Abstract
Disclosed are a service guide (SG) synchronization method and system, the method comprising: a service synchronization device synchronizes SG information to a database according to a predetermined synchronization rule; the service synchronization device acquires a service synchronization result obtained via synchronization of the database according to the SG information; the service synchronization device generates an SG generation message based on the service synchronization result; and the service synchronization device notifies all SG generation devices of the SG generation message to generate an SG. The present invention ensures that all SG information to be synchronized by a content providing platform is timely synchronized, and greatly shortens the update of the SG by a mobile phone terminal.

技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种业务指南的同步方法及系统。 背景技术 手机电视是利用手机观看包括电视等音视频的技术, 用户可以通过手机电视业务 平台提供的 SG (Service Guide, 业务指南) 获得手机电视的节目信息。 手机电视业务平台提供的 SG是根据内容提供平台同步过来的频道、 套餐、 节目 等业务信息生成的。每次同步业务信息后就要重新生成 SG, 以便终端用户获取最新的 业务指南。 目前同步并生成业务指南的方法是: (1 ) 业务同步装置接收到同步消息后把消息 中携带的需要同步的业务信息按预定规则同步到数据库,无论业务是否完全同步成功, 业务同步装置都将通过消息分发装置通知所有 SG生成装置重新生成 SG; (2)所有的 SG生成装置在接收到业务同步装置发来的消息后, 开始抢占数据库和磁阵资源, 最先 抢到资源的生成装置 A设置对应资源的状态为锁定状态, 并设置开始锁定资源的时间 点, 然后开始通过数据检测装置检验数据库中的数据准确性, 通过验证后开始取数据 库数据到内存按预定规范生成 SG文件,并写入共享磁阵,在生成完成 SG后会解除资 源锁定状态, 并通过消息分发装置通知其他 SG生成装置更新 SG为自己生成的 SG。 在生成装置 A生成 SG期间, 没有抢占到资源的生成装置 B会通过定时器装置不停地 去检测资源锁状态, 如果接收到其他生成装置发来的更新 SG消息, 才会结束检测并 且不会去生成 SG, 只会把内存中的 SG更新为消息中携带的 SG信息; 如果在接收到 更新 SG消息前检测到资源锁被解除, 或者资源锁加锁的时间间隔超过设定的时长, 该生成装置 B会进行生成装置 A—样的操作, 也会进行 SG的生成。 随着开通手机电视业务的城市数量的增加, 生成所有城市业务指南的数据量越来 越大, 生成的时间越来越长, 目前全国已经将近 400个城市开通手机电视业务, 如此 多城市的业务指南更新都是串行同步并生成的, 不支持并发同步和生成, 导致从 ESG 同步到实际下发给终端生效业务指南更新的时间较长, 用户体验不佳。 另外, 串行同 步的方式也会造成一部分从 ESG发送过来的业务指南信息没有及时同步,造成数据丢 失。 而且在生成 SG过程中, 生成服务器可能还要处理同步、 终端请求 SG等业务。
按照现有的处理方法, 由于已经抢占到资源的生成装置锁定资源时间过长, 造成 数据库、 磁盘、 内存等资源阻塞, 延迟服务器响应用户的时间, 或不响应用户请求, 更严重时甚至导致无法正确生成完成 SG, 导致此后用户获取的 SG不正确以致无法收 看正确的节目, 严重影响用户体验。 针对相关技术中用户获取的 SG不正确导致无法收看正确节目的问题, 目前尚未 提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种业务指南的同步方法及系统, 以至少解决用户获取的 SG不正 确导致无法收看正确节目的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种业务指南的同步方法, 包括: 业务同步装置 按照预定同步规则将业务指南信息同步至数据库; 业务同步装置获取数据库根据业务 指南信息进行同步得到的业务同步结果; 业务同步装置根据业务同步结果生成业务指 南 (SG) 生成消息; 业务同步装置将 SG生成消息通知给所有的 SG生成装置以生成 业务指南。 优选地, 在业务同步装置按照预定同步规则将业务指南信息同步至数据库之前, 包括: 业务同步装置接收来自内容提供平台的同步消息, 其中, 同步消息中携带有业 务指南信息, 同步消息的类型包括: 同步 XML消息。 优选地, 在业务同步装置获取数据库根据业务指南信息进行同步得到的业务同步 结果之后, 包括: 如果业务同步结果中存在同步失败业务, 业务同步装置将同步失败 业务的失败业务信息发送至预定接收地址; 如果业务同步结果中存在同步成功业务, 业务同步装置将同步成功业务的成功业务信息发送给订购管理装置以进行业务信息的 更新, 得到新版本的业务分片信息。 优选地,在业务同步装置将 SG生成消息通知给所有的 SG生成装置之后,还包括: SG生成装置生成业务指南的过程包括: SG生成装置从订购管理装置获取业务分片信 息, 并从数据库中获取新版本的业务指南分片信息; 将业务分片信息和业务指南分片 信息组装为相应城市或区域的 SG信息, 其中, SG信息包括: 业务指南。 优选地, 在 SG生成装置生成业务指南的过程, SG生成监控装置控制多个 SG生 成装置完成生成操作。

步骤 S104,业务同步装置获取数据库根据业务指南信息进行同步得到的业务同步 结果。 步骤 S106, 业务同步装置根据业务同步结果生成业务指南 SG生成消息。 步骤 S108 , 业务同步装置将 SG生成消息通知给所有的 SG生成装置以生成业务 指南。 通过上述各个步骤, 业务同步装置可以按照预定规则将业务指南信息同步至数据 库,获取数据库的业务同步结果以生成 SG生成消息,再将 SG生成消息通知给所有的 SG生成装置以生成业务指南,通过这种方式, 可以保证所有的内容提供平台同步的要 业务指南信息能够及时地完成同步, 以及极大缩短手机终端更新业务指南的时间的效 果。 在本实施例中,在执行步骤 S102之前,业务同步装置可以接收来自内容提供平台 的同步消息, 其中, 同步消息中携带有业务指南信息, 同步消息的类型可以包括: 同 步 XML消息。 在本实施例中, 在执行步骤 S104之后, 如果业务同步结果中存在同步失败业务, 业务同步装置可以将同步失败业务的失败业务信息发送至预定接收地址; 如果业务同 步结果中存在同步成功业务, 业务同步装置可以将同步成功业务的成功业务信息发送 给订购管理装置以进行业务信息的更新, 得到新版本的业务分片信息。 在本实施例中, 在执行步骤 S108之后, 由 SG生成装置生成业务指南, 该过程可 以通过以下的方式实现: SG生成装置从订购管理装置获取业务分片信息,并从数据库 中获取新版本的业务指南分片信息; 将业务分片信息和业务指南分片信息组装为相应 城市或区域的 SG信息, 其中, SG信息可以包括: 业务指南。 在本实施例中, 在 SG生成装置生成业务指南的过程中, SG生成监控装置控制多 个 SG生成装置完成生成操作。 具体地, SG生成监控装置控制多个 SG生成装置完成 生成操作的过程可以通过以下方式来实施: SG生成监控装置在接收到 SG生成装置发 送的生成异常信息的情况下, 负责生成 SG生成装置所在城市或区域的业务指南, 并 将业务指南更新至其他的 SG生成装置。 在本实施例中, 业务指南信息可以包括: 频道信息、 预览信息、 节目信息以及套 餐信息。
本发明实施例提供了一种业务指南的同步系统, 该系统用以实现上述实施例提供 的业务指南的同步方法。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的业务指南的同步系统的结构示意 图, 如图 2所示, 该系统主要包括: 业务同步装置、 数据库、 SG生成装置、 SG生成 监控装置以及订购管理装置。 其中, 业务同步装置可以包括: 同步模块 10, 设置为按 照预定同步规则将业务指南信息同步至数据库; 第一获取模块 20, 设置为获取数据库 根据业务指南信息进行同步得到的业务同步结果; 生成模块 30, 设置为根据业务同步 结果生成业务指南 SG生成消息; 通知模块 40, 设置为将 SG生成消息通知给所有的 SG生成装置以生成业务指南。 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例的业务指南的同步系统的结构示意图,如图 3所示, 在该优选实施例中, 业务同步装置还可以包括: 接收模块 50, 设置为接收来自内容提 供平台的同步消息, 其中, 同步消息中携带有业务指南信息, 同步消息的类型可以包 括: 同步 XML消息。 在该优选实施例中, 业务同步装置还可以包括: 发送模块 60, 设置为在业务同步 结果中存在同步失败业务的情况下, 将同步失败业务的失败业务信息发送至预定接收 地址, 在业务同步结果中存在同步成功业务的情况下, 将同步成功业务的成功业务信 息发送给订购管理装置以进行业务信息的更新, 得到新版本的业务分片信息。 在该优选实施例中, SG生成装置包括: 第二获取模块 70, 设置为从订购管理装 置获取业务分片信息, 并从数据库中获取新版本的业务指南分片信息; 组装模块 80, 设置为将业务分片信息和业务指南分片信息组装为相应城市或区域的 SG信息, 其中, SG信息包括: 业务指南。 在该优选实施例中, 在 SG生成装置生成业务指南的过程中, SG生成监控装置可 以控制多个 SG生成装置完成生成操作。 具体地, SG生成监控装置可以包括: 处理模 块 90, 设置为在接收到 SG生成装置发送的生成异常信息的情况下, 负责生成 SG生 成装置所在城市或区域的业务指南, 并将业务指南更新至其他的 SG生成装置。 在图 2所示的实施例以及图 3所示的优选实施例中, 业务指南信息可以包括: 频 道信息、 预览信息、 节目信息以及套餐信息。 为了对图 2或图 3所示的业务指南的同步系统有更进一步的了解, 下面结合实际 应用中该系统中的各个组成部分 (业务同步装置、 数据库、 SG生成装置、 SG生成监 控装置以及订购管理装置) 所具备的功能进行进一步的描述:
在实际应用中, 该系统中的业务同步装置可以按照预定协议对内容提供平台发来 的同步过来的 xml文件或 xml格式内容进行解析; xml内容包括的业务指南信息可以 是频道信息、 预览信息、 节目信息、 套餐信息等各种业务指南信息, 将业务同步装置 的标识、 资源使用类型 ("同步业务") 及当前时间戳写入到资源使用表中, 并将内容 提供平台消息携带的业务信息批量导入数据库对应的业务临时表, 通知数据库运行相 应存储过程同步相关业务, 存储过程将从对应的业务临时表中获取业务数据, 按照一 定的规则批量插入或更新到对应业务正式表中, 并更新相应的版本修改号自动累加, 标识对应的业务指南信息已经进行更新, 完成后根据结果返回完全成功或部分成功或 完全失败标识, 对比业务临时表和正式表数据, 把同步成功的业务信息标记为成功, 同步失败的业务信息标记为失败, 进一步检测失败原因, 并把失败原因写入临时表中 对应业务信息行; 将业务同步结果按接收同步消息时的规则组装为 XML格式的消息, 将该消息通过消息分发装置发送给内容提供平台, 进一步地,如果有同步失败的业务, 将失败的业务信息发送给设定的电子邮箱。 在实际应用中,业务同步装置的类型以及定义可以以显式或隐性的方式进行描述。 在实际应用中, 内容提供平台发起业务指南信息同步, 业务同步装置接收到消息 分发装置转发的内容提供平台发来的同步消息后按照预定协议进行 xml解析, 解析完 成把消息中携带的业务信息按预定规则同步到数据库的资源使用表、 临时业务表和正 式业务表, 并对临时业务表和正式业务表进行比较, 记录同步失败的原因和标识, 并 构建返回消息, 发送给内容提供平台。 同时, 对于同步失败的情况, 需通知到电子邮 箱, 最后再通知 SG生成装置去生成最新的 SG。 在实际应用中, 需要对业务生成装置的生成方法进行描述和定义, 可以通过以下 方式来实现: 将 SG生成装置划分为 SG生成监控装置和 SG生成装置两类, SG生成 监控装置为 SG服务器监控进程, SG生成装置为 SG服务器代理进程, 两种类别的区 别通过配置来区分, SG生成装置分成多台来进行, 多台 SG生成装置按照城市或者区 域进行生成的优化设计, 可以减少 SG生成的时间, 提升 SG服务器的性能, SG生成 监控装置则是保证 SG生成的正常进行。 在实际应用中, 业务生成装置的类型以及定义同样可以以显式或隐性的方式进行 描述。 SG生成装置主要实现 SG生成的代理, 负责特定区域或者城市的 SG信息的生 成, 负责特定区域或者城市可以配置。 SG 生成装置生成完成之后, 更新本服务器的 SG信息, 并通知其他 SG生成装置来更新本 SG生成装置生成的 SG信息。 SG生成装 置如果出现异常, 则通知 SG生成监控装置, SG生成监控装置接受到异常消息之后接 力生成 SG生成装置负责的城市或者区域的 SG生成。
在实际应用中, SG生成监控装置主要实现 SG生成的监控管理, SG生成监控装 置支持接收 SG生成装置发送的异常信息,接力生成 SG生成装置负责的城市或者区域 的 SG生成。 SG生成监控装置生成 SG完成后, 更新本服务器的 SG信息, 并通知其 他 SG生成装置来更新本 SG生成装置生成的 SG信息。 SG生成监控装置支持定时器 监控方式, 通过定时器来定时扫描是否有 SG生成装置异常, 并决定是否需要顶替 SG 生成装置来接力生成 SG。 SG生成监控装置有主备配置, 支持主备倒换, 当 SG生成 监控装置主机出现异常情况的时候, 备机能自动切换成主机并正常完成 SG生成监控 装置主机的功能。 采用上述实施例提供的业务指南的同步方法及系统, 能够解决用户获取的 SG不 正确以致无法收看正确的节目的问题, 可以保证所有的内容提供平台同步的要业务指 南信息能够及时地完成同步, 以及极大缩短手机终端更新业务指南的时间。 下面结合图 4至图 6以及优选实施例对上述实施例提供的业务指南的同步方法及 系统进行更加详细的描述和说明。 首先, 对本优选实施例的实施过程进行简要说明: 步骤一、 业务同步装置通过消息分发装置接收到内容提供平台发来的同步消息后 把消息中携带的业务信息按预定规则同步到数据库。 步骤二、 业务同步装置通过检查数据库并获取同步操作的结果, 构造同步结果的 返回消息返回给内容提供平台, 进一步地, 如果有同步失败的业务, 将失败的业务信 息发送给设定的电子邮箱。 同步装置同步完成之后, 业务同步装置将通过消息分发装 置通知所有 SG生成装置去重新生成 SG。 步骤三、 如果有同步成功的业务, 业务同步装置将通过消息分发装置通知订购管 理装置更新业务信息, 同时通知所有 SG生成装置去重新生成 SG。 步骤四、 所有的 SG生成装置在接收到同步装置发来的消息后, 首先去数据库查 询并获取新版本的业务分片信息、 接着根据数据库获取的最新版本的业务指南分片信 息, 组装业务分片信息为对应城市的 SG文件写入共享磁阵, 生成完成业务指南信息 之后更新本 SG的业务指南信息, 再发送同步消息给其他的 SG生成装置来更新本 SG 生成装置生成的 SG信息, 也同时发送同步消息给其他的 SG生成监控装置来更新本 SG生成装置生成的 SG信息, 并做好接收其他 SG生成装置生成完成之后发送的同步 请求, 如果收到请求, 则读取对方 SG生成装置生成完成的 SG信息, 并更新到本地,
通知更新业务到订购管理装置, 这就已经做好了 SG信息的准备, 随时接受消息分发 装置发送过来的 SG请求消息, 返回最新的 SG更新内容。 以下将重点结合图 4至图 6对本优选实施例的实施过程进行详细描述: 对于手机电视平台侧的业务同步装置而言, 其主要实现以下过程: 内容提供平台发起业务指南信息同步, 业务同步装置接收到内容提供平台发来的 同步消息后按照预定协议进行 xml解析, 解析完成把消息中携带的业务信息按预定规 则同步到数据库的资源使用表、 临时业务表和正式业务表, 并对临时业务表和正式业 务表进行比较, 记录同步失败的原因和标识, 并构建返回消息, 发送给内容提供平台, 同时, 对于同步失败的情况, 需通知到电子邮箱, 最后再通知 SG生成装置去生成最 新的 SG。 图 4 是根据本发明优选实施例的使用业务同步装置的处理流程图, 如图 4所示, 该处理流程主要包括: 步骤 S402, 内容提供平台发起业务指南信息同步, 业务同步装置接收到内容提供 平台发来的同步消息。 步骤 S404, 业务同步装置按照预定协议对内容提供平台发来的同步过来的 xml 文件或 xml格式内容进行解析; xml内容包括的业务指南信息可以是频道信息、 预览 信息、 节目信息、 套餐信息等各种业务指南信息。 业务同步装置解析完成后将解析出来的各类业务信息同步到数据库, 具体包括: 步骤 S406, 将业务同步装置的标识、 资源使用类型 ("同步业务") 及当前时间戳 写入到资源使用表中, 多个内容提供平台触发业务同步的时候, 业务同步装置由消息 分发装置实现负载均衡。 步骤 S408,将内容提供平台消息携带的业务信息批量导入数据库对应的业务临时 表。 步骤 S410, 通知数据库运行相应存储过程同步相关业务, 存储过程将从对应的业 务临时表中获取业务数据, 按照一定的规则批量插入或更新到对应业务正式表中, 并 更新相应的版本修改号自动累加, 标识对应的业务指南信息已经进行更新, 完成后根 据结果返回完全成功或部分成功或完全失败标识。
