Description
封堵器 技术领域 本发明涉及机柜保护领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种封堵器。 背景技术 目前有些相关机柜线缆进出口没有安装封堵设备, 不能有效防火、 防尘、 防小动 物的破坏, 不利于设备的安全稳定运行和设备运行规程的技术要求, 一旦机柜线缆遭 到破坏, 采用封堵泥进行封堵等措施, 不但施工难度大, 工艺粗糙, 不利于后期线缆 的重复布放, 封堵泥还会造成线缆的亏损。 此外, 相关技术中也有采用封堵板进行封堵的方案, 然而, 部分加装了封堵板的 设备由于接线数量的不定时减少或增加, 不能起到理想的封堵效果。 针对相关技术中的封堵器不能对机柜线缆进出口提供灵活、 有效保护的问题, 目 前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供了一种封堵器, 以至少解决上述问题。 根据本发明实施例的一个方面, 提供了一种封堵器, 包括: 支撑部和包覆物, 其 中, 所述支撑部的一个端部在设备的线缆进出口与所述设备相连, 并沿所述设备的线 缆进出口设置所述支撑部;所述包覆物盘绕在所述支撑部和所述支撑部支撑的线缆上, 并与所述支撑部的所述一个端部、 所述线缆形成与所述设备的外部隔离的密闭空间。 所述包覆物的一部分固定在所述支撑部上。 所述支撑部截面呈 U型, 且所述 U型支撑部的开口大小可调节。 所述 u型支撑部包括两个相对设置的侧壁、底部和设置为连接所述底部和所述侧 壁的连接部, 其中, 所述两个相对设置的侧壁之间的距离通过所述连接部进行调节。 所述封堵器还包括: 弹性垫布, 设置于所述包覆物和被所述包覆物盘绕的所述线 缆之间。

采用上述的封堵器, 由于采用了包覆物来形成与设备外部隔离的密闭空间, 相对 于相关技术中采用封堵泥或者封堵板的方式, 本实施例中提供的方案可以通过调整包 覆物的盘绕方式来灵活调节封堵口的大小, 并且不会造成线缆的亏损, 解决了相关技 术中的封堵器不能对机柜线缆进出口提供灵活、 有效保护的问题, 提供了一种灵活、 有效的封堵方案。 可选地,包覆物 20可以通过该包覆物 20的一部分固定在支撑部 10上, 也可以独 立于该支撑部 10。 当包覆物 20独立于支撑部 10时, 该封堵器由支撑部 10和包覆物 20两部分组成, 配套使用。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的封堵器的横截面示意图, 如图 2所示, 可选地, 支撑 部 10的截面呈 U型, 即半开口型。 且该 U型支撑部的开口大小可调节, 例如, 该截 面呈 U型的支撑部 10包括两个相对设置的侧壁 104a和侧壁 104b、底部 106和设置为 连接底部 106和侧壁的连接部 108, 其中, 该两个相对设置的侧壁之间的距离通过该 连接部 108进行调节。 可选地, 连接部 108为一个滑轨部件, 当机柜线缆进出口的接线数量减少时, 向 支撑部 10的底部 106的中心位置滑动支撑部 10的侧壁 104a和 /或侧壁 104b, 以使两 个相对设置的侧壁相互靠拢, 达到使支撑部 10的开口变小的目的; 当机柜线缆进出口 的接线数量增加时, 向支撑部 10的底部 106两边位置滑动支撑部 10的侧壁 104a和 / 或侧壁 104b, 以使两个相对设置的侧壁相互远离, 达到使支撑部 10的开口变大的目 的。 通过上述优选实施方式,提供了一种支撑部 10幵口调节的方式,通过该方式配合 包覆物 20, 从而可以更好地根据机柜线缆进出口接线数量的多少, 调节支撑部开口的 大小, 实现对机柜线缆进出口的有效封堵, 保障设备的安全稳定运行。 需要说明的是, 上述例举的支撑部 10 开口调节的方式仅仅是一种优选的实现方 式, 本发明并不限于该方式, 例如, 制成支撑部 10的材料为具有弹性的金属材料, 通 过挤压该支撑部 10的两个侧壁从而实现开口大小的调节。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的封堵器的包覆物与弹性垫布的结构示意图, 如图 3所 示, 可选地, 在包覆物 20与被包覆物 20盘绕的线缆 30之间还可以设置有弹性垫布 40, 该弹性垫布 40可以填补线缆 30与包覆物 20之间的空隙, 从而提高封堵效果。 为了对机柜线缆进出口进行更加有效的封堵保护, 会尽可能的调小支撑部开口, 这样就会导致机柜线缆彼此紧靠,再考虑到线缆的质量问题和线缆使用的年限及损耗,
因此有必要对机柜线缆进出口进行防火处理, 可选地, 本发明实施例中的弹性垫布 40 由防火材料制成, 可以起到防火的作用。 可选地, 制成包覆物 20的材料也为防火材料。 可选地, 制成包覆物 20的材料也为弹性材料。 可选地, 包覆物 20的两面分别为阴阳贴的阴面和阳面, 该包覆物 20通过阴面和 阳面相互贴合固定并形成密闭空间; 在需要重新盘绕线缆的情况下, 可以将阴阳贴的 阴面和阳面分离从而可以重新进行盘绕。 此外, 包覆物 20还可以通过其他方式固定, 例如通过防火胶带固定。 可选地,包覆物 20的材料为弹性材料,可使该包覆物 20与线缆 30之间更紧密的 贴合, 更好的对机柜线缆进出口进行封堵。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实现了如下技术效果: 支撑部的一个端部在 设备的线缆进出口与该设备相连, 并沿该设备的线缆进出口设置支撑部; 包覆物盘绕 在支撑部和该支撑部支撑的线缆上, 并与该支撑部的一个端部、 线缆形成密闭空间与 该设备的外部隔离。 通过支撑部和包覆物对机柜线缆进出口进行封堵, 起到设备机柜 内部防尘、 防小动物破坏和防火等目的, 相对于相关技术中在机柜线缆进出口加装封 堵板进行封堵, 本发明实施例提供的方案更灵活, 封堵效果更好。 工业实用性 通过本发明实施例, 采用支撑部的一个端部在设备的线缆进出口与设备相连, 并 沿设备的线缆进出口设置支撑部; 包覆物盘绕在支撑部和支撑部支撑的线缆上, 并与 支撑部的一个端部、 线缆形成与设备的外部隔离的密闭空间的方式, 解决了相关技术 中的封堵器不能对机柜线缆进出口提供灵活、有效保护的问题,从而提供了一种灵活、 有效的封堵方案。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1. 一种封堵器, 包括: 支撑部和包覆物, 其中, 所述支撑部的一个端部在设备的线缆进出口与所述设备相连, 并沿所述设 备的线缆进出口设置所述支撑部; 所述包覆物盘绕在所述支撑部和所述支撑部支撑的线缆上, 并与所述支撑 部的所述一个端部、 所述线缆形成与所述设备的外部隔离的密闭空间。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的封堵器, 其中, 所述包覆物的一部分固定在所述支撑部 上。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的封堵器, 其中, 所述支撑部截面呈 U型, 且所述 U型支 撑部的开口大小可调节。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的封堵器, 其中, 所述 U型支撑部包括两个相对设置的侧 壁、 底部和设置为连接所述底部和所述侧壁的连接部, 其中, 所述两个相对设 置的侧壁之间的距离通过所述连接部进行调节。
