白板笔是一种在白板上进行书写的文具,类似于黑板的粉笔。白板笔的墨水为油墨,可写在光滑的白板上,并可使用白板擦擦掉。
目前,白板笔按结构分类可以分为一次性白板笔、可加水白板笔、直液式白板笔、气压式白板笔等。一次性白板笔使用卷包芯储墨,由于尺寸限制,一般卷包芯储墨量较少,书写长度受限制且较短,书写至油墨干枯后无利用价值而直接报废。可加水白板笔一般采用直液式加墨,因受笔尖需连接阀门限制,一般前端采用海绵储存墨水,海绵间隙大储墨量极少,需经常性按压笔尖出水保证书写,导致前端负荷过大出现漏水。
综上所述,如何延长书写长度的同时减少漏水现象的发生概率,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种白板笔,以实现延长书写长度的同时减少漏水现象发生的发生概率目的。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:

如图1至图3所示,该白板笔包括前笔杆100和与前笔杆100可拆卸连接的后笔杆500,其中,后笔杆500内部为盛放墨水的腔体501,前笔杆100内部设置有露出前笔杆100的笔尖200,前笔杆100内部固定有卷包芯300和阀门400,卷包芯300中部设置有通孔,笔尖200设置在通孔内,阀门400的进墨口A位于腔体501侧,阀门400的出墨口B位于卷包芯300侧,当笔尖200位于第一状态时,阀门400进墨口A与出墨口B连通,当笔尖200位于第二状态时,阀门400进墨口A与出墨口B非导通。
上述白板笔在使用时,当笔尖200位于第一工作状态时,阀门400的进墨口A与出墨口B导通,位于腔体501内的墨水在自身重力的作用白进墨口A流向出墨口B,并被卷包芯300吸收,位于卷包芯300内部的笔尖200吸收卷包芯300内的墨水,从而能够顺利的完成书写动作;当笔尖200位于第二工作状态时,阀门400的进墨口A与出墨口B非导通,墨水不会由进墨口A流出出墨口B,从而防止泄露现象的产生。由于本实用新型实施例中的白板笔,能够通过后笔杆500拆卸下来后重新灌入墨水,从而延长了白板笔的书写长度;另外,由于该笔尖200由卷包芯300进行固定,卷包芯300跟海绵相比发生形变小, 因此,在书写过程中不易发生泄露问题。
其中实现上述功能的阀门400有很多,本实用新型介绍其中的一种,具体地,该阀门400包括大塞401、弹簧403和顶针402,其中,大塞401的外周固定在前笔杆100的内壁,大塞401位于卷包芯300侧的开口为出墨口B,大塞401位于腔体501侧的开口为进墨口A;顶针402位于大塞401内,其一端穿过进墨口A,且顶针402的另一端与笔尖200接触并能够密封出墨口B,弹簧403设置在顶针402与大塞401之间。
为了保证弹簧403工作过程中的稳定性,大塞401的进墨口A处还设置有用于固定弹簧403的卡柱405。
为了简化加工工艺,大塞401的出墨口B处还设置有内塞404,内塞404的外壁固定在大塞401的内壁,大塞401在内塞404配合下完成对出墨口B的密封。
在更进一步的方案中,为了防止在书写过程中笔尖200移动至前笔杆100的内部,腔体501内还设置有支柱502,当笔尖200移动至前笔杆100内部一定距离时,顶针402与该支柱502相抵,支柱502支撑顶针402,而顶针402又支撑笔尖200,从而达到防止笔尖200过渡的陷入至前笔杆100内。
另外,由于笔尖200长期使用后出现磨损现象,导致书写线幅变大或者纤维开叉无法书写,后笔杆500的尾部还设置有备用笔尖601,可以将该备用笔尖601替换掉笔尖200。
为了防止该备用笔尖601损坏,备用笔尖601通过后塞密封在后盖600与后笔杆500所围成的空间内。
为了防止笔尖200被触碰,弄脏衣物等,还包括设置在前笔杆100上的笔帽700。
前笔杆100和后笔杆500可拆卸连接,可以通过螺纹连接还可以采用过盈配合,优选的采用前者。
