Abstract

The present invention relates to a fan connection system (1) that enables to use the air directing vanes, which are provided at the fan cover (3) and which are designed according to the fan rotation direction in order to increase air flow amount, without differing according to different motors or fan rotation directions.

Description

DESCRIPTION
A FAN CONNECTION SYSTEM Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a fan connection system that enables to use the air directing vanes, which are provided at the air outlet grille and which are designed according to the fan rotation direction in order to increase air flow amount, without differing according to different motor and fan rotation directions.
Background of the Invention
In the state of the art applications, different plastic grilles are used for different motors and fan rotation directions. The air directing vanes provided at the air outlet grille are designed according to the fan rotation direction in order to enhance air flow amount. Therefore, the current designs wherein air directing vanes are used can be used in a single direction.
Japanese patent document no. JP2006292270, an application in the state of the art, discloses an air conditioner outdoor unit. The air conditioner outdoor unit comprises a plate covering the front part of the device; L-shaped locking claws and engagement holes engaged with these locking claws. Each locking claw has projections, and each engagement hole has protruding parts; and thus these protruding parts engage with the projections on the locking claw when the locking claw fits into the hole.
Japanese patent document no. JP2002243212, an application in the state of the art, discloses an outdoor unit for air conditioners. The objective of the invention is to form an air conditioner outdoor unit wherein the electrical accessory box can be easily mounted and demounted. A locking claw is used for providing removable attachment.
Japanese patent document no. JP2012117748, an application in the state of the art, discloses an air conditioner indoor unit. The filter is positioned on an underframe by engagement of a claw to a hole that corresponds to it. The claw is fitted into the hole and fixed and thus robustness of the underframe is enhanced.
Japanese patent document no. JP2009144956, an application in the state of the art, discloses an air conditioner outdoor unit. The objective of the invention is to provide an air conditioner outdoor unit capable of easily mounting and demounting a compressor chamber portion front plate. The compressor chamber portion front plate includes a plurality claws on both sides thereof. Chinese patent document no. CN1955569, an application in the state of the art, discloses an erection structure of air out grille of an air conditioner outdoor unit. The grille is enabled to be fastened to the body by means of the hooks positioned around the air out grille. In the state of the art applications, rotation of the fan motors used in the same or different frames towards opposite directions require use of different plastic air outlet grills. New dies and substitute dies are produced for each plastic grille.
In the state of the art applications, the claws of the air outlet grilles for mounting to the front body are located at the frontal part of the grille and the front and rear parts are not designed symmetrically, and for these reasons each grille can be used at a single rotation direction. Summary of the Invention
The objective of the present invention is to provide a fan connection system that enables to use the air directing vanes, which are provided at the air outlet grille and which are designed according to the fan rotation direction in order to increase air flow amount, without differing according to different motor and fan rotation directions.
Detailed Description of the Invention
A fan connection system developed to fulfill the objective of the present invention is illustrated in the accompanying figures wherein:
Figure 1 is the front view of the fan connection system.
Figure 2 is the view of the claw and slot.
Figure 3 is the view of the fan cover.

A fan connection system (1) that enables to use the air directing vanes, which are provided at the air outlet grille, and which are designed according to the fan rotation direction in order to increase air flow amount, without differing according to different motor and fan rotation directions, basically comprises
- at least one body (2), - at least one fan cover (3) which has air directing vanes and which can be used as double-sided,
- at least one claw (4) which is provided on the fan cover (3) and which enables connection of the fan cover (3) with the body (2),
- at least one engagement end (5) which is located at the end of the claw (4) and which enables the fan cover (3) to be completely fitted and fixed to the body (2),
- at least one slot (6) which is provided on the body (2) and which enables insertion of the engagement end (5) in order to fix the fan cover (3).
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fan connection system (1) includes thereon a body (2), a fan cover (3) which has air directing vanes and can be used as double-sided, and a claw (4) which is located on the fan cover (3) and enables the fan cover (3) to be connected with the body (2). Additionally, the fan connection system (1) of the present invention also includes at least one engagement end (5) which is located at the end of the claw (4) and enables the fan cover (3) to be completely fitted and fixed to the body (2), and at least one slot (6) which is provided on the body (2) and which enables insertion of the engagement end (5) in order to fix the fan cover (3).
In one embodiment of the invention, both sides (front and rear surfaces) of the fan cover (3) located on the fan connection system (1) of the present invention are symmetrical. Thus, the fan cover (3) can be used for two different directions. In another embodiment of the invention, the claws (4) in the fan connection system (1) of the present invention are arranged at the outer part of the fan cover (3) and this way provide easy connection.
In another embodiment of the invention, the claws (4) provided in the fan connection system (1) of the present invention are locked to the slot (6) via the engagement end (5). In a further embodiment of the invention, the fan cover (3) provided in the fan connection system (1) of the present invention fits to the body (2) or is detached from the body (2) by being rotated preferably clockwise or counter-clockwise according to the rotation direction of the fan.

Claims

A fan connection system (1) that enables to use the air directing vanes, which are designed according to the fan rotation direction in order to increase air flow amount, without differing according to different motor and fan rotation directions, basically characterized by
- at least one body (2),
- at least one fan cover (3) which has air directing vanes and which can be used as double-sided,
- at least one claw (4) which is provided on the fan cover (3) and which enables connection of the fan cover (3) with the body (2),
- at least one engagement end (5) which is located at the end of the claw (4) and which enables the fan cover (3) to be completely fitted and fixed to the body (2),
- at least one slot (6) which is provided on the body (2) and which enables insertion of the engagement end (5) in order to fix the fan cover (3).
A fan connection system (1) according to Claim 1, characterized by the fan cover (3), both sides of which are symmetrical, and which thus can be used for two different directions.
A fan connection system (1) according to Claim 1 or Claim 2, characterized by the fan cover (3), which can be fitted to the body (2) by being rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise according to the fan rotation direction.
A fan connection system (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to Claim 3, characterized by the fan cover (3), which can be detached from the body (2) by being rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise according to the fan rotation direction. A fan connection system (1) according to Claim 1, characterized by the claw (4) which is arranged at the outer part of the fan cover (3) and which thus provides the opportunity of easy connection.
A fan connection system (1) according to Claim 1 or 5, characterized by the claw (4) which can be locked to the slot (6) by means of the engagement end (5) .
