一种用户行为安全的监测方法及设备 【技术领域】
本发明涉及计算机技术和通信技术,尤其涉及一种用户行为安全的监测方法及设备。
【背景技术】
现实生活中,有许多人的身体健康状况是不稳定的,例如老年人、刚做完手术的患者、长期酗酒者等,这些人在进行某些活动时,用户行为安全会存在较大风险,例如,老年人尝试蹦极运动、刚做完心脏手术的患者搭乘飞机等。近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,个人健康问题越来越受到关注,针对个人健康的措施,除了定期体检外,越来越多的监测设备不断涌现。如便携式监护仪通过随身携带的基于传感器的采集装置,长时间监测个人生理参数,如血压、血氧、心电呼吸和体温,起到保护健康的作用。
然而,个人健康状况的判断与一般的疾病诊断不同,不能仅仅对数据进行采集、被动分析,还需要依据用户的具体行为,如用户从事的行为或用户所位于的环境等,获得综合的监测结果。目前,传统的个人健康的监测设备,普遍依赖于被动检测,因此,不能做到及时地预警。
【发明内容】
本发明实施例提供了一种用户行为安全的监测方法及设备,以实现能够及时将用户行为安全的监测结果通知给用户,避免安全事故的发生。
为解决上述技术问题本发明提供的一个技术方案是:提供一种用户行为安全的监测方法,该方法包括:获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件,特征信息包括特定场所的特征信息或用户行为的特征信息;其中,特定场所包括用户所在场所和用户的目的场所;获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件,包括:检测用户 的位置信息;依据用户的位置信息,确定特定场所;依据特定场所,获得特定场所对应的特征信息和用户行为限制条件;或者,接收特定场所的监测设备发送的位置指示;依据位置指示,获得特定场所对应的特征信息和用户行为限制条件;或者,接收用户输入的位置信息;依据用户输入的位置信息,确定特定场所;依据特定场所,获得特定场所对应的特征信息和用户行为限制条件;获得用户身体状态信息;其中,获得用户身体状态信息,包括:从预先存储的历史记录获得用户身体状态信息;或者,对用户当前身体状态进行检测,以获得用户身体状态信息;或者,接收用户输入的用户身体状态信息。依据特征信息、用户行为限制条件和用户身体状态信息,获得用户行为安全的评估结果;向用户发送评估结果指示,评估结果指示用于指示用户行为安全的评估结果。

依据所述特征信息、所述用户行为限制条件和所述用户身体状态信息,对用户行为安全进行评估,及时将评估结果提供给用户,因此,能够及时判断出安全隐患,并将安全隐患通知给用户,以避免用户安全事故的发生。

为了更好的理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明实施例进行详细描述。
应当明确,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例所提供的技术方案使用的系统如图1所示,主要由用户行为安全的监测设备和辅助设备组成,本发明实施例所提供的方法在用户行为安全的监测设备侧实现,主要用于对用户行为安全进行监测,并及时向用户提供用户行为安全的监测结果,这里,对用户行为安全进行监测,及时向用户提供用户行为安全的监测结果可以由用户行为安全的监测设备独立完成。本发明实施例中,用户行为安全的监测设备也可以与辅助设备协作完成用户行为安全的监测,辅助设备可以包括用于定位辅助设备、特定场所的监测设备或者服务器;这里,定位辅助设备、特定场所的监测设备和服务器中至少一个设备为可选设备;其中,所述用户行为安全的监测设备为便携式设备,例如用户持有或穿戴的手机、眼镜、腕带、指环、贴身芯片或带电路的服装等;所述定位辅助设备可以包括全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)服务器、基站或接入 点;所述特定场所的监测设备可以包括特定场所的接入点、近场通信装置、电子监控装置、安检装置等;本发明实施例所提供的用户行为安全的监测设备可以通过有线方式或无线方式与服务器进行通信,从服务器获取所需要的信息,用户行为安全的监测设备从服务器获取信息的方式包括:周期的获取信息、触发式获取信息或者即时获取信息;所述服务器可以位于上述特定场所内,还可以与特定场所的监测设备为同一物理装置。
本发明实施例给出一种用户行为安全的监测方法,请参考图2,其为本发明实施例所提供的用户行为安全的监测方法的流程示意图,如图所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201,获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件,所述特征信息包括特定场所的特征信息或用户行为的特征信息;其中,所述特定场所包括用户所在场所和用户的目的场所。
具体的,用户行为安全的监测设备可以在以下三种触发条件下,获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件:
第一种:用户行为安全的监测设备对用户的位置信息进行检测,并依据用户的位置信息,确定特定场所,特定场所包括用户所在场所和用户的目的场所,用户的目的场所可以是用户即将到达的场所;依据确定的特定场所,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件。其中,用户行为安全的监测设备可以与定位辅助设备,如GPS服务器、基站、接入点,进行交互,以获得用户当前的位置信息,然后确定该位置信息,判断该位置信息与周围场所之间的距离,若该距离小于预设的阈值,则认为用户即将到达该场所。
第二种:用户行为安全的监测设备接收所述特定场所的监测设备发送的位置指示,并依据该位置指示,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件。其中,当用户接近或者经过特定场所的监测设备时,该特定场所的监测设备将检测到用户携带的用户行为安全的监测设备,然后向用户行为安全的监测设备发送位置指示,该位置指示用于指示用户接近或经过特定场 所的监测设备,从而可以触发用户行为安全的监测设备获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件。其中,所述位置指示可以为以下类型中至少一个类型的指示:推送的应用(Application,App)消息、短信息或者声波。
第三种:用户行为安全的监测设备接收所述用户输入的位置信息,然后依据用户输入的位置信息,确定所述特定场所,所述特定场所指的是用户的目的场所,依据所述特定场所,用户行为安全的监测设备获得该特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件。其中,用户可以在用户行为安全的监测设备上输入目的场所的位置信息,这样,用户行为安全的监测设备就可以接收到用户输入的位置信息,进而确定特定场所。
本发明实施例中,可选的,可以预先设置一些场所,依据预设的场所对特定场所进行筛选,例如,预设的场所可以是那些功能性场所或特殊场所,如游乐场所、环境恶劣的场所、体育馆等。利用预设场所对特定场所进行筛选,对于不属于预设场所范围的特定场所可以不利用本发明实施例提供的技术方案,仅对属于预设场所范围的特定场所使用本发明实施例所提供的技术方案,这样,可以有针对性的监测用户行为安全,避免无谓的用户行为安全监测。
本发明实施例中,用户行为安全的监测设备依据用户位于或即将到达的特定场所,以及预设的特定场所标识与策略信息的对应关系,获得策略信息,该策略信息包括该特定场所对应的特征信息和用户行为限制条件,所述特征信息包括特定场所的特征信息或用户行为的特征信息。
其中,用户行为安全的监测设备可以是获得本地存储的策略信息,也可以从服务器获得策略信息。用户行为安全的监测设备可以周期的从服务器获得策略信息,或受到触发后从服务器获得策略信息,并依据获得的策略信息对本地存储的策略信息进行更新。其中,所述特征信息可以包括特定场所的特征信息或用户行为的特征信息。
可以依据特定场所的类型、行为类型、限制条件或危险等级等确定所述特征信息和用户行为限制条件,例如,如表1所示,其为特征信息和用户行为限 制条件的示例:

如表1所示,本发明实施例中,所述特征信息可以只针对用户身体状态信息中的一种信息,也可以针对用户身体状态信息中的多种信息,例如,体温高于38度者不得入内或参与的特征信息针对的用户身体状态信息是体温。
步骤202,获得用户身体状态信息。
具体的,用户行为安全的监测设备在获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件后,用户行为安全的监测设备需要获得用户身体状态信息;所述用户身体状态信息可以是用户以前的身体状态信息,也可以是即时的身体状态信息。
若所述用户身体状态信息是用户以前的身体状态信息,则用户行为安全的监测设备需要从预先存储的历史记录获得用户身体状态信息。
若所述用户身体状态信息是即时的身体状态信息,用户行为安全的监测设备可以主动对用户当前身体状态进行检测,以获得用户身体状态信息,用户行 为安全的监测设备还可以接收用户输入的用户身体状态信息。其中,用户行为安全的监测设备可以利用各种传感器对用户当前身体状态进行检测,例如,温度传感器、血压传感器、心跳传感器等。
本发明实施例中,所述用户身体状态信息可以包括以下信息中至少一个:年龄、体温、血压、心跳速率、呼吸、医疗记录、血液成分、病史、发生的异常行为、医学指令。
步骤203,依据所述特征信息、所述用户行为限制条件和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户行为安全的评估结果。
具体的,用户行为安全的监测设备首先依据获得的特征信息和用户身体状态信息,获得用户当前行为信息;然后,再依据所述用户当前行为信息和用户行为限制条件,判断用户当前行为是否符合该用户行为限制条件;若判断出所述用户当前行为符合所述用户行为限制条件,则获得所述用户行为无安全隐患的评估结果,即用户行为安全的监测设备确定用户行为安全的评估结果是无安全隐患;若所述用户当前行为不符合所述用户行为限制条件,则获得所述用户行为存在安全隐患的评估结果,即用户行为安全的监测设备确定用户行为安全的评估结果是存在安全隐患。
例如,如表2所示,以用户身体状态信息是体温为例,对用户行为安全的监测设备依据所述特征信息、所述用户行为限制条件和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户行为安全的评估结果的方法进行举例说明:

如表2所示,例如,用户身体状态信息为即时体温41度,特征信息为体育馆,用户行为限制条件为体温高于40度时不应剧烈运动,则用户行为安全的监测设备获得的用户当前行为信息为即时体温41度的用户位于体育馆,将该用户当前行为信息与该用户行为限制条件进行比较,确定用户当前行为不符合用户行为限制条件,则用户行为安全的监测设备确定用户行为安全的评估结果是存在安全隐患。再例如,用户身体状态信息为即时温度38度,特征信息为音乐厅,用户行为限制条件为体温高于40度时不应剧烈运动,则用户行为安全的监测设备获得的用户当前行为信息为即时体温38度的用户位于音乐厅,将该用户当前行为信息与用户行为限制条件进行比较,确定用户当前行为符合用户行为限制条件,则用户行为安全的监测设备确定用户行为安全的评估结果是无安全隐患。

具体的,用户行为安全的监测设备在获得用户行为安全的评估结果后,需要将用户行为安全的评估结果提供给用户,用以及时将存在安全隐患的情况通知给用户,实现及时预警。

第二种:用户行为安全的监测设备向用户发送所述第二指示,所述第二指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为存在安全隐患;也就是说,只有当用户行为安全的评估结果是存在安全隐患时,用户行为安全的监测设备才向用户发送评估结果指示,该评估结果指示用于指示用户当前行为存在安全隐患。这样,若用户行为安全的评估结果是无安全隐患,用户行为安全的监测设备将不向用户发送评估结果指示。例如,评估结果指示是音频形式,这样,若用户行为安全的评估结果一直是无安全隐患,则用户行为安全的监测设备不发出任何声音,一旦用户行为安全的评估结果是存在安全隐患,那么用户行为安全的监测设备就发出警示音,这样,用户听到用户行为安全的监测设备发出的警示音就知道当前行为存在安全隐患了。
第三种:向用户发送所述第一指示和所述第二指示,所述第一指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为无安全隐患,所述第二指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为存在安全隐患。也就是说,无论用户行为安全的评估结果是否存在安全隐患,用户行为安全的监测设备都向用户发送评估结果指示,该评估结果指示用于指示用户当前行为是否存在安全隐患。例如,若第一指示 是图像形式,这样,若用户行为安全的评估结果是无安全隐患,则用户行为安全的监测设备显示一个图像,用户看到该图像就知道当前行为无安全隐患;若第二指示是音频形式,这样,若用户行为安全的评估结果是存在安全隐患,则用户行为安全的监测设备就发出警示音,用户听到用户行为安全的监测设备发出的警示音就知道当前行为存在安全隐患。
另外,本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
可选的,用户行为安全的监测设备向用户发送评估结果指示后,还可以向与第三方关联的设备发送通知消息,该通知消息中携带用户行为安全的评估结果,例如,可以向用户亲友、医生、医疗结构或附近的其他用户的用户行为安全的监测设备或者终端发送通知消息,以便于提醒第三方及时看护或救治用户。
本发明实施例进一步给出实现上述方法实施例中各步骤及方法的装置实施例。
请参考图3,其为本发明实施例所提供的用户行为安全的监测设备的功能方块图。如图所示,该设备包括:
第一处理单元30,用于获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件,所述特征信息包括特定场所的特征信息或用户行为的特征信息;其中,所述特定场所包括用户所在场所和用户的目的场所;
第二处理单元31,用于获得用户身体状态信息;
安全评估单元32,用于依据所述特征信息、所述用户行为限制条件和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户行为安全的评估结果;
发送单元33,用于向用户发送评估结果指示,所述评估结果指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果。
可选的,所述设备还包括:定位单元34,用于检测所述用户的位置信息;
所述第一处理单元30具体用于:依据所述用户的位置信息,确定所述特定场所;依据所述特定场所,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件;
或者,所述设备还包括:接收单元35,用于接收所述特定场所的监测设备发送的位置指示;
所述第一处理单元30具体用于:依据所述位置指示,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件;
或者,所述接收单元35,用于接收所述用户输入的位置信息;
所述第一处理单元30具体用于:依据所述用户输入的位置信息,确定所述特定场所;依据所述特定场所,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件。
可选的,所述设备还包括:存储单元36,用于存储历史记录;
所述第二处理单元31具体用于:从存储的历史记录获得用户身体状态信息;
或者,所述设备还包括:检测单元37,用于对用户当前身体状态进行检测,以获得用户身体状态信息;
所述第二处理单元具体用于31:从所述检测单元获得所述用户身体状态信息;
或者,所述设备还包括:接收单元35,用于接收用户输入的用户身体状态信息;
所述第二处理单元31具体用于:从所述接收单元35获得所述用户身体状态信息。
可选的,所述用户身体状态信息包括以下信息中至少一个:年龄、体温、血压、心跳速率、呼吸、医疗记录、血液成分、病史、发生的异常行为、医学指令。
可选的,所述安全评估单元32具体用于:
依据所述特征信息和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户当前行为信息;
依据所述用户当前行为信息,判断用户当前行为是否符合所述用户行为限制条件;
若所述用户当前行为符合所述用户行为限制条件,获得所述用户行为无安全隐患的评估结果;若所述用户当前行为不符合所述用户行为限制条件,获得所述用户行为存在安全隐患的评估结果。
可选的,所述评估结果指示包括第一指示和/或第二指示;所述发送单元33具体用于:
向用户发送所述第一指示;或者,
向用户发送所述第二指示;或者,
向用户发送所述第一指示和所述第二指示;
其中,所述第一指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为无安全隐患,所述第二指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为存在安全隐患。
可选的,所述评估结果指示包括以下类型中至少一个类型的指示:图像、音频、振动、温度、气味和指示灯。
需要说明的是,实际应用中,所述发送单元33可以是显示屏、发生装置或振动装置等。所述接收单元35可以支持的通信方式包括以下方式中至少一种:有线通信、无线通信或近场通信。所述检测单元37可以包括至少一个传感器,利用传感器检测用户身体状态信息。所述定位单元34可以与GPS服务器、基站或接入点交互,以获得用户的位置信息,并将用户信息提供给第一处理单元30。
请参考图4,其为本发明实施例所提供的用户行为安全的监测设备的结构示意图。如图所示,该设备包括:
存储器40,用于存储一组或多组程序代码;
处理器41,与存储器40和发射器42分别耦合,用于调用存储器40中存储的程序代码,以执行以下图2所示的方法,具体包括:获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件,所述特征信息包括特定场所的特征信息或用户行为的特征信息;其中,所述特定场所包括用户所在场所和用户的目的场所;获得用户身体状态 信息;依据所述特征信息、所述用户行为限制条件和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户行为安全的评估结果;
发射器42,用于向用户发送评估结果指示,所述评估结果指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果。
由于本实施例中的处理器能够执行图2所示的方法,本实施例未详细描述的部分,可参考对图2的相关说明。
本发明实施例的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
1、依据所述特征信息、所述用户行为限制条件和所述用户身体状态信息,对用户行为安全进行评估,及时将评估结果提供给用户,因此,能够及时判断出安全隐患,并将安全隐患通知给用户,以避免用户安全事故的发生。
2、依据一种或多种用户身体状态信息,评估用户行为安全,因此,能够对用户行为安全进行全面评估,提高用户行为安全的监测准确性。
3、依据的用户身体状态信息可以是以前的用户身体状态信息,与传统技术方案中仅依据用户当前身体状态信息的方法相比,获得的监测结果更加合理、全面和准确,尤其适用于当前身体状态良好但有病史的用户。
4、用户行为安全的监测设备是便携式设备,因此方便用户随身携带,应用更加灵活,可适用于多种场景。
5、用户行为安全的监测设备在不与外部设备交互的情况下,就可以独立监测用户行为安全,因此,应用更加灵活方便,可适用于多种场景,提高监测设备的处理效率,而且独立性好、稳定性好,更有利于个人隐私的保护。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种用户行为安全的监测方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件,所述特征信息包括特定场所的特征信息或用户行为的特征信息;其中,所述特定场所包括用户所在场所和用户的目的场所;所述获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件,包括:检测所述用户的位置信息;依据所述用户的位置信息,确定所述特定场所;依据所述特定场所,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件;或者,接收所述特定场所的监测设备发送的位置指示;依据所述位置指示,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件;或者,接收所述用户输入的位置信息;依据所述用户输入的位置信息,确定所述特定场所;依据所述特定场所,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件;
    获得用户身体状态信息;其中,所述获得用户身体状态信息,包括:从预先存储的历史记录获得用户身体状态信息;或者,对用户当前身体状态进行检测,以获得用户身体状态信息;或者,接收用户输入的用户身体状态信息;
    依据所述特征信息、所述用户行为限制条件和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户行为安全的评估结果;
    向用户发送评估结果指示,所述评估结果指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述用户身体状态信息包括以下信息中至少一个:年龄、体温、血压、心跳速率、呼吸、医疗记录、血液成分、病史、发生的异常行为、医学指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述依据所述特征信息、所述用户行为限制条件和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户行为安全的评估结果,包括:
    依据所述特征信息和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户当前行为信息;
    依据所述用户当前行为信息,判断用户当前行为是否符合所述用户行为限制条件;
    若所述用户当前行为符合所述用户行为限制条件,获得所述用户行为无安全隐患的评估结果;若所述用户当前行为不符合所述用户行为限制条件,获得所述用户行为存在安全隐患的评估结果。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述评估结果指示包括第一指示和/或第二指示;所述向用户发送评估结果指示,所述评估结果指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果,包括:
    向用户发送所述第一指示;或者,
    向用户发送所述第二指示;或者,
    向用户发送所述第一指示和所述第二指示;
    其中,所述第一指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为无安全隐患,所述第二指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为存在安全隐患。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述评估结果指示包括以下类型中至少一个类型的指示:图像、音频、振动、温度、气味和指示灯。
  6. 一种用户行为安全的监测方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件,所述特征信息包括特定场所的特征信息或用户行为的特征信息;其中,所述特定场所包括用户所在场所和用户的目的场所;
    获得用户身体状态信息;
    依据所述特征信息、所述用户行为限制条件和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户行为安全的评估结果;
    向用户发送评估结果指示,所述评估结果指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件,包括:
    检测所述用户的位置信息;
    依据所述用户的位置信息,确定所述特定场所;
    依据所述特定场所,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件;或者,
    接收所述特定场所的监测设备发送的位置指示;
    依据所述位置指示,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件;或者,
    接收所述用户输入的位置信息;
    依据所述用户输入的位置信息,确定所述特定场所;
    依据所述特定场所,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述获得用户身体状态信息,包括:
    从预先存储的历史记录获得用户身体状态信息;或者,
    对用户当前身体状态进行检测,以获得用户身体状态信息;或者,
    接收用户输入的用户身体状态信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述用户身体状态信息包括以下信息中至少一个:年龄、体温、血压、心跳速率、呼吸、医疗记录、血液成分、病史、发生的异常行为、医学指令。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述用户身体状态信息包括以下信息中至少一个:年龄、体温、血压、心跳速率、呼吸、医疗记录、血液成分、病史、发生的异常行为、医学指令。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述依据所述特征信息、所述用户行为限制条件和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户行为安全的评估结果,包括:
    依据所述特征信息和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户当前行为信息;
    依据所述用户当前行为信息,判断用户当前行为是否符合所述用户行为限制条件;
    若所述用户当前行为符合所述用户行为限制条件,获得所述用户行为无安 全隐患的评估结果;若所述用户当前行为不符合所述用户行为限制条件,获得所述用户行为存在安全隐患的评估结果。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述评估结果指示包括第一指示和/或第二指示;所述向用户发送评估结果指示,所述评估结果指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果,包括:
    向用户发送所述第一指示;或者,
    向用户发送所述第二指示;或者,
    向用户发送所述第一指示和所述第二指示;
    其中,所述第一指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为无安全隐患,所述第二指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为存在安全隐患。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述评估结果指示包括第一指示和/或第二指示;所述向用户发送评估结果指示,所述评估结果指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果,包括:
    向用户发送所述第一指示;或者,
    向用户发送所述第二指示;或者,
    向用户发送所述第一指示和所述第二指示;
    其中,所述第一指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为无安全隐患,所述第二指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为存在安全隐患。
  14. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述评估结果指示包括以下类型中至少一个类型的指示:图像、音频、振动、温度、气味和指示灯。
  15. 一种用户行为安全的监测设备,其中,所述设备包括:
    第一处理单元,用于获得特征信息和用户行为限制条件,所述特征信息包括特定场所的特征信息或用户行为的特征信息;其中,所述特定场所包括用户所在场所和用户的目的场所;
    第二处理单元,用于获得用户身体状态信息;
    安全评估单元,用于依据所述特征信息、所述用户行为限制条件和所述用 户身体状态信息,获得用户行为安全的评估结果;
    发送单元,用于向用户发送评估结果指示,所述评估结果指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的设备,其中,
    所述设备还包括:定位单元,用于检测所述用户的位置信息;
    所述第一处理单元具体用于:依据所述用户的位置信息,确定所述特定场所;依据所述特定场所,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件;或者,
    所述设备还包括:接收单元,用于接收所述特定场所的监测设备发送的位置指示;
    所述第一处理单元具体用于:依据所述位置指示,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件;或者,
    所述接收单元,用于接收所述用户输入的位置信息;
    所述第一处理单元具体用于:依据所述用户输入的位置信息,确定所述特定场所;依据所述特定场所,获得所述特定场所对应的所述特征信息和所述用户行为限制条件。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的设备,其中,
    所述设备还包括:存储单元,用于存储历史记录;
    所述第二处理单元具体用于:从存储的历史记录获得用户身体状态信息;或者,
    所述设备还包括:检测单元,用于对用户当前身体状态进行检测,以获得用户身体状态信息;
    所述第二处理单元具体用于:从所述检测单元获得所述用户身体状态信息;或者,
    所述设备还包括:接收单元,用于接收用户输入的用户身体状态信息;
    所述第二处理单元具体用于:从所述接收单元获得所述用户身体状态信息。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的设备,其中,所述用户身体状态信息包括以下信息中至少一个:年龄、体温、血压、心跳速率、呼吸、医疗记录、血液成分、病史、发生的异常行为、医学指令。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的设备,其中,所述用户身体状态信息包括以下信息中至少一个:年龄、体温、血压、心跳速率、呼吸、医疗记录、血液成分、病史、发生的异常行为、医学指令。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的设备,其中,所述安全评估单元具体用于:
    依据所述特征信息和所述用户身体状态信息,获得用户当前行为信息;
    依据所述用户当前行为信息,判断用户当前行为是否符合所述用户行为限制条件;
    若所述用户当前行为符合所述用户行为限制条件,获得所述用户行为无安全隐患的评估结果;若所述用户当前行为不符合所述用户行为限制条件,获得所述用户行为存在安全隐患的评估结果。
  21. 根据权利要求15所述的设备,其中,所述评估结果指示包括第一指示和/或第二指示;所述发送单元具体用于:
    向用户发送所述第一指示;或者,
    向用户发送所述第二指示;或者,
    向用户发送所述第一指示和所述第二指示;
    其中,所述第一指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为无安全隐患,所述第二指示用于指示所述用户行为安全的评估结果为存在安全隐患。
  22. 根据权利要求15所述的设备,其中,所述评估结果指示包括以下类型中至少一个类型的指示:图像、音频、振动、温度、气味和指示灯。
