Description

Escalator application sheet and sheet piece application method to escalator
The present invention provides an escalator sticking sheet suitable for sticking a sheet piece to the bottom surfaces of a plurality of parallel groove portions formed in a step portion (boarding portion) and a riser portion (kick portion) of an escalator, and The present invention relates to a method for attaching a sheet piece to an escalator.
Conventionally, a sheet piece on which information such as an advertisement is printed is pasted on the bottom surface of a plurality of parallel grooves formed in a step part or a riser part of an escalator. However, since each sheet piece to be attached to the bottom surface of the groove portion is thin and long, the attaching operation to the bottom surface of the groove portion is complicated and requires a long time for attachment.
In order to solve the above problem, in Patent Document 1, adhesive tape (3) is bonded to the surface of a plurality of sheet pieces (25) before the sheet piece (25) is attached to the bottom surface of the groove part of the step part or the riser part. Then, a sheet in which the plurality of sheet pieces (25) are not separated is prepared, and the release paper (28) of the sheet piece (25) is peeled off more than the part of the adhesive tape (3). (25) was aligned with the position of each groove, and pressed by pressing the sheet piece (25) where the release paper (28) was peeled off more toward the bottom of the groove with the pressing member (4). A sticking method is disclosed in which a part of the sheet piece (25) is attached to the bottom surface of the groove portion, and the sheet piece (25) is attached to the bottom surface of the groove portion while subsequently removing the remaining release paper (28).
According to this sticking method, since each sheet piece (25) is positioned by the adhesive tape (3), the order of the adjacent sheet pieces (25) can be changed, and the positional deviation between the sheet pieces (25) can be prevented. It does not occur and the pasting work can be performed efficiently.
However, the sheet piece sticking method described in Patent Document 1 also has the following problems.
[1] Since it is necessary to affix the adhesive tape (3) to the surface of the plurality of sheet pieces (25), the affixing operation is complicated. Moreover, since the adhesive tape (3) must be prepared separately from the sheet piece (25), the number of parts increases, and the cost reduction is hindered.
[2] When the adhesive tape (3) is attached to the surface of the plurality of sheet pieces (25), if the attachment position of the adhesive tape (3) is shifted in the longitudinal direction of the sheet piece (25), the adhesive tape (3) When the position of the attachment position to the step (11) or the like is performed, there is a possibility that the attachment position of the sheet piece (25) is shifted for each step portion (11). In order to prevent this, it is necessary to make the sticking position of the adhesive tape (3) with respect to the longitudinal direction of the sheet piece (25) accurate and constant. For this purpose, a separate jig for attaching with high precision is required. Or because the adhesive tape (3) is carefully attached, the attaching workability may be deteriorated.
[3] Although the adhesive tape (3) is finally peeled off from the surface of the sheet piece (25), a part of the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape (3) may remain on the surface of the sheet piece (25). If it remains, dust in the groove (110) may adhere to the adhesive layer, and the display on the sheet piece (25) may be soiled.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to easily and reliably affix a sheet piece to the bottom surface of a groove formed in a step part or a riser part of an escalator, and the number of parts. Escalator application sheet and escalator that can easily and accurately align the sheet pieces when affixing to each step part or riser part, and that there is no risk of an adhesive layer remaining on the surface of each sheet piece It is in providing the sheet piece affixing method.
The escalator sticking sheet according to the present invention is arranged in parallel with a plurality of sheet pieces attached to the bottom surfaces of a plurality of parallel groove portions formed in the step portion or riser portion of the escalator, and in accordance with the interval between the groove portions. A connecting portion for connecting the sheet pieces is formed on a single sheet.
According to the present invention, each sheet piece can be affixed to the bottom surface of the groove portion after positioning the sheet piece by affixing the connecting part to the step part or riser part of the escalator. Work can be done easily and reliably. In particular, the connecting portion can keep each sheet piece accurately at a desired interval (interval between grooves formed in the escalator step portion and riser portion), so that the bottom surface of each groove portion is not easily and accurately twisted. Sheet pieces can be affixed.
In addition, since the plurality of sheet pieces and the connecting portion are composed of one sheet, not only the number of parts can be reduced to the minimum, but also the escalator attaching sheet can be easily manufactured. Can be reduced.
Further, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (3) used in Patent Document 1 is not necessary, there is no risk of an adhesive layer remaining on the surface of each sheet piece, and dust or the like in the groove portion adheres to the surface of the sheet piece. There is no risk of the display being soiled.
Moreover, the present invention is characterized in that the connecting portion is connected to one end of each sheet piece.
Since the connecting portion is connected to one end of each sheet piece, the connecting portion is attached so as to follow the vicinity of one end side (the leading end side or the trailing end side in the traveling direction) of the step portion or riser portion of the escalator. Can be easily and reliably attached to the bottom surface of the groove.
Moreover, a connection part can be used as a member for positioning of the front-end | tip of each sheet piece. In other words, the connecting portion is matched with one end side of the step portion or riser portion of the escalator, or is matched with a mark or the like provided in the vicinity of the one end side (for example, for the sake of safety, around the step portion. Positioning in the longitudinal direction of the groove portion of each sheet piece simply by pasting it so that a frame with a predetermined width such as yellow or white paint is provided so as to surround it so that it matches the inner periphery of the frame. Can be easily and accurately performed. For this reason, the possibility that the position of the sheet piece may shift due to the step portion or the riser portion to be attached can be reliably eliminated.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that an easy-to-cut portion that facilitates the separation between the sheet piece and the connecting portion is formed at the connecting portion of the sheet piece.
Thereby, after affixing a sheet piece on the bottom face of the groove part of a step part or a riser part, a connection part can be easily cut off.
Further, the sheet piece affixing method to the escalator according to the present invention is a method in which a plurality of sheet pieces affixed to the bottom surfaces of a plurality of parallel grooves formed in the step part or riser part of the escalator are arranged in parallel according to the interval of the groove parts. In addition, the sheet piece is integrally connected by a connecting portion, and further, an escalator sticking sheet in which an adhesive layer is formed on the lower surface of the sheet piece and the connecting portion, and an insertion portion that is inserted into the groove portion. A jig, and a positioning step of positioning by attaching the connecting portion to a step portion or a riser portion of the escalator, and inserting the insertion portion of the jig into the groove portion, thereby allowing the sheet pieces to be A sticking step of pushing into the groove and sticking to the bottom surface of the groove, and moving the insertion part of the jig inserted into the groove to the connection part side, between the connection part and the sheet piece By applying tension is characterized by having a connecting portion separating step of disconnecting the connecting portion from the sheet piece.
According to the present invention, after attaching and positioning the connecting portion to the step portion or riser portion of the escalator, the sheet is formed on the bottom surface of the groove portion by inserting the insertion portion of the jig into the groove portion of the step portion or riser portion. Since the piece is attached, not only can the sheet piece be attached easily, but also the connecting part can be separated from the sheet piece using this jig, making it easier to attach the sheet piece to the escalator. Can be done.
According to the present invention, a sheet piece can be easily and reliably attached to the bottom surface of a groove portion formed in a step portion or a riser portion of an escalator, the number of parts can be reduced, and each step portion or riser portion can be reduced. Positioning of the sheet pieces at the time of pasting can be performed easily and accurately, and there is no possibility that an adhesive layer will remain on the surface of each sheet piece.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of an escalator sticking sheet 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the escalator sticking sheet 1. As shown in these drawings, the escalator-attaching sheet 1 includes a plurality of sheet pieces 11 arranged in parallel and a connecting portion 31 connected to one end of each sheet piece 11 as one sheet. An escalator sticking sheet main body (hereinafter simply referred to as “sheet main body”) 10 formed in the above and a release sheet 50 attached to the entire lower surface of the sheet main body 10. An escalator sticking sheet 1 shown in this figure is a sheet for sticking a step portion 71 of an escalator 60 described below.
The sheet body 10 uses a vinyl chloride sheet in this example, but a sheet made of other various materials (other synthetic resins, paper, etc.) may be used. The sheet constituting the sheet body 10 may be a single layer, but may have a multilayer structure. In the case of a two-layer structure, for example, if desired printing is performed on the surface of a sheet (for example, a white sheet) and a transparent sheet is laminated and adhered to the surface of the sheet, the printed surface is protected with a transparent sheet, which is preferable. is there. An adhesive layer 19 is formed on the entire lower surface of the sheet body 10.
Each sheet piece 11 has a thin strip shape, and its tip portion (the tip portion on the opposite side connecting the connecting portion 31) 13 is formed in an arc shape. The other leading end portion (the leading end portion on the side where the connecting portion 31 is connected) 15 of each sheet piece 11 is also formed in an arc shape. The width of each sheet piece 11 is formed in a width dimension that can be inserted into a groove portion 73 of a step portion 71 of the escalator 60 described below. Further, a desired printing 17 is performed on the plurality of sheet pieces 11 so as to be seen from the front side, and in this example, printing is performed so as to be characters of “AMS” as a whole. In FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 described below, the description of the printing 17 is omitted.
The connecting portion 31 is formed in a band shape with a desired width, and connects the leading end portion 15 of each sheet piece 11 to one side along the longitudinal direction. FIG. 3 is an enlarged plan view of a main part showing a connecting portion (A portion in FIG. 2) between the sheet piece 11 and the connecting portion 31. As shown in the figure, an easy-to-cut portion 21 having a narrowed width is formed at the connecting portion between the sheet piece 11 and the connecting portion 31 in order to facilitate separation between the two. In other words, by connecting only the tip portion of the arc-shaped tip portion 15 of the sheet piece 11 to the side of the connecting portion 31, the easy-to-cut portions 21 formed with the recesses 23 on both sides are provided.
The release sheet 50 is formed to have an outer diameter that allows the entire sheet body 10 to be attached, and the surface on the side to which the sheet body 10 is attached can be peeled from the adhesive layer 19 provided on the lower surface of the sheet body 10. It has a smooth surface so that it can be weakly bonded.
Next, a method of sticking the escalator sticking sheet 1 to the step portion 71 of the escalator 60 will be described. 4 to 6 are explanatory diagrams of a method for attaching the escalator attaching sheet 1 to the step portion 71 of the escalator 60. FIG. The escalator 60 is configured by connecting a plurality of step stools 61 in an endless manner. Each step stool 61 includes a step portion (step board) 71 that is substantially parallel to the ground and a surface that is substantially perpendicular to the ground. And a riser portion (a raised portion) 81. The step portion 71 and the riser portion 81 are formed with a plurality of parallel groove portions 73 and 83, respectively.
In order to affix the escalator affixing sheet 1 to the step part 71, first, as shown in FIG. 4, the part of the exfoliation sheet 50 affixed to the lower surface of the connecting part 31 of the escalator affixing sheet 1 is peeled off, as shown in FIG. As shown, the lower surface of the connecting portion 31 is attached to the vicinity of one end side of the step portion 71. At this time, the front end side of the connection part 31 is aligned with the front end side of the step part 71 (positioning process).
Next, while peeling off the release paper 50, each sheet piece 11 is attached to the bottom surface 75 in each groove 73 as shown in FIGS. 6A to 6D using the jig 110 shown in FIG. Here, as shown in FIG. 5, the jig 110 has a flat plate shape, and is configured by providing a plurality of comb-shaped insertion portions 111 on one side (lower side) thereof. Each insertion part 111 is formed in the dimension and length inserted in the groove part 73. Then, as shown in FIG. 6A, while peeling the release sheet 50 attached to each sheet piece 11, the insertion portion 111 of the jig 110 is inserted into the groove portion 73, and the sheet piece 11 is inserted at the tip of the insertion portion 111. By pressing from above, the sheet piece 11 is pressed against the bottom surface 75 of the groove portion 73, thereby sticking the sheet piece 11 to the bottom surface 75. As shown in FIG. 6B, the pasting operation is performed up to the tip end portion 13 of the sheet piece 11, and the entire sheet piece 11 is stuck to the bottom surface 75 of the groove portion 73. This pasting operation is performed while changing the insertion position of the jig 110 for all the sheet pieces 11 to remove all the release sheets 50 (sticking step).
Next, as shown in FIG. 6B, the insertion part 111 of the jig 110 inserted into the groove part 73 is moved from the position indicated by the dotted line to the connection part 31 side, for example, and the tip part 15 on the connection part 31 side of the sheet piece 11 is inserted. When pushed down at the tip of the portion 111, the portion of the easy cutting portion 21 that connects the sheet piece 11 and the connecting portion 31 is cut, and the tip portion 15 of the sheet piece 11 is also a groove as shown in FIG. 6C. It sticks to the bottom face of 73 (connection part cutting-off process). In the case of this example, since the easy-to-cut portion 21 is provided, the sheet piece 11 can be easily separated from the connecting portion 31 when the sheet piece 11 is attached to the bottom surface 75 of the groove portion 73 of the step portion 71. This cutting operation is performed while changing the insertion position of the jig 110 for all the sheet pieces 11 in the width direction, and all the sheet pieces 11 are attached to the bottom surface 75 of the groove 73.
Then, as shown in FIG. 6D, when the jig 110 is removed and the connecting portion 31 is peeled off, the operation of attaching the sheet piece 11 is completed. Note that the above-described pasting procedure is an example, and other various pasting procedures may be used.
As described above, according to the escalator sticking sheet 1, the positioning of each sheet piece 11 is performed by sticking the connecting portion 31 to the step portion 71 of the escalator 60, and then each sheet piece 11 is stepped. Since it can stick to the bottom face 75 of the groove part 73 currently formed in the part 71, the sticking operation | work of each sheet piece 11 can be performed easily and reliably. In particular, since the sheet portion 11 can be reliably held at a desired interval (interval between the groove portions 73) by the connecting portion 31, the sheet can be easily and accurately placed on the bottom surface 75 of each groove portion 73 formed in the step portion 71. Piece 11 can be affixed.
Further, since the connecting portion 31 can be separated from the sheet piece 11 by the jig 110 used when the sheet piece 11 is attached to the bottom surface 75 of the groove portion 73, the attachment of the sheet piece 11 to the escalator 60 is further facilitated. Can do.
In addition, since the plurality of sheet pieces 11 and the connecting portion 31 are composed of one sheet, not only the number of parts can be reduced to the minimum, but also the escalator attaching sheet 1 can be easily manufactured. Therefore, the cost can be reduced.
Furthermore, since it is not necessary to affix the adhesive tape disclosed in Patent Document 1 on each sheet piece 11, there is no possibility that an adhesive layer remains on the surface of each sheet piece 11, and the remaining adhesive layer has a groove 75 inside. There is no risk that the display of the sheet piece 11 will be soiled due to the adhering of dust.
Further, since the connecting portion 31 is connected to one end of each sheet piece 11, by sticking the connecting portion 31 along the vicinity of one end side (the front end side or the rear end side in the traveling direction) of the step portion 71 of the escalator 60, Each sheet piece 11 can be easily and reliably attached to the bottom surface 75 of the groove 73.
Further, the connecting portion 31 can be used as a positioning member at the tip of each sheet piece 11. That is, by simply attaching the connecting portion 31 so as to coincide with one end side of the step portion 71 of the escalator 60, the positioning of the groove portion 73 of each sheet piece 11 in the longitudinal direction can be performed easily and reliably. For this reason, the possibility that the position of the sheet piece 11 may be shifted due to the attaching step portion 71 can be reliably eliminated. In the above example, the connecting portion 31 is pasted so as to coincide with one end side of the step portion 71 of the escalator 60. Instead, it coincides with a mark or the like provided in the vicinity of one end side of the step portion 71. In this way, the connecting portion 31 may be attached. That is, for example, a yellow or white frame having a predetermined width for preventing danger may be provided so as not to place a foot in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the step unit 71. In such a case, for example, the frame A mark may be used as a mark, and the front end side of the connecting portion 31 may be attached so as to match the inner periphery of the frame.
By the way, the shape / structure of the easy-to-cut portion 21 is not limited to the above-mentioned shape / structure, and in short, any shape / structure can be used as long as the sheet piece 11 and the connecting portion 31 can be easily separated. It may be a shape / structure. 7A, 7B, and 7C are diagrams showing examples of other various shapes of the easy-to-cut part 21 (the same parts as those in FIG. 3 are shown). In the figure, the same or corresponding parts as those of the escalator pasting sheet 1 shown in FIGS. Items other than those described below are the same as those of the escalator pasting sheet 1 shown in FIGS. That is, as shown in FIG. 7A, the easy-to-cut portion 21 may be provided with a wedge-shaped recess 23 to reduce the width dimension thereof, thereby facilitating the separation between the sheet piece 11 and the connecting portion 31. As shown in FIG. 5, the width dimension may be reduced by inserting a slit to facilitate the separation between the sheet piece 11 and the connecting portion 31. The recesses 23 and slits may be provided only on one side of the sheet piece 11. Moreover, the cutting | disconnection easy part 21 of shapes and structures other than the above may be sufficient. Further, when the width of the sheet piece 11 can be easily separated without reducing the width (for example, the insertion portion of the jig 110 inserted into the groove 73 depending on the material, thickness, width, etc. of the sheet piece 11) FIG. 7C shows a case where the connecting portion 31 can be easily separated from the sheet piece 11 simply by moving 111 to the connecting portion 31 side and applying tension between the connecting portion 31 and the sheet piece 11. In addition, the easy-to-cut portion 21 may not be provided, and the connecting portion 31 may be connected without changing the width of the sheet piece 11.
In addition, in the sheet piece 11 of the escalator sticking sheet 1, both ends thereof are formed in an arc shape because when an acute angle portion is provided at the end portion of the sheet piece 11, the acute angle portion is peeled off compared to other portions. This is to prevent this from happening.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea described in the claims and the specification and drawings. Is possible. Note that any shape, structure, or material not directly described in the specification and drawings is within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention as long as the effects and advantages of the present invention are exhibited. For example, in the above example, the example in which the escalator sticking sheet 1 according to the present invention is attached to the step portion of the escalator has been described. However, when the escalator sticking sheet 1 is attached to the bottom surface of a plurality of parallel groove portions formed in the riser portion of the escalator. Can be used similarly. In this case, for example, the upper side of the connecting portion is pasted along the vicinity of the upper side of the riser portion.
In the above example, the connecting portion is connected to only one end of each sheet piece. However, in some cases, the connecting portion may be connected to both ends (that is, two connecting portions) of each sheet piece. Further, in some cases, a connecting portion may be provided at an intermediate position of each sheet piece so as to cross and connect each sheet piece. In this case, it is desirable to provide easy-to-cut portions such as recesses and slits in the direction along the longitudinal direction of each sheet piece at the connecting portion between each sheet piece and the connecting portion. In some cases, the connection portion and the sheet piece may be cut by a cutter or the like.
