述其他成员对应的业务客户端,用于接收所述临时频道号码,启动所述其他成员对应的语音客户端,并使所述其他成员对应的语音客户端加入所述临时频道号码对应的临时频道。
  16. 如权利要求10-15中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述第一业务客户端,用于当所述业务群组建立时,启动第一语音客户端。
  17. 如权利要求10-16中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端,还用于:
    当业务群组之外的第一用户加入所述业务群组时,将所述临时频道号码发送给所述第一用户对应的业务客户端,使所述第一用户加入所述临时频道,以建立所述当前用户、所述其他成员和所述第一用户之间的语音通信。
  18. 如权利要求10-17中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端,用于:
    启动第一语音客户端,并将用于指示匿名登录的第一指示信息和用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给所述第一语音客户端;
    所述第一业务客户端,用于:
    根据所述第一指示信息匿名登录语音服务器,以及根据所述第二指示信息请求所述语音服务器创建临时频道并加入所述临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端。
  19. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括处理器和用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;其中,所述处理器被配置为执行如下处理:
    第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,并将用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给所述第一语音客户端;
    所述第一语音客户端根据所述第二指示信息匿名请求语音服务器创建临时频道并加入所述临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端;
    所述第一业务客户端将所述临时频道号码发送给业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端,使所述其他成员加入所述临时频道,以建立所述当前用户与所述其他成员之间的语音通信。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端启动第 一语音客户端,包括:
    所述第一业务客户端获取第一语音客户端的标识,并从注册表中查找所述第一语音客户端的存储路径,所述注册表包括客户端的标识与客户端的存储路径的对应关系;
    所述第一业务客户端根据所述第一语音客户端的存储路径,查找所述第一语音客户端并启动所述第一语音客户端。
  21. 如权利要求19或20所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一语音客户端根据所述第二指示信息请求所述语音服务器创建临时频道并加入所述临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端,包括:
    所述第一语音客户端根据所述第二指示信息,通过匿名通信通道向所述语音服务器发送创建临时频道请求;
    所述语音服务器接收所述创建临时频道请求,创建临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一语音客户端;
    所述第一语音客户端接收所述临时频道号码并加入所述临时频道号码对应的临时频道,以及将所述临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端。
  22. 如权利要求19-21中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端将所述临时频道号码发送给业务群组包括的除当前用户之外的其他成员对应的业务客户端,包括:
    所述第一业务客户端将所述临时频道号码、业务群组的标识和当前用户的标识发送给插件服务器;
    所述插件服务器根据所述业务群组的标识和所述当前用户的标识,获取所述业务群组包括的除所述当前用户之外的其他成员的标识;
    所述插件服务器根据所述其他成员的标识,将所述临时频道号码发送给所述其他成员对应的业务客户端。
  23. 如权利要求19-22中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还被配置为执行如下处理:
    第一业务客户端将业务群组的标识和所述业务群组包括的成员的标识发送给插件服务器,以使所述插件服务器将所述业务群组的标识和所述业务群组包 括的成员的标识进行存储。
  24. 如权利要求19-23中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,包括:
    当所述业务群组建立时,第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端。
  25. 如权利要求19-24中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还被配置为执行如下处理:
    当业务群组之外的第一用户加入所述业务群组时,第一业务客户端将所述临时频道号码发送给所述第一用户对应的业务客户端,使所述第一用户加入所述临时频道,以建立所述当前用户、所述其他成员和所述第一用户之间的语音通信。
  26. 如权利要求19-25中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,并将用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给所述第一语音客户端,包括:
    第一业务客户端启动第一语音客户端,并将用于指示匿名登录的第一指示信息和用于指示创建临时频道的第二指示信息发送给所述第一语音客户端;
    所述第一语音客户端根据所述第二指示信息匿名请求所述语音服务器创建临时频道并加入所述临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端,包括:
    所述第一语音客户端根据所述第一指示信息匿名登录语音服务器,以及根据所述第二指示信息请求所述语音服务器创建临时频道并加入所述临时频道,将所述临时频道的临时频道号码发送给所述第一业务客户端。
