在我国及美国、韩国、日本、欧洲等国家,部分免授权频段有特殊的保护其他业务的共存要求,例如,在我国的5250-5350MHz和5475-5725MHz的免授权频段上,终端需要具备动态频率选择(DFS,Dynamic frequency  selection)功能来检测来自雷达系统的干扰,避免与这些雷达系统在同一载波工作,以便保证雷达系统的性能要求。若在LTE系统中使用上述免授权频段进行通信,也需要满足相关保护雷达系统的要求。
另一方面,在LTE系统中使用免授权频段进行通信时,如果其它网络系统(如雷达系统,或者,其它网络运营商提供的网络系统)也在使用相同的免授权频段,也将对该LTE系统使用该免授权频段进行通信造成严重干扰,降低系统性能。

网络侧接收终端上报的表示所述终端是否支持授权频段与免授权频段载波聚合的能力信息;
当所述能力信息表示所述终端支持授权频段与免授权频段载波聚合时,确定所述终端支持的免授权频段的且当前处于可用状态的可用载波,其中,所述可用载波为未被其它网络使用的载波;
针对所述终端,配置授权频段中的载波为主载波,以及配置所述可用载波为辅载波;
使用所述主载波和所述辅载波进行载波聚合,与所述终端进行通信。

步骤301、终端向网络侧上报终端是否支持授权频段与免授权频段载波聚合的能力信息。
该能力信息可以是在终端出厂时预先在终端上进行配置的,终端可以直接获取并上报。
步骤302、当终端支持授权频段与免授权频段载波聚合时,还可以进一步的向网络侧上报如下信息中的一种或任意几种的组合:
终端支持的免授权频段的编号;
终端在免授权频段支持聚合的载波数目,具体的,该载波数目可以包括上行载波数目和/或下行载波数目;
终端在免授权频段支持的最大聚合带宽;
终端使用免授权频段进行载波聚合的使用方式信息。
其中,终端使用免授权频段进行载波聚合的使用方式,可以包括如下四种:
第一种:将免授权频段的辅载波用做频分双工(FDD,Frequency Division Duplexing)方式。
第二种:将免授权频段的辅载波用做时分双工(TDD,Time Division Duplexing)。
第三种:将免授权频段的辅载波用做频分双工纯下行方式。
第四种:将免授权频段的辅载波用做时分双工纯下行方式。
本步骤中上的各种信息,可以使用一个消息携带并上报,也可以分别使用不同的消息携带并上报。
步骤303、网络侧在接收到终端上报的该能力信息后,当该能力信息表示终端支持授权频段与免授权频段载波聚合时,确定免授权频段当前可用的可用载波,其中,可用载波为未被其它网络使用的载波。
当前可用的可用载波,可以为当前调度周期内免授权频段的可用载波。
本发明实施例中,各免授权频段的各载波是否可用,可以根据预先配置的在每个调度周期内那些免授权频段的哪些载波可用进行确定,预先配置时可以根据其它网络对免授权频段的使用情况进行灵活配置。
各免授权频段的各载波是否可用,也可以通过周期性的动态监测免授权频段的载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率的强度进行确定,强度大,例如,大于一个第一预设功率阈值时,表示该载波正在被其它网络使用,当前不可用,否则,表示该载波未被其它网络使用,当前可用。
进一步的,当确定载波可用时,还可以进一步的将该载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率与第二预设功率阈值进行比较,大于时,确定该载波为限制性可用载波,不大于时,确定该载波为完全可用载波,以便后续可以在本网络中优先选择使用完全可用载波进行载波聚合。
步骤304、网络侧确定终端支持的免授权频段的且当前处于可用状态的可用载波。
其中,终端支持的免授权频段,可以为预先配置的默认终端支持的免授权频段,也可以当终端上报了其支持的免授权频段的编号时,将该编号表示 的免授权频段确定为终端支持的免授权频段。
步骤305、网络侧针对该终端使用授权频段和免授权频段进行载波聚合配置,包括:配置授权频段中的载波为主载波,以及配置上述步骤304中确定的终端支持的免授权频段的且当前处于可用状态的可用载波为辅载波。
当可用载波区分为限制性可用载波和完全可用载波时,优选选择使用完全可用载波进行载波聚合,以便获得较佳的通信性能。
本发明实施例中,终端支持的免授权频段的且当前处于可用状态的可用载波可以为多个,所以,可以将多个该可用载波配置为辅载波。
进一步的,当接收到终端上报的终端在免授权频段支持聚合的载波数目时,可以配置不超过在载波数目的可用载波为辅载波。
更进一步的,当接收到终端上报的该载波数目为上行载波数目,和/或,下行载波数目时,相应的,配置不超过该上行载波数目的可用载波为上行辅载波,以及配置不超过该下行载波数目的可用载波为下行辅载波。
本步骤中,当还接收到终端上报的终端在免授权频段支持的最大聚合带宽时,在进行载波聚合配置时,还需要参考该最大聚合带宽,即在配置授权频段中的载波为主载波,以及配置可用载波为辅载波之后,需要满足载波聚合带宽不超过该最大聚合带宽。
步骤306、在网络侧完成载波聚合配置之后,网络侧与终端之间使用主载波和辅载波的载波聚合进行通信。
具体的通信过程,可以采用与现有技术中载波聚合通信的相同方式进行,在此不再进行详细描述。
进一步的,当接收到终端上报的终端使用免授权频段进行载波聚合的使用方式信息时,相应的,网络侧与终端之间按照该使用方式信息表示的使用方式,使用主载波和辅载波的载波聚合进行通信。
本发明实施例中,还可以至少采用如下具体通信流程之一:
网络侧可以使用主载波向终端发送下行控制信息;
网络侧可以使用所述主载波向终端发送对免授权频段的调度信息;
终端使用主载波向网络侧上报信道质量反馈信息;
终端使用主载波向网络侧上报确认字符/否定确认字符(ACK/NACK,, Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledgement)信息。
采用本发明实施例1提供的上述方法,由于在进行载波聚合时,作为辅载波的免授权频段的的载波为可用载波,所以使用该可用载波进行载波聚合,避免了对其它网络系统性能的不良影响,并且,也避免了其它网络系统使用该可用载波对本网络通信造成的干扰,从而提高了本网络使用免授权频段进行载波聚合通信的性能。

基于同一发明构思,根据本发明上述实施例提供的使用免授权频段的载波聚合实现方法,相应地,本发明实施例2还提供了一种使用免授权频段的载波聚合实现装置,应用于网络侧,其结构示意图如图4所示,具体包括:

本发明实施例4提供一种免授权频段可用性检测方法,应用于网络侧,如图6所示,包括:
步骤601、网络侧检测免授权频段的目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率。
步骤602、当该信号功率大于第一功率阈值时,确定目标载波为不可用载波;当该信号功率不大于第一功率阈值时,确定目标载波为可用载波。
进一步的,当该信号功率不大于第一功率阈值时,还可以比较目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率与第二功率阈值的大小关系,并当目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率大于第二功率阈值时,确定目标载波为限制性可用载波;当目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率不大于第二功率阈值时,确定目标载波为完全可用载波。相比限制性可用载波,完全可用载波 更有利于与授权频段的载波进行载波聚合。
其中,第一功率阈值和第二功率阈值可以根据目标载波的实际情况进行灵活确定,例如,第一功率阈值为-72dBm/MHz,第二功率阈值为-55dBm/MHz。
进一步的,本发明实施例4中,可以周期性触发对免授权频段载波的可用性检测,例如,监控检测周期,并在检测周期到达时,触发检测免授权频段的目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率。
采用周期检测,本次检测结果在本周期内有效,即在下一个检测周期到达之前,本周期内检测得到的载波可用性结果不变。
也可以事件触发对免授权频段载波的可用性检测,例如,在确定免授权频段的目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号质量不满足预设信号质量条件,触发检测该目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率。
其中,确定目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号质量不满足预设信号质量条件,具体可以包括:
确定目标载波在本网络中的信道质量反馈信息CQI小于预设CQI门限值;或者
确定目标载波所承载的本网络信号的块误码率BLER大于预设BLER门限值;或者
确定预设时间段内目标载波在本网络中的NACK反馈数量大于预设NACK门限值。
也可以采用周期性触发和事件触发相结合的触发方式。
本发明实施例4中,在检测免授权频段载波可用性时,还可以设置检测时间段,并在上述步骤601中,网络侧可以具体检测免授权频段的目标载波在该检测时间段内所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率。
其中,检测时间段可以通过检测时间长度和检测起始位置进行表示,且检测时间段可以是一个或多个子帧,也可以是一个或多个正交频分复用(OFDM,Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)符号。
进一步的,检测时间段可以为作为辅载波的目标载波的配置为多播/组播单频网络MBSFN的子帧;或者
检测时间段可以为作为辅载波的所述目标载波的未调用的上行子帧。
采用本发明实施例4提供的上述免授权频段载波可用性检测方法,实现了对免授权频段载波的可用性检测,从而可以为使用免授权频段的载波聚合提供可使用载波的参考依据,进而保证使用授权频段和免授权频段进行载波聚合时的各种要求,包括对其它网络使用免授权频段的性能的保障要求,以及本网络的通行性能要求。

在上述图8-图9所示的方法中,网络侧向终端发送的检测配置信息中可以至少包括如下信息之一:
检测周期;
检测时间段信息,具体可以为检测时间长度和检测起始位置;
免授权频段的编号;
免授权频段的载波的频度。
相应的,终端可以根据上述各种检测配置信息对免授权频段的目标载波进行检测。
在上述图8-图9所示的方法中,终端向网络侧发送的检测结果,可以采用如下两种形式:
第一种形式:终端向网络侧发送的检测结果为终端检测目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率,相应的,网络侧可以基于接收到的该信号功率确定目标载波的可用性,具体可以采用上述实施例5中提供的方法,在此不再进行详细描述。
第二种形式:终端确定出目标载波是否可用的检测结果,并向网络侧发送的检测结果为表示目标载波为可用载波的可用信息,或者,为表示目标载波为不可用载波的不可用信息,使得网络侧根据接收到的检测结果,可以直接确定目标载波是否可用。
下面结合附图,用具体实施例对本发明实施例6提供的免授权频段载波可用性检测方法进行详细描述。
图10为本发明实施例6提供的免授权频段载波可用性检测方法的流程图,具体包括如下处理步骤:
步骤1001、终端向向网络侧发送表示该终端支持对免授权频段载波进行可用性检测的能力信息。
该能力信息可以是在终端出厂时预先在终端上进行配置的,终端可以直接获取并发送。
步骤1002、网络侧在接收到终端发送的该能力信息之后,向终端发送对免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测的检测配置信息。
所发送的检测配置信息中可以至少包括如下信息之一:
检测周期;
检测时间段信息,具体可以为检测时间长度和检测起始位置;
免授权频段的编号;
免授权频段的载波的频度。
对于检测配置信息中未包括,且在终端进行检测时还需要使用的检测配置信息,可以采用在终端上进行预先配置的方式,供终端在进行检测时使用。
本步骤中,网络侧可以采用广播方式,也可以采用专用信令方式,向终端发送检测配置信息。
本发明实施例中,当默认终端支持对免授权频段载波进行可用性检测时,可以取消上述步骤1001的执行。
步骤1003、终端在接收到网络侧发送的检测配置信息后,基于检测配置信息对免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测。
其中,需要检测的免授权频段,可以为所有免授权频段,也可以为预先配置的免授权频段,也可以为检测配置信息中的免授权频段的编号表示的免授权频段,即对该编号表示的免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测。
需要检测的目标载波,可以为需要检测的免授权频段的所有载波,也可以为预先配置的载波,也可以为检测配置信息中载波的频度表示的免授权频段的载波,即对该频度表示的目标载波进行可用性检测。
本步骤中,可以周期性触发对免授权频段载波的可用性检测,例如,监控检测周期,并在检测周期到达时,触发对免授权频段的目标载波的可用性检测。其中,检测周期可以为预先配置的,也可以为接收的检测配置信息中包括的。
采用周期检测,本次检测结果在本周期内有效,即在下一个检测周期到达之前,本周期内检测得到的载波可用性结果不变。
也可以事件触发对免授权频段载波的可用性检测,例如,在确定免授权频段的目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号质量不满足预设信号质量条件,触发对免授权频段的目标载波的可用性检测。
其中,确定目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号质量不满足预设信号质量条件,具体可以包括:
确定目标载波在本网络中的信道质量反馈信息CQI小于预设CQI门限值;或者
确定目标载波所承载的本网络信号的块误码率BLER大于预设BLER门限值;或者
确定预设时间段内目标载波在本网络中的NACK反馈数量大于预设NACK门限值。
也可以采用周期性触发和事件触发相结合的触发方式。
本步骤中,终端还可以在检测时间段内,对免授权频段载波进行可用性检测,该检测时间段可以为预先配置的,也可以为接收的检测配置信息中包括的检测时间段信息表示的检测时间段,即在该检测时间段信息表示的检测 时间段内,对目标载波进行可用性检测。
其中,检测时间段信息,具体可以为检测时间长度和检测起始位置,即检测时间段可以通过检测时间长度和检测起始位置进行表示,且检测时间段可以是一个或多个子帧,也可以是一个或多个OFDM符号。
进一步的,当辅载波采用频分双工FDD方式时,该检测时间段信息表示的检测时间段可以为辅载波的配置为多播/组播单频网络MBSFN的子帧,配置为MBSFN的子帧可以为辅载波的全部子帧,也可以为部分子帧;
该检测时间段信息表示的检测时间段也可以为辅载波的未调用的上行子帧,未调用的上行子帧可以为辅载波的全部上行子帧,也可以为部分上行子帧。
本步骤中,终端得到的检测结果可以为上述第一种形式,也可以为上述第二种形式。
下面以得到上述第二种形式的检测结果为例,对终端基于检测配置信息对免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测的具体检测流程进行详细描述,可以包括如下步骤1003-1至步骤1003-2:
步骤1003-1、终端检测免授权频段的目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率。
步骤1003-2、当该信号功率大于第一功率阈值时,确定目标载波为不可用载波;当该信号功率不大于第一功率阈值时,确定目标载波为可用载波。
进一步的,当该信号功率不大于第一功率阈值时,还可以比较该目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率与第二功率阈值的大小关系,并当该信号功率大于第二功率阈值时,确定目标载波为限制性可用载波;当该目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率不大于第二功率阈值时,确定目标载波为完全可用载波。相比限制性可用载波,完全可用载波更有利于与授权频段的载波进行载波聚合。
其中,第一功率阈值和第二功率阈值可以根据目标载波的实际情况进行灵活确定,例如,第一功率阈值为-72dBm/MHz,第二功率阈值为-55 dBm/MHz。
步骤1004、终端向网络侧发送检测结果。
步骤1005、网络侧可能接收到多个终端发送的针对免授权频段的同一目 标载波的可用性检测的多个检测结果,并可以根据其中每个检测结果确定该同一目标载波的可用性(包括根据上述第一种形式的检测结果确定的,和根据上述第二种形式的检测结果直接获取的),此时,网络侧可以根据接收的该多个检测结果进行联合考虑,确定该同一目标载波可用性的最终检测结果。例如,可以如下方式:
当接收的多个终端发送的针对免授权频段的同一目标载波的可用性检测的多个检测结果均表示该同一目标载波为可用载波时,确定该同一目标载波为可用载波;
当接收的多个终端发送的针对免授权频段的同一目标载波的可用性检测的多个检测结果中,存在表示该同一目标载波为不可用载波的检测结果时,确定该同一目标载波为不可用载波。
步骤1006、更进一步的,当接收的多个终端发送的针对免授权频段的同一目标载波的可用性检测的多个检测结果均表示该同一目标载波为可用载波时,即最终检测结果为该同一目标载波为可用载波时,网络侧还可以针对该多个检测结果确定的该同一目标载波的多个可用时间,确定该同一目标载波的最终可用时间,例如,可以采用如下方式:
当针对该多个检测结果确定的该同一目标载波的多个可用时间相同时,将该相同的可用时间确定为该同一目标载波的最终可用时间;
当针对该多个检测结果确定的该同一目标载波的多个可用时间不同时,将该多个可用时间的交集时间确定为该同一目标载波的最终可用时间。
采用本发明实施例6提供的上述免授权频段载波可用性检测方法,实现了对免授权频段载波的可用性检测,从而可以为使用免授权频段的载波聚合提供可使用载波的参考依据,进而保证使用授权频段和免授权频段进行载波聚合时的各种要求,包括对其它网络使用免授权频段的性能的保障要求,以及本网络的通行性能要求。
实施例7:
基于同一发明构思,根据本发明上述实施例6提供的免授权频段可用性检测方法,相应地,本发明实施例7还提供了一种免授权频段可用性检测装置,应用于网络侧,其结构示意图如图11所示,具体包括:

  1. 一种使用免授权频段的载波聚合实现方法,其特征在于,包括:
    网络侧接收终端上报的表示所述终端是否支持授权频段与免授权频段载波聚合的能力信息;
    当所述能力信息表示所述终端支持授权频段与免授权频段载波聚合时,确定所述终端支持的免授权频段的且当前处于可用状态的可用载波;
    针对所述终端,配置授权频段中的载波为主载波,以及配置所述可用载波为辅载波;
    使用所述主载波和所述辅载波进行载波聚合,与所述终端进行通信。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定所述终端支持的免授权频段的且当前处于可用状态的可用载波之前,还包括:
    接收所述终端上报的所述终端支持的免授权频段的编号;
    确定所述终端支持的免授权频段的且当前处于可用状态的可用载波,具体为:
    确定所述终端支持的所述编号表示的免授权频段的且当前处于可用状态的可用载波。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定所述终端支持的免授权频段的且当前处于可用状态的可用载波之前,还包括:

    接收所述终端上报的所述终端在免授权频段支持的最大聚合带宽;
    且在配置授权频段中的载波为主载波,以及配置所述可用载波为辅载波之后,载波聚合带宽不超过所述最大聚合带宽。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定所述终端支持的免授权频段的且当前处于可用状态的可用载波之前,还包括:
    接收所述终端上报的所述终端使用免授权频段进行载波聚合的使用方式信息;
    使用所述主载波和所述辅载波进行载波聚合,与所述终端进行通信,具体为:
    按照所述使用方式信息表示的使用方式,使用所述主载波和所述辅载波进行载波聚合,与所述终端进行通信。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,使用所述主载波和所述辅载波进行载波聚合,与所述终端进行通信,具体包括:
    网络侧使用所述主载波向所述终端发送下行控制信息;或者
    网络侧使用所述主载波向所述终端发送对免授权频段的调度信息;或者
    网络侧接收所述终端使用所述主载波上报的信道质量反馈信息;或者
    网络侧接收所述终端使用所述主载波上报的确认字符/否定确认字符ACK/NACK信息。
  8. 一种能力信息上报方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端向网络侧上报所述终端是否支持授权频段与免授权频段载波聚合的能力信息。

    所述终端接收网络侧使用主载波发送的下行控制信息,所述主载波为授权频段的载波;或者
    所述终端接收网络侧使用所述主载波发送的对免授权频段的调度信息;或者
    所述终端使用所述主载波向网络侧上报信道质量反馈信息;或者
    所述终端使用所述主载波向网络侧上报确认字符/否定确认字符ACK/NACK信息。
  15. 一种使用免授权频段的载波聚合实现装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收终端上报的表示所述终端是否支持授权频段与免授权频段载波聚合的能力信息;
    可用载波确定单元,用于当所述能力信息表示所述终端支持授权频段与免授权频段载波聚合时,确定所述终端支持的免授权频段的且当前处于可用状态的可用载波;
    配置单元,用于针对所述终端,配置授权频段中的载波为主载波,以及配置所述可用载波为辅载波;
    通信单元,用于使用所述主载波和所述辅载波进行载波聚合,与所述终端进行通信。
  16. 一种能力信息上报装置,应用于终端,其特征在于,包括:
    上报单元,用于向网络侧上报所述终端是否支持授权频段与免授权频段载波聚合的能力信息。
  17. 一种免授权频段载波可用性检测方法,其特征在于,包括:
    网络侧检测免授权频段的目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率;
    当所述信号功率大于第一功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为不可用载波;
    当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为可用载波。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为可用载波,具体包括:
    当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值,且所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率大于所述第二功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为限制性可用载波;
    当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值,且所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率不大于所述第二功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为完全可用载波。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,在网络侧检测免授权频段的目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率之前,还包括:

  20. 如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,确定所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号质量不满足预设信号质量条件,具体包括:
    确定所述目标载波在本网络中的信道质量反馈信息CQI小于预设CQI门限值;或者
    确定所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的块误码率BLER大于预设BLER门限值;或者
    确定预设时间段内所述目标载波在本网络中的否定确认字符NACK反馈数量大于预设NACK门限值。
  21. 如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,网络侧检测免授权频段的目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率,具体包括:
    网络侧检测免授权频段的目标载波在检测时间段内所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,其中,所述检测时间段为作为辅载波的所述目标载波的配置为多播/组播单频网络MBSFN的子帧;或者,所述检测时间段为作为辅载波的所述目标载波的未调用的上行子帧。
  23. 一种免授权频段载波可用性检测装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测单元,用于检测免授权频段的目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率;
    可用性确定单元,用于当所述信号功率大于第一功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为不可用载波;当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为可用载波。
  24. 一种免授权频段载波可用性检测方法,其特征在于,包括:
    网络侧向终端发送对免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测的检测配置信息;
    接收所述终端发送的基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测的检测结果。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测配置信息中包括检测周期。
  26. 如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,接收所述终端发送的基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测的检测结果,具体为:
    接收所述终端发送的在确定所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号质量不满足预设信号质量条件后,基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测的检测结果。
  27. 如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测配置信息中包括检测时间段信息;
    接收所述终端发送的基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测的检测结果,具体为:
    接收所述终端发送的在所述检测时间段信息表示的检测时间段内对所述目标载波进行可用性检测的检测结果。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测时间段信息为检测时间长度和检测起始位置。
  29. 如权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测时间段信息表示的检测时间段为作为辅载波的所述目标载波的配置为多播/组播单频网络MBSFN的子帧;或者
    所述检测时间段信息表示的检测时间段为作为辅载波的所述目标载波的未调用的上行子帧。
  30. 如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测配置信息中包括免授权频段的编号,或者,免授权频段的载波的频度;
    接收所述终端发送的基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测的检测结果,具体包括:
    接收所述终端发送的对所述编号表示的免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测的检测结果;或者
    接收所述终端发送的对所述频度表示的目标载波进行可用性检测的检测结果。
  31. 如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,在向终端发送对免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测的检测配置信息之前,还包括:
    接收所述终端发送的表示所述终端支持对免授权频段载波进行可用性检测的能力信息。
  32. 如权利要求24-31任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测结果为所述终端检测所述目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率;
    所述方法,还包括:
    当所述信号功率大于第一功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为不可用载波;
    当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为可用载波。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为可用载波,具体包括:
    当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值,且所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率大于所述第二功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为限制性可用载波,所述第一功率阈值大于所述第二功率阈值;
    当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值,且所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率不大于所述第二功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为完全可用载波。
  34. 如权利要求24-31任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测结果为表示所述目标载波为可用载波的可用信息,或者,为表示所述目标载波为不可用载波的不可用信息。
  35. 如权利要求24-31任一所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当接收的多个终端发送的针对免授权频段的同一目标载波的可用性检测的多个检测结果均表示所述同一目标载波为可用载波时,确定所述同一目标载波为可用载波;
    当接收的多个终端发送的针对免授权频段的同一目标载波的可用性检测的多个检测结果中,存在表示所述同一目标载波为不可用载波的检测结果时,确定所述同一目标载波为不可用载波。
  36. 如权利要求24-31任一所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当接收的多个终端发送的针对免授权频段的同一目标载波的可用性检测的多个检测结果均表示所述同一目标载波为可用载波,且针对所述多个检测结果确定的所述同一目标载波的多个可用时间不同时,将所述多个可用时间的交集时间确定为所述同一目标载波的可用时间。
  37. 一种免授权频段载波可用性检测方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端接收网络侧发送的对免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测的检测配置信息;
    基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测;
    向网络侧发送检测结果。
  38. 如权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测配置信息中包括检测周期;
    基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测,具体为:
    在所述检测周期到达时对所述目标载波进行可用性检测。
  39. 如权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,在基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测之前,还包括:
    确定所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号质量不满足预设信号质量条件。
  40. 如权利要求39所述的方法,其特征在于,确定所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号质量不满足预设信号质量条件,具体包括:
    确定所述目标载波在本网络中的信道质量反馈信息CQI小于预设CQI门限值;或者
    确定所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的块误码率BLER大于预设BLER门限值;或者
    确定预设时间段内所述目标载波在本网络中的否定确认字符NACK反馈数量大于预设NACK门限值。
  41. 如权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测配置信息中包括检测时间段信息;
    基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测,具体为:
    在所述检测时间段信息表示的检测时间段内,对所述目标载波进行可用性检测。
  42. 如权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测时间段信息为检测时间长度和检测起始位置。
  43. 如权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测时间段信息表示的检测时间段为作为辅载波的所述目标载波的配置为多播/组播单频网络MBSFN的子帧;或者
    所述检测时间段信息表示的检测时间段为作为辅载波的所述目标载波的未调用的上行子帧。
  44. 如权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测配置信息中包括免授权频段的编号,或者,免授权频段的载波的频度;
    基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测,具体为:
    对所述编号表示的免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测;或者
    对所述频度表示的目标载波进行可用性检测。
  45. 如权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收网络侧发送的对免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测的检测配置信息之前,还包括:
    向网络侧发送表示所述终端支持对免授权频段载波进行可用性检测的能力信息。
  46. 如权利要求37-45任一所述的方法,其特征在于,对所述目标载波进行可用性检测,具体包括:
    检测所述目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率;
    向网络侧发送检测结果,具体为:
    向网络侧发送所述信号功率。
  47. 如权利要求37-45任一所述的方法,其特征在于,对所述目标载波进行可用性检测,具体包括:
    检测所述目标载波所承载的其它网络信号的信号功率;
    当所述信号功率大于第一功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为不可用载波;
    当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为可用载波;
    向网络侧发送检测结果,具体为:
    向网络侧发送表示所述目标载波为可用载波的可用信息,或者,表示所述目标载波为不可用载波的不可用信息。
  48. 如权利要求47所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为可用载波,具体包括:
    当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值,且所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率大于所述第二功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为限制性可用载波,所述第一功率阈值大于所述第二功率阈值;
    当所述信号功率不大于所述第一功率阈值,且所述目标载波所承载的本网络信号的信号功率不大于所述第二功率阈值时,确定所述目标载波为完全可用载波;
    向网络侧发送表示所述目标载波为可用载波的可用信息,具体包括:
    向网络侧发送表示所述目标载波为限制性可用载波的限制性可用信息, 或者,表示所述目标载波为完全可用载波的完全可用信息。
  49. 一种免授权频段载波可用性检测装置,其特征在于,包括:
    发送单元,用于向终端发送对免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测的检测配置信息;
    接收单元,用于接收所述终端发送的基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测的检测结果。
  50. 一种免授权频段载波可用性检测装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收网络侧发送的对免授权频段的目标载波进行可用性检测的检测配置信息;
    检测单元,用于基于所述检测配置信息对所述目标载波进行可用性检测;
    发送单元,用于向网络侧发送检测结果。
