Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种消息的处理方法及装置,涉及信息技术领域,可以降低消息的处理复杂度。所述方法包括:首先在锁屏界面中显示消息,然后获取消息对应的操作轨迹,最后判断操作轨迹是否与预置操作轨迹相同,若操作轨迹与预置操作轨迹相同,则对消息进行处理。本发明实施例适用于终端设备在锁屏状态下对消息进行处理。

本发明实施例涉及信息技术领域,特别涉及一种信息的处理方法及装置。
背景技术
随着信息技术的发展,终端设备被越来越广泛的应用于日常生活中。目前终端设备的图形化界面一般包括正常使用界面及锁屏界面,当终端设备处于锁屏状态下,终端设备的锁屏界面中显示部分信息,例如时间信息、天气信息等,但在锁屏状态下用户不能对终端设备的应用程序进行处理操作。例如,在锁屏状态下,用户不能拨打电话、发送短信、删除短信、打开应用程序等,从而可以避免未经用户许可的操作或者用户的误操作。
目前,终端设备在锁屏状态下接收到消息时,首先需要解锁进入终端设备的图形化界面,然后再对该消息进行处理。然而在锁屏状态下,在对消息进行处理之前,需要首先对终端设备进行解锁操作,从而导致消息的处理复杂度较高。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种消息的处理方法及装置,可以降低消息的处理复杂度。
本发明实施例采用的技术方案为:

在锁屏界面中显示消息;
获取所述消息对应的操作轨迹;
判断所述操作轨迹是否与预置操作轨迹相同;
若所述操作轨迹与所述预置操作轨迹相同,则对所述消息进行处理。
在第一方面的第一种实现方式中,所述对所述消息进行处理的步骤之前,还包括:
显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于确认是否对所述消息进行处理;
判断是否接收到所述提示信息对应的确认信息;

本发明实施例提供的消息的处理方法及装置,首先在锁屏界面中显示消息,然后获取消息对应的操作轨迹,最后判断操作轨迹是否与预置操作轨迹相同,若操作轨迹与预置操作轨迹相同,则对消息进行处理。与目前需要解锁进入终端设备的图形化界面之后,再对消息进行处理相比,本发明实施例通过在锁屏状态下获取消息对应的操作轨迹,能够在锁屏状态下根据用户的操作对消息进行处理,从而可以降低消息的处理复杂度。

101、终端设备在锁屏界面中显示消息。
其中,终端设备的锁屏界面可以为终端设备处于亮屏状态下的锁屏界面。
对于本发明实施例,终端设备可以为手机、平板电脑、智能手表、智能眼镜等,终端设备在锁屏界面中显示的消息可以为短信息、邮件、应用程序的提醒消息等,本发明实施例不做限定。在本发明实施例中,终端设 备通过在锁屏界面中显示消息对应的内容,能够避免用户进入终端设备的图形化界面查看消息对应的内容,从而可以降低消息的处理复杂度。
102、终端设备获取消息对应的操作轨迹。
其中,消息对应的操作轨迹可以为在屏幕上的滑动、点击等操作对应的轨迹。具体地,滑动操作可以为用户手指或其他操作设备持续接触屏幕并在屏幕上进行移动,或者用户手指或其他操作设备将屏幕中的一个滑块或图标从一个位置拖动至另一个位置。消息对应的操作轨迹还可以为隔空手势操作对应的轨迹或者由用户通过眼球操作生成的轨迹。在本发明实施例中,携带有眼球动作追踪装置的终端设备可以记录用户的眼球操作。
103、终端设备判断操作轨迹是否与预置操作轨迹相同。
其中,预置操作轨迹用于触发对消息进行处理。
104、若操作轨迹与预置操作轨迹相同,则终端设备对消息进行处理。
其中,终端设备对消息的处理操作可以为删除消息、保存消息、加入待办事项、稍后提醒等。
具体地,加入待办事项可以为将消息加入安装在终端设备的应用程序。在本发明实施例中,用户可以通过首先解锁进入终端设备的图形化界面,然后运行待办事项对应的应用程序,从而可以查阅加入待办事项的各个消息。
对于本发明实施例,通过增加加入待办事项对应的处理操作,从而可以提醒用户对未进行处理的消息进行处理。例如,用户解锁进入终端设备的图形化界面之后,终端设备可以通过在待办事项对应的应用程序中显示各个未进行处理的消息,从而可以提醒用户对未经行处理的消息进行处理。
进一步地,当对消息进行稍后提醒处理操作之后,终端设备可以在锁屏界面中不再显示消息,当用户解锁进入终端设备的图形化界面时,终端设备在图形化界面中弹出提示信息。其中,提示信息可以为在图形化界面的主界面中显示消息的全部内容或者部分内容,也可以为在图形化界面的 通知栏中显示消息对应的图标。在本发明实施例中,当对消息进行稍后提醒处理操作之后,终端设备还可以通过在预设时间之后,通过声音提醒、震动提醒或者图标提醒等方式向用户进行提醒。
对于本发明实施例,通过进行稍后提醒对应的处理操作,能够当用户解锁进入终端设备的图形化界面时,提醒用户存在未进行处理的消息,从而可以进一步提醒用户对未经行处理的消息进行处理。
进一步地,作为图1所示方法的具体实现,本发明实施例提供了一种消息的处理装置,如图2所示,所述装置的实体可以为终端设备,例如手机、平板电脑、智能手表、智能眼镜等,所述装置包括:显示单元21、获取单元22、判断单元23、处理单元24。
显示单元21,用于在锁屏界面中显示消息。
获取单元22,用于获取显示单元21显示的消息对应的操作轨迹。
判断单元23,用于判断获取单元22获取的操作轨迹是否与预置操作轨迹相同。

本发明实施例提供一种消息的处理方法,如图4所示,所述方法包括:
401、终端设备在锁屏界面中显示消息。
其中,终端设备的锁屏界面可以为终端设备处于亮屏状态下的锁屏界面。
对于本发明实施例,终端设备可以为手机、平板电脑、智能手表、智能眼镜等,终端设备在锁屏界面中显示的消息可以为短信息、邮件、应用程序的提醒消息等,本发明实施例不做限定。在本发明实施例中,终端设备通过在锁屏界面中显示消息对应的内容,能够避免用户进入终端设备的图形化界面查看消息对应的内容,从而可以降低消息的处理复杂度。
402、终端设备显示消息处理区域。
对于本发明实施例,步骤402具体还可以为,终端设备首先显示提示信息,然后判断是否接收到提示信息对应的确认信息,若接收到提示信息对应的确认信息,则显示消息处理区域。其中,提示信息用于确认是否显示消息处理区域。在本发明实施例中,如图7所示,终端设备为手机,终端设备通过在锁屏界面中显示提示信息:显示消息处理区域,能够提示用户是否显示处理区域,从而可以避免用户的误操作。
403、终端设备获取消息对应的操作轨迹。
其中,消息对应的操作轨迹可以为在屏幕上的滑动、点击等操作对应的轨迹。具体地,滑动操作可以为用户手指或其他操作设备持续接触屏幕 并在屏幕上进行移动,或者用户手指或其他操作设备将屏幕中的一个滑块或图标从一个位置拖动至另一个位置。消息对应的操作轨迹还可以为隔空手势操作对应的轨迹或者由用户通过眼球操作生成的轨迹。在本发明实施例中,携带有眼球动作追踪装置的终端设备可以记录用户的眼球操作。
404、终端设备判断消息处理区域中是否存在与预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹。
其中,预置操作轨迹用于触发对消息进行处理。
例如图8中,终端设备为手机,终端设备锁屏界面中显示的消息处理区域为滑动区域,此时用户可以通过在滑动区域内进行滑动,从而对消息进行处理。其中,滑动轨迹可以由服务器预先进行配置,也可以由用户进行配置,本发明实施例不做限定。
再例如图9中,终端设备为手机,终端设备锁屏界面中显示的消息处理区域为拖动区域,此时用户可以通过将消息拖动至拖动区域,从而对消息进行处理。
对于本发明实施例,例如图10中,终端设备为手机,终端设备锁屏界面中显示的消息处理区域为点击区域,此时用户可以通过在点击区域进行点击,从而对消息进行处理。
405、若消息处理区域中存在与预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹,则终端设备显示提示信息。
其中,提示信息用于确认是否对消息进行处理。在本发明实施例中,如图11所示,终端设备通过显示提示信息,能够提示用户是否对消息进行处理,从而可以进一步避免用户的误操作。
406、终端设备判断是否接收到提示信息对应的确认信息。
407、若接收到提示信息对应的确认信息,则终端设备对消息进行处理。
其中,终端设备对消息的处理操作可以为删除消息、保存消息、加入待办事项、稍后提醒等。

进一步地,当对消息进行稍后提醒处理操作之后,终端设备可以在锁屏界面中不再显示消息,当用户解锁进入终端设备的图形化界面时,终端设备在图形化界面中弹出提示信息。其中,提示信息可以为在图形化界面的主界面中显示消息的全部内容或者部分内容,也可以为在图形化界面的通知栏中显示消息对应的图标。在本发明实施例中,当对消息进行稍后提醒处理操作之后,终端设备还可以通过在预设时间之后,通过声音提醒、震动提醒或者图标提醒等方式向用户进行提醒。
对于本发明实施例,通过进行稍后提醒对应的处理操作,能够当用户解锁进入终端设备的图形化界面时,提醒用户存在未进行处理的消息,从而可以进一步提醒用户对未经行处理的消息进行处理。
对于本发明实施例,步骤402还可以为,终端设备显示第一消息处理区域及第二消息处理区域。此时步骤404可以包括:终端设备判断第一消息处理区域或者第二消息处区域中是否存在与预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹。进一步地,若第一消息处理区域中存在与预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹,则对消息进行第一处理;若第二消息处理区域中存在与预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹,则对消息进行第二处理。
例如图12中,第一处理为删除消息,第二处理为加入待办事项。若在删除消息对应的消息处理区域中存在与预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹,则 终端设备对消息进行删除操作;若在加入待办事项对应的消息处理区域中存在与预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹,则终端设备将消息加入代办事项。
对于本发明实施例,步骤403还可以为,终端设备获取消息对应的滑动轨迹。此时步骤404可以包括:终端设备判断滑动轨迹是否与预置滑动轨迹相同。进一步地,若滑动轨迹与预置滑动轨迹相同,则删除所述消息。其中,预置滑动轨迹用于触发删除所述消息。在本发明实施例中,用户可以通过在锁屏界面中按照预置滑动轨迹进行滑动,对消息进行删除处理,从而可以降低锁屏界面中对消息进行删除处理的操作复杂度。
进一步地,作为图4所示方法的具体实现,本发明实施例提供了一种消息的处理装置,如图5所示,所述装置的实体可以为终端设备,例如手机、平板电脑、智能手表、智能眼镜等,所述装置包括:显示单元51、获取单元52、判断单元53、处理单元54。

需要说明的是,本发明实施例中提供的消息的处理装置中各功能单元所对应的其他相应描述,可以参考图4中的对应描述,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的消息的处理方法及装置,首先在锁屏界面中显示消息,然后获取消息对应的操作轨迹,最后判断操作轨迹是否与预置操作轨迹相同,若操作轨迹与预置操作轨迹相同,则对消息进行处理。与目前需要解锁进入终端设备的图形化界面之后,再对消息进行处理相比,本发明实施例通过在锁屏状态下获取消息对应的操作轨迹,能够在锁屏状态下 根据用户的操作对消息进行处理,从而可以降低消息的处理复杂度。
本发明实施例提供的消息的处理装置可以实现上述提供的方法实施例,具体功能实现请参见方法实施例中的说明,在此不再赘述。本发明实施例提供的消息的处理方法及装置可以适用于终端设备在锁屏状态下对消息进行处理,但不仅限于此。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁盘、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种消息的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在锁屏界面中显示消息;
    获取所述消息对应的操作轨迹;
    判断所述操作轨迹是否与预置操作轨迹相同;
    若所述操作轨迹与所述预置操作轨迹相同,则对所述消息进行处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的消息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述对所述消息进行处理的步骤之前,还包括:
    显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于确认是否对所述消息进行处理;
    判断是否接收到所述提示信息对应的确认信息;
    所述对所述消息进行处理的步骤包括:
    若接收到所述提示信息对应的确认信息,则对所述消息进行处理。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的消息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述消息对应的操作轨迹的步骤之前,还包括:
    显示消息处理区域;
    所述判断所述操作轨迹是否与预置操作轨迹相同的步骤包括:
    判断所述消息处理区域中是否存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹;
    所述若所述操作轨迹与所述预置操作轨迹相同,则对所述消息进行处理的步骤包括:
    若所述消息处理区域中存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹,则对所述消息进行处理。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的消息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述显示消息处理区域的步骤包括:
    显示第一消息处理区域及第二消息处理区域;
    所述判断所述消息处理区域中是否存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操 作轨迹的步骤包括:
    判断所述第一消息处理区域或者所述第二消息处区域中是否存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的消息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述若所述消息处理区域中存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹,则对所述消息进行处理的步骤包括:
    若所述第一消息处理区域中存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹,则对所述消息进行第一处理;
    若所述第二消息处理区域中存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹,则对所述消息进行第二处理。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的消息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述消息对应的操作轨迹的步骤包括:
    获取所述消息对应的滑动轨迹;
    所述判断所述操作轨迹是否与预置操作轨迹相同的步骤包括:
    判断所述滑动轨迹是否与预置滑动轨迹相同,所述预置滑动轨迹用于触发删除所述消息;
    所述若所述操作轨迹与所述预置操作轨迹相同,则对所述消息进行处理的步骤包括:
    若所述滑动轨迹与所述预置滑动轨迹相同,则删除所述消息。
  7. 一种消息的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    显示单元,用于在锁屏界面中显示消息;
    获取单元,用于获取所述显示单元显示的所述消息对应的操作轨迹;
    判断单元,用于判断所述获取单元获取的所述操作轨迹是否与预置操作轨迹相同;
    处理单元,用于当所述判断单元判断所述操作轨迹与所述预置操作轨迹相同时,对所述消息进行处理。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的消息的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述显示单元,还用于显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于确认是否对所述消息进行处理;
    所述判断单元,还用于判断是否接收到所述显示单元显示的所述提示信息对应的确认信息;
    所述处理单元,还用于当所述判断单元判断接收到所述提示信息对应的确认信息时,对所述消息进行处理。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的消息的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述显示单元,还用于显示消息处理区域;
    所述判断单元,还用于判断所述显示单元显示的所述消息处理区域中是否存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹;
    所述处理单元,还用于当所述判断单元判断所述消息处理区域中存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹时,对所述消息进行处理。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的消息的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述显示单元,还用于显示第一消息处理区域及第二消息处理区域;
    所述判断单元,还用于判断所述显示单元显示的所述第一消息处理区域或者所述第二消息处区域中是否存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的消息的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理单元,还用于当所述判断单元判断所述第一消息处理区域中存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹时,对所述消息进行第一处理;
    所述处理单元,还用于当所述判断单元判断所述第二消息处理区域中存在与所述预置操作轨迹相同的操作轨迹时,对所述消息进行第二处理。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的消息的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元,还用于获取所述消息对应的滑动轨迹;
    所述判断单元,还用于判断所述获取单元获取的所述滑动轨迹是否与 预置滑动轨迹相同,所述预置滑动轨迹用于触发删除所述消息;
    所述处理单元,还用于当所述判断单元判断所述滑动轨迹与所述预置滑动轨迹相同时,删除所述消息。
