本发明涉及日用品领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种报时器。 【背景技术】
本人设计了一种报时器, 包括壳体和电路板, 所述电路板上设有语音报时 模块。 语音报时模块上设有语音报时电路以及与语音报时电路电连接的喇叭装 置、 按钮装置和电池装置, 其中按钮装置包括播放按钮和多个功能按钮, 本方 案未公开。 由于按钮装置包括多个功能按钮, 在组装报时器的时候一个个安装 功能按键费时费力, 生产效率降低。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种组装方便、 生产效率高的报时器。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种报时器, 包括前壳、 后壳、 按钮装置、 电路板, 所述电路板上设置有 语音报时模块, 所述按钮装置包括一个播报按钮与多个功能按钮, 所述多个功 能按钮一体连接。
进一步的, 所述功能按钮包括模式按钮、 调时按钮、 调分按钮, 所述三个 按钮之间设置有连接骨。 通过在按键之间设置连接骨的方式使得按键一体连接, 筒单可靠。
进一步的, 所述功能按钮底部设置有第一凸出平台, 所述连接骨与第一凸 出平台连接。 按键上设置第一凸出平台, 连接骨与第一凸出平台连接, 连接骨 的固定可靠。
进一步的, 所述后壳上设置有三个功能按键孔, 所述后壳内表面功能按键 孔的位置设置有第二凸出平台, 所述第一凸出平台和所述第二凸出平台配合。 第一凸出平台和第二凸出平台配合, 使得按键的固定较可靠。
进一步的, 所述模式按钮和调时按钮平行设置, 所述调分按钮设置在模式 按钮和调时按钮下方。
进一步的, 所述连接骨包括一弧状连接骨和一条状连接骨, 所述弧状连接 骨的两端分别与模式按钮和调时按钮的第一凸出平台连接, 所述条状连接骨与 弧状连接的中部和调分按钮的第一凸出平台连接。
进一步的, 所述弧状连接骨的中部设置有方形凸起。 设置方形凸起起到加 强弧状连接骨强度的作用。
进一步的, 所述功能按钮的底部设置有接触点。 接触点用于按钮控制电路 的开关。
本发明由于报时器上的多个功能按键采用一体式连接, 组装电子药盒时, 按键一次就可以组装好, 组装方便, 生产效果高。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1至图 4所示, 本实施例中的报时器, 包括前壳 1、 后壳 2、 按钮装置、 电路板, 所述电路板上设置有语音报时模块, 所述按钮装置包括一个播报按钮 3 与多个功能按钮 4, 所述多个功能按钮一体连接。 本实施例中由于报时器上的多
个功能按键采用一体式连接, 组装电子药盒时, 按键一次就可以组装好, 组装 方便, 生产效果高。
本实施例的报时器包括壳体和电路板, 所述电路板上设有语音报时模块。 语 音报时模块上设有语音报时电路以及与语音报时电路电连接的喇叭装置、 按钮 装置和电池装置。 语音报时电路内包括控制语音报时的多个电路模块, 与喇八 装置电连接的喇叭电路模块用于控制喇叭的发声, 与按钮装置电连接的电路模 块用于控制按钮的调时, 与电池装置电连接的电路模块用于控制电池给报时器 进行充电。 由于报时器包括壳体和电路板, 所述电路板上设有语音报时模块。 语音报时模块可将时间转化为声音报出, 实现了用听觉获取时间的功能。
本实施例中, 所述功能按钮包括模式按钮 41、 调时按钮 42、 调分按钮 43 , 所述三个按钮之间设置有连接骨。 通过在按键之间设置连接骨的方式使得按键 一体连接, 筒单可靠。
所述功能按钮底部设置有第一凸出平台 5 , 所述连接骨与第一凸出平台 5连 接。 按键上设置第一凸出平台, 连接骨与第一凸出平台连接, 连接骨的固定可 靠。 所述后壳上设置有三个功能按键孔, 所述后壳内表面功能按键孔的位置设 置有第二凸出平台 6, 所述第一凸出平台 5和所述第二凸出平台 6配合。 第一凸 出平台和第二凸出平台配合, 使得按键的固定较可靠。
其中模式按钮 41和调时按钮 42平行设置, 所述调分按钮 43设置在模式按 钮和调时按钮下方。 所述连接骨包括一弧状连接骨 11和一条状连接骨 12, 所述 弧状连接骨的两端分别与模式按钮和调时按钮按钮的第一凸出平台 5 连接, 所 述条状连接骨与弧状连接的中部和调分按钮的第一凸出平台连接。 其中弧状连 接骨的中部设置有方形凸起 7。 设置方形凸起起到加强弧状连接骨强度的作用。 在功能按钮的底部设置有接触点 8。 接触点用于按钮控制电路的开关。

4、 如权利要求 3所述的报时器, 其特征在于, 所述后壳上设置有三个功能 按键孔, 所述后壳内表面功能按键孔的位置设置有第二凸出平台, 所述第一凸 出平台和所述第二凸出平台配合。
5、 如权利要求 4的报时器, 其特征在于, 所述模式按钮和调时按钮平行设 置, 所述调分按钮设置在模式按钮和调时按钮下方。
6、 如权利要求 5的报时器, 其特征在于, 所述连接骨包括一弧状连接骨和 一条状连接骨, 所述弧状连接骨的两端分别与模式按钮和调时按钮的第一凸出 平台连接, 所述条状连接骨与弧状连接的中部和调分按钮的第一凸出平台连接。
