Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing a bearing arrangement (1), wherein the bearing arrangement has a first and a second rolling bearing (2, 3), each having outside bearing rings (4, 5) and inside bearing rings (6, 7), wherein a defined axial pre-tension or bearing clearance is adjusted between the two rolling bearings. In order to generate the pre-tension in a reproducible and simple manner and to be able to produce the bearing arrangement in a cost-effective manner, the method comprises the steps: a) coaxial arranging of the two roller bearings and placing of a spring element (8) between two bearing rings; b) axial compressing of the two bearing rings, between which the spring element is not arranged, by an axial clamping force (F); c) edging the two bearing rings, between which the spring element is not arranged, by means of a material (9) which has been brought into a pourable state, such that the two bearing rings are edged by the pourable material having an axial undercut, wherein the clamping force is maintained; d) allowing the pourable material to cure; e) removing of the axial clamping force. The invention further relates to a bearing arrangement.
