本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种微型负离子空气净化器, 包括壳体和用于产生负离子的电路板, 所述电路板设有用于传播负离子的传输 头, 所述壳体上设有用于限位所述传输头的限位装置。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种微型负离子空气净化器, 如图 1至图 4所示, 包括壳体和用 于产生负离子的电路板 4, 所述电路板 4设有用于传播负离子的传输头(图中未 显示), 所述壳体上设有用于限位所述传输头的限位装置。 本发明由于微型负离 子空气净化器的壳体上设置有用于限位电路板 4上的传输头的限位装置, 通过 限位装置对传输头进行限位、 固定, 从而防止传输头移动、 晃动, 且防止传输 头露出到壳体外部。
如图 1所示, 壳体设有用于避让传输头的避让孔 3 , 避让孔 3与限位装置设 置在壳体的同一端, 相配合; 且避让孔 3位于壳体的表面处, 而限位装置位于 避让孔 3处的壳体内部。 传输头通过避让孔 3向外传播负离子, 限位装置限位 传输头位于避让孔 3处, 放置传输头移动、 晃动或露出壳体外。
壳体包括可拆卸固定的前壳 1和后壳 2, 如图 3和图 4所示, 结合图 1和图 2, 避让孔 3位于前壳 1和后壳 2的连接处; 电路板 4放置在后壳 2内, 限位装 置包括设置在后壳 2上的第一支撑板 21 , 第一支撑板 21上设有第一开口 22, 传输头卡配在第一开口 22内, 这样传输头就支撑在第一支撑板 21上, 设置第 一支撑板 21的高度可控制传输头的高度, 从而使传输头对准避让孔 3 , 进而使 传输头能够有效的传输负离子。 传输头卡配在第一开口 22 内受到第一开口 22 两侧壁的限位, 不易移动。
如图 3所示, 限位装置还包括设置在前壳 1上的第二支撑板 11及第二开口 12; 具体的, 结合图 4, 第二支撑板 11配合第一支撑板 21的结构和位置设置, 第二开口 12配合第一开口 22的大小和位置设置。 当前壳 1和后壳 2固定时, 传输头还卡配在第二开口 12内, 如图 2所示, 从而传输头被牢固的固定在壳体 内, 而且第二支撑板 11配合第一支撑板 21—起将传输头支起, 不仅可调节传 输头的高度对准避让孔 3 , 而且还防止传输头移动, 这样就使传输头传输负离子 的效果更佳。
如图 3和图 4所示, 第一支撑板 21和第二支撑板 11两侧都设有与之一体连 接的加强板 23 , 从而增加第一支撑板 21和第二支撑板 11的强度。 结合图 2, 当前壳 1和后壳 2固定时第二支撑板 11两侧的加强板 23卡配在第一支撑板 21 两侧的加强板 23外侧, 这样传输头就被限位在加强板 23内。 且第二支撑板 11 连同其两侧的加强板 23套接在第一支撑板 21的外侧, 从而把传输头限位在第 一支撑板 21、 第二支撑板 11及加强板 23之间, 限位、 固定效果更佳。
本实施例传输头上包裹有一层塑料, 这样在可限位装置卡配固定时由塑料直 接和限位装置配合, 防止传输头受损。
如图 1和图 2所示, 电路板 4上还设有与电脑进行插接配合的 usb插头 41 , 这样微型负离子空气净化器通电, 电路板 4产生负离子实现净化空气的作用。 而且 usb插头 41和传输头相对设置, 即传输头设置在电路板 4的一端, usb插 头 41设置在电路板 4的另一端。 从图 2可以看到, usb插头 41上还套接一外壳 5 ,从而在不使用微型负离子空气净化器时把外壳 5套接在 usb插头 41上, 防止 usb插头 41受损。
