[0002] 药物治疗对身体有副作用, 使用过多后还会增加抗药性, 若存在抗药性后, 使 用再多该类药物其疗效均较差。 针灸治疗可以克服药物治疗的诸多缺点, 而且 效果明显, 治疗安全, 无毒副作用。 针灸是我国特有的治疗手段之一, 是一种" 内病外治"的医术。 通过经络、 腧穴的传导作用, 应用一定的操作法来治疗全身 疾病。 在临床上按中医的诊疗方法诊断出病因, 找出疾病的关键, 辨别疾病的 性质, 确定病变属于哪一经脉、 哪一脏腑, 辨明它是属于表里、 寒热、 虚实中 哪一类型, 做出诊断; 然后进行相应的配穴处方, 进行治疗。 以通经脉, 调气 血, 使阴阳归于相对平衡, 使脏腑功能趋于调和, 从而达到防治疾病的目的。 针灸疗法是祖国医学遗产的一部分, 也是我国特有的一种民族医疗方法。 千百 年来, 对保卫健康, 繁衍民族等都有过卓越的贡献, 直到现在, 仍然担当着这 个任务, 为广大群众所信赖。
[0003] 随着生活节奏的不断加快, 年轻人大多忙于工作, 无论其工作环境是在写字楼 还是在工厂车间, 在工作过程中, 或多或少地带入了不少的职业病, 而年轻人 大多忙于工作, 无暇顾及自身健康问题, 亦无暇顾及家中留守老人的健康问题 , 无论是年轻人自身还是家中的留守老人均无法做到身体不适吋能到医院及吋 就诊。 而如今的针灸诊疗从穴位的各项物理特性的探测到穴位定位, 再到针灸 治疗都是由专业的中医医务人员根据经验完成的, 非专业医务人员无法自行探 测、 治疗, 至今无法做到普及, 病人必须到诊所接受中医医生的诊断而无法实 现自助式诊断与治疗, 这便于目前患者无法及吋到医院就诊形成了矛盾。
[0004] 针灸学属于传统的经验医学, 以经验为主的针灸临床决策模式仍占据一定主 导地位, 因其根本缺陷在于极少重视科学研究证据的作用和利用, 故在一定程 度上阻碍了针灸临床疗效的进一步提高以及针灸学的国际发展。 近年来, 市场 上也出现了一些自助式的穴位探测治疗产品。 从穴位定位方面来看, 针灸穴位 的定位多由人体内部骨骨各、 肌肉、 血管、 神经、 淋巴及脏器的相对位置进行定 义, 每个人的体形又存在着诸多细微差异, 即使是经验丰富的老中医, 也不能 保证肉眼定位的准确性, 现有的穴位探测治疗产品根本无法做到精准定位。 对 于自助式的穴位探测治疗产品, 对于非专业人士, 在自行使用的吋候难免出现 意外情况, 造成一定的危险性, 对于医师的吋候, 该产品智能为一位患者进行 诊治, 在患者进行针灸的吋候无法为其他患者进行治疗, 效率 ί氐下, 无法做到 广泛使用。
