본 발명은 돔형 지붕에 관한 것으로서, 건축물의 벽체의 상부에 돔형 지붕을 형성함에 있어서, 복수의 삼각 구조체 및 복수의 삼각 구조체를 결합시켜기 위한 코아를 포함하고, 복수의 삼각 구조체의 측면에 형성된 코아 삽입 홈으로 코아가 삽입되되, 코아 삽입 홉 표면과 코아의 표면에 칼라강판이 구비되어, 코아의 이탈 방지턱과, 코아 삽입 홈에 지지력이 보강되도록 함으로써, 돔형 지붕의 삼각구조체 간에 발생되는 크랙의 발생을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Description
본 발명은 돔형 지붕에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 조립식 돔 하우스에서 돔형의 지붕을 형성하기 위한 복수의 삼각구조체의 크기와, 삼각구조체를 결합시키는 코아의 구조 및 삼각구조체의 구성에 특징을 두어, 경량성과 단열성 그리고 불연성과 방수기능을 향상시키고, 더불어 삼각구조체와 삼각구조체를 결합시키는 코어의 표면에 칼라강판을 덧대어 장기간의 사용으로 발생되는 크랙의 발생을 최소화하고, 제조비용 단가를 감소시킬 수 있는 돔형 지붕에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 돔 하우스의 돔형 지붕은 주로 정이십면체를 모체로한 다면체로 구성되는데, 특히 여기에 사용되는 삼각구조체가 상당한 크기와 무게를 가짐으로 인해 시공시 많은 인력과 장비를 요구하는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 종래의 돔형 지붕에 사용되는 삼각구조체는 정이십면체를 모체하여 만든 구조체로 크기가 크며 시중에 판매되는 규격자재를 사용할 경우 자재의 손실이 많이 발생하고, 시공시에도 다양한 종류의 장비가 요구되며, 마감재 선정 또한 용이하지 않아 마감재의 선택폭이 좁다는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 종래의 삼각구조 복수의 삼각구조체는 색상, 단열 및 불연 등 기능면에서 월등함을 기대할 수 없고, 땅콩모양의 코아가 이용되어 두 개 이상의 삼각 구조체가 결합하여 돔 지붕으로 조립되게 되는데, 땅콩모양의 코아가 사용된 경우 크랙이 발생하고, 마감재가 이탈하며 누수가 발생하게 되는 등 다양한 하자가 발생하는 문제점이 있다.
도 1을 참조하여 기존의 삼각 구조체의 결합에 대하여 살펴본다.
참고로, 도 1은 땅콩코아에 의해 복수의 삼각 구조체가 결합되어 형성된 돔형지붕을 도시한 도면이다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 삼각구조체A(1)와 삼각구조체B(2)의 일측면이 접촉하게 되고, 삼각구조체A(1)와 삼각구조체B(2)이 접촉함에 따라 형성되는 홀(6)로 땅콩코아A(3)가 삽입되어 일측단으로 밀려 배치되고, 다음으로 땅콩코아B(4)가 삽입되어 타측단으로 밀려 배친된후, 마지막으로 마감블록(5)이 상기 홀(60)을 막음으로써 두 개의 삼각구조체가 결합하게 된다.
이때, 삽입된 상기 땅콩코아(3, 4)가 슬라이드 방식으로 밀려 일측단과 타측단으로 배치될 수 있도록, 상기 삼각구조체(1, 2)의 측면마다 에는 슬라이드 홈(7)이 형성되어 있다.
그러나, 상기 감각구조체의 스라이드 홈(7)에 끼워지는 상기 땅콩코아(3, 4) 부분이 원형으로 라운드지게 형성되어 삼각구조체와 유격에 의해 각도이탈이 생기며, 감각구조체의 움직임으로 인해 외부 마감재에 크랙이 발생하여 마감재의 이탈이 발생하는 문제점이 있다.
위와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 또 다른 발명은 종래의 삼각 구조체의 크기를 1/4 크기로 하여, 가공 재료의 선택폭을 넓히고, 스티로폼가공, 금형을 이용한 불연 질석보드 및 퍼라이트보드를 보다 정밀하게 가공할 수 있는 기술로 마감재의 크랙, 누수 등 하자 발생의 방지하고자 하였지만, 삼각구조체의 조립과정에서 코아 삽입 홈의 구조가 약하게 형성되어 있어 코아를 삽입시키거나, 장기간의 조립상태를 유지하는 경우에 코아의 이탈 방지턱이 파손되어 삼각구조체 간의 결합된 부분에서 크랙이 발생하게 되는 문제점이 있다.

따라서 본 발명은 종래의 삼각구조체와 삼각구조체를 결합시키는 코어의 표면에 칼라강판을 덧대어 코아의 이탈 방지턱과, 코아 삽입 홈에 지지력이 보강되도록 함으로써, 돔형 지붕의 장기간의 사용으로 삼각구조체 간에 발생되는 크랙의 발생을 최소화하고, 유지보수 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 도록 하는 돔형 지붕을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위한, 본 발명에 따른 돔형 지붕은 건축물의 벽체의 상부에 돔형 지붕을 형성함에 있어서, 복수의 삼각 구조체 및 복수의 삼각 구조체를 결합시켜기 위한 코아를 포함하고, 복수의 삼각 구조체의 측면에 형성된 코아 삽입 홈으로 코아가 삽입되되, 코아 삽입 홉 표면과 코아의 표면에 칼라강판이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 돔형 지붕은 기존 삼각 구조체의 크기를 1/4로 함으로써, 즉 한명의 작업자 쉽게 들고 작업할 수 있는 크기로 작업자의 작업 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있고, 매쉬와 불연 질석 미분 몰탈 코팅으로 불연화를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 난연 폴리우레아를 코팅하여 강도 와 방수 기능을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 패창 질석 불연 단열 몰탈을 뿜칠하여 불연성 및 단열성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 돔형 지붕은 삼각구조체와 삼각구조체를 결합시키는 코어의 표면에 칼라강판을 덧대어 코아의 이탈 방지턱과, 코아 삽입 홈에 지지력이 보강되도록 함으로써, 돔형 지붕의 장기간의 사용으로 삼각구조체 간에 발생되는 크랙의 발생을 최소화하고, 유지보수 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 첨부 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예를 보다 상세하게 설명하고자 한다. 이에 앞서, 본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정하여 해석되어서는 아니 되며, 발명자는 그 자신의 발명을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여, 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.
따라서, 본 명세서에 기재된 실시예와 도면에 도시된 구성은 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 일 실시예에 불과할 뿐이고 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 모두 대변하는 것은 아니므로, 본 출원시점에 있어서 이들을 대체할 수 있는 다양한 균등물과 변형예들이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 돔형 지붕과, 코아에 의해 돔형 지붕을 구성하는 삼각구조체의 결합을 도시한 도면이다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 돔형 지붕은 복수의 삼각 구조체(100), 복수의 상기 삼각 구조체(100)를 결합시키는 코아(200)로 구성된다.
도 2에 도시된 돔형 지붕은 공사현장에서 삼각 구조체(100)가 바로 코아(200)에 의해 결합되어 조립될 수도 있고, 다섯 개, 또는 여섯 개의 삼각 구조체(100)가 미리 결합된 오각 구조체와 육각 구조체가 재결합되어 조립될 수도 있다.
종래의 돔형 지붕은 삼각 구조체의 크기가 상당하여, 10개의 육각 구조체와 6개의 육각 구조체가 결합되지만, 본 발명에 따른 돔형 지붕은 작업자의 편의를 위해 삼각 구조체(100)의 크기를 축소시킨 결과, 60개의 육각 구조체와 6개의 오각 구조체가 결합하여 조립되어 진다.
상기 삼각 구조체(100)의 가장자리 부분에는 코아 삽입 홈(160)이 형성되는 것이 바람직한데, 이는 상기 코아 삽입 홈(160)이 형성됨에 따라 복수의 상기 삼각 구조체(100)가 측면에서 접촉함에 따라 상기 코아(200)를 삽입할 수 있는 코아 삽입 홀(300)이 형성되기 때문이다.
즉, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 두 개의 상기 삼각 구조체(100)가 일측면끼리 접촉시켜 형성되는 코아 삽입 홈(300)으로 코아(200)를 슬라이드 방식으로 삽입시킴으로써 한 쌍의 상기 삼각 구조체(100)가 결합되게 된다.
이때, 상기 코아 삽입 홈(160)에 슬라이드 방식으로 삽입되는 코아(200)는 단면이 좌우 대칭구조로 이루어져 있으며, 양단이 상기 코아 삽입 홈(160)에 삽입되어 걸림으로써 상기 삼각 구조체(100)로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위한 이탈 방지턱(210)이 형성되게 된다.
또한, 상기 코아(200)는 결합된 삼각 구조체(100)의 회전, 각도 이탈 등으로 인해 발생하는 크랙 등을 보완하기 위해 중심부 즉, 상기 이탈 방지턱(210) 사이에 이탈 방지 홈(220)이 형성되어 있는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 이탈 방지 홈(220)은 이후 설명되는 다른 실시예에서도 그대로 적용된다.
상기 이탈 방지턱(210)은 상기 삼각 구조체(100)로부터의 이탈을 최소화하기 위하여 양단의 단면 구조가 기존의 원형 구조가 아닌 타원형 구조로 이루어져 있으며, 이때 타원의 장축에 해당하는 부분이 기립되어 상기 코아 삽입 홈(160)에 삽입되게 된다.
다른 실시예로서, 상기 삼각 구조체(100)는 상기 코아(200)와 쪼인 방식으로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
즉, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 두 개의 삼각 구조체(100) 사이에 상기 코아(200)가 위치하고, 상기 코아(200)의 양측면에서 상기 삼각 구조체(100)가 쪼인 방식으로 결합하게 된다.
이때, 본 실시예에서 상기 코아(200)는 단면이 좌우 대칭구조로 이루어져 있으며, 다만 좌우 측단에 형성된 이탈 방지턱(210)은 상기 결합된 삼각 구조체(100)의 쪼인이 용이하도록 외측이 라운드지게 형성되고, 결합된 상기 삼각 구조체(100)의 이탈이 최소화되도록 내측이 각이지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 이탈 방지턱(210)과 이탈 방지홈(220)으로 구성된 코아(200)의 표면에는 칼라강판(400)이 코팅되어 있고, 상기 칼라강판(400)이 코팅된 코아(200)가 결합되는 상기 삼각 구조체(100)의 코아 삽입 홈(160)의 표면에도 카라강판(400)이 구비되어 있는 것이 바람직하다.
상술한 바와 같이, 코아(200)의 표면과 코아 삽입 홈(160)의 표면에 칼라강판(400)을 더 구비시키는 것은, 복수의 상기 삼각 구조체(100)가 상기 코아(200)에 의해 결합할 때, 상기 코아(200)의 이탈 방지턱(210)과, 코아 삽입홈(160)에 지지력이 보강되도록 함으로써, 돔형 지붕의 장기간의 사용으로 삼각구조체 간에 발생되는 크랙의 발생을 최소화하고, 유지보수 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 종래에 상기 삼각 구조체(100)는 중간 충진 물인 단열 스티로폼, 그라스울, 암면 등 어느 하나의 선택된 제품인 기둥 구조체, 상기 기둥 구조체 양면에 매쉬가 결합되고, 상기 매쉬의 표면에 질석 미분 몰탈이 코팅되고, 상기 질석 미분 몰탈의 표면에 폴리우레아가 코팅되며, 상기 폴리우레아의 표면에 팽창 질석 단열 몰탈(150)이 코팅되어 구성되었으나, 상술한 바와 같이, 상기 코아(200)의 표면과 코아 삽입 홈(160)의 표면에 칼라강판(400)만을 더 구비시킴으로써, 크랙, 불연, 강도 향상을 위한 상기 매쉬, 질석 미분 몰탈, 폴리우레아 층의 기능을 대신하면서, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 삼각 구조체(110), 철판(120), 질소 뿜질층(130)만으로 간단하게 구성할 수 있게 되었다.
상기 질소 뿜질층(130)은 충격 흡수율이 우수하여 강한 충격에도 변형의 발생을 최소화하고, 방수 및 단열효과가 우수하다.
한편, 상기 코아(200)의 표면과 코아 삽입 홈(160)의 표면에 구비되는 칼라강판(400)의 두께는 0.3mm 정도인 것이 바람직하다.
상술한 바와 같이 상기 코아(200)의 표면과 상기 코아 삽입 홈(160)의 표면이 같은 재질의 칼라 강판(400)으로 이루어져, 마찰력이 감소됨으로 인해, 상기 코아(200)의 상기 코아 삽입 홈(160)으로 삽입이 매끄럽게 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 코아(200)의 표면과 상기 코아 삽입 홈(160)의 표면에 상기 칼라강판(400)이 구비되는 것은, 상기 코아 삽입 홈(300)으로 상기 코아(200)를 슬라이드 방식으로 삽입시키는 상술한 실시예와, 상기 코아 삽입 홈(300)으로 코아(200)를 슬라이드방식과 쪼인 방식으로 삽입시키는 후술된 실시예에서도 그대로 적용된다.
또 다른 실시예로서, 상기 삼각 구조체(100)는 상기 코아(200)와 슬라이드방식과 쪼인 방식이 모두 적용된 복합방식으로 겹합하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
즉, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 먼저 코아(200)는 일측단의 이탈 방지턱(210)이 상기 삼각 구조체(100)의 코아 삽입 홈(160)에 슬라이드 방식으로 삽입되어 상기 삼각 구조체(100)와 결합하면, 이후 다른 삼각 구조체(100)가 타측단의 이탈 방지턱(210)에 쪼인 방식으로 결합한다.
이때, 본 실시예에서 상기 코아(200)는 상술한 실시예들과는 달리 단면이 좌우 비대칭구조로 이루여 있는데, 보다 구체적으로는 슬라이드 방식으로 삽입되는 코아의 일측단에 형성된 이탈 방지턱(210)은 첫 번째 실시예에서 설명한 바와 같이 타원구조로 이루어져 있으며, 쪼인 방식으로 상기 삼각 구조체(100)와 결합하는 코아의 타측단에 형성된 이탈 방지턱(210)은 두 번째 실시예에서 설명한 바와 같이 쪼인이 용이하도록 외측이 라운드지게 형성되고, 쪼인 방식으로 결합된 상기 삼각 구조체(100)의 이탈이 최소화되도록 내측이 각이지게 형성되어 있다.
위에서도 언급한 바와 같이, 도 4에 도시된 것처럼, 본 실시예에서도, 상기 코아(200)의 표면과 상기 코아 삽입 홈(160)의 표면에 상기 칼라강판(400)이 구비되어, 상기 코아(200)의 이탈 방지턱(210)과, 코아 삽입홈(160)에 지지력이 보강되도록 함으로써, 돔형 지붕의 장기간의 사용으로 삼각구조체 간에 발생되는 크랙의 발생을 최소화한다.
이상과 같이, 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실 시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 이것에 의해 한정되지 않으며 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 본 발명의 기술 사상과 하기에 기재될 청구범위의 균등 범위 내에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능함은 물론이다.

- 건축물의 벽체의 상부에 돔형 지붕을 형성함에 있어서,복수의 삼각 구조체(100); 및이탈방지 홈(220)이 구비되어, 상기 복수의 삼각 구조체(100)를 결합시켜기 위한 코아(200);를 포함하고,복수의 상기 삼각 구조체(100) 측면에 형성된 코아 삽입 홈(160)으로 상기 코아(200)가 삽입되되,상기 코아 삽입 홉(160) 표면과 상기 코아(200)의 표면에 칼라강판(400)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 돔형 지붕.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 삼각 구조체(100)는스티로폼, 그라스울, 암면 중, 어느 하나로 구성된 기둥 구조체(110);상기 기둥 구조체(100)의 표면에 부착된 철판(120); 및상기 철판(120)의 표면에 코팅된 질소 뿜칠층(130);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 돔형 지붕.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 코아(200)는 단면이 좌우 대칭구조로 이루어져 있고, 길이방향 양측에 결합되는 상기 삼각 구조체(100)의 코아 삽입 홈(160)에 슬라이드 방식으로 삽입되어 걸리도록 이탈 방지턱(210)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 돔형 지붕.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 이탈 방지턱(210)은 타원형 구조로 이루어져, 타원의 장축에 해당되는 부분이 기립된 상태로 상기 코아 삽입 홈(160)에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 돔형 지붕.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 코아(200)는 단면이 좌우 대칭구조로 이루어져 있고, 길이방향 양측에 결합되는 상기 삼각 구조체(100)의 코아 삽입 홈(160)에 쪼인 방식으로 삽입되어 걸리도록 이탈 방지턱(210)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 돔형 지붕.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 이탈 방지턱(210)은 상기 삼각 구조체의 결합을 돕기 위해 외측이 라운드지게 형성되고, 이탈 방지를 위해 내측이 각이지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 돔형지붕.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 코아(200)는 단면이 좌우 비대칭구조로 이루어져, 길이방향 양측에 결합되는 상기 삼각 구조체(100)의 코아 삽입 홈(160)에 슬라이드 방식과 쪼인 방식으로 삽입되어 걸리도록 양측단에 상이한 구조의 이탈 방지턱(210)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 돔형 지붕.
