본 발명은 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대에 관한 것으로, 조명수단이 내장되어 자체 발광되는 걸이대를 구비하고 걸이대를 와이어로 천정 등에 매달아 걸어서 상품을 진열할 수 있게 하여 상품 진열효과를 높일 수 있도록 한 것이다.
일반적으로 백화점이나 마트 등의 매장에서 판매되는 의류와 같은 패션상품은 수평으로 걸이봉이 형성된 상품진열대를 마련하여 옷걸이에 걸린 상품을 걸이봉에 여러 개 걸어서 진열하게 된다.
이러한 매장에서는 진열된 상품이 소비자의 눈길을 끌 수 있도록 함으로써 상품선전과 판매효과를 높일 수 있게 되는데, 단순히 천정에 매립되어 있는 메인조명만으로는 상품을 부각시키기 어려우므로 상품이 잘 보이고 부각시키기 위하여 벽면 등에 고정설치되는 별도의 보조조명에 의하여 상품에 빛을 조사한다.
그런데, 상기의 조명장치는 형광등이나 네온, 할로겐 램프가 주로 사용되는데, 이러한 것은 장시간 진열하면 열화현상에 의하여 상품이 변색되거나 변질되는 등의 문제가 있고, 특히 할로겐 램프의 경우 조사방향을 바꾸기 위한 각도 조절이 매우 제한적이며 조사반경이 매우 좁기 때문에 원거리에서 빛을 조사하게 된다.
즉, 가까운 거리에서 빛을 조사할 경우 상품이 손상될 우려가 있으며, 원거리에서 빛을 조사할 경우 빛이 상품에 집중적으로 조사되지 않으므로 진열효과가 떨어지는 등의 문제가 있고, 이렇게 별도로 설치되는 보조조명은 매장의 메인조명과는 별도로 매우 많은 수의 보조조명을 설치하여야 하므로 에너지 낭비가 발생한다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 상품 진열대 자체에서 발광이 이루어지도록 하여 매장 내에 진열된 상품이 부각되도록 함으로써 진열효과를 높이고 소비자의 시선을 집중시킬 수 있도록 한 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 상품 진열 높이를 낮게 설정할 수 있도록 하여 소비자의 시선이 편안하게 유도되도록 하고, 진열 높낮이를 자유롭게 조절할 수 있도록 함에 또 다른 목적이 있다.
또한, 조명수단을 내장함에도 불구하고 조립식으로 이루어져 설치가 간편하면서도 설치장소나 매장의 컨셉에 따라서 다양한 형태로 변형 조립하여 진열상태를 다채롭게 변화시킬 수 있도록 함에 또 다른 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 기술적 사상으로서의 본 발명은, 중공부가 형성되도록 관체로 형성되면서 빛의 투과가 가능한 재질로 제작되는 관조립체와 그 관조립체의 양단에 마감캡이 조립되어 이루어지는 걸이봉 유닛과, 복수의 LED칩이 배열된 LED바가 걸이봉 유닛의 중공홀에 삽입되어 마감캡에 의하여 고정되면서 관조립체의 내부에서 빛 발광이 이루어지는 조명수단과, 천정에 매달아 상기 걸이봉 유닛을 지면으로부터 뜬 상태로 고정하기 위한 와이어를 포함하여 구성되도록 함으로써 상품 진열대에 조명수단을 형성하여 상품을 부각시키면서도 와이어를 이용하여 천정이나 높은 위치에 있는 프레임 등에 매달아 고정함으로써 걸이대가 하부에 위치하도록 하여 본 발명의 목적을 달성할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 걸이봉 유닛의 단부가 끼워져 조립되어 복수의 걸이봉 유닛을 연결하여 다양한 형태로 연결할 수 있게 되는 연결소켓을 더 포함하여 구성되도록 하고, 각각의 연결소켓에는 와이어를 연결하여 걸이봉 유닛이 수평으로 전개되게 매달려 고정되도록 하여 걸이봉 유닛을 다양한 형태로 조립하도록 함으로써 본 발명의 또 다른 목적을 달성할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대에 의하면, 상품의 진열 높이를 소비자의 시선보다 낮은 높이에 진열할 수 있으므로 소비자가 눈의 피로감을 느끼지 않고 편안하게 장시간 쇼핑이 가능하며, 조명에 의하여 상품에 소비자의 시선이 집중되도록 하여 상품 진열효과를 극대화할 수 있게 된다.

본 발명은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 의류 등을 옷걸이에 걸어서 고정하기 위한 걸이봉 유닛(10)과, 걸이봉 유닛(10)이 자체발광이 이루어지면서 상품을 부각시키도록 하기 위한 조명수단(20)과, 걸이봉 유닛(10)은 지면으로부터 뜬 상태로 장착되어 진열이 이루어지도록 하기 위한 와이어(30)로 구성된다.
걸이봉 유닛(10)은 관체로 형성되는 관조립체(11)와 마감캡(12)으로 이루어진다.
관조립체(11)는 관체로 형성되어 내측으로 중공부(11a)가 형성되며, 이 중공부에 조명수단(20)이 내장된 후, 관조립체(11)의 양단이 마감캡(12)으로 마감된다.

관조립체(11)의 색상은 흰색 등 채도가 낮은 색상으로 제작함이 바람직하지만 관조립체(11)의 색상을 원색계열이나 기타 다른 색상으로 다양하게 형성함으로써 내부 인테리어 효과를 기대하거나, 부각시키고자 하는 상품에 따라서 색상을 서로 달리하여 제작할 수도 있다.
조명수단(20)은 복수의 LED칩(21)이 배열된 LED바(22)가 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 관조립체(11)에 형성된 중공부(11a)에 삽입되고, LED바(22)의 양단이 마감캡(12)에 밀착되게 조립되어 고정된다.
따라서 와이어(30)를 천정이나 높은 위치에 있는 프레임 등에 매달아 고정하면 걸이봉 유닛(10)이 지면으로부터 뜬 상태로 걸려 고정되고, 걸이봉 유닛(10)에 옷걸이를 걸어서 셔츠나 점퍼 등의 의류 상품을 진열할 수 있게 되고, 와이어(30)의 길이를 길게 형성할수록 걸이봉 유닛(10)이 지면에 가깝게 위치되면서 소비자의 눈높이보다 상대적으로 낮은 높이에 의류가 걸려 진열된다.
그리고 와이어(30)의 길이를 짧게 형성하면 걸이봉 유닛(10)이 지면으로부터 멀어지면서 높은 위치게 매달아 걸 수 있게 되며, 이렇게 와이어(30)의 길이를 조절함으로써 간편하게 상품의 진열 높낮이를 설정할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 일측 또는 양측이 끼움 조립되는 연결소켓(40)을 더 구비하면 복수의 걸이봉 유닛(10)을 연결소켓(40)을 이용하여 다양한 형태로 조립할 수 있게 된다.
즉, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 연결소켓(40)을 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 단부에 끼워 고정되는 마감소켓(40a)이나, 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 길이를 연장하기 위하여 일자로 형성되는 연장소켓(40b)이나, 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 조립각도를 변경하기 위하여 절곡되거나 밴딩된 형태의 가변소켓(40c) 등을 이용하여 다양한 형태로 복수의 걸이봉 유닛(10)을 연결하여 상품 진열대를 조립할 수 있게 된다.
따라서 연결소켓(40)을 이용하여 도 6 내지 도 9와 같이 다양한 형태로 조립할 수 있음은 물론, 모듈화 되어 있는 걸이봉 유닛(10)을 간단하게 조립하여 상품 진열대를 구성할 수 있게 되며, 이러한 걸이봉 유닛(10)에 조명수단(20)이 내장되므로 상품 진열효과를 더 높일 수 있다.
이때, 가변소켓(40c)의 형태는 본 발명의 도면에서는 도시하지 않았지만, 예를 들어서 '┳'자나 '╋'자 형태로 가변소켓(40c)을 제작하면 더 다양한 형태로 조립이 가능해진다.
그리고 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 복수의 걸이봉 유닛(10)을 연결해서 사람들이 걸어다니는 통로형태로 제작하면 일정한 공간을 갖는 매장뿐만 아니라, 복도에서도 진열 가능한 형태로 상품 진열대를 제작할 수 있으며, 별도의 조명이 없이 통로 조명으로 활용함과 동시에 상품을 부각시키는 조명으로 동시에 활용할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 조립구조는 2차원의 평면상태로 조립하여 수평으로 전개되도록 함이 바람직하지만, 상품 진열 공간의 크기나 형태에 따라서 가변소켓(40c)의 방향을 전환하여 수평과 수직으로 조립하여 3차원 형태로 전개되도록 할 수도 있다.
그리고 복수의 걸이봉 유닛(10)이 조립될 때 각각의 연결소켓(40)에는 와이어(30)를 장착하여 매달아 고정되도록 함이 바람직한 것으로, 도 10 및 도 11과 같이 연결소켓(40)에 상,하로 관통되는 걸림부(41)를 형성하면서 와이어(30)에는 말단부에 걸림뭉치(31)를 형성하여 걸림뭉치(31)가 걸림부(41)에 고정되어 상품 진열대가 상부에 매달려 고정되도록 한다.
또한, 상기 걸이봉 유닛(10)은 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 마감캡(12)에 조명수단(20)의 전원연결을 위한 커넥터(23)가 노출되도록 형성되도록 하면 전원 공급이 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 조립에 의하여 간단하게 상품 진열대를 조립할 수 있게 되며, 상기 연결소켓(40)에은 전원인출공(42)을 형성하여 커넥터(23)에 전원선(23a)을 연결하여 외부 전원공급이 이루어지도록 한다.
따라서 복수의 걸이봉 유닛(10)을 연결소켓(40)으로 연장함에도 불구하고 조립이 간편하면서도 전원공급구조를 간소화할 수 있다.
걸이봉 유닛(10)을 구성하는 관조립체(11)와 마감캡(12)의 조립 구조는 마감캡(12)에 돌출걸림부(12a)가 형성되어 관체로 이루어진 관조립체(11)가 돌출걸림부(12a)에 걸림 고정되는 것으로, 조명수단(20)의 LED바(22)에는 브라켓(24)이 조립되어 그 브라켓(24)이 마감캡(12)의 외측에서 고정요소(13)에 의하여 조립 고정되어 견고하게 조립된다.
마감캡(12)은 돌출걸림부(12a)를 형성함에 있어서, 일부 또는 전부를 도 12와 같이 마감캡(12)에 내입공간(12b)을 형성하여 내입공간(12b)에 보조캡(14)을 삽입하여 형성할 수 있다.
이렇게 끼워 조립되는 보조캡(14)의 길이를 조절하여 관조립체(11)의 안착면적을 더 넓게 확장할 수 있으며, 더 안정적으로 조립되도록 할 수 있다.
이때, 보조캡(14)은 빛이 투과되는 재질로 이루어지도록 함이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 조명수단(20)은 LED바(22)가 삼각형 단면의 형태로 이루어져 방사형으로 빛을 방출하도록 함이 바람직하다.
따라서 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 상,하,좌,우 모든 방향으로 발광이 이루어지게 되어 인테이러 조명으로도 활용할 수 있다.
LED바(22)는 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이 삼각형 모서리 중의 하나의 꼭지점에 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 관조립체(11) 내경에 밀착되게 보강바(22a)를 형성하면 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 하중에 의한 쳐짐을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
즉, 상품을 진열할 때 하나의 걸이봉 유닛(10)에 여러 개의 상품이 걸려 진열되는데, 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 관조립체(11)가 투명체나 반투명체로 이루어지도록 하기 위해서는 플라스틱 등의 재질로 제작이 되므로 이러한 관조립체(11)를 내측에서 지지하면서 걸이봉 유닛(10)에 많은 수의 상품이 걸려 진열될 경우에도 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 쳐짐을 방지하고 파손을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 일단에 조립되어 있는 마감캡(12)에 와이어(30)를 연결하면 도 14 및 도 15와 같이 걸이봉 유닛(10)을 수직으로 세워서 매달려 고정되도록 할 수 있게 된다.
이때, 와이어(30)가 연결된 부분의 타단, 즉 걸이봉 유닛(10)이 매달아 걸린 상태에서 하부에는 옷걸이를 걸기 위한 걸고리(50)를 마감캡(12)에 형성함으로써 걸고리(50)에 옷걸이 등을 걸어서 진열할 수 있도록 한다.
따라서 걸이봉 유닛(10)을 단독으로 사용하여 상품 진열이 이루어지게 되며, 여러 개의 걸이봉 유닛(10)을 수직으로 세워서 걸어 진열하거나, 또는 상품이 진열되는 매장 내에서 일부는 걸이봉 유닛(10)이 조립되어 수평으로 매달려 고정되도록 하면서 또 다른 일부는 이와 같이 수직으로 세워서 걸어 진열함으로써 소비자의 시선을 더욱 유도할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 중공부(11a)가 형성되도록 관체로 형성되면서 빛의 투과가 가능한 재질로 제작되는 관조립체(11)와 그 관조립체(11)의 양단에 마감캡(12)이 조립되어 이루어지는 걸이봉 유닛(10);
    복수의 LED칩(21)이 배열된 LED바(22)가 걸이봉 유닛의 중공부(11a)에 삽입되어 마감캡(12)에 의하여 LED바(22)의 양단이 고정되면서 관조립체(11)의 내부에서 빛 발광이 이루어지는 조명수단(20);
    상부에 매달아 상기 걸이봉 유닛(10)을 지면으로부터 뜬 상태로 고정하기 위한 와이어(30);
    를 포함하여 구성되는 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 일측 또는 양측이 끼움 조립되어 복수의 걸이봉 유닛을 연결하여 다양한 형태로 조립할 수 있게 되는 연결소켓(40)을 더 포함하여 구성되고, 각각의 연결소켓(40)에는 상,하로 관통되는 걸림부(41)가 형성되면서 와이어(30)에 걸림뭉치(31)가 형성되어 걸림뭉치(31)가 걸림부(41)에 고정되어 상품 진열대가 상부에 매달려 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 연결소켓(40)은 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 단부에 끼워 고정되는 마감소켓(40a)과, 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 길이를 연장하기 위하여 일자로 형성되는 연장소켓(40b)과, 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 조립각도를 변경하기 위하여 절곡되거나 밴딩된 형태의 가변소켓(40c)을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 걸이봉 유닛(10)은 마감캡(12)에 조명수단(20)의 전원연결을 위한 컨넥터(23)가 노출되도록 형성되어 전원 공급이 유닛 조립에 의하여 이루어지도록 되고, 상기 연결소켓(40)은 전원인출공(42)이 형성되어 컨넥터(23)에 외부 전원공급이 이루어지도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 걸이봉 유닛(10)은 마감캡(12)에 돌출걸림부(12a)가 형성되어 관체로 이루어진 관조립체(11)가 걸림 고정되고, 조명수단(20)의 LED바(22)에 브라켓(24)이 형성되어 브라켓(24)이 마감캡(12)의 외측에서 고정요소(13)에 의하여 조립 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 마감캡(12)은 내입공간(12b)이 형성되어 내입공간(12b)에 삽입되는 보조캡(14)을 더 포함하여 구성되고, 보조캡(14)은 보조캡(14)의 길이를 조절하여 관조립체(11)의 안착면적을 확장할 수 있게 됨을 특징으로 하는 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대.
  7. 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조명수단(20)은 LED바(22)가 삼각형 단면의 형태로 이루어져 방사형으로 빛을 방출하도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 조명수단(20)은 LED바(22)의 삼각형 모서리 중의 하나의 꼭지점에 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 관조립체(11) 내경에 밀착되게 보강바(22a)가 형성되어 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 하중에 의한 쳐짐을 방지토록 됨을 특징으로 하는 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어(30)는 걸이봉 유닛(10)의 일단의 마감캡(12)에 연결되어 걸이봉 유닛(10)이 수직으로 세워 매달려 고정되고, 와이어(30)가 연결된 부분의 타단에는 옷걸이를 걸기 위한 걸고리(50)가 형성되어 걸이봉 유닛(10)을 단독으로 사용하여 상품 진열이 이루어지게 됨을 특징으로 하는 조명수단이 형성된 매달아 거는 상품 진열대.
