Abstract
一种高准确性个体噪声测量方法,其特征在于:个体噪声测量装置可固定在安全帽(5)上,此装置具有两个传声器(1,2),传声器(1,2)与耳部同高度,且左右两侧各安装一个传声器(1,2)。测量结果可分别显示并记录左耳、右耳、左右耳均值噪声强度且同时分别计算等效连续A声级,便于被检测人携带,传声器(1,2)始终与劳动者工作时耳部的高度一致,保证个体噪声测量结果的准确性。
Description
本发明涉及职业卫生和环境保护领域中个体噪声测量方法。
目前,国内、国外使用的个体噪声测量方法存在以下两种弊端:⑴一个传声器只能测量单耳接触的噪声强度,导致测量结果的片面性。⑵劳动者的活动导致传声器位置不能够一直保持与劳动者耳部同高,影响测量结果的准确性。国内、国外使用及销售的个体噪声测量装置通过查新,目前国内外尚无一种可以同时测量左右耳噪声强度且传声器位置一直保持与劳动者耳部同高的个体噪声测量方法。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的上述不足,提供了一种高准确性个体噪声测量方法。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:其特征在于:个体噪声测量装置可固定在安全帽上,此装置具有两个传声器,传声器与耳部同高度,且左右两侧各安装一个传声器。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:测量结果可分别显示并记录左耳、右耳、左右耳均值噪声强度且同时分别计算等效连续A声级;便于被检测人携带,传声器始终与劳动者工作时耳部的高度一致;保证个体噪声测量结果的准确性。
图1是本发明的硬件结构框图。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步详述。
如图1所示,传声器1、2接收外部声音信号,放大器3分别对
声压信号进行功率放大得到音频信号,经过转换器4分别将音频信号转换成对应的脉冲信号,单片机5分别对脉冲信号进行计算处理,通过操作键盘6控制最后由显示器7显示测量结果。
如图2所示,传声器1、2安装在安全帽5两侧,主机4安装在安全帽5后部,传声器1、2与主机4通过信号线3连接。
本测量方法⑴设备便于安装及被检测人携带。⑵测量期间传声器始终与劳动者工作时耳部的高度一致。⑶测量结果可分别显示左耳、右耳、左右耳均值噪声强度。⑷保证个体噪声测量结果的准确性。
