一种直播流媒体的播放方法及装置
本申请要求于2013年12月9日提交中国专利局、申请号为2013106648583，发明名称为“一种直播流媒体的播放方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权，其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及互联网多媒体领域，尤其涉及一种直播流媒体的播放方法及装置。
背景技术
随着互联网络技术的发展，越来越多的人关注网络直播，特别是网络视频直播更受关注。通过网络信号，在线收看球赛、体育赛事、重大活动和新闻等，让人们有了广阔且自由的选择空间。
现有的网络视频直播大部分是实时的播放视频，用户观看到的视频仅仅是当前传输过来的直播视频，而不能对直播视频进行直播时移。进一步地，在现有技术中，如果直播视频的播放起始时刻还未到达，电子设备只能在直播界面显示黑屏，导致电子设备的播放性能受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种直播流媒体的播放方法及装置，能够解决现有技术中如果直播视频的播放起始时刻还未到达，电子设备只能在直播界面显示黑屏的问题，提升了直播流媒体播放的灵活性。
为达到上述目的，本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案：
本发明实施例提供一种直播流媒体的播放方法，包括：
获取直播流媒体搜索请求，所述直播流媒体搜索请求包含有搜索信息和搜索时刻，所述搜索时刻指示生成所述直播流媒体搜索请求的时间；
根据所述搜索信息，搜索与所述搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体；
若所述搜索时刻早于所述直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则播放媒资库中与所述搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件；
若所述搜索时刻到达或晚于所述直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则从所述播放起始时刻播放所述直播流媒体。
所述播放媒资库中与所述搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件之后，所述方法还包括：
加载直播流媒体播放界面；
当到达所述直播流媒体的播放起始时刻时，在所述直播流媒体播放界面中播放所述直播流媒体。
所述播放媒资库中与所述搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件的步骤包括：
根据所述搜索信息，从所述媒资库中获取与所述搜索信息匹配的点播多媒体文件；
加载点播媒体播放界面，并在所述点播媒体播放界面中播放所述点播多媒体文件。
实时保存所述直播流媒体。

电子设备，可以是无线终端也可以是有线终端，无线终端可以是指向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备，具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备。无线终端可以经无线接入网(例如，RAN，Radio Access Network)与一个或多个核心网进行通信，无线终端可以是移动终端，如移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有移动终端的计算机。
实施例一
本发明提供一种直播流媒体的播放方法，如图1所示，该方法包括：
S101、电子设备获取直播流媒体搜索请求。
直播是现场随着事件的发生、发展进程同步制作和发布信息，具有双向流通过程的信息网络发布方式。其形式也可分为现场直播、演播室访谈式直播、文字图片直播、视音频直播或由第三方提供信源的直播。例如，在线视频直播就是利用网络资源进行的现场直播服务，通过现场的视频拍摄同步上传到网络上，用户可以同一时间在网络上看到第一时间的现场视频。
流媒体是指将一连串的媒体数据压缩后，经过网络分段传送数据，在网络上实时传输影音以供观赏的一种技术与过程，此技术使得数据分组得以像流水一样发送，如果不使用此技术，就必须在使用前下载整个媒体文件。
具体的，流媒体是一种使音频、视频和其他多媒体元素在因特网及无线网络上以实时的、无需下载等待的方式进行播放的技术。流式传输方式是将视频和音频等多媒体文件经过特殊的压缩方式分成一个个压缩包，由服务器向用户计算机连续、实时传送。在采用流式传输方式的系统中，用户不必像非流式播放那样等到整个文件全部下载完毕后才能看到当中的内容，而是只需要经过几秒钟或几十秒的启动延时即可在用户计算机上利用相应的播放器对压缩的视频或音频等流式媒体文件进行播放，剩余的部分将继续进行下载，直至播放完毕。
电子设备实现直播流媒体的播放，首先需要获知待播放直播流媒体的信 息，然后根据该待播放直播流媒体的信息将待播放的直播流媒体播放。
具体的，电子设备获取包含有搜索信息和搜索时刻的直播流媒体搜索请求。其中，搜索信息用于指示待播放的直播流媒体，搜索时刻为生成直播流媒体搜索请求的时间，用于电子设备判断该搜索时刻是否到达待播放的直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，进而进行后续处理。
进一步地，电子设备根据该搜索时刻，可以确定直播流媒体搜索请求中的搜索信息是否有资源以供播放。
需要说明的是，直播流媒体为任意一种格式的多媒体，本发明实施例中的直播流媒体可以为直播视频，也可以为直播音频，本发明实施例不做限定。
S102、电子设备根据搜索信息，搜索与搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体。
电子设备获取到直播流媒体搜索请求后，根据该请求中的搜索信息，通过直播流媒体服务器搜索与搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体。
例如，若直播流媒体搜索请求中搜索的直播流媒体的信息为中超，生成该请求的时间为9:00,电子设备在获取到该直播流媒体搜索请求后，根据中超这一信息搜索与中超匹配的直播流媒体。
S103、若搜索时刻早于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，电子设备则播放媒资库中与搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件。
媒资库是指媒体拥有或控制的媒体资源数据库，其中，媒体资源包括素材、节目或文稿等。
电子设备获取直播流媒体搜索请求，并根据该搜索请求中的搜索信息，搜索与搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体后，判断该直播流媒体的播放起始时刻是否已经到达。
具体的，若搜索时刻早于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则没有该直播流媒体的资源供电子设备播放。在这一应用场景中，电子设备则根据搜索信息将媒资库中与该搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件在点播媒体播放界面中播放，并同时加载直播流媒体播放界面，以待直播流媒体的播放。
其中，媒资库中与该搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件为与直播流媒体的对应的任一多媒体文件，可以为直播流媒体的预告多媒体，也可以为直播流媒体的花絮，本发明实施例不做限定。
由于电子设备在搜索时刻早于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻这一应用场景 中，电子设备播放了媒资库中与搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件，从而提高了用户体验感。
需要说明的是，直播流媒体的播放界面与媒资库中的点播多媒体文件的播放界面是不同的界面。
例如，若直播流媒体搜索请求中搜索的直播流媒体的信息为中超，生成该请求的时间为9:00,电子设备在获取到该直播流媒体搜索请求后，搜索与中超匹配的直播流媒体，且搜索到的直播流媒体的播放开始时刻为09:30，则电子设备从媒资库中获取与中超匹配的点播多媒体文件，并加载点播媒体播放界面，在点播媒体播放界面中播放点播多媒体文件，该点播多媒体文件可以为中超的预告视频。
S104、若搜索时刻到达或晚于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，电子设备则从播放起始时刻播放直播流媒体。
电子设备获取直播流媒体搜索请求，并根据该搜索请求中的搜索信息，搜索与搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体后，判断该直播流媒体的播放起始时刻是否已经到达。
具体的，若搜索时刻到达直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，电子设备则在直播流媒体播放界面从直播流媒体的播放开始时刻播放该直播流媒体，并在播放直播流媒体的过程中实时保存该直播流媒体；
或者，
若搜索时刻晚于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，电子设备则在直播流媒体播放界面中播放直播流媒体，并且从该直播流媒体的播放开始时刻播放该直播流媒体。
由于电子设备实时保存直播流媒体，因此即使搜索时刻晚于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，电子设备也可以从直播流媒体播放开始时刻播放直播流媒体，提升了直播流媒体播放的灵活性，从而满足了用户的需求，提高了用户体验感。
本发明实施例提供一种直播流媒体的播放方法，电子设备获取直播流媒体搜索请求，其中直播流媒体搜索请求包含有搜索信息和搜索时刻，搜索时刻指示生成直播流媒体搜索请求的时间，然后，根据搜索信息，搜索与搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体，若搜索时刻早于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则播 放媒资库中与搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件，若搜索时刻到达或晚于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则从播放起始时刻播放直播流媒体。通过该方案，电子设备在搜索时刻早于直播流媒体播放起始时刻的这一场景中，电子设备播放与直播流媒体匹配的点播多媒体文件，并且当搜索时刻到达直播流媒体播放起始时刻时，实时保存直播流媒体，在搜索时刻晚于直播流媒体播放起始时刻的这一场景中，从直播流媒体的播放起始时刻播放直播流媒体，支持用户回看直播流媒体，提升了直播流媒体播放的灵活性。
实施例二
本发明提供一种直播流媒体的播放方法，如图2所示，该方法包括：
S201、电子设备获取直播流媒体搜索请求。
其中，直播流媒体搜索请求包含有搜索信息和搜索时刻，搜索时刻指示生成直播流媒体搜索请求的时间。

电子设备实现直播流媒体的播放，需要获知待播放直播流媒体的信息，然后，根据该信息将待播放的直播流媒体播放。
具体的，电子设备获取包含有搜索信息和搜索时刻的直播流媒体搜索请求。其中，搜索信息用于指示待播放的直播流媒体，搜索时刻为生成直播流媒体搜索请求的时间，用于电子设备判断该搜索时刻是否到达待播放的直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，进而进行后续处理。
进一步地，电子设备根据该搜索时刻，可以确定直播流媒体搜索请求中的搜索信息是否有资源以供播放。
需要说明的是，直播流媒体为任意一种格式的多媒体，本发明实施例中的直播流媒体可以为直播视频，也可以为直播音频，本发明实施例不做限定。
S202、电子设备根据搜索信息，搜索与搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体。
电子设备获取到直播流媒体搜索请求后，根据该请求中的搜索信息，通过直播流媒体服务器搜索与搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体。
例如，若直播流媒体搜索请求中搜索的直播流媒体的信息为中超，生成该请求的时间为09:00,电子设备在获取到该直播流媒体搜索请求后，根据中超这一信息搜索与中超匹配的直播流媒体。
S203、若搜索时刻早于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，电子设备根据搜索信息，从媒资库中获取与搜索信息匹配的点播多媒体文件。

例如，若直播流媒体搜索请求中搜索的直播流媒体的信息为中超，生成该请求的时间为09:00,电子设备在获取到该直播流媒体搜索请求后，搜索与中超匹配的直播流媒体，且搜索到的直播流媒体的播放开始时刻为09:30，则 电子设备从媒资库中获取与中超匹配的点播多媒体文件，以备播放。
S204、电子设备加载点播媒体播放界面，并在点播媒体播放界面中播放点播多媒体文件。
在电子设备确定与搜索信息对应的直播流媒体还早于开始播放时刻时，从媒资库中获取到与搜索信息匹配的点播多媒体文件，然后，将搜索到的点播多媒体文件播放。
具体的，电子设备加载点播媒体播放界面，并在该点播媒体播放界面中将从媒资库中获取到与搜索信息匹配的点播多媒体文件播放。
由于电子设备在搜索时刻早于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻这一应用场景中，电子设备播放了媒资库中与搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件，因此在一定程度上满足了用户的需求，提高了用户体验感。
需要说明的是，直播流媒体的播放界面与媒资库中的点播多媒体文件的播放界面是不同的界面。
例如，19:50时搜索春晚,而直播的春晚开始播放时刻为20:00，电子设备则从媒资库中获取与春晚匹配的点播多媒体文件(预告视频)，加载点播媒体播放界面，并将预告视频在点播媒体播放界面中播放。
S205、电子设备加载直播流媒体播放界面。
电子设备在确定与搜索信息对应的直播流媒体还早于开始播放时刻时，加载直播流媒体播放界面，等待与搜索信息对应的直播流媒体的播放时刻到达，以播放该直播流媒体。
具体的，电子设备在等待与搜索信息对应的直播流媒体的播放时刻到达的过程中，直播流媒体播放界面可以显示黑屏，也可以显示预设图片，本发明不做限定。
S206、当到达直播流媒体的播放起始时刻时，电子设备在直播流媒体播放界面中播放直播流媒体。
具体的，在搜索时刻早于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻时，电子设备加载直播流媒体播放界面。当到达直播流媒体的播放起始时刻时，电子设备在直播流媒体播放界面中播放直播流媒体，并将直播流媒体进行实时保存。
例如，19:50时搜索春晚,而春晚直播开始播放时刻为20:00，电子设备从媒资库中获取与春晚匹配的多媒体文件(预告视频)，将预告视频在点播媒 体播放界面中播放，并将直播流媒体播放界面加载以备直播的春晚播放，当到达20:00时，电子设备在直播流媒体播放界面中播放春晚，并将其实时保存。
S207、若搜索时刻到达或晚于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，电子设备获取已保存的直播流媒体，并加载直播流媒体播放界面。
电子设备获取直播流媒体搜索请求，并根据该搜索请求中的搜索信息，搜索与搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体后，判断该直播流媒体的播放起始时刻是否已经到达。
具体的，若搜索时刻到达直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，电子设备则通过直播流媒体服务器获取直播流媒体，同时加载直播流媒体播放界面，以备播放直播流媒体；
或者，
若搜索时刻晚于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，电子设备则从缓存中获取直播流媒体，同时加载直播流媒体播放界面，以备播放直播流媒体。
进一步地，由于电子设备实时保存直播流媒体，因此即使搜索时刻晚于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，电子设备也可以获取直播流媒体。
S208、电子设备在直播流媒体播放界面中，从播放起始时刻开始，播放直播流媒体。
具体的，若搜索时刻到达或晚于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，电子设备将获取的直播流媒体在直播流媒体播放界面中播放，并且从播放起始时刻起播放直播流媒体。

例如，21:00时搜索中超,而直播的中超开始播放时刻为20:00，电子设备则加载直播界面，并将直播的中超从直播起始时刻播放。
本发明实施例提供一种直播流媒体的播放方法，电子设备获取直播流媒体搜索请求，其中直播流媒体搜索请求包含有搜索信息和搜索时刻，搜索时刻指示生成直播流媒体搜索请求的时间，然后，根据搜索信息，搜索与搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体，若搜索时刻早于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则播 放媒资库中与搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件，若搜索时刻到达或晚于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则从播放起始时刻播放直播流媒体。通过该方案，电子设备在搜索时刻早于直播流媒体播放起始时刻的这一场景中，电子设备播放与直播流媒体匹配的点播多媒体文件，并且当搜索时刻到达直播流媒体播放起始时刻时，实时保存直播流媒体，在搜索时刻晚于直播流媒体播放起始时刻的这一场景中，从直播流媒体的播放起始时刻播放直播流媒体，支持用户回看直播流媒体，提升了直播流媒体播放的灵活性。
实施例三
本发明实施例提供一种电子设备，如图3所示，包括：
获取单元10，用于获取直播流媒体搜索请求，直播流媒体搜索请求包含有搜索信息和搜索时刻，搜索时刻指示生成直播流媒体搜索请求的时间；
搜索单元11，根据获取单元10获取的搜索信息，搜索与搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体；
播放单元12，用于若搜索时刻早于搜索单元11搜索的直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则播放媒资库中与搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件，以及用于若搜索时刻到达或晚于搜索单元11搜索的直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则从播放起始时刻播放搜索单元搜索的直播流媒体。
进一步地，如图4所示，电子设备包括处理单元13；
处理单元13，用于在播放单元12播放媒资库中与搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件之后，加载直播流媒体播放界面；
播放单元12，具体用于当到达搜索单元11搜索的直播流媒体的播放起始时刻时，在处理单元13加载的直播流媒体播放界面中播放直播流媒体。
进一步地，获取单元10，用于根据搜索信息，从媒资库中获取与搜索信息匹配的点播多媒体文件；
处理单元13，还用于加载点播媒体播放界面；
播放单元12，还用于在处理单元13加载的点播媒体播放界面中播放获取单元10获取的点播多媒体文件。
进一步地，如图4所示，电子设备还包括存储单元14；
存储单元14，用于实时保存搜索单元11搜索的直播流媒体。
进一步地，获取单元10，还用于获取存储单元14已保存的直播流媒体；
处理单元13，还用于当获取单元10获取已保存的直播流媒体后，加载直播流媒体播放界面。
本发明实施例提供一种电子设备，通过获取直播流媒体搜索请求，其中直播流媒体搜索请求包含有搜索信息和搜索时刻，搜索时刻指示生成直播流媒体搜索请求的时间，然后，根据搜索信息，搜索与搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体，若搜索时刻早于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则播放媒资库中与搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件，若搜索时刻到达或晚于直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则从播放起始时刻播放直播流媒体。通过该方案，电子设备在搜索时刻早于直播流媒体播放起始时刻的这一场景中，电子设备播放与直播流媒体匹配的点播多媒体文件，并且当搜索时刻到达直播流媒体播放起始时刻时，实时保存直播流媒体，在搜索时刻晚于直播流媒体播放起始时刻的这一场景中，从直播流媒体的播放起始时刻播放直播流媒体，支持用户回看直播流媒体，提升了直播流媒体播放的灵活性。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到，为描述的方便和简洁，仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明，实际应用中，可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成，即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块，以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。上述描述的系统，装置和单元的具体工作过程，可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程，在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中，应该理解到，所揭露的系统，装置和方法，可以通过其它的方式实现。例如，以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的，例如，所述模块或单元的划分，仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分，实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式，例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统，或一些特征可以忽略，或不执行。另一点，所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口，装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接，可以是电性，机械或其它的形式。
以上所述，仅为本发明的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内，可轻易想到变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种直播流媒体的播放方法，其特征在于，包括：
    获取直播流媒体搜索请求，所述直播流媒体搜索请求包含有搜索信息和搜索时刻，所述搜索时刻指示生成所述直播流媒体搜索请求的时间；
    根据所述搜索信息，搜索与所述搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体；
    若所述搜索时刻早于所述直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则播放媒资库中与所述搜索信息匹配的点播多媒体文件；
    若所述搜索时刻到达或晚于所述直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则从所述播放起始时刻播放所述直播流媒体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述播放媒资库中与所述搜索信息匹配的点播多媒体文件之后，所述方法还包括：
    加载直播流媒体播放界面；
    当到达所述直播流媒体的播放起始时刻时，在所述直播流媒体播放界面中播放所述直播流媒体。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述播放媒资库中与所述搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件的步骤包括：
    根据所述搜索信息，从所述媒资库中获取与所述搜索信息匹配的点播多媒体文件；
    加载点播媒体播放界面，并在所述点播媒体播放界面中播放所述点播多媒体文件。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，还包括：
    实时保存所述直播流媒体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法，其特征在于，从所述播放起始时刻播放所述直播流媒体的步骤包括：
    获取已保存的直播流媒体，并加载直播流媒体播放界面；
    在所述直播流媒体播放界面中，从所述播放起始时刻开始，播放所述直播流媒体。
  6. 一种电子设备，其特征在于，包括：
    获取单元，用于获取直播流媒体搜索请求，所述直播流媒体搜索请求包含有搜索信息和搜索时刻，所述搜索时刻指示生成所述直播流媒体搜索请求 的时间；
    搜索单元，根据所述获取单元获取的所述搜索信息，搜索与所述搜索信息匹配的直播流媒体；
    播放单元，用于若所述搜索时刻早于所述搜索单元搜索的所述直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则播放媒资库中与所述搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件，以及用于若所述搜索时刻到达或晚于所述搜索单元搜索的所述直播流媒体的播放起始时刻，则从所述播放起始时刻播放所述搜索单元搜索的所述直播流媒体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备，其特征在于，所述电子设备还包括处理单元；
    所述处理单元，用于在所述播放单元播放媒资库中与所述搜索信息对应的点播多媒体文件之后，加载直播流媒体播放界面；
    所述播放单元，具体用于当到达所述搜索单元搜索的所述直播流媒体的播放起始时刻时，在所述处理单元加载的所述直播流媒体播放界面中播放所述直播流媒体。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备，其特征在于，包括：
    所述获取单元，还用于根据所述搜索信息，从所述媒资库中获取与所述搜索信息匹配的点播多媒体文件；
    所述处理单元，还用于加载点播媒体播放界面；
    所述播放单元，还用于在所述处理单元加载的所述点播媒体播放界面中播放所述获取单元获取的所述点播多媒体文件。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8中任一项所述的电子设备，其特征在于，所述电子设备还包括存储单元；
    所述存储单元，用于实时保存所述搜索单元搜索的所述直播流媒体。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备，其特征在于，
    所述获取单元，还用于获取所述存储单元已保存的直播流媒体；
    所述处理单元，还用于当所述获取单元获取已保存的直播流媒体后，加载直播流媒体播放界面。
