采用本申请实施例提供的启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法和装置,突破现有技术中只能通过遥控器在智能电视上进行启动浏览器、输入网址链接等操作的局限,解决使用遥控器进行上述操作不方便的问题,提高用户访问网址链接的效率。

为使本申请实施例的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请实施例作进一步详细的说明。
为了更好的理解本申请实施例提供的技术方案,也更好的与本申请实施例的技术方案进行对比,下面首先通过举例的方式对现有技术中的实现方案进行简单的介绍。
随着电子技术的发展,移动通信终端的更新速度日新月异,智能移动通信终端的发展和普及速度也越来越快,目前的智能移动通信终端普遍都配备有无线Wi-Fi、摄像头、加速度传感器、触摸屏、存储器等装置,触摸屏替代了鼠标,软键盘替代了传统键盘,而且移动通信终端的数字处理功能越来越强,移动通信终端已经发展成为一种智能终端,可以进行上网浏览互联网信息、观看音视频文件、进行娱乐性的互动游戏。在这种背景下,通过智能移动通信终端
同智能电视机的互动已经成为一种发展趋势。
在本申请实施例中,涉及到的执行主体包括移动通信终端(例如手机)和智能电视。在具体实现过程中,移动通信终端与智能电视各自独立,同时又相互联系,共同实现本申请实施例提供的技术方案。为了便于描述,下面分别从移动通信终端与智能电视的角度出发,对本申请实施例进行介绍。
为了便于理解,首先需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,可以提供一款在移动通信终端上运行的应用程序(以下简称APP),例如,可以取名为“电视助手”,用户可以在自己的移动终端设备上安装该APP。相应的,智能电视侧的操作系统中会装有相应的后台应用程序,来实现与移动终端侧的电视助手之间进行交互,并实现相应的向智能电视发送网址链接、在智能电视上启动浏览器并加载该网址链接等功能。
在移动通信终端中安装了电视助手、智能电视中具有相应的后台应用的情况下,再将智能电视与移动通信终端连接到同一局域网中,例如可以通过相同的WIFI(Wireless Fidelity)接入网络,这样,移动通信终端中的电视助手就可以通过私有的通信协议与智能电视之间建立通信连接,后续的信号、数据的传输等都是在建立的这个通信连接的基础上进行。
具体的,在移动通信终端与智能电视之间通过一定的端口建立起通信连接之后,智能电视侧的各个后台应用程序(智能电视中可能安装了多个应用程序,可能同时有很多个应用程序都在后台运行,以实现各自的功能)就可以监听该端口上接收到的消息。
具体的消息交互的实现过程可以是:移动通信终端侧向智能电视侧发出了一个消息之后,智能电视侧的操作系统会接收到该消息,并将该消息向智能电视中的各个后台应用进行广播,各个后台应用在收到消息之后,可以判断是否需要自己处理,如果不需要则可以丢弃,否则进行解析等后续操作。
参照图1,示出了本申请实施例提供的一种启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法的流程图。
在该实施例中,智能电视预先与一移动通信终端建立通信连接,在移动通信终端侧,该方法包括:
S101,在移动通信终端的用户界面中提供用户操作入口。
移动通信终端侧安装有电视助手等应用,可以通过该应用为用户提供用户界面,同时,在用户界面上可包括供用户输入网址链接的用户操作入口,例如可输入网址链接的输入框、可确定将输入后的网址链接发送到智能电视的按钮等。这样,用户在打开移动通信终端中的电视助手应用之后,可以在其用户界面中看到这样的操作入口。当用户通过该操作入口执行相应的输入、点击等操作时,电视助手就相当于接收到了用户发起的将输入后的网址链接发送到智能电视的指示。
S102,通过用户操作入口接收用户输入的网址链接并接收发送所述网址链接的指令。
用户可以通过该电视助手中的用户操作入口向电视助手发出请求,再由电视助手向智能电视发送各种操作命令。也就是说,本实施例的实现过程中包括:用户与移动通信终端之间的交互和移动通信终端与智能电视之间的交互。
在S102中,主要是用户与移动通信终端之间的交互。关于用户与移动通信终端之间具体的交互实现方式,与用户操作入口的实现方式是相关的。用户操作入口的实现方式可以有多种,相应的,用户与移动通信终端之间的交互实现方式也有多种。
例如,可通过在移动通信终端的用户界面中显示网址链接输入框和操作按钮的方式提供用户操作入口。具体实现方式可以在电视助手的用户界面中提供网址链接输入框和确定发送的按钮,以此作为用户操作入口。用户通过软键盘在网址链接输入框中输入想要访问的网址链接,相应的,电视助手可以对输入的网址链接进行识别,并生成发送该网址链接的指令,由用户通过点击确定发送的按钮后通过网络发送给智能电视。相比于在智能电视中输入网址链接,在移动通信终端的操作界面中使用软键盘进行输入,会使输入操作更容易更快捷。
或者,通过在所述移动通信终端的用户界面中提示语音输入的方式提供用户操作入口。具体实现方式可以在电视助手的用户界面中提供语音输入的按钮,以此作为用户操作入口,用户点击语音输入按钮后,就可以开启移动通信终端上的麦克等语音输入装置,接收用户输入的语音信息,例如,用户可以对着移动通信终端的麦克说网址链接,比如“www.baidu.com”等,相应的,电
视助手可以对语音输入信号进行识别,并生成发送指令,由用户进行确认(比如可以对着移动通信终端的麦克说“发送”)后通过网络发送给智能电视。相比于在智能电视中输入网址链接,在移动通信终端的操作界面中通过语音输入的方式进行操作,也会使整个操作过程更方便更快捷。
S103,基于上述指令,通过通信连接将网址链接发送给智能电视,以便智能电视根据上述指令启动浏览器并加载网址链接。
参看图2所示,为本申请实施例提供的一种启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法中的显示界面示意图。下面结合图2所示来进一步说明上述步骤。
预先将智能电视20和移动通信终端30建立通信连接,在移动通信终端30的用户界面31中提供用户操作入口,具体为如图所示的网址链接输入框32和确认发送的按钮(“发送”)33。
用户可在网址链接中输入网址链接,比如输入“www.baidu.com”,当用户确认网址输入正确后,点击“发送”按钮,移动通信终端30接收到发送指令后,将网址链接通过网络发送给智能电视20。
智能电视根据上述指令启动浏览器21并加载该网址链接,即在浏览器21中加载“www.baidu.com”,加载成功后在浏览器21中显示该网址链接对应的页面(图中未示出)。
优选地,在S103之前,还可包括再次确认是否向智能电视发送所述网址链接的步骤。比如在用户点击了“发送”按钮之后,在用户操作界面中显示提示对话框34,在对话框34中可包括“是否发送?”等的提示信息,“确认”操作按钮和“取消”操作按钮等。如果确认结果为是,比如用户点击了“确认”操作按钮,则触发移动通信终端中的网址链接发送机制,将网址链接发送到智能电视。
由于用户输入的网址链接有可能是不准确的(比如输入了不想访问的网址链接、输入的网址链接中个别字符有错误等),为避免将错误的网址链接发送给智能电视,进一步提高发送到智能电视的网址链接的正确率,因此,增加了上述再次确认的步骤。
在上述实施例的基础上,本申请实施例提供的智能电视启动浏览器的方法中,还可以包括:接收智能电视反馈的接收到网址链接的提示信息,以便移动
通信终端及时了解智能电视接收网址链接的情况。
其次,本申请实施例还从智能电视角度提供了一种智能电视启动浏览器的方法,参照图3所示,为本申请实施例提供的另一种智能电视启动浏览器的方法的流程示意图,在智能电视预先与移动通信终端建立通信连接的基础上,包括:
S301,通过通信连接,接收移动通信终端发送的网址链接。
该S301可具体为,在接收到来自移动通信终端的网址链接后,还要根据预置规则对网址链接进行判断,如果网址链接符合预置规则,可判定该网址链接为正确的(比如该网址链接确实为网址链接,而不是其他格式的字符等),则可根据该判断结果启动浏览器,并可进一步地将该网址链接加入到浏览器的地址栏中等操作。
如果网址链接不符合预置规则,可判定该网址链接为错误(比如该网址链接是不完整的、根本不是网址链接而是其他格式的字符等),此时,可向用户显示一个对话框(比如该对话框中包括“网址链接为错误,请修正”等内容),并将判断错误的结果发送至移动通信终端,用户则可根据该提示在移动通信终端中对错误的网址链接修改为正确的,以便可进一步地根据修改正确的网址链接启动浏览器,并将该网址链接加入到浏览器的地址栏中等操作。
该预置规则可根据实际需要进行设置,比如为根据现有网址链接结构而设置的规则。例如可包括:正确的网址链接为由“.”间隔开的三段字符组成,第一段字符为“www”,第二段字符为数字、字母而非汉字,第三段字符为“com”、“net”、“org”等符合现有网址后缀格式的字符,等等。
S302,启动浏览器并将接收到的网址链接加入到浏览器的地址栏中。
S303,触发浏览器加载网址链接,以在浏览器的显示界面中显示该网络链接对应的网页。
优选地,在S303之前,还可接收控制信号,并对接收到的控制信号进行解析。
其中,该控制信号可通过遥控器的按键触发,也可通过遥控器的触摸屏触发。或者,在智能电视通过UPNP等协议与其他的终端设备(例如手机等)连接的情况下,也可以通过其他终端设备发出这种控制信号。在这种情况下,相当
于是利用终端设备上安装的应用程序来模拟遥控器,实现对智能电视的控制。
如果对控制信号解析后,确定该控制信号为加载该网址链接的控制信号,则触发浏览器加载该网址链接。
在本申请实施例提的在智能电视侧实施的智能电视启动浏览器的方法中,还可包括:向移动通信终端设备反馈已接收到网址链接的提示信息,通过增加该步骤可让移动通信终端的用户及时了解智能电视侧是否接收到网址链接的情况。
在本申请实施例提供的启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法中,可以在移动通信终端侧向用户提供输入网址链接的操作入口,这样用户可直接在移动通信终端的用户界面中输入网址链接,并通过预先建立的通信连接,将输入的网址链接发送给智能电视,智能电视根据接收到的网址链接启动浏览器并加载该网址链接,以呈现出用户想要访问的网页,上述方式从操作的角度来看更加方便、更加快捷,可大大提高用户访问网址链接的效率。进一步的,由于大多数现有的移动通信终端的用户操作界面都非常友好,各种功能和操作都简单易学,因此,相比于现有技术中使用遥控器在智能电视上输入网址链接、触发浏览器等操作相比,采用本申请实施例提供的方法可更加随性和方便。并且,现有的移动通信终端一般都具有触摸屏或语音功能,因此,只要按一下手指或说一句话,就可以将网址链接发送给智能电视,也会进一步使操作上更简单和更快捷,提高操作效率,且更利于用户操作,进而提升用户体验。
对应上述本申请实施例提供的启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法,本申请实施例还提供了启动智能电视中的浏览器的装置。下面结合附图进行具体说明。
图4示出了本申请实施例提供的一种启动智能电视中的浏览器的装置的结构示意图。
在本实施例中,设置在移动通信终端侧,包括:
第一通信模块41,配置为建立移动通信终端与智能电视之间的通信连接。
用户接口模块42,配置为在移动通信终端的用户界面中提供用户操作入口。
其中,用户接口模块42,可具体配置为:通过在移动通信终端设备的用户界面中显示网址链接输入框和操作按钮的方式提供用户操作入口,或者通过在
移动通信终端设备的用户界面中提示语音输入的方式提供用户操作入口,以更方便于用户通过移动通信终端设备进行输入、发送等操作。
第一接收模块43,配置为通过用户操作入口接收用户输入的网址链接并接收发送所述网址链接的指令。
发送模块44,配置为基于所述指令,通过通信连接将网址链接发送给智能电视,以便智能电视根据所述指令启动浏览器并加载网址链接。
在本实施例中,该装置,还可包括:
确认模块,配置为再次确认是否向智能电视发送所述网址链接。
触发模块,配置为当确认模块的确认结果为时,则触发网址链接发送机制。
在本申请实施例提供的装置中,还可包括:
第二接收模块,配置为接收智能电视反馈的接收到网址链接的提示信息。
此外,参看图5所示,为本申请实施例提供的另一种启动智能电视中的浏览器的装置的结构示意图,,设置在智能电视侧,该装置包括:
第二通信模块51,配置为智能电视与移动通信终端之间的通信连接。
第三接收模块52,配置为通过通信连接,接收移动通信终端发送的网址链接。
启动模块53,配置为启动浏览器并将接收到的网址链接加入到浏览器的地址栏中。
加载模块54,配置为触发浏览器加载网址链接,以在浏览器的显示界面中显示所述网络链接对应的网页。
优选地,在本实施例中,第三接收模块52,可具体配置为接收所述移动通信终端发送的网址链接并判断所述网址链接是否符合预置规则,若符合,则判定所述网址链接为正确,以便根据判断结果启动所述浏览器。
优选地,在本实施例中,第三接收模块52,还可具体配置为判断所述网址链接不符合预置规则,则判定所述网址链接为错误,并显示用于提示所述网址链接为错误的对话框,将判断结果发送至移动通信终端,以便用户对网址链接进行修正,并根据修正后的网址链接启动所述浏览器。
优选地,在本实施例中,该装置,还可包括:
解析模块,配置为接收控制信号,并对该控制信号进行解析。
触发模块,配置为当控制信号为加载网址链接,则触发浏览器加载所述网址链接。
优选地的,在本实施例中,该装置,还可包括:
反馈模块,配置为向移动通信终端设备反馈已接收到所述网址链接的提示信息。

Claims (13)
- 一种启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法,智能电视预先与一移动通信终端建立通信连接,在移动通信终端侧,所述方法包括:在所述移动通信终端的用户界面中提供用户操作入口;通过所述用户操作入口接收用户输入的网址链接并接收发送所述网址链接的指令;基于所述指令,通过所述通信连接将所述网址链接发送给所述智能电视,以便所述智能电视根据所述指令启动浏览器并加载所述网址链接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法其中,所述在所述移动通信终端的用户界面中提供用户操作入口,包括:通过在所述移动通信终端设备的用户界面中显示网址链接输入框和操作按钮的方式提供用户操作入口;或者通过在所述移动通信终端设备的用户界面中提示语音输入的方式提供用户操作入口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法,其中,在通过所述通信连接将所述网址链接发送给所述智能电视之前,还包括:再次确认是否向智能电视发送所述网址链接;如果是,触发网址链接发送机制。
- 根据权利要求1所述的启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法,其中,还包括:接收智能电视反馈的接收到所述网址链接的提示信息。
- 一种启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法,智能电视预先与一移动通信终端建立通信连接,在智能电视侧,所述方法包括:通过所述通信连接,接收所述移动通信终端发送的网址链接;启动浏览器并将接收到的网址链接加入到浏览器的地址栏中;触发所述浏览器加载所述网址链接,以在所述浏览器的显示界面中显示所述网络链接对应的网页。
- 如权利要求5所述的启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法,其中,所述接收所述移动通信终端发送的网址链接,包括:接收所述移动通信终端发送的网址链接并判断所述网址链接是否符合预置 规则;若符合,则判定所述网址链接为正确,以便根据判断结果启动所述浏览器。
- 如权利要求6所述的启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法,其中,还包括:若不符合,则判定所述网址链接为错误,并将判断结果发送至移动通信终端,以便用户对网址链接进行修正,并根据修正后的网址链接启动所述浏览器。
- 如权利要求5所述的启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法,其中,所述触发所述浏览器加载所述网址链接之前,还包括:接收控制信号并进行解析;如果所述控制信号为加载所述网址链接,则触发所述浏览器加载所述网址链接。
- 如权利要求5所述的启动智能电视中的浏览器的方法,其中,还包括:向所述移动通信终端设备反馈已接收到所述网址链接的提示信息。
- 一种启动智能电视中的浏览器的装置,设置在移动通信终端侧,包括:第一通信模块,配置为建立移动通信终端与智能电视之间的通信连接;用户接口模块,配置为在所述移动通信终端的用户界面中提供用户操作入口;第一接收模块,配置为通过所述用户操作入口接收用户输入的网址链接并接收发送所述网址链接的指令;发送模块,配置为基于所述指令,通过所述通信连接将所述网址链接发送给所述智能电视,以便所述智能电视根据所述指令启动浏览器并加载所述网址链接。
