技术领域
本发明涉及一种通风孔及盖板组件, 具体涉及无尘车间地板通风孔及盖板组件。 背景技术
在液晶面板等无尘车间, 为了保证生产区域的洁净度,通常在无尘车间地板上设有很多通 风孔,净化空气在设备的作用下经通风孔往下吹, 车间内的空气从车间两侧回流到空气净化设 备进行净化后循环。为了保证无尘车间内的气流流向,会在不同区域的通风孔上使 不同开孔 率的盖板, 从而保证生产区域内的气流垂直下吹和保证生产区域的洁净度。现有技术的通风孔 采用圆形孔, 与通风孔配合的盖板为圆形盖板, 盖板安装在通风孔使用过程中存在以下缺陷: 一是圆形盖板与圆形孔配合卡位不结实、不牢靠, 车辆及人员踩踏在上面^间长了容易出现盖 板松动; 二是圆形盖板与圆形孔配合时, 由于加工误差等缘故, 接触面容易出现不平整, 从而 导致圆形盖板在踩踏时容易出现侧翻, ffl于通风孔面积一般比较大, 一般通风孔直径在
20〜50cm, 盖板若安装不稳出现侧翻, 物品或人员会出现从通风孔掉落下去的危险。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术 题是,提供一种配合卡位结实、牢靠 ϋ不容易惻翻的无尘车间地 板通风孔及盖板组件。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种具有以下结构的无尘车间地板通风孔及盖板组件,包 括若千个设在无尘车间地板上的通风孔和与通风孔配合的盖板,所述通风孔包括孔洞和设在孔 洞外周的卡槽, 盖板包括盖体和设在盖体外周的卡脚, 盖体与孔洞相配合, 所述卡脚与卡槽相 配合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的无尘车间地板通风孔及盖板组件具有以下优点: 由于在通风孔 的孔洞外周设有卡槽, 在盖板的盖体夕卜周设于卡脚, 在通风孔上安装盖体时, 增加了卡槽和卡 脚配合卡位, 使得通风孔与盖板的配合更结实、 更牢靠。 同时由于有卡槽和卡脚的存在, 盖板 与通风孔配合更加稳定, 卡槽和卡脚的配合也增加了接触面积, 在踩踏 ^不容易出现侧翻, 更 加安全可靠。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述卡槽沿孔洞周向均匀布置。卡槽沿孔洞均匀布置能使受力更
均匀, 即便出现磨损, 也不容易造成通风孔的损坏。
在一个实施例中, 卡槽为方形槽、 半圆形槽或弧形槽中的一种或组合。 方形槽、 半圆形槽 或弧形槽为比较规则的形状, 相对容易加工。在一个通风孔中, 优选多个卡槽为相同的结构或 形状, 如方形槽。 但不限于此, 也可以是多种结构或形状的结合, 如一个通风孔的六个卡槽, 相对称的两个卡槽为弧形槽, 另外四个为方形槽: 或者另外四个中相对的两个为方形槽, 还有 两个为半圆形槽。
在一个改进的实施例中, 卡槽的中部设有卡止凹槽, 卡脚的安装面上设有与凹槽配合的凸 起, 安装时, 卡止凹槽与凸起配合起到限制盖板的周向转动。 起到更好的限位和卡止作用, 使 得盖板与通风孔的配合更稳定、更牢靠。而且时间长了, 因为磨损容易造成卡脚与卡槽有相对 运动, 卡止凹槽和凸起起到二次稳定配合的作用, 能更好地限制盖板相对通风孔的周向转动。
在优选的实施例中, 卡止凹槽比卡槽深 0.5~2.5cm。 卡止凹槽太深安装比较费劲, 卡止凹 槽太浅二次限位诈 效果相对比较差。
在进一步优选的实施例中, 凸起的厚度小于卡止凹槽的深度。若凸起的厚度等于卡止凹槽 的深度, 为了安装面的平整, 凸起与卡止凹槽相互配合的面需要较高的平整度, 凸起的厚度小 于卡止凹槽的深度^, 对凸起与卡止凹槽相互配合面的平整度要求降低。
在一个实施倒中, 设有六个卡脚, 六个卡脚的宽度和占卡脚所在外圆圆周的 1/3〜1/2。 卡 脚具有较好的强度, 不容易折断或损坏。对所述卡脚的数量没有限制, 根据实际通风孔的孔洞 的直径而选定, 优选卡脚的数量为 3〜8个。 卡脚数量太多, 如多于 10个, 会增加加工难度和 加工成本。 卡脚数量太少, 如 2个卡脚, 容易出现受力不均衡。

一般来说,根据无尘车间的洁净度要求以及气流流向的不同, 不同区域的盖体 1会要求有 不同的通风率。盖体 1根据不同的通风率要求设置有不同数量和 Z或直径不等的风孔 2, 当然若 不需要风孔 2 , 盖体 1上也可以没有风孔 2„
如图 2所示,在本实施例中, 优选若干个所述卡槽 5沿孔洞 7的周向均勾布置以使受力更 均勾。
一般为了加工方便, 卡槽 5为方形槽、 半圆形槽或弧形槽等相对规则的形状。 若千个卡槽 5可以是同 ·种形状, 也可以是其中有几个卡槽 5是一种形状, 另外的卡槽 5是其它形状这样 的组合方式。 在图 2中, 优选所述卡槽 5均为方形槽。
在一个优选的实施例中, 卡槽 5内设有卡止凹槽 6, 卡脚的安装面上设有与凹槽配合的凸 起 4, 安装 卡止凹槽 6与凸起 5配合起到限制盖板 10的周向转动。 在图 2中, 卡止凹槽 6 设在卡槽 5的中部。
