  1.  正面に映像を表示する表示パネルと、該表示パネルの周縁を囲繞する枠体が複数の杆状部材における夫々の端部同士を突き合わせて連結して構成してある表示装置において、
     前記杆状部材は、
     前記表示パネルの背面を覆う被覆部材に前記杆状部材を外側からビス止めするための挿入孔と、
     前記夫々の端部に外向きに設けられた凸片及び凹部とを備え、
     該凸片と凹部とを嵌め合わせて接着することで連結してあること
     を特徴とする表示装置。
