Description
本申请涉及智能电视领域,特别涉及一种智能电视的轮播节目点播方法及装置。
随着人们生活水平的提高,智能电视在家庭中的普及率日益广泛,替代传统电视的趋势越来越强,智能电视在人们的日常休闲与娱乐生活中起到越来越重要的作用。
目前,智能电视能够播放的节目种类越来越多,包括传统的信号源直播电视节目以及网络频道节目等。其中,用户可以通过智能电视联网点播的方式收看网络点播节目或在线收看网络直播频道的节目(″网络直播频道″也称为″轮播频道″)。因此,用户对于所要观看的电视节目的可选择性越来越大。
但是,在实现本发明的过程中,本申请的发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:当用户在收看轮播频道的节目时,无法观看该轮播频道在当前正在播放的节目之前播放的节目,也无法跳过当前正在播放的节目而直接收看后面的节目,导致用户只能被动按照轮播频道的节目单安排,收看轮播频道当前正在播放的节目,即,轮播频道当前正在播什么节目,用户就只能收看什么节目。这势必造成用户的体验不佳。
发明内容
一种智能电视的轮播节目点播方法及装置,目的之一在于解决使用户不必被动地按照轮播频道的节目单收看当前正在播放的节目,可以回看之前播放的节目和之后将要播放的节目,增加节目收看的灵活性,提升用户体验的问题。
基于上述目的,本申请实施例提供的技术方案如下:
一种智能电视的轮播节目点播方法,包括:
从服务器获取当前的轮播频道的节目单,并将所述当前的轮播频道的节目单显示在所述当前的轮播频道的播放画面中,其中,服务器保存有每个轮播频道的节目单;
响应对所述当前的轮播频道的节目单中的节目的选择操作,将频道从所述当前的轮播频道切换至点播频道;
从服务器中获取所述选择操作所选择的节目的点播节目,并将所述点播节目的信息显示在所述点播频道的界面中。
优选地,所述从服务器中获取所述选择操作所选择的节目的点播节目,包括:
确定所述选择操作所选择的节目的名称,并作为目标节目名称;
从服务器中搜索具有所述目标节目名称的节目,并作为所述选择操作所选择的节目的点播节目。
优选地,还包括:
从服务器中搜索所述点播节目的关联节目,将搜索到的关联节目的信息放入同一个列表中,作为点播节目列表,并将所述点播节目列表显示在所述点播频道的界面中。
优选地,还包括:
在将搜索到的关联节目的信息放入同一个列表中之前,提取搜索到的关联节目在服务器中的链接地址;
则,所述将搜索到的关联节目的信息放入同一个列表中,具体为:
将搜索到的关联节目的信息和链接地址建立对应关系后放入同一个列表中。

本申请实施例的主要思想之一可以包括:用户在选择节目单中的任意一节目时,电视可以响应用户的选择操作,从只能被动收看的轮播频道切换到可以主动点播的点播频道,并在点播频道中显示用户所选择的节目对应的点播节目,此时用户就可以观看点播节目,达到可以回看之前播放的节目和之后将要播放的节目、增加节目收看的灵活性的效果,提升用户体验。
下面,将通过具体实施例对本申请的方案做具体阐述:
实施例一:
图1为本申请实施例提供的一种智能电视的轮播节目点播方法的流程示意图。
请参照图1所示,本申请实施例提供的一种智能电视的轮播节目点播方法,包括:
S100:从服务器获取当前的轮播频道的节目单,并将所述当前的轮播频道的节目单显示在所述当前的轮播频道的播放画面中,其中,服务器保存有每个轮播频道的节目单;
在本申请实施例中,服务器会建立至少一个轮播频道,并为每一个轮播频道设置节目单,节目单中至少包括服务器为轮播频道分配的节目的节目名称和各节目被安排的播放时间,然后按照节目单实时播放对应的轮播频道中的节目,并向客户端发送实时播放的轮播频道的节目信号。
客户端根据正在播放的节目,识别出用户当前正在观看的轮播频道之后,就可以将当前的轮播频道作为目标轮播频道,从服务器生成的轮播频道的节目单中搜索目标轮播频道对应的节目单。
在这里,当前的轮播频道的节目单中可以包括当前正在播放的节目的节目名称和播放时间、当前的轮播频道中已经播放过的节目的节目名称和播放时间、当前的轮播频道中将要播放的节目的节目名称和播放时间等节目信息。
在本申请实施例中,将搜索到的当前的轮播频道的节目单加载在当前的轮播频道的视频数据中,就可以在当前正在播放的轮播频道的视频画面中显示出当前的轮播频道的节目单,使得用户可以操作查看。
在这里,节目单可以以半透明列表的形式显示在视频画面中,也可以以时间轴的顺序显示在正在播放的节目的视频界面中,在这种情况下,时间轴上的每一节点都是一个节目信息,节目信息可以以图片加文字的形式显示,也可以以缩略视频的形式显示,对于当前正在播放的节目,可以通过添加一定的标识与其它节目做区分,比如对当前正在播放的节目进行高亮显示等等,在此不再赘术。
在这里,在当前的轮播频道的视频画面中显示节目单,可以是沿视频画面中的侧边显示节目单,也可以是沿视频画面的底边或顶边显示节目单,这样不会影响用户对于正在播放的节目的观看。
比如,当节目单以时间轴的形式沿电视的视频画面的底边设置时,用户通过遥控器操作在视频界面中向右拉动时间轴,即可以查看之前播放过的节目信息,通过遥控器操作在视频界面中向左拉动时间轴,即可以查看将要播放的节目信息。
可以理解的是,当用户无需观看节目单,或者为了避免节目单影响用户观看当前的轮播频道的节目时,用户可以选择执行取消节目单的操作,此时,智能电视的服务器可以响应于用户对所述节目单的关闭操作,停止将节目单加载在当前的轮播频道的视频数据中,以便停止在当前的轮播频道的视频画面中显示节目单。而当用户需要查看节目单时,还可以选择执行打开节目单的操作,此时,智能电视的服务器可以响应于用户对节目单的打开操作,再次将节目单加载在当前的轮播频道的视频数据中,以便在当前的轮播频道的的视频画面中显示当前的轮播频道的节目单。这样能够使节目单随用户的需要显示或取消显示,进一步增加用户的人性化体验。
S200:响应对所述当前的轮播频道的节目单中的节目的选择操作,将频道从所述当前的轮播频道切换至点播频道;
在现有技术中,由于轮播频道的节目是按照服务器的节目单安排的播放时间播出的,当用户在收看轮播频道的节目时,无法观看该轮播频道在当前正在播放的节目之前播放的节目,也无法跳过当前正在播放的节目而直接收看后面的节目,导致用户只能被动按照轮播频道的节目单安排,收看轮播频道当前正在播放的节目,即,轮播频道当前正在播什么节目,用户就只能收看什么节目。这势必造成用户的体验不佳。
在本申请实施例中,当用户选择轮播频道的节目单中的节目时,会首先将智能电视的频道从当前的轮播频道切换至点播频道,相对于直播频道只能
按照服务器提供的节目单安排的播放时间播出节目,点播频道可以随时供用户选择感兴趣的节目进行播放,使得用户的自主性更强。
S300:从服务器中获取所述选择操作所选择的节目的点播节目,并将所述点播节目的信息显示在所述点播频道的界面中。
在本申请实施例中,服务器会预先保存轮播节目单中的每个节目对应的点播节目,而且轮播节目单中的每个节目和与其对应的点播节目可以是位于不同存储位置的相同节目。
以电视剧或电影为例,当用户选择的是轮播节目单中的某个电视剧的某集时,电视可以为用户呈现该集在点播频道中的点播节目的信息,当用户选择的是轮播节目单中的某个电影时,电视可以为用户呈现该电影在点播频道中的点播节目的信息。
这里的信息中可以包含点播节目的节目介绍、节目名称、节目序号和节目链接地址中的一种或几种,不同的点播节目可能对应不同的信息,比如电视剧的信息可以包含节目序号,而电影的信息就不一定包含节目序号。
在这里,点播节目的信息可以以半透明的形式显示在点播频道的界面中,也可以嵌入在节目的网页中,以用户所选择的节目的节目专题及介绍页面的形式显示在点播频道中,点播节目的信息可以以图片加文字的形式显示,也可以以缩略视频的形式显示,在此不再赘述。

请参照图2所示,在实施例一提供的方法的基础上,本申请实施例提供的方法,具体包括:
S301:确定所述选择操作所选择的节目的名称,并作为目标节目名称;
在本申请实施例中,当用户在轮播频道的节目单中选择节目时,客户端可以根据节目单确定用户所选择的节目的节目名称,作为目标节目名称。
这里的目标节目名称是指包括节目的主名称、节目序号、命名格式等在内的节目的全名,以电视剧为例,比如名称为″甄嬛传-05″的节目,这里的″甄嬛传″是节目的主名称,″05″是节目的节目序号,″-″是连接主名称和节目序号的命名格式,而目标节目名称即为″甄嬛传-05″这个全名。
S302:从服务器中搜索具有所述目标节目名称的节目,并作为所述选择操作所选择的节目的点播节目。
当用户选择当前的轮播频道的节目单中的节目时,客户端从服务器中搜索与用户选择的节目的节目名称相同的节目,作为用户选择的节目对应的点播节目,搜索到用户选择的节目对应的点播节目后,就可以播放点播节目。
在这里,从服务器中搜索具有所述目标节目名称的节目,是指从服务器中搜索包括主名称、节目序号、命名格式等均与目标节目名称相同的节目。延续上文的例子,当目标节目名称为″甄嬛传-05″时,从服务器中搜索具有所述目标节目名称的节目,即为从服务器中搜索全名为″甄嬛传-05″的节目。
应用上述本申请实施例提供的技术方案,在从所述当前的轮播频道切换至点播频道后,从服务器中获取与用户选择的节目的名称相同的点播节目,并将所述点播节目的信息显示在所述点播频道的界面中。这样,用户在选择

图3为本申请实施例提供的另一种智能电视的轮播节目点播方法的流程示意图。
请参照图3所示,在上述实施例的基础上,本申请实施例提供的方法,还包括:
S400:从服务器中搜索所述点播节目的关联节目,将搜索到的关联节目的信息放入同一个列表中,作为点播节目列表,并将所述点播节目列表显示在所述点播频道的界面中。
在本申请实施例中,服务器会预先保存轮播节目单中的每个节目对应的点播节目,也会预先保存每个点播节目的关联节目。
其中,与点播节目相关联的关联节目是指与该点播节目具有相同主名称、不同节目序号的节目。以电视剧节目为例,关联节目可以是点播的当前剧集的上一集或下一集,还可以是该电视剧的全集;以电影节目为例,关联节目可以是点播的当前电影的上一部或下一部,还可以是该电影的全系列。
因为关联节目与点播节目具有相同的主名称,因此可以共用点播节目的主名称,所以这里的点播节目列表中至少包含与点播节目相关联的关联节目的节目序号,以便区分各节目。
在这里,点播节目列表可以以半透明列表的形式显示在点播频道的界面中,也可以嵌入在节目详情页面中,以用户所选择的节目的节目专题及介绍页面的形式显示在点播频道中,点播节目列表中的关联节目的信息可以以图片加文字的形式显示,也可以以缩略视频的形式显示,对于用户所选择的节
目,可以通过添加一定的标识与其它节目做区分,比如对用户所选择的节目进行高亮显示等等,在此不再赘述。
而且,在将搜索到的关联节目的信息放入同一个列表中之前,还可以根据搜索到的关联节目的节目序号对搜索到的关联节目的信息进行排序,然后再将经过排序后的搜索到的关联节目的信息放入同一个中,作为点播节目列表。这里的排序方式可以为按照节目序号的顺序进行正向排序或倒向排序,使得节目列表更加清楚直观,方便用户查找和选取。
应用上述本申请实施例提供的技术方案,在从轮播频道切换到点播频道后,客户端可以从服务器中获取所述选择操作所选择的节目对应的点播节目的关联节目,将各关联节目归属于同一个点播节目列表,并将所述点播节目列表显示在所述点播频道的播放画面中,其中,所述点播节目列表包括与所述选择操作所选择的节目相关联的节目的信息,所述信息至少包括节目序号。这样,用户在选择节目单中的任意一节目时,电视可以响应用户的选择操作,从只能被动收看的轮播频道切换到可以主动点播的点播频道,并在点播频道中显示用户所选择的节目对应的点播节目列表,此时用户就可以观看点播节目列表中的节目,达到可以回看之前播放的节目和之后将要播放的节目,增加节目收看的灵活性的效果,提升用户体验。

S500:响应对所述点播节目列表中的链接地址的地址选择操作,从服务器中调取与所述地址选择操作所选择的链接地址对应的节目的视频数据,并在所述点播频道中播放所述视频数据。
需要说明的是,在上述点播节目列表中还包括关联节目的链接地址时,当点播节目列表中的关联节目中的某个节目更感兴趣时,可以点击该节目的链接地址,此时,智能电视可以响应于用户对所述关联节目的链接地址的地址选择操作,开始播放用户点击的链接地址所对应的关联节目。这样,在用户点击点播节目列表中的节目、即发出播放指令时,客户端可以响应于用户的播放指令,开始播放用户所选择的关联节目。
在本申请实施例中,用户不仅可以在点播频道的界面中看到所选择的节目的点播节目列表,还可以直接从点播节目列表中选取自己感兴趣的节目,点击该节目对应的链接地址,这样可以省略用户根据关联节目的信息手动搜索推荐的关联节目的播放地址的过程与时间,提高用户的节目观看效率,提升节目观看体验。

图6为本申请实施例提供的一种智能电视的轮播节目点播装置的结构示意图。
请参照图6所示,本申请实施例提供的一种智能电视的轮播节目点播装置,包括:
轮播模块1,配置为从服务器获取当前的轮播频道的节目单,并将所述当前的轮播频道的节目单显示在所述当前的轮播频道的播放画面中,其中,服务器保存有每个轮播频道的节目单;
在本申请实施例中,服务器会建立至少一个轮播频道,并为每一个轮播频道设置节目单,节目单中至少包括服务器为轮播频道分配的节目的节目名称和各节目被安排的播放时间,然后按照节目单实时播放对应的轮播频道中的节目,并向客户端发送实时播放的轮播频道的节目信号。
客户端根据正在播放的节目,识别出用户当前正在观看的轮播频道之后,就可以将当前的轮播频道作为目标轮播频道,从服务器生成的轮播频道的节目单中搜索目标轮播频道对应的节目单。
在这里,当前的轮播频道的节目单中可以包括当前正在播放的节目的节目名称和播放时间、当前的轮播频道中已经播放过的节目的节目名称和播放时间、当前的轮播频道中将要播放的节目的节目名称和播放时间等节目信息。
在本申请实施例中,将搜索到的当前的轮播频道的节目单加载在当前的轮播频道的视频数据中,就可以在当前正在播放的轮播频道的视频画面中显示出当前的轮播频道的节目单,使得用户可以操作查看。
在这里,节目单可以以半透明列表的形式显示在视频画面中,也可以以时间轴的顺序显示在正在播放的节目的视频界面中,在这种情况下,时间轴上的每一节点都是一个节目信息,节目信息可以以图片加文字的形式显示,也可以以缩略视频的形式显示,对于当前正在播放的节目,可以通过添加一定的标识与其它节目做区分,比如对当前正在播放的节目进行高亮显示等等,在此不再赘述。
在这里,在当前的轮播频道的视频画面中显示节目单,可以是沿视频画面中的侧边显示节目单,也可以是沿视频画面的底边或顶边显示节目单,这样不会影响用户对于正在播放的节目的观看。
比如,当节目单以时间轴的形式沿电视的视频画面的底边设置时,用户通过遥控器操作在视频界面中向右拉动时间轴,即可以查看之前播放过的节目信息,通过遥控器操作在视频界面中向左拉动时间轴,即可以查看将要播放的节目信息。
可以理解的是,当用户无需观看节目单,或者为了避免节目单影响用户观看当前的轮播频道的节目时,用户可以选择执行取消节目单的操作,此时,智能电视的服务器可以响应于用户对所述节目单的关闭操作,停止将节目单加载在当前的轮播频道的视频数据中,以便停止在当前的轮播频道的视频画面中显示节目单。而当用户需要查看节目单时,还可以选择执行打开节目单的操作,此时,智能电视的服务器可以响应于用户对节目单的打开操作,再次将节目单加载在当前的轮播频道的视频数据中,以便在当前的轮播频道的
的视频画面中显示当前的轮播频道的节目单。这样能够使节目单随用户的需要显示或取消显示,进一步增加用户的人性化体验。
切换模块2,配置为响应对所述当前的轮播频道的节目单中的节目的选择操作,将频道从所述当前的轮播频道切换至点播频道;
在现有技术中,由于轮播频道的节目是按照服务器的节目单安排的播放时间播出的,当用户在收看轮播频道的节目时,无法观看该轮播频道在当前正在播放的节目之前播放的节目,也无法跳过当前正在播放的节目而直接收看后面的节目,导致用户只能被动按照轮播频道的节目单安排,收看轮播频道当前正在播放的节目,即,轮播频道当前正在播什么节目,用户就只能收看什么节目。这势必造成用户的体验不佳。
在本申请实施例中,当用户选择轮播频道的节目单中的节目时,会首先将智能电视的频道从当前的轮播频道切换至点播频道,相对于直播频道只能按照服务器提供的节目单安排的播放时间播出节目,点播频道可以随时供用户选择感兴趣的节目进行播放,使得用户的自主性更强。
点播模块3,配置为从服务器中获取所述选择操作所选择的节目的点播节目,并将所述点播节目的信息显示在所述点播频道的界面中。
在本申请实施例中,服务器会预先保存轮播节目单中的每个节目对应的点播节目,而且轮播节目单中的每个节目和与其对应的点播节目可以是位于不同存储位置的相同节目。
以电视剧或电影为例,当用户选择的是轮播节目单中的某个电视剧的某集时,电视可以为用户呈现该集在点播频道中的点播节目的信息,当用户选择的是轮播节目单中的某个电影时,电视可以为用户呈现该电影在点播频道中的点播节目的信息。
这里的信息中可以包含点播节目的节目介绍、节目名称、节目序号和节目链接地址中的一种或几种,不同的点播节目可能对应不同的信息,比如电视剧的信息可以包含节目序号,而电影的信息就不一定包含节目序号。
在这里,点播节目的信息可以以半透明的形式显示在点播频道的界面中,也可以嵌入在节目的网页中,以用户所选择的节目的节目专题及介绍页面的形式显示在点播频道中,点播节目的信息可以以图片加文字的形式显示,也可以以缩略视频的形式显示,在此不再赘述。

″甄嬛传″是节目的主名称,″05″是节目的节目序号,″-″是连接主名称和节目序号的命名格式,而目标节目名称即为″甄嬛传-05″这个全名。
搜索模块32,配置为从服务器中搜索具有所述目标节目名称的节目,并作为所述选择操作所选择的节目的点播节目。
当用户选择当前的轮播频道的节目单中的节目时,客户端从服务器中搜索与用户选择的节目的节目名称相同的节目,作为用户选择的节目对应的点播节目,搜索到用户选择的节目对应的点播节目后,就可以播放点播节目。
在这里,从服务器中搜索具有所述目标节目名称的节目,是指从服务器中搜索包括主名称、节目序号、命名格式等均与目标节目名称相同的节目。延续上文的例子,当目标节目名称为″甄嬛传-05″时,从服务器中搜索具有所述目标节目名称的节目,即为从服务器中搜索全名为″甄嬛传-05″的节目。

- 根据权利要求8所述的轮播节目点播装置,其中,所述列表模块,还包括:提取模块,配置为在将搜索到的关联节目的信息放入同一个列表中之前,提取搜索到的关联节目在服务器中的链接地址;列表模块,配置为将搜索到的关联节目的信息和链接地址建立对应关系后放入同一个列表中;则,所述列表模块,具体配置为:从服务器中搜索所述点播节目的关联节目,提取搜索到的关联节目在服务器中的链接地址,将搜索到的关联节目的信息和链接地址建立对应关系后放入同一个列表中,作为点播节目列表,并将所述点播节目列表显示在所述点播频道的界面中。
- 根据权利要求9所述的轮播节目点播装置,其中,还包括:调取模块,配置为响应对所述点播节目列表中的链接地址的地址选择操作,从服务器中调取与所述地址选择操作所选择的链接地址对应的节目的视频数据,并在所述点播频道中播放所述视频数据。
- 一种在其上记录有用于执行权利要求1至5中任一项的方法的程序的计算机可读记录介质。
