本发明的最佳实施方式
以下借助附图的辅助,说明本发明的构造、特点与实施例,俾使贵审查人员对于本发明有更进一步的了解。
请参阅图1至图8所示,本发明是一种以数个汽缸组分隔进出气口的雾化器,该雾化器A包括:
一个雾化器壳体1:包括一个进气口11及一个出气口12。
一个马达2:其设于该雾化器壳体1内部,该马达2包括一个偏心传动轴21。
一个第一汽缸组3:其设于该雾化器壳体1内部,该第一汽缸组3内具有一个活塞34及一个与该活塞34相连的连接轴承35,该偏心传动轴21贯穿该连接轴承35,令该马达2动作时连动该活塞34以进行往复式运动;该第一汽缸组3包括一个第一进气开口325,于该第一进气开口325的第一进气路径设一个进气逆止阀332,该第一进气开口325衔接一个连接管36的一端,该连接管36另一端与该进气口11相通,进而形成一个第一进气管路。
一个第二汽缸组4:其设于该雾化器壳体1内部,该第二汽缸组4内具有一个活塞43及一个与该活塞43相连的连接轴承44,该偏心传动轴21贯穿该连接轴承44,令该马达2动作时连动该活塞43以进行往复式运动;该第二汽缸组4包括一个第二出气开口422,于该第二出气开口422的第二出气路径设一个出气逆止阀(图未显示),该第二出气开口422衔接一个连接管45的一端,该连接管45另一端与该出气口12相通,进而形成一个第二出气管路;以令该进气口11、出气口12源自相异的汽缸组3、4,以避免造成交叉感染;于较佳实施例中,更于该马达2一侧设一个固定架5,且该固定架5分别固设该第一及该第二汽缸组3、4,令该偏心传动轴21位于该第一及该第二汽缸组3、4间,且令该第一及该第二汽缸组3、4于该偏心传动轴21的轴向来看夹角呈180度。
由于本发明的该第一汽缸组3具有该第一进气管路,且该第二汽缸组4具有该第二出气管路,其中,且令该第一进气管路,与该第二出气管路的连接管36、45的另一端分别衔接该进气口11、出气口12,如此可确保该第一进气管路与该第二出气管路不会相通,即使使用一段时间后而该进气逆止阀332、出气逆止阀(图未显示)弹性疲乏,该第一进气管路与该第二出气管路也不会相通,如此更可避免在使用过程中造成交叉感染,其中该进气口11、出气口12可供与一个吸鼻器、一个喷射器(或称洗鼻器)、一个喷雾器或一个挤奶器连接,而可以令使用者更安心地使用,由于该吸鼻器、该喷射器(或称洗鼻器)、该喷雾器或该挤奶器非本次专利保护的标的,因此图未显示;另外,由于该第一及该第二汽缸组3、4于该偏心传动轴21的轴向来看夹角呈180度,使得各活塞34、43的往复运动是相对地运作,产生的震动有所抵销,故其运转较仅有一个汽缸组的雾化器更为平顺;其中,本发明中的数个指两个以上。
于实施例中,该第一汽缸组3更包括一个第一出气开口326,于该第一出气开口326的第一出气路径设一个出气逆止阀333,该第一出气开口326衔接一个连接管36A的一端,该连接管36A另一端与该雾化器A的第一通气口13相通,进而形成一个第一出气管路;该第二汽缸组4更包括一个第二进气开口421,于该第二进气开口421的第二进气路径设一个进气逆止阀(图未显示),该第二进气开口421衔接一根连接管45A的一端,该连接管45A另一端与该雾化器A的第二通气口14相通,进而形成一个第二进气管路,该第一、第二通气口13、14可令该第一、第二汽缸组3、4的动作较为顺畅,而该第一、第二通气口13、14并不会与该吸鼻器、该喷射器(或称洗鼻器)、该喷雾器或该挤奶器连接,因此本发明不会有交叉感染的情况产生而能安心使用。
请参阅图4及图7及图8所示,具有该进气开口与该出气开口的汽缸组种类很多,但不以下列的实施例为限,该第一及该第二汽缸组3、4分别包括一个汽缸体31、41及一个盖合该汽缸体31、41的汽缸盖32、42,且该第一进气开口325、该第一出气开口326设于该第一汽缸组3的汽缸盖32,该第二进气开口421、该第二出气开口422设于该第二汽缸组4的汽缸盖42,其中由于该第一汽缸组3与该第二汽缸组4相同,因此以该第一汽缸组3为例,于该第一汽缸组3的该汽缸体31与该汽缸盖32间夹设一个间隔片33,该汽缸体31朝向该汽缸盖32的一侧设一个顶壁311,于该顶壁311设一个进气穿孔312及一个出气穿孔315,该汽缸盖32于其的顶壁朝向该汽缸体31延伸一个分隔壁321,该分隔壁321的底面紧贴于该间隔片33,借助该汽缸盖32的顶壁与该分隔壁321及该间隔片33而将该汽缸盖32的盖体内部区分成不相通的一个进气区322及一个出气区323,令该进气穿孔312与该进气区322与该第一进气开口325相通而形成该第一进气路径,令该出气穿孔315与该出气区323与该第一出气开口326相通而形成该第一出气路径,于该间隔片33且于对应该进气穿孔312与该出气穿孔315处分别设一个冲口331,且各冲口331的余料分别与该间隔片33相连而形成该进气逆止阀323及该出气逆止阀333,该汽缸盖32于该进气区322朝向该汽缸体31延伸一个空心管324,该空心管324与该进气区322及该第一进气开口325相通,该空心管324的底面紧贴于该进气逆止阀332,且于该进气穿孔的径向312设一个第一横肋313,且该第一横肋313与该进气逆止阀332间具一个第一间距314,进而对该进气逆止阀332形成让位,令该进气逆止阀332的自由端仅能朝向该汽缸体31活动性摆动,而令该第一进气路径活动性连通,而于活塞34往复运动期间形成进气路径,而该出气穿孔315的径向设一个第二横肋316,该第二横肋316紧贴于该出气逆止阀333,而该出气逆止阀333与该出气区323具一个第二间距317,进而对该出气逆止阀333形成让位,令该出气逆止阀333的自由端仅能朝向该汽缸盖32活动性摆动,而令该第一出气路径活动性连通,而于该活塞34往复运动期间形成出气路径;而该第二器缸组4与该第一汽缸组3相同,此为本发明的较佳实施例,借助该间隔片33的该进、出气逆止阀332、333及该汽缸盖32及该汽缸体31的让位设计,则可而令各汽缸组3、4具有该第一进气开口325、第一出气开口326、该第二进气开口421、第二出气开口 422。
综上所述,本发明确实符合产业利用性,且未于申请前见于刊物或公开使用,亦未为公众所知悉,且具有非显而易知性,符合可专利的要件,爰依法提出专利申请。
惟上述所陈,为本发明在产业上一种较佳实施例,举凡依本发明权利要求所作的均等变化,皆属本发明诉求标的的范畴。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种以数个汽缸组分隔进出气口的雾化器,其特征在于,包括:
    一个雾化器壳体:包括一个进气口及一个出气口;
    一个马达:其设于该雾化器壳体内部,该马达包括一个偏心传动轴;
    一个第一汽缸组:其设于该雾化器壳体内部,该第一汽缸组内具有一个活塞及一个与该活塞相连的连接轴承,该偏心传动轴贯穿该连接轴承,令该马达动作时连动该活塞以进行往复式运动;该第一汽缸组包括一个第一进气开口,于该第一进气开口的第一进气路径设一个进气逆止阀,该第一进气开口衔接一个连接管的一端,该连接管另一端与该进气口相通,进而形成一个第一进气管路;
    一个第二汽缸组:其设于该雾化器壳体内部,该第二汽缸组内具有一个活塞及一个与该活塞相连的连接轴承,该偏心传动轴贯穿该连接轴承,令该马达动作时连动该活塞以进行往复式运动;该第二汽缸组包括一个第二出气开口,于该第二出气开口的第二出气路径设一个出气逆止阀,该第二出气开口衔接一个连接管的一端,该连接管另一端与该出气口相通,进而形成一个第二出气管路。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的以数个汽缸组分隔进出气口的雾化器,其特征在于:该第一汽缸组更包括一个第一出气开口,于该第一出气开口的第一出气路径设一个出气逆止阀,该第一出气开口衔接一个连接管的一端,该连接管另一端与该雾化器的第一通气口相通,进而形成一个第一出气管路;该第二汽缸组更包括一个第二进气开口,于该第二进气开口的第二进气路径设一个进气逆止阀,该第二进气开口衔接一个连接管的一端,该连接管另一端与该雾化器的第二通气口相通,进而形成一个第二进气管路。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的以数个汽缸组分隔进出气口的雾化器,其特征在于:于该马达一侧更固设一个固定架,且该固定架固设该第一及该第二汽缸组,令该偏心传动轴位于该第一及该第二汽缸组间,且令该第一及该第二汽缸组于该偏心传动轴的轴向来看夹角呈180度。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的以数个汽缸组分隔进出气口的雾化器,其特征在于:该第一及该第二汽缸组分别包括一个汽缸体及一个盖合该汽缸体的汽缸盖,且该第一进气开口、该第一出气开口设于该第一汽缸组的汽缸盖,该第二进气开口、该第二出气开口设于该第二汽缸组的汽缸盖。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的以数个汽缸组分隔进出气口的雾化器,其特征在于:于该第一汽缸组的该汽缸体与该汽缸盖间夹设一个间隔片,该汽缸体朝向该汽缸盖的一侧设一个顶壁,于该顶壁设一个进气穿孔及一个出气穿孔,该汽缸盖于其顶壁朝向该汽缸体延伸一个分隔壁,该分隔壁的底面紧贴于该间隔片,借助该汽缸盖的顶壁与该分隔壁及该间隔片而将该汽缸盖的盖体内部区分成不相通的一个进气区及一个出气区,令该进气穿孔与该进气区与该第一进气开口相通而形成该第一进气路径,令该出气穿孔与该出气区与该第一出气开口相通而形成该第一出气路径,于该间隔片且于对应该进气穿孔与该出气穿孔处分别设一个冲口,且各冲口的余料分别与该间隔片相连而形成该进气逆止阀及该出气逆止阀,该汽缸盖于该进气区朝向该汽缸体延伸一个空心管,该空心管与该进气区及该第一进气开口相通,该空心管的底面紧贴于该进气逆止阀,且于该进气穿孔的径向设一个第一横肋,且该第一横肋与该进气逆止阀间具一个第一间距,进而对该进气逆止阀形成让位,令该进气逆止阀的自由端仅能朝该汽缸体活动性摆动,而令该第一进气路径活动性连通,而该出气穿孔的径向设一个第二横肋,该第二横肋紧贴于该出气逆止阀,而该出气逆止阀与该出气区具一个第二间距,进而对该出气逆止阀形成让位,令该出气逆止阀的自由端仅能朝该汽缸盖活动性摆动,而令该第一出气路径活动性连通;而该第二器缸组与该第一汽缸组相同。
