Abstract

The present invention relates to an oven (1) comprising a body (2), a cooking chamber (3) wherein the food products to be cooked are placed and in the body (2) of which dynamic vibrations are generated during the cooking process. The oven further comprises a dynamic vibration absorber that is disposed on the body and that reduces the vibration on the body.

Description

AN OVEN
The present invention relates to an oven that operates silently.
During the operation of ovens, movable members such as fan disposed inside the oven create vibration in the oven body and the said vibration causes undesired noise. In order to prevent the said vibration, casings are produced with materials that reduce vibration in the technique. However, the costs of these are high and they do not sufficiently decrease the noise level.
In the state of the art International Patent Document No. WO2012062890, an oven is explained wherein the food product to be cooked is placed.
The aim of the present invention is the realization of an oven wherein the level of the vibration of the body is reduced and the production cost is decreased.
The oven realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention, explicated in the first claim and the respective claims thereof, comprises a body and a cooking chamber provided on the body, the interior of which is accessed by means of a door and wherein the food products to be cooked are placed. The oven furthermore comprises a dynamic vibration absorber having a spring rigidity and a weight serving to reduce the vibrations forming on the body during the operation of the oven.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the body comprises a casing surrounding the cooking chamber and a fan disposed on the casing. The dynamic vibration absorber is placed around the fan.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dynamic vibration absorber is disposed on the casing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the oven comprises a motor disposed on the casing and that operates the fan. The oven furthermore comprises a lid placed on the casing and that covers the motor. The dynamic vibration absorber is disposed on the lid. Even if the lid does not directly contact the motor, a magnetic field is generated between the motor and the lid provided behind the motor. The vibrations created on the lid by the said magnetic forces are reduced by means of the dynamic vibration absorber provided on the lid.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dynamic vibration absorber comprises two legs and a connector extending between the legs and that connects the legs to each other.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dynamic vibration absorber has a block provided on the connector. The vibration in the region where the dynamic vibration absorber is connected is reduced by obtaining the frequency desired by the producer by utilizing the springiness of the connector whereon the block is disposed.
By means of the present invention, an oven is realized wherein the vibration on the body is reduced and the level of the disturbing noise emitted to the outside is decreased.
The oven realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention is illustrated in the attached figures, where:

Figure 3 – is the rear perspective view of the oven when the lid is in the open position in an embodiment of the present invention.

The oven (1) of the present invention comprises a body (2) and a cooking chamber (3) wherein the food products to be cooked are placed.
The oven (1) furthermore comprises at least one dynamic vibration absorber (4) that is disposed on the body (2) and that reduces vibrations on the body (2) (Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3).
The vibration created on the body (2) by the dynamic members provided on the oven (1) during the operation of the oven (1) are reduced by means of the dynamic vibration absorber (4) and the oven (1) is prevented from emitting sound waves to the outside which would disturb the user. The dynamic vibration absorber (4) with spring feature connected to the body (2) and that has spring rigidity (k) and a weight reduces the vibration of the body (2) which is heavier than the dynamic vibration absorber (4).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the body (2) comprises a casing (5) that surrounds the cooking chamber (3) and that forms the framework of the oven (1) inside the body (2), and a fan (6) disposed on the casing (5). The dynamic vibration absorber (4) is disposed so as to be in the vicinity of the fan (6).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dynamic vibration absorber (4) is provided on the casing (5).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the oven (1) comprises a motor (7) that is disposed on the casing (5) and that actuates the fan (6). The oven (1) furthermore comprises a lid (8) placed on the casing (5) and that covers the motor (7). The dynamic vibration absorber (4) is provided on the lid (8). A magnetic field is generated between the motor (7) and the lid (8) disposed behind the motor (7). The vibrations created on the lid (8) by the said magnetic forces are reduced by means of the dynamic vibration absorber (4) provided on the lid (8).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dynamic vibration absorber (4) comprises two legs (9) and a connector (10) that connects the legs (9) to each other.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dynamic vibration absorber (4) has a block (11) disposed on the connector (10). The vibration in the region to which the dynamic vibration absorber (4) is connected is reduced by obtaining the frequency desired by the producer by utilizing the spring feature of the connector (10) whereon the block (11) is provided (Figure 4).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the oven (1) comprises the legs (9) mounted on the lid (8), in a region close to the motor (7) so as to extend towards the casing (5) wall to which the motor (7) is connected. Thus, the connector (10) remains between the lid (8) and the said casing (5) wall.
By means of the present invention, an oven (1) is realized, having the dynamic vibration absorber (4) and wherein the vibration is reduced and the level of the disturbing noise emitted to the outside is decreased.

Claims (7)

  1. An oven (1) comprising a body (2) and a cooking chamber (3) wherein the food products to be cooked are placed, characterized by at least one dynamic vibration absorber (4) that is disposed on the body (2) and that reduces vibration on the body (2).
  2. An oven (1) as in Claim 1, characterized by a casing (5) that surrounds the cooking chamber (3) and forms the framework of the oven (1) inside the body (2), by a fan (6) disposed on the casing (5) and by the dynamic vibration absorber (4) provided on the body (2) so as to be in the vicinity of the fan (6).
  3. An oven (1) as in Claim 2, characterized by the dynamic vibration absorber (4) that is disposed on the casing (5).
  4. An oven (1) as in any one of the Claims 2 to 3, characterized by a motor (7) disposed on the casing (5) and that actuates the fan (6), by a lid (8) covering the motor (7) and that is disposed on the casing (5) and by the dynamic vibration absorber (4) disposed on the lid (8).
  5. An oven (1) as in any one of the above claims, characterized by the dynamic vibration absorber (4) comprising two legs (9) and a connector (10) that connects the legs (9) to each other.
  6. An oven (1) as in any one of the above claims, characterized by the dynamic vibration absorber (4) with a block (11) disposed on the connector (10).
  7. An oven (1) as in Claim 5 or 6, characterized by the legs (9) mounted on the lid (8), in a region close to the motor (7) so as to extend towards the casing (5) wall to which the motor (7) is connected.
