一种跨域通信方法、装置及系统
本发明要求2013年12月2日递交的发明名称为“一种跨域通信方法、装置及系统”的申请号201310634790.4的在先申请优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种基于跨域通信方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
IMS,即IP Multimedia Subsystem,意为IP多媒体子系统,是一种控制与承载分离的网络结构,IMS网络采用基于网关的互通方案,包括信令网关(SGW)、媒体网关(MGW)、媒体网关控制器(MGCF)等网元,而且在MGCF及MGW也采用IETF和ITU-T共同制订的H.248/MEGACO协议。这样的设计使得IMS系统的终端可以是移动终端,也可以是固定电话终端、多媒体终端、PC机等,接入方式也不限于蜂窝射频接口,可以是无线的WLAN,或者是有线的LAN、DSL等技术,具有接入无关的特性。
现有的通信系统中,不同的运营商(同一运营商的不同业务网络)的用户相关的业务状态信息往往无法共享。尽管IMS为业务融合提供了一种方法,但是对跨运营商(或者是跨同一运营商的不同业务网)的情况,依然无法实现不用运营商之间的用户信息共享,造成用户的业务体验有缺失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种跨域通信方法、装置及系统。可解决不同运营商之间用户信息共享的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明第一方面提供了一种跨域通信方法,包括:
接收第一通信账号向第二通信账号发起的业务请求;
查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息;
根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所 述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型;
使用所述目标通信类型,与所述目标通信账号进行通信。
结合第一方面,在第一种可能的实现方式中,所述查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息的步骤之前,还包括:
根据所述业务请求识别所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络;
若所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络不同,执行所述查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息的步骤。
结合第一种可能的实现方式,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述根据所述业务请求识别所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络的步骤包括:
解析出所述业务请求中包括的所述第一通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址及所述第二通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址;

接收模块,用于接收第一通信账号向第二通信账号发起的业务请求;
查询模块,用于查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息;
确定模块,用于根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型;
通信模块,用于使用所述目标通信类型,与所述目标通信账号进行通信。
结合第二方面,在第一种可能的实现方式中,还包括:
判断模块,用于根据所述业务请求识别所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络;若所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络不同,指示所述查询模块开始工作。
结合第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述判断模块用于解析出所述业务请求中包括的所述第一通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址及所述第二通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址;根据域名和/或IP地址与运营商网络的映射关系确定所述第一通信账号和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络。

通信账号对应的用户设备的地理位置信息和日程表。

提示模块,用于若根据地理位置信息和日程表查询到预设事件被触发,向所述第一通信账号发送提示消息,所述提示消息用于提示是否向所述第二通信账号发送留言消息。
结合第二方面至第五种任意一种可能的实现方式中,在第六种可能的实现方式中,所述账号描述信息包括通信账号的状态信息和通信账号的优先级。
结合第二方面的第六种可能的实现方式,在第七种可能的实现方式中,所述确定模块用于根据通信账号的状态信息判断所述第二通信账号是否处于空 闲状态,若为是,将所述第二通信账号作为目标通信账号;

通过对业务请求中通信接收方的通信账号的账号描述信息的获取,根据通信接收方法的通信账号的账号描述信息从与该通信账号所属的通信账号集合中选取目标通信账号和目标通信类型,使用目标通信账号和目标通信类型与通信接收方法建立通信连接,实现了通信发起方和通信接收方之间不同业务类型的互通,提升了用户的业务体验。

参见图1,为本发明第一实施例的一种跨域通信方法的流程示意图,在本实施例中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
S101、接收第一通信账号向第二通信账号发起的业务请求。
具体的,第一通信账号对应的用户设备和第二通信账号对应的用户设备预先在各自归属的运营商网络上进行注册,辅助服务器接收第一通信账号对应的用户设备通过运营商网络向第二通信账号对应的用户设备发起的业务请求,业务请求可以是语音呼叫请求、视频呼叫请求、短消息业务请求或即时通信消息请求,第一通信账号和第二通信账号可以是固定电话号码、移动电话号码、即时通信账号或电子邮件账号、业务请求中包括第一通信账号、第二通信账号、通信类型、第一通信账号对应的地址信息和第二通信账号对应的地址信息。
S102、查询第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息。
具体的,通信账号集合中的通信账号都属于同一个用户,通信账号集合中至少包括第二通信账号,如果通信账号集合中包括多个通信账号,每个通信账号可归属于不同的运营商网络,也可归属于不同的运营商网络,例如,通信账号集合中包括移动电话号码、联通电话号码,电信电话号码、QQ账号、MSN 账号、电子邮件账号等。通信账号集合中的每个通信账号均配置有账号描述信息,账号描述信息包括通信账号的状态信息和优先级,状态信息表示通信账号是否处于空闲状态,辅助服务器查询第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息。
S103、根据账号描述信息从通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型。
具体的,根据S102中辅助服务器查询到的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息,根据预置规则从通信账号集合中选择目标通信账号和目标通信账号对应的通信类型。在业务请求已经指定通信账号和通信类型,辅助服务器根据获取的账号描述信息和预置规则对业务请求中指定的通信账号和通信类型进行调整,从通信账号集合中选择一个合适的目标通信账号和目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型。例如,业务请求中指定的第二通信账号为移动电话号码、通信类型为语音呼叫请求,辅助服务器根据查询到的账号描述信息发现第二通信账号处于通话状态,辅助服务器根据预置规则从通信账号集合中选择即时通信账号作为目标通信账号,文本通信作为目标通信类型。
S104、使用所述目标通信类型,与所述目标通信账号进行通信。
具体的,辅助服务器根据S103确定的目标通信账号和目标通信类型与对应的用户设备进行通信,以使第一通信账号对应的用户设备和目标通信账号对应的用户设备建立通信连接,二者之间的通信类型为目标通信类型。
实施本发明的实施例,通过对业务请求中通信接收方的通信账号的账号描述信息的获取,根据通信接收方法的通信账号的账号描述信息从与该通信账号所属的通信账号集合中选取目标通信账号和目标通信类型,使用目标通信账号和目标通信类型与通信接收方法建立通信连接,实现了通信发起方和通信接收方之间不同业务类型的互通,提升了用户的业务体验。
参见图2,为本发明第二实施例的一种跨域通信方法的流程示意图,在本实施例中,所述方法包括:
S201、通过SIP(Session Initiation Protocol,会话发起协议,简称SIP)接口接收通信账号集合中每个通信账号归属的运营商网络上报的账号描述信息,并将每个通信账号的账号描述信息存储至本地。
具体的,辅助服务器通过SIP接口定期接收运营商网络上报的账号描述信息,例如,通信账号集合中包括通信账号A、通信账号B和通信账号C,其中通信账号A归属于运营商网络A,通信账号B归属于运营商网络B,通信账号C归属于运营商网络C,则辅助服务器通过SIP接口定期接收运营商网络A、运营商网络B和运营商网络C分别上报的账号描述信息,并将每个通信账号的账号描述信息存储至本地。
可选的,辅助服务器可以采用定期主动查询的方式查询每个通信账号归属的运营商网络存储的账号描述信息,并将查询到的每个通信账号的账号描述信息转存至本地。
S202、接收第一通信账号向第二通信账号发起的业务请求。
S203、解析出业务请求中包括的第一通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址及第二通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址。
具体的,辅助服务器解析业务请求包括的第一通信账号和第二通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址,例如,解析出来的第一通信账号对应的域名为ct.com,IP地址为172.17.0.142:5030,第二通信账号对应的域名为ft.com,IP地址为132.27.0.153:15060。
S204、根据域名和/或IP地址与运营商网络的映射关系确定第一通信账号和第二通信账号归属的运营商网络。
S205、若第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和第二通信账号归属的运营商网络不同,查询第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息。
具体的,通信账号集合中的通信账号都属于同一个用户,通信账号集合中至少包括第二通信账号,如果通信账号集合中包括多个通信账号,每个通信账号可归属于不同的运营商网络,也可归属于不同的运营商网络,通信账号集合中的每个通信账号均配置有账号描述信息,账号描述信息包括通信账号的状态信息和优先级,状态信息表示通信账号是否处于空闲状态,辅助服务器查询第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息。

S206、根据通信账号的状态信息判断第二通信账号是否处于空闲状态。
具体的,辅助服务器查询第二通信账号的状态信息,若第二通信账号处于空闲状态,执行S207,否则执行S208。以表1为例,查询到第二通信账号159XXXXXXXX的状态信息显示为通话中,不处于空闲状态执行S208。
可以理解的是,对于即时通信账号而言,若即时通信账号在线则视为处于空闲状态,若离线视为不处于空闲状态;对于电子邮件账号而言,其始终处于空闲状态。
S207、将第二通信账号作为目标通信账号。
S208、根据通信账号的状态信息和优先级从通信账号集合中选择优先级最高且处于空闲状态的通信账号作为目标通信账号。
具体的,查询通信账号的状态信息和优先级,将处于在线状态且优先级最高的通信账号作为目标通信账号。例如,在表1中,第二通信账号不处于空闲状态,查询通信账号集合中其他通信账号发现通信账号189XXXXXXXX处于空闲状态且优先级最高,则该通信账号189XXXXXXXX作为目标通信账号。
对于目标通信类型的确定可以采用业务请求中指定的通信类型,例如,业务请求中指定的通信类型为语音呼叫,则目标通信账号的通信类型也为语音呼叫。
S209、使用所述目标通信类型,与所述目标通信账号进行通信。
具体的,步骤208中确定的目标通信账号为189XXXXXXXX,目标通信类型为语音呼叫,辅助服务器通过目标通信账号的运营商网络向对应的用户设备发起语音呼叫请求,以使第一通信账号对应的用户设备和目标通信账号对应的用户设备建立通信连接。
实施本发明的实施例,预先存储各个运营商网络中各个通信账号的账号描述信息,通信发起方向通信接收方法发起业务请求时,可以利用存储的账号描述信息对业务请求的信令进行优化,减少了信令的迂回,同时简化了网络结构。
参见图3,为本发明第三实施例的一种跨域通信方法的流程示意图,在本实施例中,所述方法包括:
S301、通过SIP接口接收通信账号集合中每个通信账号归属的运营商网络上报的账号描述信息,并将每个通信账号的账号描述信息存储至本地。
S302、接收第一通信账号向第二通信账号发起业务请求。
S303、解析出业务请求中包括的第一通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址及第二通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址。
S304、根据域名和/或IP地址与运营商网络的映射关系确定第一通信账号和第二通信账号归属的运营商网络。
S305、若第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和第二通信账号归属的运营商网络不同,查询第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息。
本实施例中的S301-S305和实施例二中的流程基于同一构思,带来的技术效果也相同,具体参见S201-S205中的描述,此处不再敖述。
S306、获取第二通信账号对应的用户设备支持的通信类型。
具体的,用户设备在注册时会向运营商网络上报自身的硬件参数信息,运营商网络根据硬件参数信息确定该用户设备支持的通信类型,辅助服务器从运营商网络获取第二通信账号对应的用户设备支持的通信类型。例如,辅助服务器获取第二通信账号对应的用户设备支持语音呼叫和文本通信。
S307、若第二通信账号的用户设备不支持业务请求要求的通信类型。
具体的,业务请求中已经指定通信类型,假设指定的通信类型为视频呼叫, 则第二通信账号对应的用户设备不支持视频呼叫。
S308、从第二通信账号对应的用户设备支持的通信类型选择任意一种作为目标通信类型。
具体的,根据S306中获取的第二通信账号对应的用户设备支持的通信类型为语音呼叫和文本通信,则将视频呼叫转换为语音呼叫或文本通信,文本通信的内容为预先设置的消息。
对于目标通信账号的确定可以采用业务请求中指定的通信账号,即第二通信账号,例如,业务请求中指定的通信账号为159XXXXXXXX,则目标通信账号的也为159XXXXXXXX。
S309、使用所述目标通信类型,与所述目标通信账号通信。

S404、辅助服务器通过第二运营商网络向第二用户设备发起语音呼叫请求。

具体的,辅助服务器获取第二通信账号对应的用户设备的支持的通信类型,发现第二通信账号对应的用户设备不支持视频呼叫,只支持音频呼叫和文本通信,根据优先级规则,将音频呼叫作为目标通信类型,目标通信账号默认为第二通信账号。
S504、辅助服务器通过第二通信账号向第二用户设备发起语音呼叫请求。
S505、第二运营商网络向第二用户设备发起语音呼叫请求。
S506、第一用户设备和第二用户设备建立通信链路。
参见图6,为本发明第六实施例的一种跨域通信方法的交互流程示意图,在本实施例中,第一用户设备为第一通信账号对应的用户设备,第二用户设备为第二通信账号对应的用户设备,第一通信账号归属第一运营商网络,第二通信账号归属第二运营商网络,所述方法具体包括:
S601、第一用户设备向第二通信账号对应的第二用户设备发起视频呼叫请求。
S602、第一运营商网络向辅助服务器转发视频呼叫请求。
S603、辅助服务器查询到第二通信账号不处于空闲状态,即时通信账号优先级最高且处于空闲状态。
具体的,辅助服务器查询第二通信账号的状态信息发现其不处于空闲状 态,查询通信账号集合中的每个通信账号的状态信息和优先级确定即时通信账号处于在线状态且优先级最高,则将即时通信账号作为目标通信账号,目标通信类型默认为视频呼叫请求。
S604、辅助服务器通过即时通信账号向第二用户设备发起视频呼叫请求。

实施本发明的实施例,预先存储各个运营商网络中各个通信账号的账号描述信息,通信发起方向通信接收方法发起业务请求时,可以利用存储的账号描述信息对业务请求的信令进行优化,减少了信令的迂回,同时简化了网络结构。
参见图7,为本发明第七实施例的一种跨域通信方法的交互流程图,在本实施例中,第一用户设备为第一通信账号对应的用户设备,第二用户设备为第二通信账号对应的用户设备,第一通信账号归属第一运营商网络,第二通信账号归属第二运营商网络,所述方法具体包括:
S701、第一用户设备向第二通信账号发起语音呼叫请求。
S702、第二运营商网络转发语音呼叫请求。
S703、辅助服务器根据地理位置信息和日程表查询到预设事件被触发。
具体的,辅助服务器根据第二通信账号对应的用户设备(即第二用户设备)的地址位置信息和日程表判断日程表中的预设事件是否被触发,具体为通过业务请求的发起时间和当前的地址位置信息是否匹配日程表中的设置的地址位置信息和时间,例如,假设日程表中的预设事件为9:00-10:00举行会议,会议地点:XX会议室,GPS坐标:48.84°N,2.43°E。辅助服务器接收到语音呼叫请求为9:30,通过获取第二用户设备的地址位置信息发现第二用户设备进入XX会议室,由此确定日程表中预设事件被触发。
S704、辅助服务器通过第一运营商网络向第一用户设备发送提示消息。
具体的,提示消息中包括预设事件的内容和提醒是否留言。
S705、第一运营商网络向第一用户设备发送提示消息提醒是否留言
S706、第一用户设备确认留言后,上报留言消息至第一运营商网络。
S708、第一运营商网络上报留言消息至辅助服务器。
S708、辅助服务器下发留言消息
S709、第二运营商网络下发留言消息至第二用户设备。
实施本发明的实施例,预先存储各个运营商网络中各个通信账号的账号描述信息,通信发起方向通信接收方法发起业务请求时,可以利用存储的账号描述信息对业务请求的信令进行优化,减少了信令的迂回,同时简化了网络结构。
参见图8,为本发明第一实施例的一种跨域通信装置的结构示意图,在本实施例中,所述装置包括接收模块10、查询模块20、确定模块30、通信模块40和提示模块50。
接收模块10,用于接收第一通信账号向第二通信账号发起的业务请求;
查询模块20,用于查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息,所述通信账号集合包括所述第二通信账号,所述账号描述信息包括通信账号的状态信息和通信账号的优先级;
确定模块30,用于根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型;
通信模块40,用于使用所述目标通信类型,与所述目标通信账号进行通信。
提示模块50,用于若根据地理位置信息和日程表判断预设事件被触发,向所述第一通信账号对应的用户设备发送提示消息,所述提示消息用于提示是否向所述第二通信账号对应的用户设备发送留言消息。

第一存储模块70,用于通过SIP接口接收通信账号集合中每个通信账号归属的运营商网络上报的账号描述信息,并将每个通信账号的账号描述信息存储在本地;
接收模块10,用于接收第一通信账号向第二通信账号发起的业务请求;
判断模块60,用于根据所述业务请求识别所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络;若所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络不同,指示所述查询模块开始 工作。
查询模块20,用于查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息,所述通信账号集合包括所述第二通信账号,所述账号描述信息包括通信账号的状态信息和通信账号的优先级;
确定模块30,用于根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型;
通信模块40,用于使用所述目标通信类型,与所述目标通信账号进行通信。

确定模块30,用于根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型;

其中,存储器62中存储一组程序代码,且处理器61用于调用存储器62中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
接收第一通信账号、向第二通信账号发起的业务请求;
查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息;
根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型;
使用所述目标通信类型,与所述目标通信账号进行通信。
在本发明的一些实施例中,处理器61还用于执行:
根据所述业务请求识别所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络;
若所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络不同,执行所述查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息的步骤。
在本发明的一些实施例中,处理器61执行所述根据所述业务请求识别所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络的步骤包括:
解析出所述业务请求中包括的所述第一通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址及所述第二通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址;
根据域名和/或IP地址与运营商网络的映射关系确定所述第一通信账号和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络。
在本发明的一些实施例中,处理器61还用于执行:
通过SIP接口接收通信账号集合中每个通信账号归属的运营商网络上报的账号描述信息,并将每个通信账号的账号描述信息存储在本地;或
通过SIP接口查询通信账号集合中每个通信账号归属的运营商网络中存储的账号描述信息,并将每个通信账号的账号描述信息转存至本地。
在本发明的一些实施例中,处理器61执行所述根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型的步骤包括:
根据通信账号的状态信息判断所述第二通信账号是否处于空闲状态,若为是,将所述第二通信账号作为目标通信账号;
若为否,根据通信账号的状态信息和优先级从所述通信账号集合中选择优先级最高且处于空闲状态的通信账号作为目标通信账号。
在本发明的一些实施例中,处理器61执行所述根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型的步骤包括:
获取所述第二通信账号对应的用户设备支持的通信类型;
若所述第二通信账号对应的用户设备不支持所述业务请求要求的通信类型,
从所述第二通信账号对应的用户设备支持的通信类型中选择任意一种作为目标通信类型。
在本发明的一些实施例中,处理器61还用于执行:
若根据地理位置信息和日程表查询到预设事件被触发,向所述第一通信账号对应的用户设备发送提示消息,所述提示消息用于提示是否向所述第二通信账号对应的用户设备发送留言消息。
实施本发明的实施例,
参见图12,为本发明实施例的一种通信系统的结构示意图,在本实施例中,通信系统包括装置1、用户设备A、用户设备B、运营商网络A、运营商网络B、运营商网络C和运营商网络D,可选的,装置1和各个运营商网络间采用SIP接口连接。用户设备A绑定了归属于运营商网络A的通信账号A,用户设备B中绑定了归属于运营商网络B的通信账号B、归属于运营商网络C的通信账号C和归属于运营商网络D的通信账号B,通信账号集合包括通信账号B-C。
装置1中存储有各个通信账号在各自归属的运营商网络中的账号描述信息,账号描述信息包括状态信息和优先级,装置1接收第一通信账号对应的用户设备通过运营商网络向第二通信账号对应的用户设备发起的业务请求;查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息,所述通信账号集合包括所述第二通信账号,所述账号描述信息包括通信账号的状态信息和通信账号的优先级;根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型;根据所述目标通信类型的要求通过所述目标通信账号与对应的用户设备进行通信。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种跨域通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一通信账号向第二通信账号发起的业务请求;
    查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息;
    根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型;
    使用所述目标通信类型,与所述目标通信账号进行通信。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息的步骤之前,还包括:
    根据所述业务请求识别所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络;
    若所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络不同,执行所述查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息的步骤。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述业务请求识别所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络的步骤包括:
    解析出所述业务请求中包括的所述第一通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址及所述第二通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址;
    根据域名和/或IP地址与运营商网络的映射关系确定所述第一通信账号和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收第一通信账号向第二通信账号发起的业务请求的步骤之前,还包括:
    通过会话发起协议SIP接口接收通信账号集合中每个通信账号归属的运营商网络上报的账号描述信息,并将每个通信账号的账号描述信息存储在本地;或
    通过SIP接口查询通信账号集合中每个通信账号归属的运营商网络中存储的账号描述信息,并将每个通信账号的账号描述信息转存至本地。
  5. 如权利要求1至4所述的任一种方法,其特征在于,所述账号描述信息还包括:
    通信账号对应的用户设备的地理位置信息和日程表。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    若根据地理位置信息和日程表查询到预设事件被触发,向所述第一通信账号发送提示消息,所述提示消息用于提示是否向所述第二通信账号发送留言消息。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6所述的任一种方法,其特征在于,所述账号描述信息包括通信账号的状态信息和通信账号的优先级。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型的步骤包括:
    根据通信账号的状态信息判断所述第二通信账号是否处于空闲状态,若为是,将所述第二通信账号作为目标通信账号;
    若为否,根据通信账号的状态信息和优先级从所述通信账号集合中选择优先级最高且处于空闲状态的通信账号作为目标通信账号。
  9. 如权利要求1至8所述的任一种方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型的步骤包括:
    获取所述第二通信账号对应的用户设备支持的通信类型;
    若所述第二通信账号对应的用户设备不支持所述业务请求要求的通信类型,
    从所述第二通信账号对应的用户设备支持的通信类型中选择任意一种作为目标通信类型。
  10. 一种跨域通信装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一通信账号向第二通信账号发起的业务请求;
    查询模块,用于查询所述第二通信账号所属的通信账号集合中每个通信账号的账号描述信息;
    确定模块,用于根据所述账号描述信息从所述通信账号集合中确定目标通信账号及与所述目标通信账号对应的目标通信类型;
    通信模块,用于使用所述目标通信类型,与所述目标通信账号进行通信。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断模块,用于根据所述业务请求识别所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络;若所述第一通信账号归属的运营商网络和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络不同,指示所述查询模块开始工作。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块用于解析出所述业务请求中包括的所述第一通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址及所述第二通信账号对应的域名和/或IP地址;根据域名和/或IP地址与运营商网络的映射关系确定所述第一通信账号和所述第二通信账号归属的运营商网络。
  13. 如权利要求10-12任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一存储模块,用于通过会话发起协议SIP接口接收通信账号集合中每个通信账号归属的运营商网络上报的账号描述信息,并将每个通信账号的账号描述信息存储在本地;或
    第二存储模块,用于通过SIP接口查询通信账号集合中每个通信账号归属的运营商网络中存储的账号描述信息,并将每个通信账号的账号描述信息转存至本地。
  14. 如权利要求10-13任意一项所的装置,其特征在于,所述账号描述信息还包括:
    通信账号对应的用户设备的地理位置信息和日程表。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    提示模块,用于若根据地理位置信息和日程表查询到预设事件被触发,向所述第一通信账号发送提示消息,所述提示消息用于提示是否向所述第二通信账号发送留言消息。
  16. 如权利要求10-15任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述账号描述信息包括通信账号的状态信息和通信账号的优先级。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块用于根据通信账号的状态信息判断所述第二通信账号是否处于空闲状态,若为是,将所述第二通信账号作为目标通信账号;
    若为否,根据通信账号的状态信息和优先级从所述通信账号集合中选择优先级最高且处于空闲状态的通信账号作为目标通信账号。
  18. 如权利要求10-17任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块用于获取所述第二通信账号对应的用户设备支持的通信类型;
    若所述第二通信账号对应的用户设备不支持所述业务请求要求的通信类型,
    从所述第二通信账号对应的用户设备支持的通信类型中选择任意一种作为目标通信类型。
  19. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括至少两个用户设备和如权利要求10-18任意一项所述的装置。
