上述辅助幵关为微动幵关, 所述仓盖的内表面具有凸起的推动部, 在仓盖合拢的状 态下, 所述推动部推动辅助开关, 辅助开关处于关闭状态, 此时辅助照明回路断路, 在 仓盖打开的状态下, 所述推动部离开辅助开关, 辅助幵关弹簧作用下复位而处于打开状 态, 此时辅助照明回路通路。 该结构确保只有在仓盖打开的状态下, 第一辅助光源才发 光照亮电池仓, 而在仓盖合拢状态下, 第一辅助光源不发光, 更加省电, 同时在仓盖打 开后, 辅助开关自动打开, 使第一辅助光源自动发光, 设计更为人性化。 当然辅助开关 也可以是一种常规的开关结构, 这种开关结构可以设置在电池仓内, 电池仓打开后便可 操作辅助开关以点亮第一辅助光源。
进一步改进, 上述灯体内还设有第二辅助光源, 该第二辅助光源由所述辅助电池供 电, 并由所述辅助开关控制发光与否。第二辅助光源、 辅助电池和辅助开关连接在一起 构成第二辅助照明回路,这使得本头灯不但具有辅助照亮电池仓以方便更换主电池的功 能,还使本头灯具有应急手电筒的功能,作为应急手电筒使用时,可方便在黑暗环境中, 照亮背包内部, 方便找寻电池, 或其它应急照明使用。
上述电池仓的底面为部分透光,并在电池仓的底面临近透光位置设置显示电池极性 的符号。这样第一辅助光源可照亮显示电池极性的符号,更直管指示我们对电池的安装。 当然也可以是整个电池仓的底面采用透光材料制成。
上述主电池为多节串联的干电池, 所述辅助电池为普通纽扣电池或充电纽扣电池。 纽扣电池具有体积小, 电容量大的优点, 如果是充电纽扣电池, 可让主电池对充电纽扣 电池进行充电, 确保作为辅助电池的充电纽扣电池始终有电。
更进一步的改进, 上述灯体的内部设有主光源、 主开关和主电池的, 灯体的正面具 有供主光源发出的光束透过的透光窗, 主光源发出的光束透过透光窗形成照明视角, 所 述主光源、 主幵关和主电池一起构成主照明回路; 所述灯体的上部设有能沿前后滑移的 遮光板,遮光板与灯体之间设有能在遮光板前后滑移过程中将遮光板相对灯体定位住的 选第一择定位结构, 在遮光板前移并穿出灯体前端面的状态下, 该遮光板能遮住位于照 明视角内的上面部分的光束。
当我们将遮光板相对灯体前移拉出后,遮光板能遮住位于第一照明视角内的上面部 分的光束, 这部分光束正好是射向对方眼镜的光束, 遮光板将其遮蔽, 有效防止头灯光 束直射对方眼镜, 防止对方眩目, 同时遮光板又不会遮住位于第一照明视角内的下面部 分的光束, 下面部分的光束可以正常照向需要的工作娱乐位置, 即使同样带有头灯的两 个人对坐也不会相互影响。
上述灯体的上部设有沿前后方向设置的导向槽,该导向槽的前端贯穿处灯体的前端 面, 灯体的顶壁中部开有与所述导向槽相通的开口窗, 所述遮光板约束在导向槽内并能 前后滑移, 遮光板上具有向上穿出开口窗的拉动部; 开口窗对遮光板前移和后移到极限 位置后, 对遮光板有挡位约束作用, 同时向上伸出的拉动部方便我们滑移遮光板。 所述 第一选择定位结构包括设置在遮光板后部的左右两侧的两条弹性脚,各弹性脚的端部具 有向上凸起的挡位部, 所述导向槽的顶壁处设有两条左右间隔设置的卡位齿条, 卡位齿 条上的各卡齿沿前后方向间隔设置,所述弹性脚上的挡位部与所述卡位齿条上的卡齿卡 配。该选择定位结构能使遮光板滑移时的手感更好,滑移至每个挡位均有啪啪的提示音, 实现遮光板与灯体之间的级进移动。当然遮光板与导向槽之间还可采用阻尼的方式实现 选择定位。
上述灯体包括前盖、透明罩盖,所述透明罩盖的下部与仓盖的下部转动连接在一起, 透明罩盖的顶部通过卡扣结构连接在仓盖顶部, 所述电池仓设置在透明罩盖内腔的后 部, 所述主光源、 第一辅助光源设置在透明罩盖内腔的前部, 所述前盖则通过卡扣结构 扣合在所述透明罩盖的外表面。 本灯体结构设计合理便于组装, 另外仓盖与透明罩盖转 动连接在一起, 防止仓盖丢失。
上述仓盖后部的下方枢接在一基板上,所述仓盖左右侧面的后下部位置出开有两枢 孔, 所述基板的下部两侧具有向前延伸的连接臂, 连接臂的内端面具有与所述枢孔配合 的枢轴; 本结构使灯体可以相对基板偏转使照明角度可以进行调节, 让光线更好集中在 重要位置, 方便使用者。 仓盖的后端面与基板之间设有第二选择定位结构, 所述第二选 择定位结构包括设置在仓盖后端面下部的两条左右间隔设置的定位齿条部,定位齿条部 上的各卡齿自上而下间隔设置, 所述基板上设有两弹性条, 弹性条上设置与所述定位齿 条部上的卡齿卡配的卡部。选择定位结构通过卡部与定位齿条部上的卡齿的卡接, 实现 灯体与基板之间的级进转动, 结构简单, 方便对灯体的照明角度进行控制和调节, 代替 阻尼片的摩擦定位, 有效缓解定位部件的磨损。
上述前盖的内壁设有多个内凸的卡扣,所述透明罩盖的外壁上设有多个与所述卡扣 相配的凹坑; 所述透明罩盖的顶部具有向后延伸的弹性壁, 弹性壁上开有辅助卡孔, 所 述仓盖的顶壁上设有向上延伸与所述辅助卡孔卡配的辅助卡块。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点在于: 在主电池电量耗尽的状态下, 打开仓盖和辅 助开关, 由第一辅助光源、 辅助电池和辅助开关构成辅助照明回路通路, 第一辅助光源 发出的光束透过电池仓的底面的透光部分, 而将电池仓内部照亮, 方便我们在黑暗环境 下更换电池。 附图说明

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1〜17所示, 为本发明的一个优选实施例。
该电池仓自发光的头灯,包括内部设有主光源 2a、主开关 3a和主电池 4a的灯体 1, 本实施例中的灯体外形呈类似的汽车状, 主电池 4a为多节串联的干电池。 灯体 1的正 面具有供主光源 2a发出的光束透过的透光窗 11 , 主光源 2a发出的光束透过透光窗 11 形成照明视角 α。灯体 1内的后部具有用以容纳主电池 4a的电池仓 5, 电池仓 5的开口 处设有仓盖 6遮蔽, 主光源 2a、 主开关 3a和主电池 4a电连接一起构成主照明回路。
本发明的主要改进点在于: 灯体 1内还设有第一辅助光源 2b、 辅助电池 4b和辅助 开关 3b, 本实施例中的第一辅助光源 2b为 LED灯, 辅助电池 4b为普通纽扣电池或充 电纽扣电池。辅助光源 2b、辅助电池 4b和辅助开关 3b—起构成辅助照明回路, 电池仓 5的底面 5a部分透光,使第一辅助光源 2b发出的光能透过电池仓 5底面 5a而将电池仓 5内部照亮。
电池仓 5的底面 5a为部分透光, 并在电池仓 5的底面 5a临近透光位置处设置显示 电池极性的符号。 在本实施例中, 在电池仓 5的底面 5a幵有透光孔 51, 电池仓 5的下 方固定有由透光材料制成的用以显示电池极性的指示件 52, 该指示件 52将透光孔 51 遮蔽。
辅助开关 3b为微动开关, 微动开关的触动杆有弹簧顶持, 触动杆触动微动开关时, 开关关闭, 触动杆在弹簧作用下离开微动开关时, 开关打开。 仓盖 6的内表面具有凸起 的推动部 61 , 在仓盖 6合拢的状态下, 推动部 61推动辅助开关 3b, 辅助开关 3b处于 关闭状态, 此时辅助照明回路断路, 在仓盖 6打幵的状态下, 推动部 61离开辅助幵关 3b, 辅助开关 3b在弹簧作用下复位而处于打开状态, 此时辅助照明回路通路。
灯体 1内还设有第二辅助光源 2c, 该第二辅助光源 2c由辅助电池 4b供电, 并由辅 助开关 3b控制发光与否。 第二辅助光源 2c、 辅助电池 4b和辅助开关 3b电连接在一起 构成第二辅助照明回路, 第一辅助光源 2b和第二辅助光源 2c为并联.
在主电池 4a电量耗尽的状态下, 打开仓盖 6, 推动部 61离开辅助开关 3b, 辅助开 关 3b在弹簧作用下复位而处于打开状态, 由第一辅助光源 2b、辅助电池 4b和辅助开关 3b构成辅助照明回路通路,第一辅助光源 2b发出的光束透过电池仓 5的底面 5a的透光 部分, 而将电池仓 5内部照亮, 方便我们在黑暗环境下更换电池。 同时由第二辅助光源 2c、 辅助电池 4b和辅助开关 3b连接在一起构成第二辅助照明回路, 还使本头灯具有应 急手电筒的功能, 作为应急手电筒使用时, 可方便在黑暗环境中, 照亮背包内部, 方便 找寻电池, 或其它应急照明使用。 本发明的另一个改进点在于: 灯体 1的上部设有能沿前后滑移的遮光板 7, 遮光板 7可采用塑料制成, 也可采用墨镜片的材质制成, 遮光板 7与灯体 1之间设有能在遮光 板 7前后滑移过程中将遮光板 7相对灯体 1定位住的选第一择定位结构,在遮光板 7前 移并穿出灯体 1前端面的状态下,该遮光板 7能遮住位于照明视角 α内的上面部分的光 束。
灯体 1的上部设有沿前后方向设置的导向槽 12, 该导向槽 12的前端贯穿处灯体 1 的前端面, 灯体 1的顶壁中部开有与导向槽 12相通的开口窗 13, 遮光板 7约束在导向 槽 12内并能前后滑移,遮光板 7上具有向上穿出开口窗 13的拉动部 71,第一选择定位 结构设置在遮光板 7与导向槽 12的顶壁之间。 遮光板 7呈向下弯曲的弧形, 导向槽 12 的底面也呈与遮光板 7外形相配的弧形。
第一选择定位结构包括设置在遮光板 7后部的左右两侧的两条弹性脚 72,各弹性脚 72的端部具有向上凸起的挡位部 73,导向槽 12的顶壁处设有两条左右间隔设置的卡位 齿条 121,卡位齿条 121上的各卡齿沿前后方向间隔设置,弹性脚 7上的挡位部 73与卡 位齿条 121上的卡齿卡配。
主幵关 3a位于开口窗 13内, 在遮光板 7后移至最后端的状态下, 遮光板 7将主开 关 3a遮蔽, 在遮光板 7前移并穿出灯体 1前端面的状态下, 主幵关 3a露出开口窗 13。
本实施例中的灯体 1包括前盖 8、 透明罩盖 9, 透明罩盖 9的下部与仓盖 6的下部 转动连接在一起, 透明罩盖 9具有横截面类似梯形的凹腔, 透明罩盖 9的顶部通过卡扣 结构连接在仓盖 6顶部, 即透明罩盖 9的顶部具有向后延伸的弹性壁 92, 弹性壁 92上 开有辅助卡孔 93, 仓盖 6的顶壁上设有向上延伸与辅助卡孔 93卡配的辅助卡块 64。透 明罩盖 9与仓盖 6之间形成用以容纳各光源、 电源、 电池仓及线路板等部件的内腔, 电 池仓 5设置在透明罩盖 9内腔的后部, 主光源 2a、 第一辅助光源 2b、 第二辅助光源 2c 及线路板设置在透明罩盖 9内腔的前部。前盖 8则通过卡扣结构扣合在透明罩盖 9的外 表面。 前盖 8的内壁设有多个内凸的卡扣 81, 透明罩盖 9的外壁上设有多个与卡扣 81 相配的凹坑 91。
仓盖 6后部的下方枢接在一基板 10上,该基板 10上穿设有用以套设在头部的松紧 带 14, 仓盖 6左右侧面的后下部位置出开有两枢孔 62, 基板 10的下部两侧具有向前延 伸的连接臂 101 , 连接臂 101的内端面具有与枢孔 62配合的枢轴 102; 仓盖 6的后端面 与基板 10之间设有第二选择定位结构, 第二选择定位结构包括设置在仓盖 6后端面下 部的两条左右间隔设置的定位齿条部 63,定位齿条部 63上的各卡齿自上而下间隔设置, 基板 10上设有两弹性条 103, 弹性条 103上设置与定位齿条部 63上的卡齿卡配的卡部 104。
如图 14〜17所示, 当我们将遮光板 7前移拉出, 在遮光板 7前移并穿出灯体 1前 端面的状态下, 这部分光束正好是射向对方眼镜的光束, 遮光板 7将其遮蔽, 有效防止 头灯光束直射对方眼镜, 防止对方眩目, 同时遮光板 7又不会遮住位于第一照明视角 α 内的下面部分的光束, 下面部分的光束可以正常照向需要的工作娱乐位置, 即使同样带 有头灯的两个人对坐也不会相互影响。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电池仓自发光的头灯, 包括
灯体 (1), 灯体 (1)内的后部具有用以容纳主电池 (4a)的电池仓 (5);
设置在电池仓 (5)的开口处的仓盖 (6), 以遮蔽电池仓 (5)的开口处;
其特征在于:所述灯体 (1)内还设有第一辅助光源 (2b)、辅助电池 (4b)和辅助开关 (3b), 所述第一辅助光源 (2b)、辅助电池 (4b)和辅助开关 (3b)连接在一起构成辅助照明回路, 所 述电池仓 (5)的底面 (5a)至少部分透光, 使第一辅助光源 (2b)发出的光能透过电池仓 (5)底 面 (5a)而将电池仓 (5)内部照亮。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池仓自发光的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述辅助开关 (3b) 为微动开关, 所述仓盖 (6)的内表面具有凸起的推动部 (61), 在仓盖 (6)合拢的状态下, 所 述推动部 (61)推动辅助开关 (3b), 辅助开关 (3b)处于关闭状态, 此时辅助照明回路断路, 在仓盖 (6)打开的状态下,所述推动部 (61)离开辅助开关 (3b),辅助开关 (3b)在弹簧作用下 复位而处于打开状态, 此时辅助照明回路通路。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电池仓自发光的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述灯体 (1)内还设 有第二辅助光源 (2c), 该第二辅助光源 (2c)由所述辅助电池 (4b)供电, 并由所述辅助开关 (3b)控制发光与否。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池仓自发光的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述电池仓 (5)的底 面 (5a)为部分透光, 并在电池仓 (5)的底面 (5a)临近透光位置设置显示电池极性的符号。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的电池仓自发光的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述主电池 (4a)为多 节串联的干电池, 所述辅助电池 (4b)为普通纽扣电池或充电纽扣电池。
6、根据权利要求 1〜5任一所述的电池仓自发光的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述灯体 (1) 的内部设有主光源 (2a)、 主开关 (3a)和主电池 (4a)的, 灯体 (1)的正面具有供主光源 (2a)发 出的光束透过的透光窗 (11), 主光源 (2a)发出的光束透过透光窗 (11)形成照明视角 (α), 所 述主光源 (2a)、 主开关 (3a)和主电池 (4a)—起构成主照明回路; 灯体 (1)的上部设有能沿前 后滑移的遮光板 (7), 遮光板 (7)与灯体 (1)之间设有能在遮光板 (7)前后滑移过程中将遮光 板 (7)相对灯体 (1)定位住的选第一择定位结构, 在遮光板 (7)前移并穿出灯体 (1)前端面的 状态下, 该遮光板 (7)能遮住位于照明视角 (α)内的上面部分的光束。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电池仓自发光的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述灯体 (1)的上部 设有沿前后方向设置的导向槽 (12), 该导向槽 (12)的前端贯穿处灯体 (1)的前端面, 灯体 (1)的顶壁中部开有与所述导向槽 (12)相通的开口窗 (13),所述遮光板 (7)约束在导向槽 (12) 内并能前后滑移, 遮光板 (7)上具有向上穿出开口窗 (13)的拉动部 (71); 所述第一选择定 位结构包括设置在遮光板 (7)后部的左右两侧的两条弹性脚 (72), 各弹性脚 (72)的端部具 有向上凸起的挡位部 (73), 所述导向槽 (12)的顶壁处设有两条左右间隔设置的卡位齿条 (121), 卡位齿条 (121)上的各卡齿沿前后方向间隔设置, 所述弹性脚 (7)上的挡位部 (73) 与所 ¾卡位齿条 (121)上 卡齿卡配 β
