Abstract
L'invention concerne un ressort ensaché du type à jonction empilée pour la fabrication de matelas à ressorts comprenant des ressorts hélicoïdaux (1) et un tissu (2), une rangée supérieure de sacs de tissu (3) dans une couche supérieure et une rangée inférieure de sacs de tissu (4) dans une couche inférieure formées par le tissu (2), les ressorts hélicoïdaux (1) étant logés séparément dans la rangée supérieure de sacs de tissu (3) et la rangée inférieure de sacs de tissu (4). Un matelas à ressorts ensachés composite présentant une souplesse différente sur deux côtés peut être réalisé par la combinaison des ressorts ensachés du type à jonction empilée dans un matelas, ce qui permet d'offrir un meilleur confort pour le sommeil et l'assise. En outre, la structure est simple et raisonnable, des ressorts souples et des ressorts durs sont bien raccordés et fixés, le déplacement est empêché et la résistance est élevée. En outre, les deux couches du matelas ne requièrent aucun procédé d'adhésion, ce qui permet d'économiser de la colle, les coûts sont réduits et le matelas à ressorts est plus durable et respectueux de l'environnement.
