Abstract

The present invention relates to a dispenser designed for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and comprising a system enabling the product to be easily placed into the dispenser for use. The dispenser according to the present invention comprises the following: a main body (8), an inner receptacle (9) for placing the product made of paper, a dispenser cover (1), a slot/receptacle (3) connected with the dispenser cover, a product outlet (10) positioned on the slot/receptacle (3), a joint (4), a stopper surface (5), a cover stopper surface (6) positioned on the lower portion of the dispenser cover (1), and ribs (7) positioned on the dispenser cover (1).

Description

DESCRIPTION
A DISPENSER COMPRISING A SYSTEM FACILITATING THE PLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT
MADE OF PAPER INTO THE DISPENSER
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a dispenser designed for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and comprising a system enabling the product to be easily placed into the dispenser for use.
Prior Art
Products made of paper are used in houses, work places or many public areas, toilets and areas with wet surfaces. Products made of paper are offered to the consumers by being placed into the dispensers. Dispensers providing product use in different ways depending on application areas thereof are available. Some products are made ready for use by pulling an end thereof through the gap provided in the roll center of the product and passing said end through the outlet positioned on the dispenser. Some products are provided for use by being opened through the outer portion of the roll of the product. A great variety of products, as well as dispensers comprising different mechanisms enabling the use of said products, are also available. In the dispensers enabling the use of products by opening an end thereof through the gap provided in the roll center of the product and passing it through the dispenser outlet, the product is placed into the dispenser such that emerging direction thereof is perpendicular to the ground plane and it is made ready for use by opening an end thereof and passing it through the outlet. In the case of having a conical product slot, the dispenser outlet, which can also be referred to as nozzle, narrows down; thus, making the product ready for use by passing the end thereof through the narrowing outlet becomes difficult. In such type of dispensers of the prior art, the product is placed into the dispenser such that the emerging direction thereof from the slot ending with the outlet is perpendicular to the ground plane. Since the slot and outlet are positioned perpendicular to the ground plane, the outlet cannot be easily seen during the placement of the product and passing the opened end of the product through the narrow outlet becomes quite difficult. The length of the opened end of the product is generally equal to the distance between the. slot provided therein with the product and product central axis and the product should be made closer to the slot thereof to reduce this length. In this case, only a small distance preventing the product from being manually placed remains and the end of the product cannot be passed through the outlet or passing it through the outlet becomes difficult.
Due to said difficulty of use and unhygienic use, the dispenser according to the present invention has been developed.
Object of the Invention
The object of the present invention is to develop a dispenser for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and comprising a system enabling the product to be easily and hygienically placed thereinto.

Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to a dispenser designed for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and comprising a system enabling the product to be easily placed into the dispenser for use.
The dispenser according to the present invention comprises the following: a main body (8), an inner receptacle (9) for placing the product (2) made of paper, a dispenser cover (1), a slot/receptacle (3) connected with the dispenser cover, a product outlet (10) positioned on the end portion of the slot/receptacle (3), a joint (4) providing the movement of the dispenser cover (1) and slot/receptacle (3), a stopper surface (5) positioned on the slot/receptacle (3), a cover stopper surface (6) positioned on the lower portion of the dispenser cover (1) and ribs (7) positioned on the dispenser cover (1). Mentioned slot/receptacle (3) can be a bowl shaped slot.
The slot/receptacle (3) positioned on the dispenser is connected with the dispenser cover (1), wherein it is capable of moving together with and/or independently of the dispenser cover (1). When the dispenser cover (1) is closed, the bowl shaped slot/receptacle (3) and the product outlet (10) are positioned in the vertical direction, i.e. perpendicular to the ground plane (Figure 2). The dispenser cover (1) is opened by pivoting on the joint (4) and the slot/receptacle (3) also opened together with the dispenser cover (1). When the dispenser cover (1) opened, the cover stopper surface (6) contacts the stopper surface (5). positioned on the slot (3) and the opening operation is terminated. When the dispenser cover (1) is fully opened, the slot/receptacle (3) is also opened such that a suitable angle between dispenser cover (1) and slot (3) allowing the product (2) made of paper to be placed easily is provided. In this position, the slot/receptacle (3) is positioned with an inclination so as to make a certain angle also with the ground plane (12). The product outlet (10) . positioned on the slot (3) is in a position perpendicular to the ground plane when the dispenser cover (1) is closed while it passes from the vertical position to a slightly inclined or horizontal position making an angle with the ground plane (12) when the dispenser cover is opened (Figure 3). In this position of the slot/receptacle (3), the product outlet (10) is oriented towards the user and the slot/receptacle (3) can be positioned so as to allow the product to be easily placed thereinto. The given distance between the slot/receptacle (3) and the dispenser cover (1) will enable the product outlet (10) to be easily seen and opened end of the product (11) made of paper to easily pass through the product outlet (10). Within the present invention, the slot/receptacle (3) can also move independently of the movement of the dispenser cover (1) and can pivot around the joint (4) independently of the dispenser cover.
After the dispenser cover (1) is opened, the product (2) made of paper is placed on the ribs (7) positioned on the dispenser cover after an end of the product is opened by pulling it. After the product placed onto the dispenser cover (1), the opened end of the product (11) made of paper is passed through the slot/receptacle (3) and the product outlet (10) (Figure 4). Since the slot/receptacle (3), after the dispenser cover (1) is opened, is positioned with an angle in the horizontal plane as shown in Figure 3, the product outlet (10) positioned on the slot (3) can be easily seen by the user; thus, the opened end of the product (11) made of paper can be easily passed through the product outlet (10) and made ready for use. In addition, due to the ability to move the slot/receptacle (3) independently of the dispenser cover (1), the slot/receptacle (3), after the dispenser cover (1) is fully opened, can be brought to a position enabling the opened end of the product (11) made of paper to be easily passed through the product outlet (10). When the dispenser cover (1) is closed again by pivoting around the joint (4), the slot/receptacle (3) also moves with the dispenser cover (1) and returns to the position thereof perpendicular to the ground plane (12). By closing the cover, the product made of paper (2) is also provided in the vertical position enabling the opened end (11) thereof to be used by being pulled through the product outlet (10) in the vertical direction outside the dispenser. The use of the product (2) made of paper is realized by pulling the opened end of the product made of paper (11) emerging from the product outlet (10) outside the dispenser.
With the use of the dispenser developed within the scope of the present invention, the product can be easily and hygienically placed into the dispenser and made ready for use.

Claims

1. A dispenser developed for the use of products (2) made of paper and comprising a main body (8), a dispenser cover (1) and an inner receptacle (9) for placing the product, characterized in that it further comprises the following:
• a slot/receptacle (3) positioned in connection with the dispenser cover (1) and capable of pivoting together with the dispenser cover as well as is capable of pivoting around the joint (4) independently of the dispenser cover (1);
• a product outlet (10) positioned on the slot/receptacle (3);
• a joint (4) enabling the pivoting movement of the dispenser cover (1) and the slot/receptacle (3);
• a cover stopper surface (6) positioned on the lower portion of the dispenser cover (1);
• a stopper surface (5) positioned on the slot/receptacle; and
• ribs (7) positioned on the dispenser cover (1).

The dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that the slot/receptacle (3), in the case of that the dispenser cover (1) is in open position, is positioned in a horizontal position allowing placement of the product into the dispenser with the product outlet (10) oriented towards the user and with a certain angle with the dispenser cover (1) and also with the ground plane (12), and in the case of that the dispenser cover (1) is in close position, the slot/receptacle (3) and the product outlet (10) are positioned in the vertical direction, perpendicular to the ground plane (12).
3. The dispenser according to the claim 1, characterized in that the slot/receptacle (3) is a bowl shaped slot.
4. A method for use of the dispenser mentioned in the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
• opening the dispenser cover (1) by pivoting it around the joint (4) for placement of the product (2) made of paper; • also opening of the slot/receptacle (3) by pivoting together with the dispenser cover (1) during opening of said dispenser cover (1);
• bringing the slot/receptacle (3) to the horizontal position when opening of the dispenser cover (1) is completed and positioning it such that an angle is provided between thereof and both the dispenser cover (1) and the ground plane (12), and orienting the product outlet (10) towards the user;
• after opening of the dispenser cover (1) is completed, moving the slot/receptacle (3) independently of the dispenser cover (1) to a suitable position enabling the opened end of the product (11) made of paper to be easily passed through the product outlet (10);
• opening an end of the product (2) made of paper and placing it onto the ribs (7) positioned on the dispenser cover (1);
• passing the opened end of the product (11) made of paper through the slot/receptacle (3) and the product outlet (10);
• closing the dispenser cover (1), meanwhile, bringing the slot/receptacle (3) and the product outlet (10) to a position in the vertical direction, i.e. perpendicular to the ground plane by the pivoting movement of the dispenser cover (1) and the slot/receptacle (3) around the joint (4); and
• after the dispenser cover is closed, also providing the product (2) made of paper in the vertical position enabling the opened end thereof to be used by being pulled through the product outlet (10) in the vertical direction and making the opened end of the product (11) made of paper ready for use by being pulled from outside the dispenser.
