数字点数管理信息系统及数字点数管理方法 技术领域
本发明有关于一种管理信息系统,且特别是一种数字点数管理信息系统及数字点数管理方法。
背景技术
客户集点卡是现今很多商店经常会使用的行销服务之一,其目的是为了锁定客户与增加客户回流的机会。请参照图1A与图1B,图1A与图1B是传统的纸本集点卡的示意图。使用传统的纸本集点卡的消费者往往面临如下所述的问题。消费者可能经常忘了带集点卡,常常还要再跟店家拿一张新的集点卡。消费者从不同店家所收集的集点卡在整理上繁琐且携带不便。再者,传统的集点卡容易遗失或损坏。消费者也容易因为活动过期而浪费点数。
以上的问题往往是造成店家在推行集点活动后成效不彰的原因,而店家本身面临的问题如下。店家需要不断提供新集点卡给新客户与忘记带集点卡的客户,导致增加印制集点卡的行销费用。因此,店家可能无法留住消费者的忠诚度与增加回流率,且无法有效的作点数管理并统计客户行为与满意度。
同样的,现有的营运商对于需要点数管理的教育课程时数纪录、预付储值、进出货记录、物料管理纪录以及活动参与纪录等,都面临类似的点数管理问题。
公开内容
本发明实施例提供一种数字点数管理信息系统及数字点数管理方法,可利用一般人最直觉的集点方式(或点数兑换方式)与动作,以进行点数的管理与兑换。
本发明实施例提供一种数字点数管理信息系统,包括至少一数字印章装置以及至少一电子装置。数字印章装置包括第一无线感应单元与第一储存单元。第一储存单元耦接第一无线感应单元,且储存数字识别码。电子装置具有显示单元、控制单元、第二无线感应单元与第二储存单元。控制单元耦接显示单元、第二无线感应单元与第二储存单元。第二储存单元储存至少一使用者账户的数字点数信息。控制单元控制第二无线感应单元无线接收数字印章装置的数字识别码。控制单元控制显示单元显示使用者账户的数字点数信息。控制单元控制第二储存单元依据数字识别码更新使用者账户的数字点数信息。
本发明实施例提供一种数字点数管理方法,包括以下步骤。首先,利用电子装置的第二无线感应单元通过数字印章装置的第一无线感应单元无线接收数字印章装置的数字识别码,其中数字印章装置的第一储存单元储存数字识别码。然后,利用电子装置的显示单元显示使用者账户的数字点数信息。接着,利用电子装置的第二储存单元更新使用者账户的数字点数信息。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供一种数字点数管理信息系统及数字点数管理方法,通过数字印章装置与电子装置彼此感应,以辨识数字识别码并作点数兑换与管理的动作,藉此可提升信息安全,免除使用传统纸本集点卡,方便消费者(客户)与店家作点数兑换与管理。因此,除了可提高消费者的回流率与满意度之外,也同时提升了店家的形象且具有行销宣传的价值。

〔数字点数管理信息系统的实施例〕
请参照图2A,图2A是本发明实施例提供的数字点数管理信息系统的架构图。数字点数管理信息系统1包括至少一数字印章装置11、至少一电子装置12与服务器4。在图2A 中,为了帮助说明,仅先说明一个数字印章装置11与一个电子装置12的情况。本发明并不限定数字点数管理信息系统1内的数字印章装置11与电子装置12的数量。例如:依据使用上的需求,一个电子装置12可以对应一个或两个以上的数字印章装置11。
数字印章装置11是一个实体的装置,本发明并不限定数字印章装置11的外观结构,在此先说明数字印章装置11的电路方块,数字印章装置11包括第一无线感应单元111与第一储存单元112。数字印章装置11的实现方式可以参照后续关于图4A的说明。第一储存单元112耦接第一无线感应单元111,且第一储存单元112储存数字识别码。数字印章装置11的第一储存单元112所储存的数字识别码是唯一识别码(Unique IDentification number,UID),不同的数字印章装置11的数字识别码并不同。在其他实施例中,数字印章装置11的第一储存单元112更储存数字点数。关于数字识别码和数字点数,将于后续说明。数字印章装置11可以用近场无线通信标签(Near Field Communication Tag,NFC Tag)实现。
电子装置12具有显示单元121、控制单元122、第二无线感应单元123、第二储存单元124与网络通信单元127。控制单元122耦接显示单元121、第二无线感应单元123、第二储存单元124与网络通信单元127。第二储存单元124储存至少一使用者账户的数字点数信息。在实际应用时,第二储存单元124储存多笔使用者账户的数字点数信息。控制单元122控制第二无线感应单元123无线接收数字印章装置11的第一储存单元112的数字识别码。控制单元122控制显示单元121显示使用者账户的数字点数信息。控制单元122也控制第二储存单元124依据数字识别码更新使用者账户的数字点数信息。第二无线感应单元123可以是近场无线通信读取器(NFC reader)。值得一提的是,使用者账户的数字点数信息可包括累积点数、帐号等级等。
电子装置12通过网络3与服务器4彼此连线,其中电子装置12可通过网络通信单元127连接网络3。详细的说,服务器4通过网络3连接电子装置12,用以储存(或更新)使用者账户的数字点数信息。
值得一提的是,在使用数字印章装置11与电子装置12进行点数兑换与管理的前,须先建立使用者账户,以对应每一个使用者。所述使用者账户可通过账户名称、身份证号码、电话号码、电子邮件地址、第三方账户以及近场无线通信标签的至少其中之一被建立。电子装置12更可包括输入单元(图未绘示),用以输入使用者账户的账户名称、身份证号码、电话号码、电子邮件地址、第三方账户以及密码的至少其中之一。使用者可通过电子装置12的输入界面输入账户名称、身份证号码、电话号码与电子邮件地址,藉此建立使用者账户。另 外,若使用者本携带具有进场无线通信标签的感应卡或智能型手机,则因为所述感应卡或智能型手机内的近场无线通信标签内存有唯一识别码(Unique IDentification number,UID),因此使用者本身所携带的感应卡或智能型手机也可以作为建立账户使用。在本实施例中,显示单元121是触控屏幕,因此显示单元121是与输入单元整合为单一个单元。输入单元也可以是外接键盘、外接鼠标、触控板或手写板等,但本发明并不因此限定。
再者,电子装置12也安装相对应的点数管理软件,其软件运算与处理程序是藉由控制单元122来完成。例如:当电子装置12是平板电脑时,平板电脑的作业系统可以安装相对应的点数管理软件,控制单元122通过控制显示单元121、第二无线感应单元123、第二储存单元124与网络通信单元127以完成点数管理软件所需执行的处理程序。
请同时参照图2B、图2C与图2D,图2B与图2C是本发明实施例提供的数字印章装置与电子装置的示意图,图2D是本发明实施例提供的数字印章装置与电子装置之间的感应距离的示意图。在本实施例中,电子装置例如是平板电脑,但本发明并不因此限定。在本实施例中,电子装置12的显示单元121、控制单元122、第二无线感应单元123、第二储存单元124与网络通信单元127皆设置在机壳120之内。值得一提的是,如图2B所示,电子装置12的机壳120表面(正面)使显示单元121的显示屏外露,以显示点数相关信息。电子装置12的显示单元121可以是触控屏幕,但本发明并不因此限定。
电子装置12的第二无线感应单元可以装设在机壳120内的多个设置位置的其中之一,例如图2B所示,电子装置12的正面的机壳120内的设置位置HS1、HS2、HS3或HS4皆可用于设置第二无线感应单元123。当使用者(消费者或者是店员)拿数字印章装置11接近电子装置12的正面的任一个设置位置(HS1、HS2、HS3或HS4)时,电子装置12的第二无线感应单元123可以与数字印章装置11的第一无线感应单元111彼此感应,藉此电子装置12的第二无线感应单元123可以感应数字印章装置11的第一储存单元112的数字识别码。或者,第二无线感应单元123也可以设置在电子装置12的背面的机壳120的任一位置,如图2C所示的设置位置HS5。当使用者拿数字印章装置11接近电子装置12的背面时,第二无线感应单元123与第一无线感应单元111可以彼此感应。换句话说,依据使用者可以将数字印章装置11靠近电子装置12的正面或背面,以完成感应。本发明并不限定电子装置12的第二无线感应单元123的设置位置,依据实际设计,使用者也可将数字印章装置11靠近电子装置的显示单元121以完成感应,此时第二无线感应单元123设置在显示单元121之下。尤其,当使用者将数字印章装置11靠近电子装置12的显示单元121的显示屏以进行感应时,更可 模拟传统的盖章方式,使用者可以直觉式的进行盖章的动作。第二无线感应单元123与第一无线感应单元111的感应技术可以用近场无线通信(NFC)技术来实现。第二无线感应单元123与第一无线感应单元111的感应距离可以例如是小于2厘米(cm),但本发明并不限定其感应距离。
请同时参照图4A与图4B,图4A本发明实施例提供的数字印章装置的近场无线通信标签示意图。图4B是图4A的数字印章装置内的近场无线通信标签的示意图。如图4A所示,数字印章装置11具有本体110,第一无线感应单元111以及第一储存单元112设置于本体110内。数字印章装置11的第一无线感应单元111与第一储存单元112可由近场无线通信标签(NFC Tag)113来实现。在本实施例中,本体110的形状可以是柱状、钉状、卡片、圆盘或者是其他不规则形状,本发明并不限定本体110的形状。本体110也具有手把结构114与盖章表面115,使用者可以如同使用传统的印章般的握持数字印章装置11的手把结构114。换句话说,本发明实施例将原本单纯的近场无线通信标签(NFC Tag)与可手握式的传统印章作结合。关于手把结构114,手把结构114可以是硬式(金属、木头或硬塑胶等等)或软式结构(线材、魔鬼毡(Velcro strips)、软硅胶材质等等)。关于盖章表面115,盖章表面115可以是平整的表面,如同传统的印章。使用者可以握持数字印章装置11的手把结构114,并使盖章表面115靠近电子装置12的第二无线感应单元123的设置位置(HS1、HS2、HS3、HS4或HS5等)。需要注意的是,盖章表面115其内邻接近场无线通信标签113,为了近场无线通信标签113的无线感应能力不受影响,盖章表面115需要为非金属材质,才不会影响近场无线通信标签113的磁场而导致感应不良或没反应。如图4B所示,近场无线通信标签113可以包括集成电路芯片1131与天线1132。天线1132对应于第一无线感应单元111的无线感应功能,且集成电路芯片1131处理天线1132所感应的无线信号,集成电路芯片1131内部可以具有第一储存单元112,以储存数字识别码。所述数字识别码通常是唯一识别码(Unique IDentification number,UID),且存储容量通常可为46至716 bytes。为了实现近场无线通信标签113,集成电路芯片1131与天线1132可被设置于一个基板(未绘示)上,以整合成单一部件。另外,数字印章装置11的本体110可以配合设置一个保护盖(未绘示),保护盖为非金属材质,如此才不会影响近场无线通信标签113的磁场而导致感应不良或没反应。保护盖与盖章表面115之间的结合可以通过黏胶或是使用螺丝或磁吸式方式固定。简言之,在本实施例中,扣除了数字印章装置11的本体的外观结构部分,数字印章装置11本身是一个近场无线通信标签。
依据上述,数字点数管理信息系统1可以用于电子集点、教育课程时数的纪录(或兑换)、预付储值、进出货记录、物料管理纪录以及活动参与纪录的运用。因此,使用者账户的数字点数信息是电子集点卡、教育课程时数纪录、预付储值、进出货记录、物料管理纪录以及活动参与纪录的至少其中之一。
以电子集点为例,消费者在店家消费时,店员首先协助消费者建立或显示使用者账户,例如输入账户名称、身份证号码、电话号码、电子邮件地址、第三方账户,或者让电子装置12的第二无线感应单元123感应使用者所携带的近场无线通信标签(使用者所携带的近场无线通信标签靠近图2B或图2C的设置位置(HS1、HS2、HS3、HS4或HS5)。当消费者消费时,店员可以将集点用的数字印章装置11靠近电子装置12,以感应数字识别码,藉此电子装置12内的控制单元122控制处理程序,以使显示单元121显示集点的结果。消费者可以及时的通过视觉直接看到点数的集点结果。依据使用者账户的数字点数信息,控制单元122除了可控制显示单元121显示累计点数之外,也可控制显示单元121显示使用者账户的帐号等级,如黄金级帐号、白金级帐号、钻石级帐号,以供店家对消费者提供促销或回馈方案。此外,控制单元122也控制第二储存单元124依据集点用的数字识别码更新使用者账户的数字点数信息。详细的说,当数字印章装置11无线提供数字识别码至电子装置12时,数字印章装置11的第一储存单元112所储存的数字点数被减少,电子装置11的第二储存单元121所储存的使用者账户的数字点数信息的储存点数被增加。在一实施例中,数字印章装置11的数字点数的减少点数等于使用者账户的数字点数信息的增加点数。另一方面,若消费者要进行点数兑换时,店员可以将兑换点数用的数字印章装置(储存其他的数字识别码)靠近电子装置12以进行点数的兑换动作。控制单元122也控制第二储存单元124依据兑换点数用的数字识别码更新使用者账户的数字点数信息(例如:减少使用者账户的剩余点数)。因为每一个数字印章装置具有唯一的数字识别码,所以每一个数字印章装置可被定义为具有个别功能,电子装置12的第二储存单元可以储存数字置别码与其对应功能的对照表。例如:一个数字印章装置被定义为增加点数,另一个数字印章装置被定义为兑换点数,又或另一个数字印章装置被定义为提升使用者账户的会员等级。数字印章装置所对应的功能可以依据实际需要而设计,本发明并不因此限定。藉此,客户也不需要担心来店里无法使用所累积的点数。
在其他的应用模式,例如教育课程时数的纪录(或兑换)、预付储值、进出货记录、物料管理纪录以及活动参与纪录的运用,皆可类似于电子集点的实施方式进行设计。例如:对于教育课程时数的纪录(或兑换)的应用,只需将数字印章装置11的操作者由店员替换为消费 者,换句话说,每一个消费者向店家(例如补习班)付费购买教育课程时数,每一个消费者所持的数字印章装置11存有唯一的数字识别码与数字点数。每次消费者要参与课程时,只需用数字印章装置11靠近电子装置12以进行无线感应,并通过电子装置12的输入界面进行扣点的确认动作,此时数字印章装置11内存的数字点数则被减少,且电子装置12可显示消费者的剩余点数。消费者可以通过观看电子装置的显示单元121显示的内容以自行操作点数的兑换,以提升使用上的方便性。
请同时参照图2A与图2E,图2E是本发明实施例提供的电子装置与服务器连接的架构图。每一个店家可以具有至少一个图2A所示的电子装置12,每一个电子装置12对应至少一个数字印章装置11。例如图2E所示,电子装置12a、12b、12c通过网络31与网络34连接服务器4。电子装置12d、12e通过网络32与网络34连接服务器4,电子装置12f通过网络33与网络34连接服务器4。电子装置12的网络通信单元127可以是无线式或是有线式,本发明并不限定。上述电子装置12a、12b、12c、12d、12e、12f可将所有使用者账户的最新点数数据通过网络(31、32、33、34)传回到服务器4,以作储存与备份。
〔数字点数管理信息系统的另一实施例〕
请同时参照图3A与图3B,图3A是本发明另一实施例提供的数字点数管理信息系统的架构图。图3B是图3A的数字点数管理信息系统的数字印章装置与电子装置的示意图。数字点数管理信息系统1’包括至少一数字印章装置11与至少一电子装置12’。在本实施例中,为了帮助说明,数字点数管理信息系统1’中仅以一个数字印章装置11与一个电子装置12’为例。
数字印章装置11包括第一无线感应单元111与第一储存单元112。第一储存单元112耦接第一无线感应单元112,且第一储存单元112储存数字识别码。在其他实施例中,数字印章装置11的第一储存单元112更储存数字点数。电子装置12’具有机壳120’、显示单元121、控制单元122、第二无线感应单元123、第二储存单元124传输接口125。控制单元122耦接显示单元121、第二无线感应单元123、第二储存单元124与传输接口125。控制单元122也通过传输接口125耦接第二无线感应单元123。第二储存单元124储存至少一使用者账户的数字点数信息。控制单元122控制第二无线感应单元123无线接收数字印章装置11的第一储存单元112的数字识别码。控制单元122控制显示单元121显示使用者账户的数字点数信息。控制单元122也控制第二储存单元124依据数字识别码更新使用者账户的数字 点数信息。第一无线感应单元111与储存单元112可以用近场无线通信标签(NFC Tag)实现。第二无线感应单元123可以是近场无线通信读取器(NFC reader)。
本实施例的数字点数管理信息系统1’与图2A实施例的数字点数管理信息系统1大致相同,其差异仅在于电子装置12’的第二无线感应单元123并非如前一实施例所述的设置于机壳(120)内,而是设置于机壳120’之外。电子装置12’的机壳120’上多设置了传输接口125用以有线或无线耦接第二无线感应单元123。换句话说,第二无线感应单元123通过机壳120’上的传输接口125耦接机壳120’内的控制单元122。
在本实施例中,电子装置12’省略了网络通信单元127,然而,电子装置12’也可具有电子装置12的网络通信单元127,请参照前一实施例的说明,不再赘述。换句话说,如图3B所示,电子装置12’与图2B(与图2C)的电子装置12的差异在于第二无线感应单元123是外接于机壳120’之外。本发明并不限定第二无线感应单元123是否是设置于机壳内还是机壳外,亦即第二无线感应单元123是属于电子装置12’的一部分。
如图3所示,电子装置12’具有传输接口125a、125b或125c。传输接口125a、125b与125c分别对应第二无线感应单元123a、123b与123c。传输接口125a、125b是有线的传输接口,如通用串行总线(USB)、RS-232接口、RS-485接口或音频接口。例如:传输接口125a是通用串行总线(USB),第二无线感应单元123a通过有线连接方式(通用串行总线缆线126a)连接传输接口125a。传输接口125b是设计成音频插座(audio plug),第二无线感应单元123b具有音频插头(audio jack)126b,且通过音频插头126b连接传输接口125b,或者传输接口125b通过音源线与第二无线感应单元123b,但本发明并不限定第二无线感应单元与传输接口以有线形式连接的接头类型。再者,第二无线感应单元123c与传输接口125c以无线形式彼此传输资料。传输接口125c可以是射频传输接口,例如以近场无线通信技术、蓝牙或无线网络技术实现。或者,传输接口125c可以是音波传输接口。如同前面所叙述的,第二无线感应单元123a、123b与123c都可以感应数字印章装置1的数字识别码。另外,电子装置2’可通过第二无线感应单元123(即第二无线感应单元123a、123b或123c)改变数字印章装置1内所储存的数字点数的数量。
〔数字点数管理方法的实施例〕
请参照图5,图5是本发明实例提供的数字点数管理方法的流程图。数字点数管理方法可用图3A或图3A的数字点数管理信息管理系统来实现。关于数字点数管理信息系统的数字印章装置、电子装置与服务器,请参照前面实施例的说明,不再赘述。数字点数管理方法 包括以下步骤。首先,在步骤S110中,利用电子装置12的输入单元(未绘示)输入使用者账户的账户名称、身份证号码、电话号码、电子邮件地址、第三方账户以及密码的至少其中之一。或者,在步骤S111中,利用电子装置12的第二无线感应单元无线感应近场无线通信标签,以使电子装置12建立或显示使用者账户。例如:电子装置12无线感应具有近场无线通信能力的智能型手机5a与感应卡5b,如图6A所示,其中智能型手机5a与感应卡5b具有近场无线通信标签(NFC Tag)。在步骤S110或步骤S111结束的后,进行步骤S120。
在步骤S120中,利用电子装置12的第二无线感应单元通过数字印章装置11的第一无线感应单元无线接收数字印章装置11的数字识别码,其中数字印章装置11的第一储存单元储存数字识别码。当此步骤是对应于消费者消费后的点数累计时,消费者付款后,店员即可利用数字印章装置11与电子装置12感应,以使对应的使用者账户累计点数。
接着,在步骤S130中,利用电子装置12的显示单元显示使用者账户的数字点数信息,如图6B所示。然后,在步骤S140中,利用电子装置12的第二储存单元更新使用者账户的数字点数信息。在步骤S140结束后,可以执行步骤S150或步骤S160。
在步骤S150中,利用电子装置12的显示单元显示更新后的使用者账户的数字点数信息,如图6C所示。在步骤S160中,利用电子装置12通过网络(如图6C所示的无线路由器6)连接服务器4,且利用服务器4储存(或更新)电子装置12的第二储存单元所储存的使用者账户的数字点数信息。

综上所述,本发明实施例所提供的数字点数管理信息系统及数字点数管理方法可通过数字印章装置与电子装置彼此感应,以辨识数字识别码并作点数兑换与管理的动作,藉此可提升信息安全,免除使用传统纸本集点卡,方便消费者(客户)与店家作点数兑换与管理。因此,除了可提高消费者的回流率与满意度之外,也同时提升了店家的形象且具有行销宣传的价值。在提升信息安全方面,可防止点数遭到盗用,因为只有用实体的数字印章装置作感应才能执行点数的兑换或集点。且因为免除使用纸本集点卡,可解决客户忘记带集点卡的问题,可间接催促消费者回流的效益。另外,可帮助店家作集点卡的管理,既简便又环保。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种数字点数管理信息系统,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一数字印章装置,包括:
    一第一无线感应单元;以及
    一第一储存单元,耦接该第一无线感应单元,储存一数字识别码;以及
    至少一电子装置,具有一显示单元、一控制单元、一第二无线感应单元与一第二储存单元,该控制单元耦接该显示单元、该第二无线感应单元与该第二储存单元,该第二储存单元储存至少一使用者账户的数字点数信息,该控制单元控制该第二无线感应单元无线接收该数字印章装置的该数字识别码,该控制单元控制该显示单元显示该使用者账户的数字点数信息,该控制单元控制该第二储存单元依据该数字识别码更新该使用者账户的数字点数信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该数字印章装置的该第一储存单元还储存一数字点数。
  3. 根据权利要求1的数字点数管理信息系统,其中电子装置的显示单元是触控屏幕。
  4. 根据权利要求1的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该电子装置还具有一机壳,该电子装置的该显示单元、该控制单元、该第二无线感应单元与该第二储存单元容置于该机壳内。
  5. 根据权利要求1的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该电子装置还具有一机壳,该电子装置的该显示单元、该控制单元与该第二储存单元容置于该机壳内,该第二无线感应单元通过该机壳上的一传输接口耦接该机壳内的该控制单元。
  6. 根据权利要求5的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该传输接口是通用串行总线、RS-232接口、RS-485接口或音频接口。
  7. 根据权利要求5的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该传输接口是射频传输接口或音波传输接口。
  8. 根据权利要求1的数字点数管理信息系统,还包括:
    一服务器,通过一网络连接该电子装置,用以储存该使用者账户的数字点数信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1的数字点数管理信息系统,其中当该数字印章装置无线提供该数字识别码至该电子装置时,该数字印章装置的该第一储存单元所储存的该数字点数被减少,该电子装置的该第二储存单元所储存的该使用者账户的数字点数信息的储存点数被增加。
  10. 根据权利要求1的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该使用者账户通过账户名称、身份证号码、电话号码、电子邮件地址、第三方账户以及近场无线通信标签的至少其中之一被建立。
  11. 根据权利要求1的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该数字印章装置是近场无线通信标签。
  12. 根据权利要求1的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该电子装置还包括一输入单元,用以输入该使用者账户的账户名称、身份证号码、电话号码、电子邮件地址、第三方账户以及密码的至少其中之一。
  13. 根据权利要求1的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该使用者账户的数字点数信息是电子集点卡、教育课程时数纪录、预付储值、进出货记录、物料管理纪录以及活动参与纪录的至少其中之一。
  14. 根据权利要求1的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该数字印章装置具有一本体,该第一无线感应单元以及该第一储存单元设置于该本体内。
  15. 根据权利要求14的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该数字印章装置的该本体具有一手把结构。
  16. 根据权利要求14的数字点数管理信息系统,其中该数字印章装置的该本体具有一盖章表面。
  17. 一种数字点数管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    利用一电子装置的一第二无线感应单元通过一数字印章装置的一第一无线感应单元无线接收该数字印章装置的一数字识别码,其中该数字印章装置的一第一储存单元储存该数字识别码;
    利用该电子装置的一显示单元显示一使用者账户的数字点数信息;
    利用该电子装置的一第二储存单元更新该使用者账户的数字点数信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17的数字点数管理方法,其中该数字印章装置的该第一储存单元还储存一数字点数。
  19. 根据权利要求17的数字点数管理方法,还包括:
    利用该电子装置的该显示单元显示更新后的该使用者账户的数字点数信息。
  20. 根据权利要求17的数字点数管理方法,还包括:
    利用该电子装置通过网络连接一服务器,且利用该服务器储存该电子装置的该第二储存单元所储存的该使用者账户的数字点数信息。
  21. 根据权利要求17的数字点数管理方法,还包括:
    利用该电子装置的一输入单元输入该使用者账户的账户名称、身份证号码、电话号码、电子邮件地址、第三方账户以及密码的至少其中之一。
  22. 根据权利要求17的数字点数管理方法,还包括:
    利用该电子装置的该第二无线感应单元无线感应一近场无线通信标签,以使该电子装置建立或显示该使用者账户。
