Abstract

一种紫外线消毒器,包括底部设有开口的壳体(1)、固定在壳体的放置仓内侧壁的紫外线灯(4)以及封闭所述开口的可拆卸固定在所述壳体上的用于放置电池(7)的放置盒(3)。由于用于放置电池(7)的放置盒(3)与壳体(1)之间可拆卸固定设置,紫外线消毒器先安装电路板(6)、紫外线灯(4)等其他器件,安装完成后,放置盒(3)封闭壳体(1)的开口与壳体(1)进行固定,不仅节省了空间,而且便于安装固定电路板(6)及紫外线灯(4)等其它器件。

一种紫外线消毒器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及家用电器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种紫外线消毒器。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种紫外线消毒器, 包括壳体和紫外线灯, 壳体一端设有放 置仓, 用于放置手机等物品, 其另一端用于放置紫外线灯、 电路板及电池等器 件; 紫外线灯通过壳体另一端固定在放置仓内侧壁上, 电路板固定在放置仓底 部通过导线与紫外线灯连接, 电池放置在壳体内的电池仓内, 打开电路板上的 开关, 紫外线消毒器打开, 紫外线灯发出紫外线对放置仓内的手机等进行消毒。 此方案未公开。 但是, 电池安装在壳体另一端的电池仓内不便于电路板和紫外 线灯等其它器件的安装和固定。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于放置电池的放置槽的设置节省 空间且方便其它器件安装的紫外线消毒器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种紫外线消毒器, 包括底 部设有开口的壳体、 固定在壳体的放置仓内侧壁上的紫外线灯以及封闭所述开 口的可拆卸固定在所述壳体上的用于放置电池的放置盒。
优选的, 所述放置盒通过螺丝固定在所述壳体上。 螺丝固定牢固, 便于安 装和拆 ^p。
优选的, 所述壳体设有螺孔柱, 所述放置盒设有与所述螺孔柱配合的螺丝 孔; 所述放置盒沿所述螺丝孔延伸有延伸部, 所述延伸部内侧壁有与螺丝配合 的螺纹。 设置延伸部增加与螺丝的固定面积, 从而增加固定的牢固性。
优选的, 所述延伸部顶部设有凹陷, 当所述放置盒与壳体固定时所述螺孔 柱插入到所述凹陷内。 螺孔柱插入凹陷内起到限位作用, 使螺丝的固定更加牢 固。
优选的, 所述放置盒从所述开口处插入到所述壳体内通过螺丝固定, 所述 壳体在所述开口处设有一用于限位所述放置盒的平台。 放置盒边沿放置在平台 上使放置盒边沿和壳体边沿配合, 不仅把放置盒牢固的固定在壳体内, 而且使 壳体底部整体平整。
优选的, 所述放置盒包括设有一用于放入电池的放置口, 所述放置盒包括 一封闭所述放置口的电池盖。 方便安装以及拆卸电池。
优选的, 所述放置盒在所述放置口周围侧壁上设有多个凸块。 当紫外线消 毒器放置时凸块与放置处接触, 从而设置凸块防止壳体底部与放置处接触, 防 止磨损。

优选的, 所述放置盒在设有延伸部的另一面沿所述螺丝孔延伸有内径大于 所述螺丝孔直径的凸沿, 所述凸沿与所述凸块等高。 凸沿也起到支撑作用, 使 紫外线消毒器放置更加稳定。
优选的, 所述紫外线消毒器还包括通过胶水粘合固定在所述凸沿内的防滑 垫。 防止紫外线消毒器在放置时滑动。
本发明由于用于放置电池的放置盒与壳体之间可拆卸固定设置, 紫外线消 毒器先安装电路板、 紫外线灯等其它器件, 安装完成后, 放置盒封闭壳体的开 口与壳体进行固定, 这样不仅节省了空间, 而且便于安装固定电路板及紫外线 灯等其它器件。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种紫外线消毒器, 如图 1-6所示, 包括底部设有开口的壳体 1、 固定在壳体 1的放置仓内侧壁上的紫外线灯 4以及封闭所述开口的可拆卸固定 在所述壳体 1上的用于放置电池 7的放置盒 3。本发明由于用于放置电池 7的放 置盒 3与壳体 1之间可拆卸固定设置, 紫外线消毒器先安装电路板 6、 紫外线灯 4等其它器件, 安装完成后, 放置盒 3封闭壳体 1的开口与壳体 1进行固定, 这 样不仅节省了空间, 而且便于安装固定电路板 6及紫外线灯 4等其它器件。
本实施例中, 所述放置盒 3通过螺丝固定在所述壳体 1上, 螺丝固定牢固, 便于安装和拆卸。 当然, 也可以采用其它方式进行固定。
如图 6所示, 所述壳体 1设有螺孔柱 11 , 结合图 3和图 4, 所述放置盒 3设 有与所述螺孔柱 11配合的螺丝孔 35; 所述放置盒 3沿所述螺丝孔 35延伸有延 伸部 31 , 所述延伸部 31内侧壁有与螺丝配合的螺纹。 设置延伸部 31增加与螺 丝的固定面积, 从而增加固定的牢固性。 所述延伸部 31顶部设有凹陷 32, 当所 述放置盒 3与壳体 1固定时所述螺孔柱 11插入到所述凹陷 32内。 螺孔柱 11插 入凹陷 32内起到限位作用, 使螺丝的固定更加牢固。
放置盒 3—面设有用于放入电池 7的放置口, 放置盒 3从放置口处向内凹陷 形成放置电池 7的电池仓 33 , 电池仓 33可放置多块电池 7 , 根据需要设置。 有 一电池盖 8封闭电池仓 33的放置口, 如图 5所示, 电池盖 8适合放置口大小结 构设置, 从而把电池牢固的固定在电池仓 33 内。 从图 3可以看到, 电池仓 33 的外侧壁与延伸部 31之间有一连接板 34连接, 从而相互增加了强度。
如图 6所示, 所述放置盒从所述开口处插入到所述壳体 1内通过螺丝固定, 所述壳体 1在所述开口处设有一用于限位所述放置盒的平台 13。 放置盒边沿放 置在平台 13上使放置盒边沿和壳体 1边沿配合, 不仅把放置盒牢固的固定在壳 体 1 内, 而且使壳体 1底部整体平整。 壳体 1 内还设有用于支撑放置盒的支撑 柱 12, 支撑柱 12设置在壳体 1的内侧壁处对放置盒进行支撑, 从而使放置盒的 固定更加稳定、 牢固。
如图 4所示, 所述放置盒 3在所述放置口周围侧壁上设有多个凸块 37; 当所 述紫外线消毒器放置时所述凸块 37与放置处接触, 从而设置凸块 37防止壳体 底部与放置处接触, 防止磨损。 所述放置盒 3在设有延伸部 31的另一面沿所述 螺丝孔延伸有内径大于所述螺丝孔 35直径的凸沿 36, 所述凸沿 36与所述凸块 37等高。 凸沿 36也起到支撑作用, 使紫外线消毒器放置更加稳定。 所述紫外线 消毒器还包括通过胶水粘合固定在所述凸沿 37内的防滑垫, 防止紫外线消毒器 在放置时滑动。
如图 2所示, 紫外线消毒器还包括放置在壳体 1的放置仓内的篮子 5 , 进行 消毒器的手机或其它物品放置在篮子 5 内, 防止物品碰伤固定在放置仓内侧壁 上的紫外线灯 4; 紫外线消毒器还包括一套接在放置仓上的盖子 2, 盖子 2与壳 体 1 紧密连接, 从而使消毒效果更佳。 紫外线消毒器的电路板 6上设有用于指 示紫外线消毒器工作状态的指示灯, 从而方便使用。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的紫外线消毒器, 其特征在于, 所述放置盒通过螺丝 固定在所述壳体上。
3、如权利要求 2所述的紫外线消毒器,其特征在于,所述壳体设有螺孔柱, 所述放置盒设有与所述螺孔柱配合的螺丝孔; 所述放置盒沿所述螺丝孔延伸有 延伸部, 所述延伸部内侧壁有与螺丝配合的螺纹。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的紫外线消毒器, 其特征在于, 所述延伸部顶部设有 凹陷, 当所述放置盒与壳体固定时所述螺孔柱插入到所述凹陷内。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的紫外线消毒器, 其特征在于, 所述放置盒从所述开 口处插入到所述壳体内通过螺丝固定, 所述壳体在所述开口处设有一用于限位 所述放置盒的平台。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的紫外线消毒器, 其特征在于, 所述放置盒包括设有 一用于放入电池的放置口, 所述放置盒包括一封闭所述放置口的电池盖。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的紫外线消毒器, 其特征在于, 所述放置盒在所述放 置口周围侧壁上设有多个凸块。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的紫外线消毒器, 其特征在于, 所述延伸部与所述放 置盒的电池仓的外侧壁之间设有连接板。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的紫外线消毒器, 其特征在于, 所述放置盒在设有延 伸部的另一面沿所述螺丝孔延伸有内径大于所述螺丝孔直径的凸沿, 所述凸沿 与所述凸块等高。
