Abstract

Poste de iluminação com compartimento interno encaixado em sua base para equipamentos de telecomunicação (1) onde todos os equipamentos podem ser instalados no interior da estrutura metálica do poste, em prateieiras e divisórias apropriadas (2), sendo que essas prateleiras são feitas em tela expandida para facilitar a ventilação e resfriamento dos equipamentos e a estrutura é fabricada em aço de alta resistência e galvanizado a quente, resistente às intempéries climáticas, com redução de espaço territorial para sua instalação, pois não possui gabinetes e equipamentos em torno de sua estrutura (3).

Description

POSTE DE ILUMINAÇÃO COM COMPARTIMENTO INTERNO ENCAIXADO NA SUA BASE PARA EQUIPAMENTOS DE TELECOMUNICAÇÃO.
A presente patente de invenção refere-se a melhoramentos técnicos e funcionais criados e introduzidos em um poste de iluminação com compartimento em seu interior para a colocação de equipamentos de telecomunicações. Seu interior é estrategicamente modulado com divisórias e prateleiras para colocação e montagem de diferentes equipamentos normalmente utilizados no setor de telecomunicações, notadamente para telefonia, seja do tipo fixo ou móvel.
Atualmente existe uma variedade muito grande de torres e postes para utilização de sites de telefonia ou outra finalidade, porém são necessários estruturas externas para a colocação dos equipamentos e normalmente são protegidos por um gabinete também chamados armários, painéis, Bts ou ainda contêiner, sendo esses para colocação e montagem no seu interior de equipamentos elétricos e eletrônicos utilizados em telefonia. Esses gabinetes são projetados com as suas particularidades, de modo que as suas características construtivas possam atender as exigências e necessidades para a instalação dos equipamentos, mas a maioria desses gabinetes são projetados para ficar exposto às intempéries climáticas, conforme documentos BR PI9400666, BR PI9706453 e BR PI9901949.
Os gabinetes utilizados para finalidade semelhante, tem que ser montados a partir de uma base estrutural de alvenaria e com toda a infraestrutura para comportar os equipamentos onde é necessário uma área de terreno de no mínimo 9 m2, onde deve haver muros de alvenaria ou outros materiais de segurança para a proteção. Também são utilizadas estruturas metálicas do tipo contêiner e ainda alguns tipos de gabinetes que não necessitam de estar em ambientes climatizados, fechados e com proteção de muros, chamados comumente de BT's.
Porém todas estas soluções acima necessitam de grandes áreas para sua instalação, sendo que isso acaba inviabilizando a sua colocação em diversos locais, principalmente nos grandes centros onde, a cada dia, não existe disponibilidade de espaço e ainda há a necessidade de verificar as exigências de uso e ocupação do solo limitada pelos órgãos de proteção. Também possuem uma característica visual que em muitos casos, descaracteriza o ambiente como praças e passeios ou nos locais privados.
A maioria dos gabinetes utilizados em telefonia e atividades afins é normalmente fabricada em materiais ferrosos em função desse tipo de equipamento ser utilizado ao ar livre, mas, como as estruturas desses gabinetes geralmente são muito grandes atinge um custo final considerável e exige um processo de montagem e deslocamento moroso.
O principal objetivo da presente invenção é a configuração de um poste com compartimento interno em sua própria estrutura, localizado em sua base, capaz de oferecer melhores recursos de utilização e montagem para todos os componentes internos e externos que necessitam no gabinete, porem com um conceito construtivo adverso e vantajoso em relação ao estado da técnica anteriormente citado.
O Poste é capaz de suportar todos os equipamentos necessários instalados no interior da própria estrutura metálica, o seu interior é modulado para a instalação de todos os equipamentos fazendo com que não haja necessidade de gabinetes externos à estrutura ou de uma estrutura auxiliar para esta finalidade, como é comumente utilizado.
Ainda, o Poste foi desenvolvido para facilitar a sua montagem em qualquer localidade, pois o mesmo é de fácil transporte e instalação, diminuindo sensivelmente os custos e o espaço necessário para a sua instalação. Ademais, devido os equipamentos já serem colocados acoplados à base do poste, não são necessários os cabos para a ligação com os equipamentos e nem esteiramento horizontal saindo da estrutura até os equipamentos que eram instalados ao lado, tendo a grande vantagem de utilizar pequenas áreas, podendo ser instalados no fundo das residências, praças, ou qualquer área disponível, sem necessidades de muros ou outros meios de proteção.
O Poste é constituído de uma estrutura que pode ser desenvolvido com vários formatos, podendo ser cónico ou piramidal com a quantidade necessária de vértices. E por ter a facilidade de alterações no design de sua estrutura externa, protegidos pelo desenho industrial, torna-se mais acessível para instalação em locais públicos, não acarretando em poluição visual e transtornos ao meio ambiente.
Os desenhos em anexo mostram o Poste com compartimento interno localizado em sua base e todos os demais requisitos de um poste de iluminação normal, instalado em uma pequena área de terreno, o que facilita a sua utilização em qualquer espaço, sem causar transtornos.
A Figura 01 mostra uma visão geral da estrutura montada do poste com o compartimento interno na sua base (1), com prateleiras e divisórias para a colocação dos equipamentos de telecomunicações. Sendo o poste muito semelhante a um poste comum de iluminação, nele pode ser instalados luminárias (2) , antena de transmissão de dados (3) , câmera de segurança (4) , ou qualquer outro equipamento que for necessário.
Conforme a Figura 02, mostra uma perspectiva do compartimento interno instalado na base do poste (1), com as divisórias (5) ou prateleiras para a colocação dos equipamentos necessários para transmissão de sinal de telefonia fixa e móvel, equipamentos de ventilação, central de dados e energia, e fonte de energia auxiliar e essas prateleiras são feitas em tela expandida para facilitar a ventilação e resfriamento dos equipamentos. A estrutura do poste utiliza um espaço territorial muito pequeno, sem necessidade de muros ou grades de proteção para esses equipamentos, pois a estrutura do poste já foi desenvolvida com material reforçado para que seja resistente e possa dar total segurança aos equipamentos nela inseridos.
A Figura 03 mostra os detalhes de todos os itens que podem ser acoplados ao poste de iluminação com o compartimento interno na base (1) para a instalação dos equipamentos de telecomunicação ou de qualquer outro tipo que se fizer necessário, a utilização do mesmo poste para luminárias (2), antenas de transmissão de dados (3) e ainda, a utilização de câmeras de segurança (4), sendo possível ser utilizado com qualquer outro equipamento que se fizer necessário.

REINVIDICAÇÃO
1 ) POSTE DE ILUMINAÇÃO COM COMPARTIMENTO INTERNO ENCAIXADO NA SUA BASE PARA EQUIPAMENTOS DE TELECOMUNICAÇÃO, caracterizado por constituir-se de um compartimento encaixado no interior da base do poste para instalação dos equipamentos utilizados na transmissão de telefonia fixa e móvel.
2) POSTE DE ILUMINAÇÃO COM COMPARTIMENTO INTERNO ENCAIXADO NA SUA BASE PARA EQUD?AMENTOS DE TELECOMUNICAÇÃO caracterizado por conter no compartimento interno, prateleiras modulares internas para fixação dos equipamentos sendo essas prateleiras feitas em tela expandida para facilitar a ventilação e resfriamento dos equipamentos.
3) POSTE DE ILUMINAÇÃO COM COMPARTIMENTO INTERNO ENCAIXADO NA SUA BASE PARA EQUD?AMENTOS DE TELECOMUNICAÇÃO caracterizado por ser instalado em pequenos espaços e também pode ser construído em diversos formatos, com diversos números de vértices.
