L'invention porte sur un connecteur électrique pour une utilisation dans un dispositif d'éclairage modulaire, le dispositif d'éclairage modulaire comprenant au moins un module, et le connecteur électrique comprenant un composant de tête de connexion ; le composant de tête de connexion et le module comportent tous les deux au moins une tête de connexion mâle (3) et/ou une tête de connexion femelle (1) ; il n'y a pas de fil de connexion présenté entre le module et la tête de connexion disposée sur ce dernier ; et la tête de connexion sur le module est connectée de manière coopérative à au moins une tête de connexion sur le composant de tête de connexion. Le dispositif d'éclairage modulaire réalise une connexion intégrée de têtes de connexion femelles, une connexion douce entre des têtes de connexion femelles adjacentes, et une connexion rigide entre une tête de connexion mâle et un module d'un connecteur résistant à l'eau, simplifiant ainsi une connexion électrique entre une source de puissance et un module de lampe ; de plus, le dispositif peut s'élargir pour soutenir un dispositif de connexion résistant à l'eau ayant une pluralité de têtes de connexion mâles fixées à demeure à un module de lampe et intégrées à des têtes de connexion femelles.
