目前,计算机以及移动终端(例如手机、PAD等)已成为人们生活中非常重要的工具。大部分人既使用计算机,也使用移动终端,许多应用既有用于计算机的版本,也有用于移动终端的版本。对于一个用户来说,如果其既使用计算机也使用移动终端的话,通常会在计算机与移动终端中安装同一应用。例如,许多人在计算机上使用SKYPE工具、SKYPE、和一些游戏,在手机、PAD上也会安装SKYPE工具、SKYPE、和同样的一些游戏。现在方便用户的应用越来越多,如果一个用户在计算机上安装了7个应用,若也想在手机上安装这个7个应用的话,则需要在手机上分别下载安装这7个应用的手机版。需要安装的应用越多,用户花费的时间就越多,因为用户要一个应用一个应用地查找,然后再一个应用一个应用地选择下载并安装。所以,需要一种简便的方法,使得计算机与移动终端或者移动终端之间的共同的应用能够自动提示下载安装。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的用于更新用户终端中应用的方法与装置、计算机程序以及计算机可读介质。
依据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于更新用户终端中应用的方法,包括:获取用户在一终端中安装的应用的信息;以及将所述用户在该终端中安装的应用的信息发送给服务器以存储于该用户的账号下;其中,所述应用的信息用于由所述服务器向该用户使用的其他终端推送。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种用于更新用户终端中应用的方法,包括:根据用户的注册请求而为用户分配一账号;接收从用户使用的各终端分别传送来的安装的应用的信息;将所述应用的信息按用户的账号分别进行存储;以及将所述各用户账号下存储的应用的信息分别推送给各用户的各个终端。
根据本发明的又一方面,提供了一种用于更新用户终端中应用的装置,其包括:处理器,用于收集用户在一终端中安装的应用的信息;以及将所述应用的信息发送给服务器以存储在该用户的账号下;其中,所述信息用于由所述服 务器向该用户使用的其他终端推送。
根据本发明的再一方面,提供一种用于更新用户终端中应用的装置,包括:处理器,用于根据用户的注册请求而为用户分配一账号;接收从用户使用的各终端分别传送来的安装的应用的信息;将所述应用的信息按用户的账号分别进行存储;以及将所述各用户账号下存储的应用的信息分别推送给各用户的各个终端。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种计算机程序,其包括计算机可读代码,当电子设备运行所述计算机可读代码时,导致所述的用于更新用户终端中应用的方法被执行。
根据本发明的再一个方面,提供了一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如上所述的计算机程序。
利用本发明,当用户在其使用的一个终端上安装了一个新的应用和/或更新了一个已安装的应用时,就可以提示用户在其使用的其它终端上安装和/或更新同样的应用。

下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
随着计算机及网络、移动终端的普及,一个用户可能同时使用多个终端,例如,用户在家里使用计算,但用户在办公室里也使用计算机、还使用手机和IPAD。而用户在不同的终端上可能安装了不同的应用。但是有些应用,用户希望在其它的终端上也要安装。例如,用户在家里的计算机上安装了SKYPE,以用于与日常朋友之间的交流,但是其也使用SKYPE用于工作上的交流,所以当其在办公室时,希望在办公室的计算机上也安装SKYPE。另外,他希望在其上下班的路上等不在办公室的环境下也能使用SKYPE与同事或者朋友交流,所以他也想在其手机和IPAD等移动终端上分别安装手机版的SKYPE和PAD版的SKYPE。
通常的做法是,在不同的终端搜索其安装的不同的应用,然后分别下载安装。在需要下载安装的应用较多的情况下,需要对比不同的终端安装的应用、在不同的终端上搜索要下载的应用、然后下载安装,花费的时间较多。为此,提出本发明的用户终端间应用更新方法及装置。
图1示出了根据本发明的一种实施方式的用于更新用户终端中应用的方法的流程图。本发明的用于更新用户终端中应用的方法100主要是借助于服务器(例如云端服务器)来实现。
如图1所示,本发明的用于更新用户终端中应用的方法100始于步骤S110,在步骤S110,用户在一终端通过注册的账号登录服务器。
由于每个用户经常使用的应用根据个人习惯、喜好、需求等会有所不同,所以他们在各自使用的终端上安装的应用也会有所差别,为了便于对不同用户在其使用的终端安装的应用的信息的管理,这里使用每个用户在服务器(例如云端服务器)注册的账号。每个用户可以在服务器申请一个账号,该服务器与用户使用的各终端设备网络连接。具体地,用户向服务器发送注册请求,服务器基于该注册请求为该用户分配一个账号并返回给用户,以后用户通过账号发送登录请求、经服务器验证通过后,就可以登录服务器为其分配的空间,例如用户申请的云盘。这一方面,便于服务器侧对不同用户的相关应用的信息进行管理,另一方面,也具有保密性。
用户可能同时使用两个以上终端,这里的终端包括计算机、和移动终端(例如手机、PAD等)等等。用户在其使用的每一个终端上,都通过其在同一个服务器注册的账号登录所述服务器。例如,用户A使用4个终端,分别为:家里的 计算机、办公室的计算机、IPHONE手机、和三星手机。那么用户在这个终端上都通过同一个账号登录同一个服务器,例如云端服务器。这样,用户使用的4个终端通过云端服务器可以互联在一起。
接下来,在步骤S120,获取所述用户在该终端中安装的应用的信息。所述应用的信息包括应用的名称、版本号等。
例如,用户A在家里的计算机上安装有应用:MSN、酷我音乐盒、比价器;在办公室的计算机上安装有SKYPE、360安全浏览器;在其Iphone手机上安装有SKYPE、易信、理财小帮手;在其三星手机上安装有360安全浏览器、比价器,如如下表一所示。

那么,在家使用的计算机上,获取MSN、酷我音乐盒、比价器三个应用的名称;在办公室的计算机上,获取SKYPE、360安全浏览器两个应用的名称;在其IPHONE手机上,获取SKYPE、易信、理财小帮手三个应用的名称;在其三星手机上,获取360安全浏览器、比价器两个应用的名称。
接下来,在步骤S130,将所述用户在所述终端中安装的应用的信息发送给服务器并存储于该用户在该服务器所注册的账号下。
如在步骤S120中所给出的例子,从在家使用的计算机上传至服务器的应用的信息是在家使用的计算机上安装的应用的名称,即,MSN、酷我音乐盒、比价器。从在办公室的计算机上传至服务器的应用的信息是在办公室的计算机上安装的应用的名称:SKYPE、360安全浏览器。从其IPHONE手机上传至服务器的应用的信息是在IPHONE手机上安装的应用的名称:SKYPE、易信、理财小帮手。从其三星手机上传至服务器的应用的信息是在三星手机上安装的应用的名称:360安全浏览器、比价器。
由于用户在其使用的不同终端上安装的应用可能不同,所以从该用户所使用的不同的终端上传至服务器的应用的信息也不同。但从不同的终端上传至服 务器的应用的信息都统一存储在该用户在该服务器注册的账号下,以便统一进行管理,例如建立一个统一管理的数据库,其中可以存储来自各个用户的不同终端的应用的信息,不同的用户的信息根据用户的账号而分别存储。
在上面的例子中,服务器在接收到从用户A使用的4个终端处传来的应用的名称后,会将所有的应用的名称进行汇总,由此得知用户A在4个终端中所使用的全部的应用的名称。
接下来,在步骤S140,接收服务器向所述终端推送的该用户在其使用的各终端中安装的应用的信息。
如在步骤S130中所给出的例子,服务器将其得到的用户A所使用的全部的应用的名称分别推送给用户A的4个终端,即,将SKYPE、易信、360安全浏览器、比价器、理财小帮手、MSN、酷我音乐盒分别推送给用户A在家使用的计算机、在办公室里使用的计算机、IPHONE手机、三星手机。
由于服务器向用户所使用的各个终端分别推送的应用的信息是从用户所使用的各个终端分别向服务器传送的应用的信息的总和,而用户在其使用的不同终端中所安装的应用有可能有相同的应用的名称,如果不去除重复的应用的名称,在上述步骤S140向用户所使用的各终端推送应用的信息时就可能会包含两个以上相同的应用的名称等。所以,在服务器侧会对所接收到的来自用户各个终端的应用的信息进行去重处理。
另外,当在步骤S120中获取的应用的信息中包含应用的版本号时,如果同一应用从不同的终端获取的版本号不同,在去重处理时,在用户的账号中存储该应用的所有版本,用户可以根据自己的需要选择安装哪个版本,当这样的应用的信息被推送至安装了较低版本号的用户的终端时,可以提醒用户在该终端上该应用需要更新,由客户决定是否安装新版本。
另外,在服务器侧,可以将服务器所接收到的某一用户所使用的总的应用的信息分别与用户所使用的各终端中安装的应用的信息进行比对,分别找出用户所使用的各终端上没有安装的应用和/或没有更新的应用,这样,在上述步骤S140,可以根据比对结果分别向用户的不同终端推送其中没有安装的应用的信息和/或没有更新的应用的信息。这种情形下,如上面表一所示的例子,向用户A的PC机推送SKYPE、易信、360安全浏览器、理财小帮手;向用户A的办公室用PC推送易信、比价器、理财小帮手、MSN、酷我音乐盒;向用户的苹果手机推送:360安全浏览器、比价器、MSN、酷我音乐盒;向用户的三星手机推送SKYPE、易信、理财小帮手、MSN、酷我音乐盒。这样,可以使得向不同的终端推送的应用的信息更具有针对性,用户无需再进行比对、筛选,就可以知道目前使用的终端中没有安装所推送的这些应用,只需决定是否需要安装即可,从 而减少用户查找、比对的时间。
另外,可选地,在执行步骤S130之前,还可以包括步骤S125(图1中未出):获取所述终端中所使用的操作系统的信息。为了便于用户在不同的终端安装新的应用或者更新所安装的应用,可以获取用户所使用的不同的终端的操作系统。由于在不同的终端上使用的操作系统不同,例如在苹果手机上使用ISO操作系统、在三星手机上使用安卓操作系统,在计算机上有可能使用WINDOWS操作系统、LINUX操作系统、MAC操作系统等,因此,在不同的操作系统下安装的应用的版本也会不同。相应地,在执行步骤S130时,在将所述用户在该终端中安装的应用的信息发送给服务器的同时,也将该终端使用的操作系统的信息发送给服务器,并都存储在该用户的账号下。这时,在服务器侧,会存储应用的信息、以及用户的终端所使用的操作系统的信息,还会存储各应用分别在这些操作系统下的链接地址,这里,服务器可以自己获取各应用的链接地址并进行对应的存储。例如针对前面表一所示的例子,服务器侧可以按如下表二存储相应的信息。

向各终端推送的上述信息可以以列表的形式显示于计算机的显示界面上,左边是应用的名称,右边对应的是该应用的链接地址,在这种情况下,当用户想要安装该应用时,点击应用的名称右边的链接地址即可链接至该应用的下载安装页面。另外,可选地,上述信息在显示形式上也可以采取将应用的链接地址与应用的名称合在一起的形式,即,当用户想要安装一个推送的应用时,只需点击该应用的名称即可。
相应地,在步骤S140之后,还可以包括步骤S150~S170,在步骤S150,接收所述用户安装服务器所推送的应用中的一个或多个应用的请求;接下来,在步骤S160,将所述请求传送至服务器;接下来,在步骤S170,接收服务器根据所述请求而传送的在所述终端的操作系统下的所述一个或多个应用的下载安装地址。如上面表一和表二所示的例子,当用户点击一应用右边的链接地址时,会发出一个安装该应用的请求,在步骤S150,会接收到该安装应用的请求,在 步骤S160,将该请求传送至服务器。服务器在接收到用户的该安装应用的请求后,在步骤S170,服务器会根据该请求将符合该用户终端的操作系统的该应用的下载安装地址发送给该用户终端,方便用户下载安装,无需用户再另行查询想要安装的应用的下载地址。这样,可以减少用户查找应用的下载地址的时间。
图2示出了根据本发明的一种实施方式的用于更新用户终端中应用的装置,其设置于用户使用的每个终端中。如图2所示,本发明的用于更新用户终端中应用的装置200包括登录模块210、信息收集模块220、发送模块230和信息接收模块240。
其中,登录模块210适于用户通过在服务器注册的账号登录服务器。由于每个用户经常使用的应用根据个人习惯、喜好、需求等会有所不同,所以他们在各自使用的终端上安装的应用也会有差别,为了便于对不同用户在其使用的终端安装的应用的信息的管理,这里使用每个用户在服务器(例如云端服务器)注册的账号。每个用户可以在服务器申请一个账号,该服务器与用户使用的各终端设备网络连接。具体地,用户向服务器发送注册请求,服务器基于该注册请求而为该用户分配一个账号并返回给用户,以后用户通过账号发送登录请求、经服务器验证通过后,就可以登录服务器为其分配的空间,例如用户申请的云盘。这一方面,便于服务器侧对不同用户的相关应用的信息进行管理,另一方面,也具有保密性。
用户可能同时使用两个以上终端,这里的终端包括计算机、和移动终端(例如手机、PAD等)等等。用户在其使用的每一个终端上,都通过其在同一个服务器注册的账号登录所述服务器。这样,用户使用的两个以上终端就通过服务器而互联在一起。
信息收集模块220适于获取所述用户在该终端中安装的应用的信息。这里。所述应用的信息包括应用的名称、版本号等。当用户使用多个终端时,在每个用户使用的终端中,信息收集模块220获取其所在终端中用户所安装的应用的信息。
发送模块230适于将信息收集模块220所获得的所述用户在所述终端中安装的应用的信息发送给服务器,并存储在该用户在该服务器所注册的账号下。由于用户在其使用的不同终端上安装的应用可能不同,所以位于用户所使用的不同的终端上的发送模块230向服务器传送的应用的信息也不同。但从不同的终端上传至服务器的应用的信息都统一存储在该用户在该服务器注册的账号下,以便统一进行管理,例如建立一个统一管理的数据库,其中可以存储来自不同用户的不同终端的应用的信息,不同的用户的信息根据用户的账号而分别存储。
信息接收模块240适于接收服务器向所述终端推送的该用户在其使用的各终端中安装的应用的信息。服务器在接收到用户所使用的各终端中的发送模块230发送的应用的信息后,会对所有的应用的信息进行汇总,得到用户所使用的总的应用的信息列表。然后将该总的应用的信息列表分别推送给用户所使用的各个终端。通过将该总的应用的信息列表与其当前使用的终端中安装的应用的信息进行对比,就可以知道当前使用的终端中哪些应用已安装,哪些应用没有安装,而不需要将当前使用的终端中安装的应用的信息分别与其使用的其它终端中安装的应用的信息进行对比,从而可以节约用户查找和安装其喜好的应用的时间。
另外,信息收集模块220还可以获取所述终端中所使用的操作系统的信息。为了便于用户在不同的终端安装新的应用或者更新所安装的应用,可以获取用户所使用的不同的终端的操作系统,因为在不同的终端上使用的操作系统不同,而在不同的操作系统下安装的应用的版本会不同,所以,即使是同一种应用,在不同的终端上因为操作系统不同,安装的应用的版本也会不同。相应地,发送模块230也将信息收集模块220所获取的所述终端使用的操作系统的信息发送给服务器并存储该用户的账号下。这时,在服务器侧,该用户的总的应用的信息列表中会存储应用的信息、以及用户的终端所使用的操作系统的信息,还会存储各应用分别在这些操作系统下的链接地址,这里,服务器可以自己获取各应用的链接地址并进行对应的存储。
另外,本发明的装置200还可以包括传送模块250,其适于接收所述用户安装服务器所推送的应用中的一个或多个应用的请求并将所述请求传送至服务器。具体地,信息接收模块240接收到服务器推送的该用户的总的应用的信息列表中包含着各应用的下载链接地址,例如,当用户通过比对,发现当前使用的终端中没有列表中的一个应用时,用户点击应用对应的下载链接地址,这时就发出了一个下载安装该应用的请求。传送模块250接收到用户的这个请求,将其传送给服务器。之后,信息接收模块240接收服务器根据所述请求而传送的在所述终端的操作系统下的所述一个或多个应用的下载安装页面。用户即可点击下载安装该应用。这进一步方便了用户的使用,用户无需自行去查找要安装的应用的下载安装页面,进一步为用户下载安装应用节约了时间。
另外,本发明还提供一种服务器,如图3所示,其示出了本发明的服务器300的结构方框图。本发明的服务器300可以包括:账号分配模块310、接收模块320、存储模块330、和推送模块340。
其中,账号分配模块310根据用户的注册请求而为用户分配一账号。每个用户通过在服务器进行注册,可获得唯一的一个账号,之后,用户在其使用的 任何一个终端都可以通过该账号访问服务器,并将其相关信息存储于服务器中,从而可以实现对用户的不同终端的相关信息进行统一管理。如前所述,用户可能同时使用两个以上终端,这里的终端包括计算机、和移动终端(例如手机、PAD等)等等。
接收模块320适于接收从用户使用的各终端分别传送来的其安装的应用的信息。如前面表一和表二所给出的例子,当用户A使用4个终端时,接收模块320则分别从用户的4个终端中的发送模块230接收其传送的相应终端所安装的应用的信息。接收模块320不仅接收同一用户使用的不同的终端传送来的相关信息,而且接收不同用户从其各终端所传送来的相关信息。
存储模块330适于将接收模块320接收到的应用的信息按用户的账号分别进行存储。由于服务器会接收多个用户向其传送的信息,为了便于统一进行管理,服务器侧会建立一个统一管理的数据库,将每一用户的信息按用户的账号分别进行存储,在每一用户的账号下,存储来自该用户使用的不同的终端的应用的信息,并将这些应用的信息进行汇总,形成一个总的应用的信息列表存储于存储模块330中。例如可以存储一个该用户的终端中安装的总的应用的信息列表。如前面表一和表二所给出的例子,当用户A使用4个终端时,存储模块330中存储用户A在其4个终端中使用的应用的信息的总列表。
推送模块340适于将存储模块330中各用户账号下存储的应用的信息分别推送给各用户的各个终端。即,将存储模块330中存储的关于一个用户的总的应用的信息列表分别推送给该用户使用的不同的终端。如前面表一和表二所给出的例子,当用户A使用4个终端时,则将关于用户A的总的应用的信息列表分别推送给其4个终端。
另外,优选地,本发明的服务器300还可以包括去重模块322,该去重模块322适于将接收模块320从各个终端获取的应用的信息进行去重处理。
由于同一应用有可能已经安装于用户使用的不同的终端中,这样,在接收模块320从用户的不同终端获取的应用的信息中,就有可能包含相同的应用的名称,如果不去除重复的应用的名称,在推送模块340向用户的终端推送应用的名称时,会出现两个同样的应用的名称,用户体验不好。因此,在接收模块320从各个终端获取应用的信息之后,最好由去重模块322对所获得的应用的信息进行去重处理。另外,当接收模块320获取的应用的信息中包含应用的版本号时,如果同一应用从不同的终端获取的版本号不同,在去重处理时,在用户的账号中存储该应用的所有版本,用户可以根据自己的需要选择安装哪个版本,当这样的应用的信息被推送至安装了较低版本号的应用的终端时,可以提醒用户在该终端上该应用需要更新。
另外,可选地,本发明的服务器300还可以包括比对模块324。在接收模块320从各个终端获取应用的信息之后,该比对模块324可以将接收模块320获得的应用的信息分别与用户所使用的各终端中安装的应用进行比对,获得比对结果,即分别找出用户所使用的各终端上没有安装的应用和/或没有更新的应用,并存储于存储模块330中。然后,推送模块340就可以根据存储模块330存储的比对结果分别将用户的不同终端没有安装的应用的信息和/或没有更新的应用的信息推送给相应的终端,从而使得推送的应用的信息更具有针对性,用户无需再进行比对、筛选,进一步提高用户体验。
另外,可选地,接收模块320还可以接收用户使用的各终端中分别安装的操作系统的信息。相应地,存储模块330还可以存储接收模块320接收的用户使用的各终端中分别安装的操作系统的信息以及各应用在所述操作系统下的下载安装地址。
为了便于用户在不同的终端安装新的应用或者更新所安装的应用,可以获取用户所使用的不同的终端的操作系统,因为在不同的终端上使用的操作系统不同,而在不同的操作系统下安装的应用的版本会不同,所以,即使是同一种应用,在不同的终端上因为操作系统不同,安装的应用的版本也会不同。为此,接收模块320可以获取用户使用的各终端中分别安装的操作系统的信息,并获取该用户所使用的各应用在不同的操作系统下的下载安装地址,然后将该用户安装使用的应用的信息、该用户的终端所使用的操作系统的信息、以及该用户安装使用的应用在所述操作系统下的链接地址存放于该用户的总的应用的信息列表中,存储于存储模块330中。
相应地,服务器300中的接收模块320还可以接收所述用户从其使用的终端发送来的安装所述推送模块向该用户终端推送的应用中的一个或多个应用的请求。当推送模块340将包含用户安装使用的应用的信息、用户的终端所使用的操作系统的信息、以及用户安装使用的应用在所述操作系统下的链接地址的总的应用的信息列表发送给用户所使用的各个终端后,用户根据自己的需要点击某一应用的链接地址,发送一个安装该应用的请求,接收模块320收到用户的安装该应用的请求后,推送模块340会将该应用对应的下载安装页面发送给该用户终端,供用户选择下载安装,从而为用户下载安装其需要的应用提供便利。
另外,本发明还提供一种应用更新系统,如图4所示,本发明的应用更新系统400包括用户所使用的两个以上的终端410以及前面所述的服务器300。其中用户所使用的两个以上的终端410包括前面所述的用于更新用户终端中应用的装置200。这里,服务器300以及用于更新用户终端中应用的的装置200已分 别在前面详细描述过了,为了简洁,这里不再重复描述。
利用本发明,当用户在其使用的一个终端上安装了一个新的应用和/或更新了一个已安装的应用时,就可以提示用户在其使用的其它终端上自动安装和/或更新同样的应用。例如当用户买了一个新的手机时,就可以利用本发明很方便快速地在新的手机上安装上其在原来的旧的手机上有的应用,也可以安装在其使用的其它终端上的应用,节省用户的时间。
在此提供的算法和显示不与任何特定计算机、虚拟系统或者其它终端固有相关。各种通用系统也可以与基于在此的示教一起使用。根据上面的描述,构造这类系统所要求的结构是显而易见的。此外,本发明也不针对任何特定编程语言。应当明白,可以利用各种编程语言实现在此描述的本发明的内容,并且上面对特定语言所做的描述是为了披露本发明的最佳实施方式。
在此处所提供的说明书中,说明了大量具体细节。然而,能够理解,本发明的实施例可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实践。在一些实例中,并未详细示出公知的方法、结构和技术,以便不模糊对本说明书的理解。

例如,图5示出了可以实现本发明的用于更新用户终端中应用的方法的电子设备。该电子设备传统上包括处理器510和以存储器520形式的计算机程序产品或者计算机可读介质。存储器520可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储器520具有用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码531的存储空间530。例如,用于程序代码的存储空间530可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的各个程序代码531。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。这些计算机程序产品包括诸如硬盘,紧致盘(CD)、存储卡或者软盘之类的程序代码载体。这样的计算机程序产品通常为如参考图6所述的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元可以具有与图5的电子设备中的存储器520类似布置的存储段或者存储空间等。程序代码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括用于执行根据本发明的方法步骤的程序531’,即可以由例如诸如510之类的处理器读取的代码,这些代码当由电子设备运行时,导致该电子设备执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。
应该注意的是,上述实施例对本发明进行的详细说明并不是对本发明进行限制,并且本领域技术人员在不脱离所附权利要求的范围的情况下可设计出替换实施例。在权利要求中,不应将位于括号之间的任何参考符号构造成对权利要求的限制。单词“包含”或“包括”不排除存在未列在权利要求中的元件或步骤。位于元件之前的单词“一”或“一个”不排除存在多个这样的元件。本发明可以借助于包括有若干不同元件的硬件以及借助于适当编程的计算机来实现。在列举了若干装置的单元权利要求中,这些装置中的若干个可以是通过同一个硬件项来具体体现。单词第一、第二、以及第三等的使用不表示任何顺序。可将这些单词解释为名称。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种用于更新用户终端中应用的方法,包括:
    获取用户在一终端中安装的应用的信息;以及
    将所述用户在该终端中安装的应用的信息发送给服务器以存储于该用户的账号下;
    其中,所述应用的信息用于由所述服务器向该用户使用的其他终端推送。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    获取所述终端中所使用的操作系统的信息;
    相应地,将所述用户在该终端中安装的应用的信息发送给服务器并存储于该用户账号下的步骤为:
    将所述用户在该终端中安装的应用的信息以及该终端使用的操作系统的信息发送给服务器并存储于该用户账号下,
    其中,在服务器中该用户所注册的账号下存储有所述操作系统的信息,以及该用户所使用的各应用分别在所述操作系统下的下载安装地址。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在获取所述用户在所述终端中安装的应用的信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    在所述终端中,登陆所述服务器中的所述用户的账号。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任何一项所述的方法,其中,
    所述用户使用的终端包括计算机和移动终端。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任何一项所述的方法,其中,
    所述应用的信息至少包括应用的名称、应用的版本号两者之一。
  6. 一种用于更新用户终端中应用的方法,包括:
    根据用户的注册请求而为用户分配一账号;
    接收从用户使用的各终端分别传送来的安装的应用的信息;
    将所述应用的信息按用户的账号分别进行存储;以及
    将所述各用户账号下存储的应用的信息分别推送给各用户的各个终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,还包括:
    将从用户所使用的各个终端获取的应用的信息进行去重处理。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,还包括:
    将从用户所使用的各个终端所获得的应用的信息分别与用户所使用的各个终端中安装的应用的信息进行比对,分别找出在用户所使用的各个终端上没有安装的应用和/或没有更新的应用;以及
    根据各用户账号、按用户所使用的各终端分别存储所述比对的结果。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8中任何一项所述的方法,还包括:
    接收所述用户使用的各终端中分别使用的操作系统的信息;以及
    储存所述用户使用的各终端中分别使用的操作系统的信息以及所述用户在其使用的各终端中的各应用在所述操作系统下的下载安装地址。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,还包括:
    接收所述用户从其使用的终端发送来的安装向该用户终端推送的应用中的一个或多个应用的请求;以及
    根据接收到的用户的请求向所述用户所使用的终端发送在该终端的操作系统下的所述一个或多个应用的下载安装地址。
  11. 一种用于更新用户终端中应用的装置,其包括:
    处理器,用于收集用户在一终端中安装的应用的信息;以及将所述应用的信息发送给服务器以存储在该用户的账号下;
    其中,所述信息用于由所述服务器向该用户使用的其他终端推送。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,
    所述处理器还用于获取所述终端中所使用的操作系统的信息,并将所述的操作系统的信息发送给服务器以存储于该用户的账号下;
    其中,在服务器中该用户所注册的账号下存储有所述操作系统的信息,以及该用户所使用的各应用分别在所述操作系统下的下载安装地址。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,
    所述处理器还用于接收所述用户安装服务器所推送的应用中的一个或多个应用的请求,并将所述请求传送至服务器;以及接收服务器根据所述请求而传送的在所述终端的操作系统下的所述一个或多个应用的下载安装地址。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13中任何一项所述的装置,其中,
    所述应用的信息至少包括应用的名称、应用的版本号两者之一。
  15. 一种用于更新用户终端中应用的装置,包括:
    处理器,用于根据用户的注册请求而为用户分配一账号;接收从用户使用的各终端分别传送来的安装的应用的信息;将所述应用的信息按用户的账号分别进行存储;以及将所述各用户账号下存储的应用的信息分别推送给各用户的各个终端。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,
    所述处理器还用于将从用户所使用的各个终端获取的应用的信息进行去重处理。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的装置,其中,
    所述处理器还用于将从用户所使用的各个终端所获得的应用的信息分别与用户所使用的各个终端中安装的应用的信息进行比对,分别找出在用户所使 用的各个终端上没有安装的应用和/或没有更新的应用;
    其中,所述处理器进一步根据各用户账号、按用户所使用的各终端分别存储所述比对的结果。
  18. 根据权利要求15-17中任何一项所述的装置,其中,
    所述处理器还接收所述用户使用的各终端中分别使用的操作系统的信息;并储存所述用户使用的各终端中分别使用的操作系统的信息以及所述用户在其使用的各终端中的各应用在所述操作系统下的下载安装地址。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,
    所述处理器还接收所述用户从其使用的终端发送来的安装向该用户终端推送的应用中的一个或多个应用的请求;以及根据接收到的用户的请求向所述用户所使用的终端发送在该终端的操作系统下的所述一个或多个应用的下载安装地址。
  20. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当电子设备运行所述计算机可读代码运行时,导致权利要求1-10中的任一项权利要求所述的用于更新用户终端中应用的方法被执行。
  21. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求20所述的计算机程序。
