本申请要求于 2013 年 11 月 25 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320752209.4 、 发明名称为 "电子烟" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部 内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域 本发明涉及电子烟技术领域, 更具体地说, 涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种仿香烟的电子产品,通过雾化器把烟液蒸发成气雾,使吸烟 者直接吸入, 骤眼看犹如吸烟, 但实际过程中并不产生烟雾。
电子烟包括电池杆和雾化器,通过设置于电池杆的内部的控制电路和气流 感应器控制气雾的输出量及工作状态。 当吸烟者吸气时, 可形成高速气流, 气 流传感器感知到气流后生成吸烟信号,控制器根据检测到的吸烟信号, 生成开 关指令并发送至开关组件, 通过开关组件开启雾化器, 其中, 雾化器开启后, 发热丝发热, 烟液受热蒸发雾化, 形成模拟烟气的气雾。 由此可知, 吸烟者吸 一口烟, 雾化器就开启一次, 即吸烟者吸烟的口数就等于雾化器开启的次数。
虽然电子烟能够在一定程度上减少香烟对吸烟者的危害,但是, 为了进一 步减少吸烟对吸烟者身体的伤害, 就需要对吸烟者的吸烟量进行控制, 而现有 的电子烟并不能控制吸烟者在一定时间内的吸烟量。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供了一种电子烟, 以解决现有技术中电子烟不能控制 吸烟者在一定时间内的吸烟量的问题。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电子烟, 包括:
设置时间以及设置吸烟口数值的设置组件;
与设置组件相连,控制预设时间内开关指令的生成次数不大于预设吸烟口 数值的主控制器;
与主控制器和雾化器相连,根据所述主控制器生成的开关指令,控制雾化 器的开启或关闭的开关组件。

存储器, 用于存储设置的吸烟口数值以及时间。

这是因为现有的电子烟只能通过开关组件控制雾化器的开启或关闭,并不 能控制雾化器在一定时间内的开启次数,也就不能控制吸烟者在一定时间内吸 烟的口数, 因此, 现有的电子烟并不能控制吸烟者在一定时间内的吸烟量。
基于此, 本发明提供了一种电子烟, 以克服现有技术存在的上述问题, 包 括:
设置时间以及吸烟口数值的设置组件;
与设置组件相连,控制预设时间内开关指令的生成次数不大于预设吸烟口 数值的主控制器;
与主控制器和雾化器相连,根据所述主控制器生成的开关指令,控制雾化
器的开启或关闭的开关组件。
本发明所提供的电子烟,通过设置组件设置时间和吸烟口数值,通过主控 制器控制预设时间内开关指令的生成次数不大于预设吸烟口数值,通过与主控 制器相连的开关组件, 根据开关指令控制雾化器的开启或关闭。 由此可知, 本 发明所提供的电子烟, 能够通过主控制器控制预设时间内开关指令的生成次 数, 来控制预设时间内雾化器的开启次数,从而控制了吸烟者在预设时间内吸 烟的口数不大于预设口数, 进而控制了吸烟者在预设时间内的吸烟量,解决了 现有技术中电子烟不能控制吸烟者在一定时间内的吸烟量的问题。

9、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 当所述设置组件为拨轮 时, 所述电子烟包括:
第一拨轮, 用于设置吸烟口数值;
第二拨轮, 用于设置时间。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 可通过转动拨轮选择不 同的档位或加减一定的数值, 来设置时间或吸烟口数值。
