Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un module d'excitation (1) servant à exciter des DEL. Ledit module d'excitation (1) comprend : - un chemin de charge (4) comprenant au moins une chaîne de DEL (6) ayant une ou une pluralité de DEL (12, 13) ; - une source de courant (7) connectée en série avec le chemin de charge (4) afin de générer un courant pour le chemin de charge (4) ; et – un module de commande (8) servant à commander le courant pour le chemin de charge (4) de sorte que la forme du courant pour le chemin de charge (4) corresponde à la tension (VA) appliquée au chemin de charge (4).
